Abstract

La présente invention se rapporte à une turbine à géométrie variable comprenant une roue de turbine montée pour une rotation autour d'un axe de turbine dans un logement, le logement délimitant une entrée annulaire entourant la roue de turbine et délimitée entre des première et seconde parois latérales d'entrée; et un manchon cylindrique axialement mobile sur l'entrée annulaire afin de faire varier la taille d'une voie d'écoulement de gaz dans l'entrée; l'entrée annulaire est séparée en une première partie d'entrée annulaire et en une seconde partie d'entrée annulaire axialement décalée par rapport à la première partie d'entrée, des aubes d'entrée s'étendent axialement dans chacune des première et seconde parties d'entrée, les aubes d'entrée délimitant des passages d'entrée axialement adjacents. La configuration des aubes d'entrée s'étendant dans la première partie d'entrée diffère de la configuration des aubes d'entrée s'étendant dans la seconde partie d'entrée en ce que les aubes s'étendant dans la première partie d'entrée sont circonférentiellement décalées par rapport aux aubes s'étendant dans la seconde partie d'entrée.
