Abstract
Floatation element for setting up fish farms that comprises a central part (1) formed by tubes made of extruded polyethylene and where said central part (1), in turn, is crossed by two horizontal tubes, known as guide bushings (2) whose dimensions depend on the dimensions of the fish farm, being adapted to its dimensions; and where said guide bushings (2) are welded to the central part (1), and are crossed by several concentric tubes (3) having a lesser diameter than the diameter of said guide bushings (2), these concentric tubes (3) in turn being the floating rings that hold up the nets.

OBJETO DE LA INVENCIÓN OBJECT OF THE INVENTION
El objeto de esta Patente es describir un Elemento de Flotación para el Montaje de Piscifactorías. The purpose of this Patent is to describe a Flotation Element for the Assembly of Fish Farms.

ANTECEDENTES DE LA INVENCIÓN BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

El beneficio principal es que disminuyen la cantidad de especies robadas tanto al mar como a los ríos, y los daños ocasionados por los métodos de pesca, tales como redes de arrastre. Los casquillos guía (2) irán soldados a la pieza central (1) y a través de ellos pasarán los tubos concéntricos (3), siendo éstos de un diámetro inferior, y formarán los aros flotantes que sustentarán las redes. La pieza central (1), será atravesado verticalmente y soldado al fondo y por dentro, por el casquillo para la barandilla (4), dentro del cual se introduce la barandilla (5), que se fijará por un pasador (6), del mismo material que el resto de la pieza. La pieza central (1) se rellenará de poliestireno expandido o de un material de similares características. ELEMENTO DE FLOTACIÓN PARA EL MONTAJE DE PISCIFACTORIAS, caracterizado por estar formado por tubos fabricados en polietileno extraído, consistiendo en una pieza central (1) atravesada a su vez por otros dos tubos horizontales, llamados casquillos guía (2), cuyo diámetro dependerá de las dimensiones de la piscifactoría, adaptándose en todo momento a las dimensiones de ésta. Los casquillos guía (2) están soldados a la pieza central (1) y a través de ellos pasan los tubos concéntricos (3), siendo éstos de un diámetro inferior, y que forman los aros flotantes que sustentan las redes. La pieza central (1), está atravesada verticalmente y soldada al fondo y por dentro, por el casquillo para la barandilla (4), dentro del cual se introduce la barandilla (5), que se fija por un pasador (6), del mismo material que el resto de la pieza. La pieza central (1) se rellena de poliestireno expandido o de un material de similares características. Los extremos de la pieza central (1), son rematados por tapones (7), que están soldados a ésta.
