申请曰为 2009年 10月 17 曰, 申请号为 ZL200920237501. 6的中国实 用新型专利申请, 上述专利申请的内容作为参考引入本文。 背景技术 现代人喜欢亲近自然, 往往在自己的居书室或是办公室摆放几盆花 卉, 不仅显得清雅, 而且有利于空气。 为满足所栽花卉的生长所需, 需要经常浇水或添加营养液, 而要是遇上出差或是有事时, 往往没时 间照料花卉。 目前花盆生产商为解决此类问题, 基本采用双层花盆的 设计, 通过双层花盆之间的夹层来为花卉提供水份和营养液, 但由于 双层花盆结构较为复杂, 而且对花盆的材料使用量大, 生产比较繁瑣 且不经济。 发明内容 为克服上述不足, 本发明提供了一种自吸式供水花盆。 本发明所采用的技术方案是: 一种自吸式供水花盆, 包括盆体, 其特征在于,盆体内设有隔板,隔板与盆体的侧壁和底壁组成盛水腔, 隔板与用吸水材料制成的吸水芯相接, 吸水芯的下端接触底壁或与底 壁存有空隙, 顶端与隔板相平或高于隔板, 在盆体上开有透气孔和入
水孔。
所述透气孔和入水孔设在盆体的侧壁, 透气孔设在隔板下方且位 于入水孔上方的侧壁上。
所述隔板可以是单独成型的部件, 也可以是与盆体一体结构。 所述盆体由上盆体和下盆体组成, 隔板与上盆体是一体结构且形 成上盆体的底壁, 所述透气孔设在下盆体的侧壁, 下盆体的开口即是 入水孔。
所述隔板与吸水芯既可以是两个单独成型的部件, 也可以是一体 结构。

本发明的最佳结构是: 在盆体侧壁内设有卡块, 用吸水材料单独 成型的隔板架放在卡块上, 隔板与盆体的侧壁和底壁组成盛水腔; 隔 板中间设有插孔, 用吸水材料单独成型的吸水芯插放在插孔内, 吸水 芯的下端与底壁存有空隙, 顶端比隔板高; 在盆体的侧壁上开有透气 孔和入水孔, 透气孔设在隔板下方且位于入水孔上方的侧壁上; 所述 入水孔处设有与盆体一体结构的盆壁组成的入水口。 这样的结构设置
保证了植物可以均匀且充分的获得水份, 隔板和吸水芯便于生产和运 输, 而且浇水方便。
本发明可以通过入水孔向盛水腔一次性添加足够的水或营养液, 由吸水芯将水或营养液提供给植物, 这样的供水方式使得植物可以较 长时间不用添加水份, 对于经常出差或是平时事务繁忙的人极其方 便。 附图说明 图 1为本发明的结构示意图。

实施例 1 : 如图 1所示, 本发明包括盆体 1 , 盆体 1 内设有与盆 体 1一体结构的隔板 2 , 隔板 2与盆体 1的侧壁和底壁组成盛水腔 4 , 隔板 2设有插孔, 用吸水材料制成的吸水芯 3插放在插孔内, 吸水芯 3的下端与底壁存有空隙, 顶端比隔板 2高, 在盆体 1的侧壁上开有 透气孔 5和入水孔 6 , 透气孔 5设在隔板 2下方且位于入水孔 6上方
的侧壁上。
实施例 2 : 如图 2 ~ 3所示, 其结构与实施例 1不同的是, 所述盆 体 1 由上盆体 11和下盆体 12组成, 隔板 2与上盆体 11是一体结构 且形成上盆体 11的底壁, 所述透气孔 5设在下盆体 12的侧壁, 下盆 体 12的开口即是入水孔 6。
实施例 3 : 如图 4所示, 其结构与实施例 1不同的是, 所述隔板 2与吸水芯 3是由吸水材料制成的一体结构, 吸水芯 3顶端与隔板 1 平齐;所述入水孔 6处设有与盆体 1一体结构的盆壁组成的入水口 7。
实施例 4 : 如图 5 ~ 6所示, 其结构与实施例 1不同的是, 隔板 2 和吸水芯 3都是由吸水材料单独成型的; 在盆体 1侧壁内还设有卡块 8 , 隔板 2架放在卡块 8上; 所述入水孔 6处设有与盆体 1一体结构 的盆壁组成的入水口 7。
工业实用性
本发明创造的自吸式供水花盆通过入水孔向盛水腔一次性添 加足够的水或营养液, 由吸水芯将水或营养液提供给植物, 这样 的供水方式使得植物可以较长时间不用添加水份, 可以保证植物 均匀且充分的获得水份, 并且便于人们浇水方便, 更适合于经常 出差或是平时事务繁忙的人。 而且, 本发明创造的结构简单、 制 造成本较低, 且隔板和吸水芯便于生产和运输, 便于产业上的应 用。
Claims
1、 一种自吸式供水花盆, 包括盆体, 其特征在于, 盆体内设 有隔板, 隔板与盆体的侧壁和底壁组成盛水腔, 隔板与用吸水材 料制成的吸水芯相接, 吸水芯的下端接触底壁或与底壁存有空隙, 顶端与隔板相平或高于隔板, 在盆体上开有透气孔和入水孔。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述自吸式供水花盆, 其特征在于, 所述 透气孔和入水孔设在盆体的侧壁, 透气孔设在隔板下方且位于入 水孔上方的侧壁上。
3、 根据权利要求 1所述自吸式供水花盆, 其特征在于, 所述 隔板可以是单独成型的部件, 也可以是与盆体一体结构。
4、 根据权利要求 1或 3所述自吸式供水花盆, 其特征在于, 所述盆体由上盆体和下盆体组成, 隔板与上盆体是一体结构且形 成上盆体的底壁, 所述透气孔设在下盆体的侧壁, 下盆体的开口 即是入水孔。
