Abstract

본 발명은 수처리장치에 관한 것으로서, 특히 생물공정, 정수기 등의 관내에서 발생하는 스케일 및 바이오파울링을 억제 또는 저감하는 장치로서 티타늄으로 이루어진 필터와 전원인가전극 사이에 플라즈마를 발생시켜 바이오파울링을 저감시킬 수 있는 바이오파울링 저감을 위한 수처리장치에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 바이오파울링 저감을 위한 수처리장치는, 일단에 유입구가 형성되고, 타단에 유출구가 형성된 수조하우징과; 상기 수조하우징의 내부에서 상기 유입구와 유출구 사이에 배치되는 금속재질의 필터와; 상기 수조하우징의 내부에서 상기 필터와 인접하게 배치되는 전원인가전극과; 상기 전원인가전극에 연결되어 전류를 공급하는 전원공급장치와; 상기 필터에 연결된 접지라인으로 이루어지되, 상기 전원공급장치에 공급하는 전류에 의해 상기 전원인가전극과 필터 사이에 플라즈마가 발생되어 상기 필터의 부착된 침착물을 제거하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
