压迫型止血装置
技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种止血装置, 具体地说是一种针对穿刺治疗部位进行 压迫止血的装置。
背景技术
目前, 经股动脉、 桡动脉、 静脉等穿刺介入疗法越来越普遍的应用于临 床治疗中, 止血已成为术后一项重要的医护措施。 如术后止血处理不当易引 起手术部位局部血液循环障碍, 轻者需多日康复, 重者可能会发生手术部位 局部缺血坏死。
现有技术用于穿刺治疗术后止血的措施有很多, 最常见的是压迫止血器, 其是在一固定带上设有气囊, 在使用时将气囊充气, 压于止血部位并用固定 带固定紧。 此种止血器存在诸多问题, 如, 气囊密闭不严, 短时间内体积回 缩, 造成止血压力减小, 需重新充气后再次固定。 不仅操作麻烦, 需实时监 控, 且严重影响止血效果。 另外此种止血方法无法直接判断压力大小, 需凭 借医护人员的经验判定, 不能准确的选择最佳的止血压力。
针对上述现有技术的问题, 本领域技术人员提出一种 "桡动脉压迫止血 装置" , 该装置包括压垫和松紧带, 还包括卡片、 压力调节螺帽、 压帽、 弹 性元件、 扣板、 T形压块; 卡片固定在 T形压块顶端凸台下面, 压力调节螺 帽与中间为空心的扣板上端的外螺纹配合, 压帽穿过 τ形压块顶端设置于卡 片及弹性元件顶部之间且底端设置于压力调节螺帽的底端下面, 弹性元件底 端设置在 T形压块底端的上表面上, T形压块底端上表面还设置有扣板, 下 表面设置有压垫, 扣板的底端设置有松紧带。 该止血装置改进了上述现有技 术的不足, 旋拧压力调节螺帽通过弹簧将压力转移至 τ形压块, 进而压止出 血部位。 此装置的缺陷在于, 其不具有压力指示系统, 医护人员只能凭借旋 拧的手感和对透明扣板体的观察判断当前压力是否适合。 此方式增加了不确 定性, 使得止血治疗效果不好。 第二, 该装置 τ形压块直接设于压帽上, 弹 簧套设于 T形压块上, T形压块是该装置主要受压部位, 对该部位反复施压, 致使 τ形压块易损坏并在连接部位折断, 无疑减少了该装置的使用寿命, 似 的治疗成本过高。 第三, 该扣板结构设计不合理, 其扣板上设有弯折部, 弯 折部距离松紧带又很近, 当患者使用时, 松紧带固定过程中弯折部与松紧带 之间很容易夹伤手腕部肌肉和皮肤。 又因为固定时间较长给患者造成了不必 要的痛苦。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种压迫止血效果好、 佩戴舒适、 结构简单且 机械结构稳定的压迫型止血装置。
为实现上述目的, 本实用新型采取以下技术方案:
一种压迫型止血装置, 其包括软垫和固定带, 所述止血装置还包括扣板、 导柱、 色标架、 色标帽、 τ 型压板、 弹性体和旋帽; 所述扣板由扣板体和扣 板翼组成, 扣板体为设有内螺纹的管状结构, 所述导柱与该扣板体螺接; 该 导柱套设于色标架外部, 色标帽和 τ型压板分别从色标架的顶部和底部穿设 入色标架中且固接在一起; 所述色标架与导柱之间还设有弹性体; 旋帽为环 状结构套设于导柱顶部, 所述色标帽可伸出导柱和旋帽。
上述的压迫型止血装置, 其中, 所述扣板翼为适应人体腕部生理曲线的 弧形结构。
上述的压迫型止血装置 所述弹性体为一弹簧。
上述的压迫型止血装置 所述色标帽底部设有突起, τ 型压板上 设有与其相匹配的凹槽。
上述的压迫型止血装置 其中, 所述突起上设有环状销, 所述凹槽内设 有环槽。
上述的压迫型止血装置 所述软垫设于 τ型压板底部。
上述的压迫型止血装置 所述软垫为透明硅胶材质。
上述的压迫型止血装置 所述旋帽上表面设有压力指示标记, 用 以指示压力增大或减小。
上述的压迫型止血装置 其中, 所述固定带为粘扣结构或松紧带结构与 扣板翼连接。
上述的压迫型止血装置, 其中, 所述色标架上端与导柱之间设有密封圈。 上述的压迫型止血装置, 其中, 所述扣板翼厚度为 lmm-3mm。
本实用新型的优点及有益效果是:
本实用新型压迫止血装置在旋帽顶部设有压力指示标志, 医护人员可清 楚的得知旋拧状态下的压力大小, 便于根据具体患者的情况掌控止血强度, 实现个性化护理。 第二, 本实用新型的色标架将色标帽和 τ型压板稳定的固 定在导柱内部, 随导柱向下运动通过向上压力作用而逐渐上移, 此结构稳定, 不会因为反复施压减压而损坏, 增加了装置的使用寿命。 第三, 本实用新型 扣板翼为适应人体腕部生理曲线的弧形结构, 在使用过程中, 解决了现有技 术易夹伤的问题, 增加了患者佩戴舒适度。

具体实施方式
参见图 1、 图 2和图 3所示, 一种压迫型止血装置, 其包括软垫 1和固定 带 2, 所述止血装置还包括扣板 3、 导柱 4、 色标架 5、 色标帽 6、 T型压板 7、 弹性体 8和旋帽 9; 扣板 3由扣板体 31和扣板翼 32组成, 扣板翼 32为适应 人体腕部生理曲线的弧形结构。 扣板体 31为设有内螺纹的管状结构, 导柱 4 与扣板体 31螺接; 导柱 4套设于色标架 5外部, 色标帽 6和 T型压板 7分别 从色标架 5的顶部和底部穿设入色标架 5中且固接在一起;色标架 5与导柱 4 之间还设有弹性体 8, 在本实施例中, 该弹性体 8为一弹簧; 色标架 5上端与 导柱 4之间设有密封圈 10。
旋帽 9为环状结构套设于导柱 4顶部, 色标帽可 6伸出导柱 4和旋帽 9。 软垫 1设于 T型压板 7底部, 软垫 1为透明硅胶材质, 便于观察患者出血情 况。
色标帽 6底部设有突起, T型压板 7上设有与其相匹配的凹槽, 所述突 起上设有环状销, 所述凹槽内设有环槽。
所述旋帽 9上表面设有压力指示标记 91, 用以指示压力增大或减小。 固定带 2在本实施例中为粘扣结构与扣板翼 32连接, 在实施过程中也可 根据具体情况选择松紧带结构。
所述扣板翼 32厚度为 lmm-3mm, 优选 1.5-2mm。 一般可选用具有韧性 的材质制成。 手术后拔出鞘管时只需轻压两侧扣板翼, 稍释压力使 τ型压板 轻微抬起, 医护人员可顺利拔出鞘管。
本实用新型使用方法和工作原理, 现以桡动脉穿刺后的止血举例说明: 首先, 患者将软垫 1对准止血部位, 将固定带 2环绕手腕固定紧; 然后, 医 护人员旋拧旋帽 9, 根据压力指示标记 91旋拧至所需压力即完成整个固定过 程。 再旋拧旋帽 9过程中, 导柱 4与扣板 3螺接并沿扣板 3螺纹向下运动, 此时来自患者手腕的向上压力传输至 T型压板 7, T型压板 7与色标帽 5固接 在色标架 6内, 带动色标帽 5—起向上运动, 此时医护人员通过色标帽 5的 运动状态可以再次确认压力状态。 色标帽 5 过于突出旋帽, 说明施加的压力 过大。 需再次根据压力指示标记旋拧旋帽 9调整。
本实用新型通过旋帽 9上表面的压力指示标记和色标帽 5运动状态即可 判断压力状态, 较之现有技术清楚易行。 且色标帽和 T型压板 7与色标架 6 的结构设计, 不仅提升了止血效果, 且结构稳定坚固, 不易损坏, 使得整个 止血装置的使用寿命增加。 扣板翼 32为适应人体腕部生理曲线的弧形结构, 在使用过程中, 增加了患者佩戴舒适度。
