Claims (7)
- 一种多功能活动沙发机械伸展装置,其特征在于:包括脚一杆、脚二杆、脚三杆、脚四杆、侧板、一号连杆、二号连杆、三号连杆、四号连杆、五号连杆、六号连杆、一号支撑件、二号支撑件、联动件、海马件、转轴传动件、弹簧和底部连杆;六号连杆一端与脚四杆转动连接,另一端与转轴传动件转动连接;脚四杆又分别与侧板、五号连杆、脚二杆转动连接;脚三杆分别与侧板、脚一杆、脚二杆转动连接;二号支撑杆分别与底部连杆和四号连转动连接;四号连杆分别与二号连杆和联动件转动连接;二号连杆又与侧板转动连接;三号连杆分别与二号支撑件和海马件转动连接;海马件又分别与侧板和五号连杆转动连接;联动件又分别与侧板、一号连杆、一号支撑件转动连接;一号支撑件又与底部连杆转动连接;弹簧一端固定在侧板,另一端固定在六号连杆。
- 根据权利要求1所述的多功能活动沙发机械伸展装置,其特征在于:在脚二杆上开有一号限位面和二号限位面,在脚四杆上开有三号限位面,在侧板上开有四号限位面和五号限位面,在二号连杆上开有六号限位面和七号限位面,在六号连杆上开有八号限位面,在一号支撑件上开有九号限位面,在联动件上开有十号限位面。
- 根据权利要求2所述的多功能活动沙发机械伸展装置,其特征在于:在脚三杆上固定有与二号限位面和一号限位面配合的腿部限位铆钉,在侧板上固定有与四号限位面配合的座部限位铆钉和与七号限位面配合的躺姿限位铆钉,在海马件上固定有与十号限位面配合的一号坐姿限位铆钉,在联动件上固定有与九号限位面配合的二号坐姿限位铆钉和与五号限位面配合的三号坐姿限位铆钉,在转轴传动件上固定有与八号限位面配合的锁紧限位铆钉。
- 根据权利要求1所述的多功能活动沙发机械伸展装置,其特征在于:还包括小脚板和搁脚板,小脚板分别与脚一杆和脚二杆转动连接,搁脚板分别与脚二杆和脚一杆转动连接。
- 根据权利要求1所述的多功能活动沙发机械伸展装置,其特征在于:还包括拉手、拉索和拉索支架;所述的拉索一端连接有拉手,另一端连接有拉索支架;所述的拉索支架与转轴传动件连接。
