下面结合说明书附图对本实用新型的具体实施方式做详细描述。 本实用新型提供一种改良式烟的包装结构， 如图 1 所示， 该包装结构包括 烟盒、 以及由过滤嘴 3和烟纸包裹的烟丝 2组成的烟， 其中， 该烟盒的上端设 有开口 1 , 该烟的过滤嘴 3置于该烟盒的下端、 并立于烟盒的底面之上。 本实施例中， 由于过滤嘴 3 置于烟盒的底部， 用户在抽取香烟的过程中， 以与包裹烟丝的烟纸为着力点抽取香烟， 无需与过滤嘴 3接触， 也就避免了过 滤嘴 3因沾染手上的细菌而致病的问题。 如图 2所示， 进一步的， 还可以在上述烟盒的下端也设置一开口 4, 以便于 用户逐步改变现有的直接以过滤嘴 3 为着力点抽取香烟的习惯， 在用户还没有 接收新的健康理念的前提下， 保留现有香烟的包装结构， 用户可以将烟盒倒过 来以过滤嘴 3 为着力点将香烟抽取出烟盒， 便于用户使用并使之不影响产品的 销售。 其中， 为便于香烟的存放以避免盒内的烟在重力的作用下自动打开底端 的开口 4而掉出， 本实施例还在烟盒的下端设置有密封开口 4用的紧固件， 该 紧固件包括但不限于磁吸式紧固件， 其作用在于： 在存放时， 烟盒的底面形成 能稳定托住香烟的托盘， 同时也避免了外部细菌的入侵； 且在使用时， 用户能 轻易地将之打开。 其中， 烟盒的外表面上印有香烟的名称、 商标等文字及图案 信息， 该信息可以用于指示香烟的上端和下端， 或者在烟盒的上部和 /或下部显 眼处添加标记， 又或者将上部开口 1和下部开口 4的形状及尺寸设置成明显不 一样的， 以便于用户正确、 快速地区分过滤嘴放置在烟盒的哪一端。 以上， 仅为本实用新型的较佳实施例， 但本实用新型的保护范围并不局限 于此， 任何熟悉本技术领域的技术人员在本实用新型揭露的技术范围内， 可轻 易想到的变化或替换， 都应涵盖在本实用新型的保护范围之内。 因此， 本实用 新型的保护范围应该以权利要求所界定的保护范围为准。
