- the filter is a filtration device for filtering foreign matter in the fluid, and in recent years, the use of nanofiber filter media using nanofibers has been proposed to increase filtration efficiency.
- Conventional nanofiber filter media has a bonding structure in which nanofibers are focused on a substrate in an electrospinning process.
- the conventional nanofiber filter media has a problem in that the nanofibers easily fall off by external force because the binding force of the nanofibers is weak. Therefore, improvement is required because it is difficult to use in an environment where the flow of the filtration fluid is strong or may be exposed to an external impact such as a gas turbine filter, an automobile filter or a bag filter.
- Nanofiber filter media are provided.
- a gas turbine filter or bag filter comprising the nanofiber filter media.

- the nanofiber adhesive sheet may further include an additional hot melt sheet attached to the opposite side of the hot melt sheet with the nanofiber layer interposed therebetween.
- the nanofibers are bonded to the substrate layer by the hot melt sheet, the nanofibers do not fall well from the substrate layer regardless of the type of substrate.
- the nanofibers are formed on both sides of the substrate layer, the filtration efficiency of the filter further increases.
- the nanofiber adhesive sheet is bonded to the substrate by thermal fusion, the nanofiber filter media having a strong bonding force can be produced relatively easily.
- the bonding force between the hot melt sheet and the nanofibers may be further strengthened in the process of thermal fusion, it is possible to manufacture a nanofiber filter having improved binding force of the nanofibers.
