Abstract

La présente invention se rapporte à une diode électroluminescente, à un dispositif d'affichage et à un module d'éclairage la comprenant. Dans ces conditions, comme la couche de résonance optique n'est pas formée entre les couches conductrices, le fonctionnement de la diode n'est pas affecté. D'autre part, l'effet de résonance optique est amélioré du fait que la couche de résonance optique présente une épaisseur importante.
