Abstract
La présente invention se rapporte à une diode électroluminescente, à un dispositif d'affichage et à un module d'éclairage la comprenant. Selon un mode de réalisation de la présente invention, la diode électroluminescente comprend des première et seconde couches conductrices qui sont faites en des matériaux transparents ou translucides et qui fournissent des électrons et des trous à une couche organique. Elle comprend en outre une couche de résonance optique et une couche de réflectivité qui sont formées sur la première couche conductrice ou sur la seconde couche conductrice. Dans ces conditions, comme la couche de résonance optique n'est pas formée entre les couches conductrices, le fonctionnement de la diode n'est pas affecté. D'autre part, l'effet de résonance optique est amélioré du fait que la couche de résonance optique présente une épaisseur importante. Par voie de conséquence, la présente invention améliore l'efficacité d'extraction de lumière, la pureté des couleurs ou similaires.
