目前现有的活动沙发机械伸展装置有三个重大缺陷:1、展开和收拢长度不一致,导致铁架打不开或者坐前软包塌陷影响外观;2、靠背松动范围在40mm左右,功能沙发二人位和三人位靠背不在一条直线上,特别是伸展运作后前后相差很多,影响沙发的档次和风格;3、承重后产品下沉40mm左右,沙发离地面有一定高度。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是克服现有技术中所存在的上述缺点,而提供一种结构设计合理、功能优良的多功能活动沙发机械伸展装置。
本发明解决上述问题所采用的技术方案是:一种多功能活动沙发机械伸展装置,其特征在于:包括脚一杆、脚二杆、脚三杆、脚四杆、侧板、一号连杆、二号连杆、三号连杆、四号连杆、五号连杆、六号连杆、一号支撑件、二号支撑件、联动件、海马件、转轴传动件、弹簧和底部连杆;

  3. 根据权利要求2所述的多功能活动沙发机械伸展装置,其特征在于:在脚三杆上固定有与二号限位面和一号限位面配合的腿部限位铆钉,在侧板上固定有与四号限位面配合的座部限位铆钉和与七号限位面配合的躺姿限位铆钉,在海马件上固定有与十号限位面配合的一号坐姿限位铆钉,在联动件上固定有与九号限位面配合的二号坐姿限位铆钉和与五号限位面配合的三号坐姿限位铆钉,在转轴传动件上固定有与八号限位面配合的锁紧限位铆钉。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的多功能活动沙发机械伸展装置,其特征在于:还包括小脚板和搁脚板,小脚板分别与脚一杆和脚二杆转动连接,搁脚板分别与脚二杆和脚一杆转动连接。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的多功能活动沙发机械伸展装置,其特征在于:还包括拉手、拉索和拉索支架;所述的拉索一端连接有拉手,另一端连接有拉索支架;所述的拉索支架与转轴传动件连接。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的多功能活动沙发机械伸展装置,其特征在于:还包括靠背件,所述的靠背件分别与一号连杆和侧板转动连接。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的多功能活动沙发机械伸展装置,其特征在于:还包括一号安装板和二号安装板,一号安装板和二号安装板均固定在侧板上。
