发明内容
本发明的实施例提供一种 C画 A 网络发送緩存短消息的方法、 装置和系 统, 能够有利于实现分点对点业务和应用到点业务建设 C画 A短消息中心。 本发明的一实施例提供一种码分多址网络发送緩存短消息的方法, 包括: 接收开机通知; 根据所述开机通知发送点对点业务的緩存短消息, 并获取应用到点业务 的短消息中心的地址;

根据当前的 CDMA网络设定, 当关机的 C画 A用户开机后, 归属位置寄存 器 HLR只能将开机通知发送给该用户归属的短消息中心, 本实施例依然遵守 该网络设定, 由用户归属的短消息中心接收 HLR发送的开机通知。
步骤 12 , 根据所述开机通知发送点对点业务的緩存短消息, 并获取应用 到点业务的短消息中心的地址。
步驟 13, 向所述应用到点业务的短消息中心转发所述开机通知, 以使得 所述应用到点业务的短消息中心根据该转发的开机通知发送应用到点业务的 緩存短消息。

为了更有效地分业务建设 C画 A短消息中心,用户归属的短消息中心可以 事先配置应用到点业务的短消息中心的地址信息, 例如按照用户的号段进行 配置, 该地址信息可以保存在用户归属的短消息中心内部, 通过内部接口进 行查询; 该地址信息也可以保存在网络中的其他服务器上, 如地址信息中心, 由用户归属的短消息中心通过外部接口进行查询。 在用户归属的短消息中心 接收到 HLR发送的开机通知后, 可以直接查询该配置的地址信息, 实现及时 地向相关的应用到点业务的短消息中心转发所述开机通知。

步驟 5 , 地址信息中心反馈地址配置情况;
步驟 6 , 根据查询结果向应用到点业务的短消息中心转发该开机通知消 息;
步骤 7 , 应用到点业务的短消息中心接收到开机通知后, 如果緩存有发 送给该用户的应用到点短消息, 则启动短消息发送流程, 向该用户发送应用 到点的緩存短消息。

7、 一种码分多址网络发送緩存短消息的系统, 其特征在于, 包括用户归 属的短消息中心和应用到点业务的短消息中心, 其中,
