【실시예】
이하에서는 첨부도면을 참조하여 본 발명에 대해 상세히 설명한다.
본 발명의 제 1 실시예에 따른 고용 (구인 /구직) 및 경매를 연계한 서비스 제공 서버 (이하 "서비스 제공 서버"라 함)를 포함하는 전체 시스템의 개략 구성 이 도 1에 도시되었다.
동 도면에 도시된 바와 같이 전체 시스템은 구직자 단말기 (200)， 기업 체 단말기 (300), 서 비스 제공 서버 G00)를 포함하여 구성된다. 이 외에도 서비스 제공 서버 (100)는 소정의 금융 시스 템 (예를 들어 은행에 구비된 서버)과도 통신하도록 구성될 수 있는데 이러한 금융 시스템은 기 공지된 구성에 해당하므로 그 도시를 생략하였다.
구직자 단말기 (200)는 일자리를 구하는 구직자가 조작하는 단말기를 의미하는 것으로서, 유무선 통신 단말기를 모두 포함하는 것이다. 특히 구직자 단말기 (200)는 어느 하나의 특정 단말 기만 해당하는 것이 아니고, 복수 개로 구비될 수도 있다. 예를 들어 특정 구직자가 PC방에서 서 대 체 용 지 (규 칙 제 26조 ) 비스 제공 서버 (100)에 접속하는 경우에는 해당 PC방의 컴퓨터가 구직자 단말기 (200)에 해당하 고，구직자가 자신의 집에서 노트북으로 서비스 제공 서버 (100)에 접속하는 경우에는 그 노트북이 구직자 단말기 (200)가 되는 것이다.
구직자 단말기 (200)는 서비스 제공 서버 (100)가 사용자 인터떼이스로서 웹 페이지를 제공 하는 경우에는 웹 페이지 수신 단말기에 해당할 수 있으나, 구직자 단말기 (200)가 이에 한정되는 것은 아니고 서비스 제공 서버 (100)가 전송한 전자 메일올 수신하는 단말기에 해당할 수도 있다. 즉, 서비스 제공 서버 (100)가 소정 정보를 구직자 단말기 (200)에 전자 메일을 통해 전송 하는 경우에는 해당 전자메일을 수신하는 단말기가 구직자 단말기 (200)에 해당할 수 있는 것이다. 구직자 단말기 (200)는 구직자의 조작에 따라 서비스 제공 서버 (100)에 접속하여 구직자 정보를 전송하고, 또한 서비스 제공 서버 (100)로부터 직원을 구하는 기업체의 ^인 정보를 수신하 는 기능을 수행한다.
또한, 구직자 단말기 (200)는 서비스 제공 서버 (100)에서 소정의 경매를 진행하는 경우 경 매 참가 신청을 전송하고, 낙찰을 받은 경우 낙찰 결과 정보를 수신하는 기능을 수행한다. 이러한 경매 관련한 보다 상세한 설명은 후술토록 한다.
기업체 단말기 (300)는 직원을 구하는 기업체의 소정 담당자가 조작하는 단말기를 의미하 는 것으로서, 구직자 단말기 (200)와 마찬가지로 유무선 통신 단말기를 모두 포함하는 것이다. 또 한, 기업체 단말기 (300)도 어느 하나의 특정 단말기만을 의미하는 것이 아니므로， 기업체 담당자 가 서비스 제공 서버 (100)와 통신하기 위해 사용하는 모든 단말기가 본 실시예에서의 기업체 단 말기 (300)에 해당한다.
따라서, 기업체 단말기 (300)는 기업체의 소정 담당자가 서비스 제공 서버 (100)와 통신하 기만 하면 되고, 반드시 해당 기업체에 구비될 필요는 없다. 예를 들어 기업체 인사 담당자가 자 신의 집에서 개인용 컴퓨터로 서비스 제공 서버 (100)에 접속하여 구인과 관련한 작업을 하는 경 우에는 해당 개인용 컴퓨터가 기업체 단말기 (300)에 해당하는 것이다.
서비스 제공 서버 (100)는 상술한 구직자 단말기 (200) 및 기업체 단말기 (300)와 통신하여 구직자가 취업할 수 있도록 필요한 정보를 구직자 단말기 (200) 및 기업체 단말기 (300)에 제공하 고， 또한 기업체 단말기 (300)로부터는 서비스 제공 서버 (100)를 통해 취업이 알선되어 취직한 구 직자의 해당 기업체에서의 근무평가 정보를 일시 또는 주기적으로 전송받아 저장하고, 소정의 경 매 진행시 해당 근무평가 정보를 이용하여 낙찰자를 선정하는 기능을 수행한다.
이러한 서비스 제공 서버 (100)의 기능 블록의 일 예가 도 2에 도시되었다.
도 2에 도시된 바와 같이 서비스 제공 서버 (100)는 구인 /구직 서비스 제공부 (110), 경매 처리부 (120), 저장부 (130)를 포함하여 구성된다.
구인 /구직 서비스 제공부 (110)는 일자리를 구하는 구직자의 구직자 단말기 (200) 및 직원 을 구하는 기업체의 기업체 단말기 (300)와 통신하여 구직자의 상기 기업체로의 취업을 지원하는 것으로서, 정보 수신부 (111), 정보 제공부 (113), 구직자 취업 관리부 (115)를 포함하여 구성된다. 정보 수신부 (111)는 구직자 단말기 (200)로부터 구직자 정보를 수신하여 저장부 (130)에 저
대 체 용 지 (규 칙 제 26조 ) 장하고 기업체 단말기 (300)로부터 구인 정보를 수신하여 저장부 (130)에 저장하는 기능을 수행한 다. 여기서, 구직자 정보에는 구직자의 이름, 주민등록 번호, 주소 등의 인적사항과, 이전 직장 및 추진했던 업무 등에 관한 경력 사항 둥이 포함될 수 있고, 구인 정보에는 회사 이름 등의 기업체 정보와 채용하고자 하는 직원에 관한 조건이 포함될 수 있다.
정보 제공부 (113)는 구직자 단말기 (200)로부터 구인 정보 요청을 감지하는 경우 저장부 (130)에 저장된 구인 정보를 구직자 단말기 (200)에 전송하고 구직자 단말기 (200)로부터 구직 요청 올 감지하는 경우 저장부 (130)에 저장된 구직자 정보를 기업체 단말기 (300)에 전송하는 기능을 수 행한다.
즉, 구직자는 구직자 단말기 (200)를 조작하여 서비스 제공 서버 (100)에 구인 정보를 요청 할 수 있고, 그 요청에 따라 서비스 제공 서버 (100)로부터 수신되는 구인 정보를 열람하여 자신이 지원하고자 하는 조건에 부합하는 경우 구직 요청을 서비스 제공 서버 (100)에 하며, 이에 따라 서 비스 제공 서버 (Ιϋϋ)는 해당 구직자의 정보를 기업체 단말기 (300)에 전송하여 입사 지원 신청을 하는 것이다.
구직자 취업 관리부 (115)는 기업체 단말기 (300)로부터 상기 구직자의 취업 여부 결정 정 보가 수신된 경우 그 수신된 취업 여부 결정 정보를 저장부 (130)에 저장하고, 상기 기업체의 취업 결정에 따라서 해당 기업체에 근무하게 된 구직자의 그 기업체에서의 근무 평가 정보를 기업체 단말기 (300)로부터 수신하여 저장부 (130)에 저장하는 기능을 수행한다.
여기서 구직자의 취업 여부 결정 정보는 해당 기업에 구직자의 취업이 확정되었는지 여 부에 대한 정보가 포함되는데, 이러한 취업 여부 결정 정보는 서비스 제공 서버 (100)가 구직자 단 말기 (200)에 전송할 수도 있다.
상술한 바와 같이, 기업체의 구직자에 대한 취업 결정에 따라 해당 기업체에 구직자가 근무하게 되는 경우, 기업체는 그 근무하게 된 구직자의 근무기간 동안의 근무 평가 정보를 일시 또는 주기적으로 서비스 제공 서버 (100)에 제공하는데， 예를 들어 기업체에서 기업체 단말기 (300) 를 통해 서비스 제공 서버 (100)에 전송하는 근무 평가 정보에는 도 9와 같이 정보들이 포함될 수 있다.
즉, 해당 근무자 (즉, 구직자)의 근무수행 태도, 근무수행 능력, 근무수행 실적 등에 관한 세부 내역은 물론 전체 종합 점수 등이 근무 평가 정보에 포함될 수 있다. 이처럼 본 실시예에서 의 근무 평가 정보는 인사고과 점수, 사원평가 점수, 인사근무평정점수, 인사평가 점수, 목표달성 점수, 직무 수행 성과 점수, 다면평가제 점수, 직계제 점수, 토익 또는 토플 점수, 국어능력 인증 시험 점수 등 다양한 평가방법들의 용어들을 포함하는 광의의 개념이다.
이때 기업체에서는 서비스 제공 서버 (100)의 알선을 통해 취업한 구직자들에 대한 근무 평가 정보만을 서비스 제공 서버 (100)에 제공할 수 있다.
본 실시예에서 기업체에 취업하여 근로를 제공하는 직원 역시 '구직자'라고 표현하는 것 은 용어의 혼동을 방지하기 위함이다. 즉， 본 실시예에서는 실제 기업체에 취업을 하였건 하지 않 았건, 서비스 제공 서버 (100)에 구직을 위해 등록하였던 사람들 모두를 '구직자'라고 표현할 수
대 체 용지 (규칙 제 26조) 있다. 이는 후술하는 경매 참여에 있어서도 마찬가지다.
한편, 경매 처리부 (120)는 소정의 경매를 개시하여 해당 경매에 참여한 구직자들 중 어느 한 명을 낙찰자로 선정하는 기능을 수행하는 것으로서, 경매 개시부 (121)와, 낙찰자 선정부 (123)를 포함하여 구성된다.
경매 개시부 (121)는 소정의 은라인 경매를 개시하는 기능을 수행하는 것으로서, 여기서 경매를 개시한다는 것은 경매 관련 정보가 포함된 웹 페이지를 은라인상에 제공하거나 구직자 단 말기 (200)에 전송하는 것 등을 포함한다. 예를 들어 특정 경매 물건에 대한 입찰 최소 금액과 경 매 기간을 포함하는 웹 페이지를 생성하여 각 구직자 단말기 (200)로 전송할 수 있다.
이를 위해 경매 개시부 (121)는 물품을 판매하고자 하는 판매자들의 단말기 (미 도시함)와 경매를 통한 물품 판매와 관련된 정보를 송수신할 수도 있다. 경매를 위한 물품의 등록 과정은 은라인 상에서 관매 상품의 등록에 준하는 기 공지된 기슬을 이용하는 것에 불과하므로 보다 상 세한 설명은 생략한다.
본 실시 예에서는 특정 물건을 판매용으로 경매하는 것을 일 예로 하였으나, 부동산에 대 한 경매가 개시될 수도 있고, 더 나아가 부동산의 조건부 사용권리 획득을 위한 경매가 개시될 수도 있다. 즉， 소정 부동산을 보유한 사람들은 부동산에 대한 보증금 및 시설비 등을 받지 않더 라도 누군가 해당 부동산을 사용하면서 관리해 주길 원할 수도 있고, 이때 해당 부동산의 조건부 사용권리와 관련한 정보를 서비스 제공 서버 (100)에 전송하면 경매 개시부 (121)는 부동산의 조건 부 사용권리 획득을 위한 경매를 개시할 수도 있는 것이다.
경매 물품은 반드시 제 3자에 의해 제공되는 것이 아니라, 서비스 제공 서버 (100) 운영자 자체에 의해 제공될 수도 있음은 물론이다.
한편, 낙찰자 선정부 (123)는 구직자 단말기 (200)로부터 경매 참가 신청을 수신하고, 저장 부 (130)에 저장된 구직자의 근무평가 정보를 포함하는 (참조하는) 기 설정된 알고리즘에 따라 경매 참가 신청을 한 구직자 중에서 경매의 낙찰자를 선정하는 기능을 수행한다.
여기서 기 설정된 알고리즘은 기업체 단말기 (300)로부터 수신되어 저장부 (130)에 저장된 구직자의 근무평가 정보를 기초로 하는 것으로서 예를 들어 근무평가 정보에 따른 근무 평가 점 수가 가장 높은 구직자를 낙찰자로 선정하거나, 근무 평가 점수가 상위 0%에 속하는 구직자를 제외하고서 가장 높은 근무 평가 점수를 받은 구직자를 낙찰자로 선정할 수도 있다. 여기서 근무 평가 점수는 소정의 기간 동안의 근무 평가 평균 점수에 해당할 수 있다.
이러한 낙찰자 선정 알고리즘에 대한 보다 상세한 설명은 후술토록 한다.
도 2에 도시하지는 않았지만 본 발명의 제 1 실시예에 따른 서비스 제공 서버 (100)에는 외부 시스템 예를 들어 은행 서버와 같은 금융 시스템과 통신하는 구성이 더 포함될 수도 있다. ' 이는 후술하는 바와 같이 경매 참가자들이 입 찰을 위해 입금을 하는 경우 그 입금 여부를 확인하 거나 경매 참가자들의 특정 미션 수행에 따른 상품 구매 결제 여부를 관단하는 기능을 수행한다. 즉, 소정의 금융 시스템과 연계하여 결제 처리를 수행하거나 또는 입금된 금액을 확인하는 등의 기능을 수행하도록 구성될 수 있다.
대 체 용 지 (규 칙 제 26조 ) 이하에서는 도 3 내지 도 8을 참조하여 본 발명의 제 1 실시예에 따른 서비스 제공 서버 (100)를 포함하는 전체 시스템의 신호 흐름 및 제어 과정을 설명한다.
우선 도 3을 참조하여 구직자 단말기 (200)와 기업체 단말기 (300)가 서비스 제공 서버 (100)와 통신하여 구인정보와 구직자 정보를 등록 /지장하는 과정에 대해 설명한다.
본 실시예를 설명함에 있어서 구직자 단말기 (200)는 구직자가 조작하는 단말기이고, 기업 체 단말기 (300)는 예를 들어 기업체의 인사 담당자가 조작하는 단말기인 것을 일 예로 하여 설명 한다.
구직자 단말기 (200)로부터 회원가입 및 로그인 요청 신호를 수신하면 (단계 S1) 서비스 제공 서버 (100)는 회원 가입 절차를 수행하고 로그인에 따른 처리를 수행한다 (단계 S5). 회원 가 입과 로그인 요청 이 반드시 함께 발생하는 것은 아니고, 구직자는 회원 가입 후 서비스 제공 서 버 (100)에 접속할 필요가 있는 경우 구직자 단말기 (200)를 통해 로그인 요청올 할 수 있다.
기업체 단말기 (300)로부터 회원가입 및 로그인 요청 신호를 수신하면 (단계 S3) 서비스 제공 서버 (100)는 구직자 단말기 (200)와 마찬가지로 회원 가입 절차 및 로그인에 따른 처리를 수 행한다 (단계 S5).
기업체 단말기 (300)는 구인 정보를 전송하고 (단계 S7), 서비스 제공 서버 (100)는 수신된 구인 정보를 저장한다 (단계 S9). 여기서 구인 정보에는 채용하고자 하는 직원의 경 력 조건, 급여 수준, 복지 혜택과 같은 구인 조건은 물론 기타 회사 정보 등이 포함될 수 있다.
구직자 단말기 (200)로부터 구인 정보 요청을 수신하면 (단계 S11) 서비스 제공 서버 (100) 는 기 저장된 구인 정보를 구직자 단말기 (200)에 전송한다 (단계 S13).
구직자는 구인 정보를 열람하고 (단계 S15), 구인 조건이 맞는 경우 서비스 제공 서버 (100)에 입사 지원 요청을 전송한다 (단계 S17). 이때 입사 지원 요청에 구직자 정보가 포함될 수 도 있는데, 이러한 구직자 정보는 구인 정보와 마찬가지로 미리 구직자 단말기 (200)로부터 서비스 제공 서버 (100)로 전송되어 저장될 수도 있다.
서비스 제공 서버 (100)는 입사 지원을 요청한 구직자의 정보를 추출하여 (단계 S19) 기업 체 단말기 (300)에 제공한다 (단계 S21). 즉， 서비스 제공 서버 (100)가 기업체 단말기 (300)에 전송하 는 구직자 정보는 일종의 입사 지원 요청 신호에 해당할 수 있다.
기업체의 인사 담당자 등은 구직자 정보를 열람한 후 (단계 S23) 해당 구직자 정보에 기 초하여 또는 추가적인 면접을 통해 해당 구직자가 채용 조건에 부합한다고 판단되는 경우 기업체 단말기 (300)를 통해 입사 확정 결과를 서비스 제공 서버 (100)에 전송하고 (단계 S25), 서비스 제공 서버 ( W)는 수신된 입사 확정 결과에 기초하여 구인 및 구직 결과를 저장한다 (단계 S27).
이때, 서비스 제공 서버 (100)는 기업체 단말기 (300)로부터 수신된 입사 확정 결과를 구직 자 단말기 (200)에 전송할 수도 있음은 물론이다 (단계 S29).
즉, 서비스 제공 서버 (100)는 서비스 제공 서버 (100)의 일종의 알선을 통해 구인 및 구직 이 이루어진 정보들을 저장 및 관리한다.
다음으로 도 4를 참조하여 구직자의 취업 이후의 과정과 서비스 제공 서버 (100)에서 소
대 체 용지 (규칙 제 26조) 정 경매가 진행되는 과정에 대해 설명한다.
우선, 기업체 단말기 (300)는 구직자 즉, 서비스 제공 서버 (100)를 통해 취업된 근무자에 대한 근무 평가 정보를 일시 또는 주기적으로 서비스 제공 서버 (100)에 전송하는데 (단계 S31), 서 비스 제공 서버 (100)는 그 수신된 근무 평가 정보를 저장하여 관리한다 (단계 S33).
한편， 소정의 은라인 경매 진행 신호 (예를 들어 서비스 제공 서버 (100) 운영자의 은라인 경매 등록 신호)를 감지한 경우 서비스 제공 서버 (100)는 은라인 경매의 진행을 개시한다 (단계 S35).
이때 은라인 경매 진행의 개시에는 경매 관련한 정보를 구직자 단말기 (200)에 전송하는 것을 포함할 수 있다.
구직자 단말기 (200)는 구직자의 요청에 따라 서비스 제공 서버 (100)에 경매 신청 신호를 전송하고 (단계 S37), 서비스 제공 서버 (100)는 저장된 근무 평가 정보를 포함하는 기 설정 알고리 즘에 따라 낙찰자를 선정하고 (단계 S39), 그 낙찰 결과를 구직자 단말기 (200)에 전송한다 (단계 S41).
즉, 서비스 제공 서버 (100)는 경매의 낙찰자를 선정함에 있어서, 기업 체 단말기 (300)로부 터 수신된 근무 평가 정보에 기초하는 것이다.
근무 평가 정보에 기초한 알고리즘은 다양하게 구성될 수 있는데, 그 일 예들을 도 5 내 지 도 8을 참조하여 설명하면 다음과 같다.
우선, 도 5를 참조하면， 서비스 제공 서버 (100)는 구직자 즉, 경매에 참가한 구직자들에 대한 각 근무 평가 정보를 추출하고 (단계 S51), 추출한 근무 평가 정보에 따른 점수 예를 들어 근무 평가의 기 설정된 기간 동안의 평균 점수가 제일 높은 구직자를 낙찰자로 선정할 수 있다 (단계 S53).
이처럼 가장 높은 근무 평가 점수를 획득한 구직자를 낙찰자로 선정할 수도 있지만， 오 히려 소정의 범위에 속하는 최상위 근무 평가 점수를 획득한 구직자는 제외하고서 낙찰자를 선정 할 수도 있다. 이는 경매의 낙찰을 노려 기업체가 구직자에게 과도한 근무 평가 점수를 할당하는 폐단을 방지하기 위함이다. 이러한 과정은 도 6을 참조하면 쉽게 알 수 있다. 즉， 동 도면에 도시 된 바와 같이 경매에 참가한 구직자 증 근무 평가 점수가 높은 상위 10% (이 비율은 얼마든지 변 경 가능함)의 구직자를 제외한 구직자 중 최고 근무 평가 점수를 받은 구직자를 낙찰자로 선정할 수 있는 것이다.
도 7은 경매에 참가한 구직자들의 경매 참가 신청에 경매 물건에 대한 입찰 금액 정보가 포함되는 것을 전제로 한 실시예이다.
서 비스 제공 서버 (100)는 경매에 참여한 구직자들에 대한 각 근무 평가 정보를 추출하고 (단계 S61), 각 경매 참여 구직자들의 입찰금액에는 30%의 비율을 적용하고 근무 평가 점수에는 70%의 비율을 적용하여 최종 평가 점수를 산출한다 (단계 S63). 여기서 입찰금액과 근무 평가 점 수에 적용되는 비율은 얼마든지 변경될 수 있다.
서비스 제공 서버 (100)는 산출한 평가 점수가 제일 높은 구직자를 낙찰자로 선정한다 (단

예를 들어 평생 교육 시설 이용 신청자에 대한 경매 참여 이력정보와 근무 평가 정보가 없는 경우에는 평생 교육 시설 서버 (400)는 그 신청자의 요청을 거부할 수도 있다.
신청자에 대한 인증이 정상적으로 이루어진 경우 평생 교육 시설 서버 (400)는 소정의 입 찰 금액 기준 값에서 해당 신청자의 경매 참여 입찰 금액의 차이 값을 산출한다 (단계 S109).
여기서 입찰 금액 기준 값은 각 경매 별 각 경매 참여 근로자들의 입찰 금액의 평균값에 해당할 수도 있다.

상기 고용 및 경매를 연계한 서비스 제공 서버는 상기 구직자의 근무 평가 정보를 제공 하는 기업체 정보를 기초로 소정의 상품 주문 링크를 정 렬하여 제공하고， 상기 경매 참여 근로자 에 의한 상기 상품 주문 링크 선택을 감지하는 경우 해당 경매 참여 근로자의 경매 참여 횟수 정 보 및 경매 참여시의 입찰 금액 정보, 근무 평가 정보와, 상품 정보를 포함하는 상품 주문 요청 신호를 상기 은라인 쇼핑몰 서버에 전송하고,
상기 은라인 쇼¾몰 서버가 상기 상품 주문 요청 신호를 수신한 후 소정의 입찰 금액 기 준 정보와 각 근로자의 상기 경매 참여시의 입찰 금액 정보의 차이 값을 산출하고, 상기 산출된 차이 값, 상기 경매 참여 횟수 정보와, 상기 근무 평가 정보를 기초로 요청된 상품에 대한 할인율 을 산출하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고용 및 경매를 연계하여 근로자에게 혜택을 제공하는 시스템.
