  • the adjusting member 40 is constituted by a threaded screw and at least one of the two through-holes 361 , 371 present in the blocks 36, 37 is threaded with a profile corresponding to the profile of the adjusting member 40.
  • sequence of figures 7A, 7B, 7C illustrates a succession of regulating stages in which the two blocks 36, 37 are forced by the adjusting member 40 to near one another, with a consequent sliding on the inclined guide planes 34, 35 which causes them to distance from the coupling side of the base element 32 with the perimeter profile 10.
  • the special shaping of the base element (32), in a cusp- or wedge-shape, by means of the two opposite pairs 34, 35 of inclined guide planes, means that the reciprocal nearing of the two blocks 36, 37 consequently produces not only an adjustment and/or variation in the position of the panel P with respect to the perimeter section 10, and therefore with respect to the wall element M, but also, at the same time, it exerts a thrust action against the external edge B of the panel P.
  • the panel is compressed by the four sides and forced to maintain the position obtained following the regulation of the position of the blocks 36, 37 of the various spacer means 30 via the relative adjusting members 40.
  • This advantageously enables an increase in the stability of the panel; indeed the panel will be gripped and supported by the support modules 20, by means of the relative edges 25, 26 and forced to maintain the position assumed thanks to the contemporaneous thrust action exerted by the blocks 36, 37 of the spacer means 30 on the relative four sides.

  • the operators proceed to the inserting of the second edge 26 of the seating 27, adjusting the orientation thereof such that it rests on the second surface F2 of the panel P.
  • the position of the second edge 26 is regulated by using the stabilising means 270, such that the panel P is supported, but can slide between the two edges 25, 26.
  • the spacer means 30 are then predisposed on the perimeter section 10 by a side of corresponding support modules 20.
  • the relative position of the two blocks 36, 37 is adjusted up to when the flat external part 360, 370, i.e. the abutting surface 31 , is resting against the external edge B of the panel P. Then the adjusting member 40 is screwed up to adjusting the panel P into the desired position.
  • the second edge 26 of the support module 20 is definitively stabilised against the second surface F2 of the panel P, such that it is stably gripped and supported between the two edges 25, 26.
  • the structure, thus predisposed, is then completed with the insertion of the cladding elements 85 and the glass-retaining seals 87.
  • the special presence of the spacer means 30, and the possibility of configuring and adjusting the position of the abutting surface 31 of the edge of the panel to the perimeter element, associated to the wall element, enable immediate and easy compensation for any imperfections and imprecisions (of shape, parallelism, perpendicularity etc.) present therein.
  • the fact of providing the spacer means 30 separate and independent with respect to the support module 20 of the panel, in the form and structure as described herein above, enables realising the support modules 20 with a lower and modest height. This enables, for example, realisation of a structure which exhibits a visible thickness of about 35 mm, and is therefore not very large and exudes a pleasant aesthetic appearance.

Abstract

L'invention concerne une structure de soutien et de positionnement vertical correct pour cloison séparatrice, constituée d'au moins un panneau vitré (P) destiné à être associé à au moins un élément (M) de paroi d'un espace intérieur, et comprenant au moins une section (10) de périmètre qui peut être fixée à l'élément (M) de paroi, et au moins un module porteur (20), conçu pour recevoir une partie (P1) d'un côté du panneau vitré (P) susceptible d'être associé et fixé à la section (10) de périmètre. La structure comporte en outre des moyens (30) d'entretoises qui peuvent être associés et fixés à la section (10) de périmètre à proximité et sur un côté du module porteur (20). Les moyens (30) d'entretoises présentent en outre au moins une surface (31) destinée à porter contre un bord extérieur (B) de la partie (P1). Les moyens (30) d'entretoises sont configurables de telle sorte que la surface (31) d'appui puisse porter sur le bord extérieur (B) du panneau (P) lorsque la partie (P1) est associée au module porteur (20), et sont également configurables de manière à pouvoir faire varier une distance entre la surface (31) d'appui et la section (10) de périmètre, ce qui a pour effet de régler la distance entre le bord extérieur (B), et par conséquent le panneau (P), et la section (10) de périmètre, avant l'application finale des contraintes à celui-ci au moyen du module porteur (20).
