Abstract

New-tree tops, stems, and lianas of miscellaneous trees, weeds, and liana grass plants extend in parks, the corners of gardens, shrubberies, hedges, street plantations, or the like before aware of the extension. The new-tree tops, stems, and lianas thereof are killed with a treatment agent or the like instead of digging up and removing the roots thereof. The killing is performed with attending treatment using a special-purpose treatment device. The stem and branch of a plant to be treated are immersed in a liquid of the treatment agent or the like having systemic properties, and compressed and/or collapsed so as to invade the treatment agent or the like into the section to be treated. The work of the compression and/or collapse is performed by the plier-shaped treatment device having a configuration in which, for example, a container and a pressing force body are joined to each of the arms, and the arms bear a support shaft and move rotationally, whereby the pressure-receiving working surface within the container and the pressing force working surface of the pressing force body are engaged with each other.

Description

Processing equipment and method for treating plants withering, etc.
The present invention allows treatment agents and chemicals (hereinafter referred to as treatment agents, etc.) to enter the plant body to kill the plant, to control or prevent insect pests, to eliminate seeds such as fruits, The present invention relates to a processing instrument and a processing method for promoting ripening (hereinafter collectively referred to as “killing”).
Plant growth in temperate and fertile areas is really strong. Whether it is a park, garden, or open space around a house, there are many kinds of trees, vines and weeds. Perhaps it is the seeds that germinate from the surrounding trees and vines that have fallen from the sky, or have been eaten by birds and carried from a distance or the wind. Large trees such as firewood drop large quantities of seeds.
Unknowingly sprouting secretly in parks, garden corners, shrubs, hedges and street planting. Shrub planting and miscellaneous trees and vines in the stock will not stop until our eyes grow. When I noticed it was quite deeply rooted. If you try to pull them out, their cross-sectional diameters are so small that they can be difficult to grasp, which is surprisingly difficult. Before the roots are pulled out, the trunks and stems are cut off, or only the bark is peeled off. By the way, elm trees and the like that exceed 3 mm in diameter cannot be pulled out by hand.
The same is true for wild grapes, hexoses, etc., while the vines are growing under the planting, they are not noticed, and when they come out on the surface of the planting and the leaves become conspicuous, they usually lower the roots deeply into the ground. Yes. Pulling will cause the stem to grow slightly, but if it is pulled, it will break.
In such cases, it is common practice to dig up and remove the roots with a scoop or other means, but it can be found in important gardens, beautifully pruned and shaped plants, hedges, planting, shrubs, etc. Is not an acceptable method. Also, if the roots are deep or wide, digging up can be a daunting task.
Therefore, as another method, it is possible to cut or cut the trunk and stem as close to the root as possible and apply a foliar treatment type killing agent that has osmotic transferability in the plant body to withstand the cutting and the like. . Between March and October when the roots are growing, branches, stems, and trunks are cut, and a treatment agent or the like is infiltrated into the plant body from the vascular bundle in the cut cross section.
Glyphosate ammonium salt and glyphosate potassium salt that have infiltrated the vascular bundle move through the plant body using the vascular bundle as a passage and movement mechanism, and the action of EPSPS, which is an enzyme necessary for producing aromatic amino acids necessary for plant growth, Inhibits and kills the plant, including its roots. By the way, in the case of miscellaneous shrubs with a tree diameter of 50 mm or less, it can be killed by applying and placing a 1 to 2 milliliter 41% solution on a cutting surface such as a trunk.
So far, several processing methods and processing instruments for performing the processing have been proposed so that they can be easily and realistically processed.
JP 2005-218359 A JP2007-029103 JP 2006-217911 A Japanese Patent No. 4357582
However, since the currently practiced method is a method in which a site to be treated is cut or incised with a scissors or the like, and a treatment agent or the like is applied to or placed on the cross section of the cut, etc. When treating branches and stems, the cross-sectional area of branches and stems is small, so the amount of treatment agent that can be applied to the cross-section is extremely small, and the cross-sectional area occupied by the vascular bundle that serves as the entrance to the medicinal component is also Because it is small, treatment agents etc. cannot be sufficiently infiltrated into the body. Moreover, since the cross section of the branch is small, even if it is applied, the treatment agent or the like is not attached well, and it falls off immediately or it is dropped by rain or wind. The current situation is that branches and stems with a diameter of 5 millimeters or less cannot be treated for this reason.
There are many cases where we would like to kill the trees and vines that came out of the pruned plants as much as possible, and to kill them while the stems were thin, so this problem must be solved by all means.
Further, in the case of a thick branch, it is necessary to supply a large amount of treatment agent or the like to the tree body, but this is also limited in the amount that can be supplied by the two-dimensional method of applying to a cross section such as cutting.
Although the problems have been described above, it is an object of the present invention to provide a treatment instrument capable of sufficiently infiltrating a treatment agent or a drug into a vascular bundle and a treatment method using the treatment instrument.
The method of the present invention will be described according to standard processing procedures. First, the part immediately above the part to be treated is cut with a pruning shears or the like, and the shoot apex side part is cut off. Next, squeeze the sap and air in the treatment area by sandwiching about 1 to 2 centimeters below the cutting point with the mouth of a heel, pliers, vise, etc. put out. And / or the treatment part is crushed and the transverse adhesion of each tissue constituting the stalk such as the cortical layer, inner sheath and central column of the stalk is broken. In addition, even if it does not cut | disconnect or incise, it may be only crushing or pressing or a combination of crushing and pressing.
The thick wall tissue of plants such as xylem fiber structure and sieving fiber structure runs mainly in the vertical direction, so when pressed and destroyed, the stem changes into a shape that has been split into multiple pieces in the vertical direction. . In plants with a high water content, sap and air in the central column, the parenchyma cells of the radiant tissue, the cell gaps, etc., also come out from the part where the epidermis is torn.
Next, the nozzle is inserted into the squeezed / collapsed part with an injector containing a treatment agent, such as an oil plug, and processed into gaps between tissues and sap and air expelled from the dissociated tissue. Inject drugs. Alternatively, a treatment agent or the like is placed on a cross section such as a cut. Further, when the treatment agent or the like is in a liquid state, the crushed portion is immersed in the treatment agent or the like and rinsed so that the treatment agent or the like and the plant tissue are mixed, and the treatment agent or the like is infiltrated into the gaps between the tissues.
The voids created by crushing and the voids from which sap and air are expelled are small or thin, so that the treatment agent and the like filled therein are stably held for a long time by capillary action. The filled components such as treatment agents enter the nearby vascular bundle all at once from the direction of the three-dimensional people, and then the entered treatment agents and other components move toward the roots of the plant and achieve the purpose of the treatment.
As described above, as a method of infiltrating the treatment agent into the stem, etc., after compressing or crushing the stem, etc., the method of filling the treatment agent etc. into the part that was destroyed using an injector, or the destruction in the treatment agent liquid etc. Proposal was made to immerse the treated part in order to make the treatment agent infiltrate. To do. If the stem or the like to be treated is squeezed and / or crushed in a liquid such as a treatment agent, the stem fiber will return to its original shape to some extent when the handle is released and the compression action is released. For this reason, voids are generated inside and outside each tissue, and a negative pressure is generated therein, so that the liquid such as the processing agent in the vessel portion does not become empty and enters the voids. That is, air does not enter. In the case of woody plants, many voids are generated at the center of the central pillar.
Then, an example of the processing instrument which performs the squeezing and / or crushing in liquids, such as a processing agent, is proposed. As shown in FIG. 2, the processing tool is formed in a pliers shape. In this treatment instrument, the pressing body (2) is integrally joined to the tip of the arm (4), the vessel part (1) is integrally joined to the other arm (3), and both arms are supported. The shaft (7) is supported for rotation, and when the arm is rotated about the support shaft (7), the side surface or bottom surface of the vessel portion (1) and the head surface of the pressing body (2) are moved. It is designed to approach until a contract or a rough contract is made. The pressing / reaction force acting direction lines as a whole of the engagement portion surface in the vessel portion (1), that is, the pressure receiving action surface, and the head surface of the pressing body (2), that is, the pressing action surface, substantially coincide with each other. .
The rear extension of each arm is a handle (5, 6), and the stalk or branch of the treatment target is required between the engagement part in the vessel part (1), that is, between the pressure receiving part and the pressing action surface of the pressing body (2). If the handle (5, 6) is firmly held across the treatment portion, the object can be squeezed and / or crushed.
As for the joining method of the arm (3) and the vessel part (1), the edge, side or bottom surface of the vessel part (1) may be joined to the tip of the arm (3), or as shown in FIG. A method of circumscribing the inner surface of the arm (3) to the outer side surface or outer bottom surface of the portion (1), or a method of inscribing the outer surface of the arm (3) to the inner side surface or inner bottom surface of the vessel portion (1). is there.
FIG. 3 shows an example in which the edge of the vessel part (1) is joined to the tip of the arm (3). The treatment liquid (8) is poured into the vessel part (1) and the stem (9) is inserted therein. If the part is squeezed and / or crushed while the treatment part (B) is immersed, the handle of the handle is returned and at the same time the squeezed and expelled sap and air gaps and the tissue that is destroyed The processing agent liquid (8) is sucked into the voids and the like to fill the crushing equivalent part voids by 100%. The vessel portion (1) only needs to have a depth capable of storing a treatment agent or the like.
As shown in FIG. 4, when the plant to be treated is qualitatively uniform and weak when the fiber tissue is undeveloped, when the target plant is crushed evenly and densely when pressed with a mirror-like pressing action portion, as shown in FIG. In addition, the processing tool pressing action part (C) or the pressure receiving action part (A) in the vessel part has a W-shaped row projection or a plurality of cones, pyramids, truncated cones, truncated pyramids, etc. in side view. Keep the protrusion of. When the handle (5, 6) of the processing tool is gripped, the protrusion is pushed into the required treatment part (B) of the stem, and the round stem is split into pieces, the tissue is broken, and the tissue is destroyed. Therefore, the amount of the treatment agent or the like entering or adhering to the substrate increases. Further, these protrusions also have an effect of preventing the stem having a circular cross section from sliding on the pressing / pressure receiving surface.
In the present application, a section of a certain length is squeezed and / or crushed to squeeze sap or air in the plant tissue or cell gap, and further destroy the tissue to create a gap. It has been proposed to be filled with a treatment agent or the like. Even in the case where the treatment target has a small diameter and it is insufficient in quantity simply by being applied to the cut surface, a large amount of treatment agent or the like can be encapsulated three-dimensionally from the surface to the deep part below. In addition, the treatment agent and the like are supplied so as to surround the vascular bundle portion in the immediate vicinity.
The medicinal ingredients contained in the filled treatment agent and the like enter the vascular bundle from the direction of the three-dimensional people. Even if the vascular bundle occupation area is small with a thin stalk, the intended treatment effect can be surely exhibited.
In addition, the filled treatment agent and the like are stably held by capillary action, and the treatment agent and the like that have entered the gap are surrounded by the skin (15) as shown in FIG. Protected and required component performance is maintained for a long time.
Moreover, the processing instrument of this application has joined the vessel part to the arm. In the treatment solution poured into the vessel, the necessary treatment part of the stalk is squeezed and / or crushed, so that air does not enter the gaps in the plant tissue caused by squeezing, etc. It can be filled, and it can be avoided that an air layer is inserted into the vascular passage.
In addition, since the treatment solution or the like immediately surrounds the plant cell, if a negative pressure is generated in the vascular cell or the like, it can immediately enter the cell.
In this way, it is possible to easily and quickly and surely implement the treatment method of the present proposal due to the feature of the present proposal that squeezes or destroys the treatment required part in a state of being immersed in a liquid such as a treatment agent. There is no such mechanism in the pliers, lads, etc., so there is no such function.
The pressing surface / pressure-receiving part should have a sufficient width in the diameter of the plant to be treated, preferably about 1.5 centimeters and roughly 2 centimeters in length. Further, the volume of the vessel part is preferably a wide mouth because a branch / stem cut / incision part extending from the ground is inserted and squeezed along the side and bottom surfaces of the vessel part.
In the above, the example of the processing method and the processing instrument to be used was demonstrated. In the case of a plant of a type that is difficult to produce a medicinal effect on the type of plant, after the treatment liquid is infiltrated into the crushed part, the treated part and its surroundings are covered with a covering material such as vinyl tape as shown in FIG. If it is wound and sealed in 10), the infiltrated treatment agent or the like does not fall off from the tear of the skin. Furthermore, an appropriate drug substance is maintained for a long time without being influenced by the outside weather, that is, it penetrates into the vascular bundle part (14) of the treatment part over a long period of time and brings about a certain drug effect.
In addition, the light-colored coating material is useful in terms of work because it indicates that the portion is currently being processed or has been treated.
In order to obtain results more reliably, cut a few centimeters above the treatment target site and cut off the branch tip side. Next, an incision surface is created by making an incision at the upper edge of the treatment section. The branch piece above the created incision surface will be used as a lid for the treatment section as will be described later. Next, squeezing and / or crushing is performed with a pliers or the like below the incision section at the incision point. Next, a treatment agent or the like is allowed to enter the squeezed and / or crushed portion. And the lid | cover and treatment part of the said small piece are integrally wound with a vinyl tape. If it does in this way, a treatment part can be sealed and components, such as a processing agent, will be held and it will not deteriorate for a long time.
Regarding the structure of the processing instrument, the proposed processing method is based on cutting and incision of the stem first, so that a part of the edge of the vessel is sharply formed as shown in FIG. 2) and the two arms facing each other near the axis (7) of the pliers-shaped processing tool as shown in FIGS. It is also possible to propose a cutter for cutting (12) using a portion where (3, 4) and the handle (5, 6) meet.
As for the surface shape of the pressing part / pressure receiving part, the present invention has an important element to squeeze the sap and air inside the object having a substantially round cross section. When targeting a branch, etc., the surface shape of the pressing part and the surface shape of the pressure receiving part are those that exert a compression action at a plurality of points rather than two points one by one on the top and bottom of the circular cross section of the branch, etc. in side view However, it is also possible to propose that the surface shape of the pressing portion / pressure receiving portion is an arcuate shape or a V shape in a side view.
Further, since this treatment is performed while moving outdoors, the side wall and bottom surface (side wall in the illustrated example) of the container are opened as shown in FIG. It is proposed to provide a reservoir by anastomosing and abutting. Store the processing agent etc. in the storage chamber (13) with the mouth of the storage chamber (13) facing upward so that it will not spill during movement, and the container (1) upward when working such as squeezing Then, since the storage chamber (13) is inclined and the treatment agent (8) is poured from the mouth into the vessel (1), it is immersed in the container and squeezed and / or crushed.
In addition, if the herbaceous grass grows above the ground and roots in the ground at each section of the extended stem, it is treated at the midpoint of the vine section. Do not cut the stalk at the treatment point, or keep it in the incision and squeeze and / or crush the treatment point and the right and left of the incision point with the treatment tool of the present invention, squeeze the tissue, etc. Fully infiltrate the treatment agent. By doing so, treatment agents and the like can be distributed from the xylem and phloem of the treatment site to the main root on the root side and the root of each node on the shoot apex side. All roots related to can be killed. There is no need to search for roots and nodules in the midst of growing conflict, and if this treatment is performed at appropriate intervals, the whole can be processed.
The treatment instrument of the present invention is not limited to the above-described plier type, and a vise type or other types can be selected.
Combining the treatment device of the present invention, the foliage treatment type herbicide and the present treatment method, it can be used for selective killing treatment of deciduous shrubs, evergreen shrubs, vine herbs, etc. Good, efficient and reliable processing. About 4 days after this treatment, the leaves began to wither along the path of the vascular system, starting from the part close to the treatment site, all the leaves withered, and finally the roots withered.
It can also be used for thinning cedar and cypress, etc., performed by foresters. In addition, it is effective for killing wisteria vines, which have been nursery periods and have been planted in afforested areas where the sunlight and human eyes have become difficult to reach, and that have secretly maintained their growth and even overthrow adult trees. is there. Management of forest land after the childcare period tends to be neglected. It is proposed to carry around three points of the processing instrument, the processing agent, etc. of the present invention and the tape at the time of patrol.
In addition, it can be used in the same manner when perennial weeds such as Japanese pampas grass and stag beetle and perennial weeds such as millet are withered.
Katsu is a very strong vitality in the weeds, but it is difficult to eliminate it. However, if a commercially available treatment agent of 41% glyphosate ammonium salt is used, if 1 to 2 milliliters per strain is infiltrated into the treatment area in spring or fall The main root can be killed by the above-mentioned medicinal effect.
This is a treatment method that is friendly to humans and the global environment because it requires less medicine than a method that spreads or spreads drugs on the foliage over a wide area and does not cause damage to nearby residents.
Applications include fruit trees such as peaches, pears, apples, and cocoons, or garden trees such as maples, bonsai, and roadside trees. For prevention or extermination, squeezing with the treatment tool of the present invention, etc. A method of penetrating from a cutting part can also be proposed. If treated in multiple places, it can have a medicinal effect on the whole tree. It is also effective for extermination and prevention of pests such as scale insects, leafhoppers, beetles, aphids, whitefly and thrips that have entered the bark, leaves, and tree trunks.
In addition, combinations with seedless, fruit hypertrophy and ripening promoting agents such as strawberries and strawberries can be proposed.
If the plant body is small and you do not want to change the current state of branches and trunks, such as plant pots, you can also propose to treat the leaves and unnecessary branches with the same treatment.
