Abstract

Das erfindungsgemäße Verfahren betrifft die Herstellung eines Formspiegels (F), der eine in vorbestimmter Weise gekrümmte Oberfläche (2) aufweist. Das Verfahren umfasst die Schritte: Bilden eines Formkörpers (1 ), bei dem zumindest ein Teil seiner Oberfläche die in vorbestimmter Weise gekrümmte Oberfläche widergibt, Aufbringen in vollflächiger und spaltfreier Weise einer Glasschicht (3) auf die in vorbestimmter Weise gekrümmte Oberfläche des Formkörpers, wobei die Glasschicht eine Oberfläche gegenüber der Auflagefläche zum Formkörper aufweist, auf der eine Verspiegelung (4) angeordnet ist, und Aufbringen einer Trägerschicht (5) auf die Verspiegelung, wobei die Trägerschicht mit der Verspiegelung verbunden ist und nach dem Trennen des Formspiegels von dem Formkörper die vorbestimmte Krümmung aufrecht erhält. Das Verfahren betrifft ebenfalls die Verwendung einer verspiegelten Metallschicht anstelle der Glasschicht zur Reflexion. Die Erfindung betrifft ferner einen mittels des Verfahrens hergestellten Formspiegel, sowie eine Parabolrinne für ein solarthermisches Kraftwerk, die den Formspiegel verwendet.
