Abstract

Procedimiento y sistema para la deposición de recubrimientos sobre superficies cilindroides de geometría extruida. Consiste en un sistema en el que las superficies cilindroides (1) son suspendidas verticalmente por un soporte (14), que se desplaza por un carrusel (11). Un vaso (3) se encuentra sobre una mordaza inferior (15), que agarra la superficie cilindroide (1), que permanece así fija. El vaso (3), vacío, asciende sobre la superficie cilindroide (1) sin recubrimiento, y en la parte superior, se llena de líquido (2). El vaso (3) presenta geometría cilindroide, con un orificio central, por donde se encuentra en contacto con la superficie cilindroide (1) a recubrir. Una vez lleno, se desplaza vertical y descendentemente a lo largo de dicha superficie cilindroide (1), a una velocidad tal que la película de recubrimiento que va depositando, tenga el espesor deseado. Al llegar a la mordaza inferior (15), ésta suelta la superficie cilindroide (1), que avanza sobre el carrusel (11) hasta un horno (12), donde el recubrimiento se sinteriza.
