便携式个人数字设备一般指不带移动通讯功能的个人便携设备, 如 MP3、 MP4、 便携式媒体播放器 (Portable Media Player, PMP ), 不带移动 通讯功能的个人数码助理 ( Personal Digital Assistant, PDA ) 等等, 本发明 称之为便携设备(Portable Device , PD )。
移动手持设备一般指带有移动通信功能的便携设备, 如手机、 带有移 动通讯功能的 PDA 或者其他移动终端, 本发明称之为移动终端 (Mobile Terminal, MT )。
3C 即计算机 ( Computer), 通讯( Communication)和消费类电子产品 ( Consumer Electrics) , 3C融合是指通过某种协议使 3C的三个方面实现信 息资源的共享和互联互通, 从而满足人们在任何时间、 任何地点通过信息 关联应用来方便自己的生活。 随着 3C融合时代到来, 通过近距离通信技术 并借助移动终端的移动通信功能, MP3、 MP4、 PMP 等不但可以用来播放 媒体文件, 还可以通过近距离通讯技术连接到网关设备接听和拨打电话, 但是, 在通过便携设备通话的过程中, 当遇到正在使用的便携设备电量不 足等影响通话的情况时, 现有技术并未提出有效的解决方案实现便携设备 切换, 从而无法根据用户需求接续通话, 影响用户体验。 发明内容
有鉴于此, 本发明的主要目的在于提供一种个人网络语音切换的方法 及系统, 能够根据用户需求接续通话, 提高用户体验。
为达到上述目的, 本发明的技术方案是这样实现的:
一种个人网络语音切换的方法, 包括:
用户通过源便携设备及移动终端与远端用户进行语音通话的过程中, 通过切换请求设备向所述移动终端发起切换请求, 所述切换请求携带目标 便携设备信息;
所述移动终端根据所述切换请求将所述移动终端与源便携设备之间的 语音会话切换到目标便携设备。
切换请求设备为移动终端, 该方法具体包括:
用户通过移动终端将切换请求发送给目标便携设备;
目标便携设备接收所述切换请求后 , 向移动终端返回切换请求响应; 移动终端向源便携设备发送断开通话请求;
源便携设备向移动终端返回断开通话响应;
移动终端与目标便携设备建立语音通道, 且目标便携设备启动电话功 能。
切换请求设备为目标便携设备, 该方法具体包括:
用户通过目标便携设备将切换请求发送给移动终端;
移动终端接收所述切换请求后, 向目标便携设备返回切换请求响应; 移动终端向源便携设备发送断开通话请求;

本发明提供了一种个人网络语音切换的方法及系统, 将移动终端和便 携设备连成一个个人网络进行管理和合理运用, 在使用便携设备进行通话 的过程中, 根据用户需求可以在不中断通话的情况下, 将语音从一便携设 备切换到另一便携设备。 由于本发明在使用便携设备进行通话的过程中, 能够将语音通过近距离通信技术切换到个人网络内的其它便携设备上继续 通话, 从而本发明能够根据用户需求接续通话, 提高用户体验。 附图说明

本发明的基本思想是: 将移动终端和便携设备连成一个个人网络进行 管理和合理运用, 在使用便携设备进行通话的过程中, 根据用户需求可以 在不中断通话的情况下, 将语音从一便携设备切换到另一便携设备。
本发明将移动终端和便携设备连成一个个人网络进行管理和合理运 用, 其目的是提供通过近距离通信技术将个人网络中的一个便携设备正在 进行的语音通话切换到网内其它便携设备上继续通话, 本发明具体应用场 景如下:
用户随身携带移动终端和两个或两个以上便携设备;
用户的移动终端和两个便携设备通过蓝牙、 WiFi等协议相连; 用户通过一个便携设备已经与远端用户建立了通话, 移动终端作为个 人网络与移动网络之间的协议转换网关;
用户希望在不中断与远端用户的通话的前提下, 将语音转移到另一个 便携设备上。
在实际应用当中, 便携设备可以是他人设备, 即用户可以将语音转移 到他人的便携设备上, 让他人代替自己继续与远端用户通话。
下面结合附图对技术方案的实施作进一步的详细描述。
图 1为本发明组网示意图, 如图 1所示, 本发明中, 便携设备 PD1通 过用户 A的移动终端与远端用户 B的移动终端建立会话, PD1通过近距离 通信协议与用户 A的移动终端相连, 移动终端作为网关, 完成个人网络侧 的协议与移动网络侧的协议转换。 本发明的目的是: 在 PD1与另一个便携 设备 PD2切换的过程中, 通过移动终端维持与用户 B的移动终端的语音会 话过程, 以达到在不中断通话的前提下将语音从 PD1切换到 PD2。
图 2为本发明个人网络语音切换的方法流程示意图, 如图 2所示, 本 发明个人网络语音切换的方法一般包括以下步骤:
步骤 21: 用户通过源便携设备及移动终端与远端用户进行语音通话。 这里, 用户通过便携设备及移动终端与远端用户进行语音通话的方法 为现有技术, 在此不作详细介绍。
步骤 22: 用户通过切换请求设备向所述移动终端发起切换请求。
切换请求设备可以是用户的移动终端、 源便携设备或目标便携设备。 切换请求携带目标便携设备信息。
步骤 23: 所述移动终端根据所述切换请求将所述移动终端与源便携设 备之间的语音会话切换到目标便携设备。
这里, 断开原来的通话可以在切换完成之后进行, 也可以在切换之前 完成, 可以由移动终端发出请求, 也可以由便携设备发出请求。
需要说明的是: 本发明中, 便携设备与移动终端通信可以通过近距离 通信协议, 如蓝牙、 Zigbee、 超宽带 ( Ultra WideBand, UWB )等协议, 或 者无线保真 ( Wireless Fidelity, WiFi )协议。

如表 1 所示, 本发明中, 移动终端与移动网络的语音通话方式可以是 CS 电话, 也可以是 VoIP 电话; 移动终端与便携设备之间的语音通话方式 可以是 BT Voice, 即基于 TCS BIN、 AT指令的蓝牙电话(语音基于蓝牙基 带传输), 也可以是建立在蓝牙 TCP/IP上的 VoIP电话。
本发明中, 移动网络可以是 GSM网络、 CDMA网络或者 3G网絡。 本发明中, 移动终端或者便携设备发出的 "切换请求" 可以采用现有 的蓝牙语音信令控制协议 TCS BIN 或 AT完成, 也可以采用其他蓝牙应用 协议扩充功能或者其他协议形式。 对于移动终端和便携设备之间为 VoIP的 情形, 可以采用会话初始协议 ( Session Initiation Protocol, SIP )。
本发明中, 便携设备之间的语音切换可以为双向切换, 即一个便携设 备可以将正在进行的通话切换到另一个便携设备上, 也可以将通话再切回 到原来便携设备上。
本发明通过在移动终端和便携设备上增加相应软件处理模块, 用户操 作相应的切换操作选项后, 可以将一个便携设备上的电话切换到另一个便 携设备上继续后续通话, 所以, 本发明解决了在移动终端与外围便携设备 构成的个人网络中, 移动终端在不中断与远端已进行的通话的前提下, 完 成语音从一个便携设备切换到另一个便携设备上的问题。
图 3为本发明个人网络语音切换的系统结构示意图, 如图 3所示, 本 发明个人网络语音切换的系统包括: 移动终端、 源便携设备和目标便携设 备, 基于此系统结构, 切换请求设备可以分别为移动终端、 或目标便携设 备、 或源便携设备, 相应地, 上述三种情况下移动终端、 源便携设备和目 标便携设备的功能也各有不同, 详细说明如下:

本实施例中, 源便携设备为 PD1、 目标便携设备为 PD2、 切换请求设 备为用户的移动终端 (MT )。 图 4为本发明实施例 1个人网络语音切换的 方法流程示意图, 如图 4所示, 本发明实施例 1个人网络语音切换包括: 步骤 401: 用户通过 MT及 PD 1进行通话。 步骤 402: 用户通过 MT的蓝牙将切换请求发送给目标便携设备 PD2。 移动终端一般提供操作选项供用户触发语音切换, 例如提供菜单、 按 键等界面形式。
步骤 403: PD2通过蓝牙接收到切换请求后,向 MT返回切换请求响应。 步骤 404: MT向 PD1发送断开通话请求。
步骤 405: PD1向 MT返回断开通话响应。
步驟 406: MT通过蓝牙与 PD2建立语音通道, PD2的电话功能启动, 由此完成语音切换的过程。
需要说明的是, 本实施例是在切换之前, 先断开与 PD1 的链路, 再完 成切换, 在实际应用中, 移动终端也可以在完成切换之后, 再断开与 PD1 的会话, 释放链路。 实际应用中, 一般是需要保证用户的声音的连续性用 户体验, 所以先保证切换后的通话完成后, 再断开原来的通话。 本实施例 涉及的网络实体间的信令流程如图 5所示 , 其中, RT为远端。
实施例 2
本实施例中, 源便携设备为 PD1、 目标便携设备为 PD2、 切换请求设 备为 PD2。 图 6为本发明实施例 2个人网络语音切换的方法流程示意图, 如图 6所示, 本发明实施例 2个人网络语音切换包括:
步骤 601: 用户通过 MT及 PD 1进行通话。
步骤 602: 用户通过 PD2的蓝牙将切换请求发送给 MT。
本实施例中, PD2上提供操作选项供用户触发语音切换, 在 PD1与远 端通话过程中, 用户通过操作 PD2上的操作选项触发语音切换, 例如提供 菜单、 按键等界面形式。
步骤 603: MT通过蓝牙接收到该请求后, 向 PD2返回切换请求响应。 步骤 604: MT向 PD1发送断开通话请求。
步骤 605: PD1向 MT返回断开通话响应。 步骤 606: MT通过蓝牙与 PD2建立语音通道, PD2的电话功能启动, 由此完成语音切换的过程。
需要说明的是, 本实施例是在切换之前, 先断开与 PD1 的链路, 再完 成切换, 在实际应用中, 移动终端也可以在完成切换之后, 再断开与 PD1 的会话, 释放链路。
实施例 3
本实施例中, 源便携设备为 PD1、 目标便携设备为 PD2、 切换请求设 备为 PD1。 图 7为本发明实施例 3个人网絡语音切换的方法流程示意图, 如图 7所示, 本发明实施例 3个人网絡语音切换包括:
步驟 701 : 用户通过 MT及 PD 1进行通话。
步骤 702: 用户通过 PD1的蓝牙将切换请求发送给 MT。
本实施例中, PD1上提供操作选项供用户触发语音切换, 在 PD1与远 端通话过程中, 用户通过操作 PD1上的操作选项触发语音切换, 例如提供 菜单、 按键等界面形式。
步骤 703: MT通过蓝牙接收到切换请求后,向 PD1返回切换请求响应。 步骤 704: MT向 PD1发送断开通话请求。
步驟 705: PD1向 MT返回断开通话响应。
步骤 706: MT通过蓝牙与 PD2建立语音通道, PD2的电话功能启动, 由此完成语音切换的过程。
本实施例中, 移动终端是在完成切换之前, 断开与 PD1的会话, 当然, 移动终端也可以在完成切换之后, 断开与 PD1的通话, 释放链路。
实施例 4
本实施例中,近距离网络组网的通信协议为 Bluetooth SIG 1.0及以上协 议, 便携设备为 MP3, 且移动终端侧釆用 CS电话技术与移动网通信、 MP3 采用基于基带蓝牙电话技术实现语音通话。 图 8为本发明实施例 4个人网络语音切换方法流程示意图, 如图 8所 示, 本发明实施例 4个人网络语音切换包括:
步骤 801 :移动终端和两个 MP3完成蓝牙配对和服务发现协议( Service Discovery Protocol, SDP )发现过程。
需要说明的是, 进行 "切换" 操作之前, 移动终端需要完成配对和服 务发现, 并不限于移动终端与远端 "通话" 之前就必须与便携设备完成蓝 牙配对和服务发现。
步骤 802: 源 MP3通过移动终端及移动网络建立与远端用户的 CS通 话。
步驟 803: 用户操作移动终端的切换操作选项, 触发切换过程。
该步骤是对应实施例 1 的方案步骤, 对于实施例 2的方案, 该步骤为 用户操作目标 MP3的切换操作选项,触发切换过程,对于实施例 3的方案, 该步骤为用户操作源 MP3的切换操作选项, 触发切换过程。
步骤 804:移动终端向目标 MP3发出切换请求 intercom profile connect, 并接^:到目标 MP3的切换请求响应 intercom profile connect ack。
该步骤是对应实施例 1 的方案步骤, 对于实施例 2的方案, 该步骤为 目标 MP3 向移动终端发出切换请求, 对于实施例 3 的方案, 该步驟为源 MP3向移动终端发出切换请求。
步骤 805: 移动终端开始与目标 MP3语音会话, 完成语音切换, 移动 终端发出断开与源 MP3的通话的请求、 释放链路。
根据上述实施例的描述, 本发明是在以下技术方案的基础上完成的: 移动终端上支持移动电话协议栈与蓝牙电话协议转换的网关功能、 MP3 上 提供电话功能。 在此基础上, 本发明是通过移动终端和便携设备的功能改 进完成的。 具体地, 对于实施例 1 中的方案, 需要在移动终端上增加语音 切换到蓝牙设备的控制模块、 操作界面模块完成切换操作和控制功能; 在 MP3 上增加接收该切换请求并且根据请求完成与移动终端语音会话建立。 对于实施例 2中的方案,需要在 MP3上增加通话切换到其他 MP3蓝牙设备 的控制模块、 操作界面模块完成切换操作和切换控制功能; 在移动终端上 增加接收该切换请求并且根据请求完成与其他 MP3之间的会话建立。
基于移动终端的移动通话功能和蓝牙协议转换的网关功能, 本发明需 要在移动终端的 CC电话应用增加用户操作界面和相关切换控制模块,用来 处理用户的界面操作事件, 触发向便携设备发送语音切换请求。
目前, 具备蓝牙功能的 MP3的设计主要有两个方案: 第一个方案是在 MP3 芯片级进行整合; 第二个方案是在应用级进行整合, 这一级整合主要 MP3 播放器的设计公司或 OEM 厂商自行完成。 为描述方便, 但不失一般 性, 本发明以 MP3芯片级整合为例, 该 MP3芯片包括微控制器部分、 内存 管理单元 ( Memory Management Unit, MMU )部分和射频 ( adioFrequency, RF ) 部分。 通常, 微控制器除了一些外围的控制逻辑之外, 主要负责蓝牙 协议栈的处理和和芯片本身的控制; MMU 主要负责存储相关活动; RF 重 要完成无线发射、接收和 RF合成功能。蓝牙协议栈以 HCI ( Host Controller Interface )为界线, 分成两个部分, 蓝牙核心协议栈, 如连接管理协议(Link Manager Protocol , LMP ) 等运行在蓝牙芯片内, 而高层协议, 如逻辑连接 控 J和适酉己协议 ( Logical Link Control and Adaptation Protocol, L2CAP )、 服务发现协议( Service Discovery Protocol, SDP )及各种 Profile 运行在另 一个 CPU 上。基于高层协议接口,可以在应用层面实现各种基于蓝牙应用, 本发明的实施例实现涉及两个蓝牙通信设备间沟通协议 intercom Profile的 支持, 并涉及蓝牙应用层面的功能改进。 具体地, 是指 MP3通过过蓝牙高 层协议栈 intercom Profile 接收来蓝牙耳机的蓝牙电话控制协议规范 ( Telephone Control protocol Specification, Intercom Profile TCS )控制信令, 如果为该命令释义为呼叫请求控制指令, 则开始建立与移动终端的语音通 话。
实现本发明有多个实施例,可以通过采用其它协议或者扩充其他 Profile 来实现切换请求命令; 断开原来的通话可以在切换完成之后进行, 也可以 在之前完成, 可以由移动终端发出, 也可以由便携设备发出请求。
本发明所述的移动终端适用于任何 GSM、 CDMA . WCDMA、 TD-SCDMA制式的移动终端, 包括手机、 智能手机、 PDA及掌上型个人电 脑 (Palmsize Personal Computer, PPC ) 等。 本实施例所述的便携设备以 MP3为实施例, 但根据现有的便携数码设计的原理, 将本发明涉及的 MP3 方案的经过简单变形和修改同样适用于其他类型的便携设备, 如 MP4、 PMP、 PDA等等。 本发明以蓝牙作为近距离通信协议为实施例, 但根据其 他近距离协议的原理, 将本发明所述的使用一种语音切换的方法经过适配 修改, 同样适用于其他近距离通信协议或者 WiFi协议。

1、 一种个人网络语音切换的方法, 其特征在于, 该方法包括: 用户通过源便携设备及移动终端与远端用户进行语音通话的过程中, 通过切换请求设备向所述移动终端发起切换请求, 所述切换请求携带目标 便携设备信息;
所述移动终端根据所述切换请求将所述移动终端与源便携设备之间的 语音会话切换到目标便携设备。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述切换请求设备为所 述移动终端, 该方法具体包括:
用户通过移动终端将切换请求发送给目标便携设备;
目标便携设备接收所述切换请求后, 向移动终端返回切换请求响应; 移动终端向源便携设备发送断开通话请求;
源便携设备向移动终端返回断开通话响应;
移动终端与目标便携设备建立语音通道, 且目标便携设备启动电话功 能。

用户通过目标便携设备将切换请求发送给移动终端;

4、 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述切换请求设备为所 述源便携设备, 该方法具体包括: 用户通过源便携设备将切换请求发送给移动终端;
移动终端接收所述切换请求后, 向源便携设备返回切换请求响应; 移动终端向源便携设备发送断开通话请求;
源便携设备向移动终端返回断开通话响应;
移动终端与目标便携设备建立语音通道, 且目标便携设备启动电话功 能。
5、 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述移动终端根据所述 切换请求将所述移动终端与所述源便携设备之间的语音会话切换到所述目 标便携设备之前或之后, 断开原来的通话。
6、 根据权利要求 1至 5任一项所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述便携设 备与所述移动终端之间通过蓝牙协议、 或 Zigbee协议、 或超宽带 UWB协 议、 或无线保真 WiFi协议通信。
7、 根据权利要求 1至 5任一项所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述移动终 端与移动网絡的语音通话方式为 CS电话或 VoIP电话, 所述移动终端与所 述便携设备之间的语音通话方式为基于 TCS BIN. AT指令的蓝牙电话或建 立在蓝牙 TCP/IP上的 VoIP电话。
8、 一种个人网络语音切换的系统, 其特征在于, 该系统包括: 移动终 端、 源便携设备和目标便携设备; 其中,
所述移动终端, 用于与源便携设备进行语音会话, 使用户通过源便携 设备及移动终端与远端用户进行语音通话; 以及在用户通过源便携设备及 移动终端与远端用户进行语音通话的过程中, 根据用户操作发起切换请求, 所述切换请求携带目标便携设备信息; 以及根据切换请求将移动终端与源 便携设备之间的语音会话切换到目标便携设备;
所述源便携设备, 用于与移动终端进行语音会话, 使用户通过源便携 设备及移动终端与远端用户进行语音通话; 以及在移动终端控制切换时, 断开与移动终端之间的语音会话;
所述目标便携设备, 用于在移动终端控制切换时, 与移动终端进行语 音会话, 使用户通过目标便携设备及移动终端与远端用户进行语音通话。
9、 一种个人网络语音切换的系统, 其特征在于, 该系统包括: 移动终 端、 源便携设备和目标便携设备; 其中,
