Abstract

The cooling device (1) of the present invention comprises an evaporator (2) having a flow tube (3) bent in serpentine shape such as to maintain continuous flow and a serpentine shaped heater (4) disposed in the pitch distance of the serpentine coils to be in contact with the flow tube (3) and to be parallel to the flow tube (3).
