Abstract

Bei einer Vorrichtung zur vertikalen Halterung von Rohren mit unterschiedlichen Durchmessern für Elevatorsysteme auf Ölbohrplattformen ist ein Grundelement (1) mit einem verschwenkbaren Türelement (3) angeordnet, wobei die Schließbewegung zur Bildung einer Zylinderbuchse (5) durch einen verriegelbaren Stellzylinder (6) durchführbar ist. Die Zylinderbuchse wird hierbei durch austauschbare Zylindersegmente (7) gebildet, um eine Zylinderbuchse in unterschiedlichen Größendurchmessern im Grundelement und Türelement zu bilden. Hierzu sind die Zylindersegmente (7) über rückseitige Führungsprofile und zugeordnete Profilschienen im Grundelement und Türelement austauschbar angeordnet. Die Oberseiten der einzelnen Zylindersegmente sind dabei über horizontal aufschiebbare zugeordnete Halteringe mit korrespondierenden Aufnahmen verbunden. Durch die Aufnahme von Rohren in der Zylinderbuchse und auftretender Belastung ist ein federbelasteter Betätigungsarm über ein Zylindersegment in seiner Höhe verstellbar und es ist über einen zugeordneten Lastsensor eine Verriegelung des hydraulischen Stellzylinders für die Schließbewegung einstellbar.
