Abstract

본 발명은 저염화물계 액상제설제 조성물 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 저염화물계 액상 제설제 조성물에 있어서; 중량%로, 염화마그네슘: 38-45%; 초산나트륨: 3-6%; 글리세린: 2-5%; 구연산나트륨: 1-3% 및 잔부 물로 조성되어, 살수장비에서의 아칭현상을 막아 도로 청소용 작업용수로 활용할 수 있는 특징을 갖는 저염화물계 액상제설제 조성물을 제공한다. 본 발명은 기존 고체상태의 저염화물계 제설제 및 비염화물계 액상 제설제를 대체할 수 있으며, 영하 20℃에서 영하 60℃까지 쉽게 제조할 수 있어 제설제 구입 비용의 절감과 수출 전망이 밝으며, 또한 그동안 겨울철 도로 청소 작업이 제대로 이루어지지 못하였으나 본 발명은 노면 청소차량의 작업용수로 활용할 수 있으므로 미세먼지 제거와 고가의 장비를 효율적으로 운영할 수 있다.
