Multimedia Subsystem, 简称为 IMS )的彩像业务, 即当被叫用户接到彩像业 务用户 (主叫用户)的来电时, 在被叫终端上显示主叫用户事先设置的文字、 图片、 音频、 视频等多种媒体表示。 在分组网络系统中, 例如, IMS系统中, 彩像业务播放的基本流程是: 当主叫发起会话请求时, 请求消息从主叫终端 经核心网分组域到达彩像业务月艮务器 ,然后再经核心网分组域到达被叫终端 , 由彩像服务器向终端发送彩像业务数据。 为了提高通信可靠性, 对分组交换(Packet Switch, 简称为 PS )域业务 和电路交换 ( Circuit Switch, 简称为 CS ) 域业务都支持的终端可能需要在 PS域会话与 CS域会话之间进行切换, 例如, 一台终端设备同时具备长期演 进 ( Long Term Evolution, 简称为 LTE )、 宽带码分多址 ( Wide band Code Division Multiple Access , 简称为 WCDMA )、 全球移动通信系统 (Global System for Mobile Communications , 简称为 GSM ) /增强型数据速率 GSM演 进技术 ( Enhanced Data Rate for GSM Evolution, 简称为 EDGE )接入能力, 当这样的终端先使用一种接入方式连接到网络中并为用户提供 PS 域会话之 后, 又根据测量到的信号判断出需要切换到另一种接入网络上, 则与网络共 同完成这种接入网络间的切换, 同时保持会话不中断。 发明人发现相关技术中的来电提示方法若在终端正持续从网络接收彩像 资源数据并播放时发生接入切换, 则会造成终端彩像数据的接收中断, 出现 终端在接入切换时没有声音、 图像的现象, 从而导致被叫用户由于得不到来 电通 p , 而无法 认主叫用户, 甚至漏接来电。 发明内容 本发明旨在提供一种来电提示方法及装置, 能够解决相关技术中的来电 提示方法若在终端持续从网络接收分组域的彩像资源数据并播放的情况下进 行接入切换, 会造成终端彩像数据的接收中断, 出现终端在接入切换时没有 声音、 图像的现象, 从而导致被叫用户由于得不到来电通知, 而无法辨认主 叫用户, 甚至漏接来电的问题。 为了实现上述目的, 居本发明的一个方面,提供了一种来电提示方法, 包括以下步骤: 终端 UE ( User Equipment, 用户设备 )接收来自彩像服务器 CRS AS ( Customized Ringing Signal Application Server, 定制振铃信号应用月艮 务器 )的彩像数据, 并根据彩像数据播放彩像; 切换服务器 SCC AS ( Service Centralization and Continuity Application Server, 业务集中制与连续性应用月艮 务器 )接收接入切换请求, 并将切换事件通知 CRS AS, CRS AS向 UE发送 用于指示接入切换的通知消息; UE 根据接收到的通知消息停止播放彩像, 并以本地发生的提示事件来提示用户来电。 优选地, 在上述方法中, SCC AS接收接入切换请求, 并将切换事件通 知 CRS AS , CRS AS向 UE发送用于指示接入切换的通知消息具体包括: 根 据当前的网络测试结果判断是否进行接入切换;若判断结果为进行接入切换, 则移动交换中心 (Mobile Switching Center, 简称为 MSC ) 服务器发起接入 切换请求; SCC AS将切换事件通知 CRS AS; CRS AS向 UE发送用于指示 接入切换的通知消息。 优选地, 在上述方法中, UE 居接收到的通知消息停止播放彩像具体 包括: UE在接收到通知消息之后, 断开与 CRS AS的业务连接; UE停止播 放彩像。 优选地, 在上述方法中, UE 根据接收到的通知消息停止播放彩像还包 括: CRS AS在接收到通知消息之后, 停止发送彩像数据。 优选地, 在上述方法中, UE 以本地提示事件提示用户来电具体包括: UE播放用于提示用户来电的本地铃音文件。 优选地, 在上述方法中, UE 以本地提示事件提示用户来电具体包括:
UE以振动来提示用户来电。 优选地, 在上述方法中, UE 以本地提示事件提示用户来电具体包括: UE在振动的同时播放本地铃音文件来提示用户来电。 优选地, 在上述方法中, 在 UE根据接收到的通知消息停止播放彩像, 并以本地发生的提示事件来提示用户来电之后还包括: UE 与网络侧共同完 成接入切换。 为了实现上述目的, 根据本发明的另一方面, 还提供了一种来电提示装 置, 包括: 彩像播放模块, 用于接收来自 CRS AS的彩像数据, 并根据彩像 数据播放彩像; 切换通知模块, 用于接收接入切换请求, 并将切换事件通知 CRS AS , 以使 CRS AS向本地提示模块发送用于指示接入切换的通知消息; 本地提示模块, 用于根据接收到的通知消息停止播放彩像, 并以本地发生的 提示事件来提示用户来电。 优选地, 在上述装置中, 本地提示模块具体包括: 断开单元, 用于在接 收到通知消息之后, 断开与 CRS AS的业务连接; 彩像停止单元, 用于停止 播放彩像; 本地提示单元, 用于以本地提示事件提示用户来电。 优选地, 在上述装置中, 本地提示单元为以下之一: 铃音单元, 用于播 放用于提示用户来电的本地铃音文件; 振动单元, 用于以振动来提示用户来 电;铃音加振动单元, 用于在振动的同时播放本地铃音文件来提示用户来电。 优选地, 上述装置还包括: 切换模块, 用于与网络侧共同完成接入切换。 上述实施例当终端在接收并播放彩像时发生接入切换, 则由切换服务器 通知彩像服务器, 再由彩像服务器通知终端停止彩像业务, 终端转而以本地 发生的提示事件来向用户提供来电信息, 由于在接入切换发生时终端主动停 止了彩像业务, 而开始以本地提示事件向用户提供来电信息, 使得用户即使 在终端发生接入切换时仍然获知正确的来电信息,提高了来电提示的可靠性, 改善了用户体 -睑, 所以克月艮了相关技术中的来电提示方法若在终端持续从网 络接收分组域的彩像资源数据并播放的情况下进行接入切换, 会造成终端彩 像数据的接收中断, 出现终端在接入切换时没有声音、 图像的现象, 从而导 致被叫用户由于得不到来电通知, 而无法辨认主叫用户, 甚至漏接来电的问 题。 附图说明 此处所说明的附图用来提供对本发明的进一步理解, 构成本申请的一部 分, 本发明的示意性实施例及其说明用于解释本发明, 并不构成对本发明的 不当限定。 在附图中: 图 1示出了根据本发明第一实施例的来电提示方法的流程图 图 2示出了根据本发明第二实施例的彩像播放方法的流程图; 图 3示出了才艮据本发明第三实施例的接入切换方法的流程图; 图 4示出了 居本发明第四实施例的来电提示方法的流程图; 图 5示出了根据本发明第五实施例的来电提示装置的结构图。 具体实施方式 下面将参考附图并结合实施例, 来详细说明本发明。 图 1示出了根据本发明第一实施例的来电提示方法的流程图, 该方法包 括以下步 4聚: 步骤 101 , UE接收来自 CRS AS的彩像数据,并根据彩像数据播放彩像; 步骤 102, SCC AS接收接入切换请求,并将切换事件通知 CRS AS, CRS AS向 UE发送用于指示接入切换的通知消息; 步骤 103 , UE根据接收到的通知消息停止播放彩像, 并以本地发生的提 示事件来提示用户来电。 本实施例中的 UE首先接收并播放彩像, 若 SCC AS接收接入切换请求, 则表示 UE需要进行接入切换, 首先由 SCC AS将切换事件通知 CRS AS, 再 由 CRS AS向 UE发送用于指示接入切换的通知消息以通知 UE停止彩像业 务, UE 转而以本地发生的提示事件来来向用户提供来电信息, 由于在接入 切换发生时终端接受 艮务器的指示而停止了彩像业务, 而开始以本地发生的 提示事件向用户提供来电信息, 使得即使在 UE发生接入切换时用户仍然获 知正确的来电信息, 提高了来电提示的可靠性, 改善了用户体 -睑, 所以克月艮 了相关技术中的来电提示方法若在 UE持续从网络接收分组域的彩像资源数 据并播放的情况下进行接入切换, 会造成终端彩像数据的接收中断, 出现终 端在接入切换时没有声音、 图像的现象, 从而导致被叫用户由于得不到来电 通知, 而无法辨认主叫用户, 甚至漏接来电的问题。 优选地, 在上述方法中, 步骤 102具体包括: 根据当前的网络测试结果 判断是否进行接入切换; 若判断结果为进行接入切换, 则移动交换中心 MSC Server发起接入切换请求; SCC AS将切换事件通知 CRS AS; CRS AS向 UE 发送用于指示接入切换的通知消息。 本实施例为判断进行切换接入的情况, 比如, UE原本为用户提供 PS会 话, 然而由于 UE的位置发生改变, 故当前的网络测试结果显示 CS 网络信 号比 PS网络信号更好, 需要将会话从 PS网络切换到 CS网络, 则接入层网 元比如 MME ( Mobility Management Entity, 移动性管理实体) 通知 MSC需 要进行接入切换, MSC Server接收到该通知后向 IMS 网络发起接入切换请 求, MSC Server在进行会话接入切换期间指明其支持中间呼叫业务的能力。 这样做, 实现了 UE进行网络接入的自适应性调整, 并通过接入切换请求告 知 SCC AS, SCC AS再通过通知消息告知 CRS AS与 UE, 提高了通信的可 靠性, 以及终端与网络侧的信息对称型。 优选地, 在上述方法中, 步骤 102具体包括: 根据当前的网络测试结果 判断是否进行接入切换; 若判断结果为不进行接入切换, 则 UE继续播放彩 像。 本实施例为判断不进行切换接入的情况, 此时 UE仍继续接收并播放彩 像。 图 2示出了根据本发明第二实施例的彩像播放方法的流程图, 本实施例 为 UE无需进行接入切换的情况, 此时 UE在用户按键接听之前始终以播放 彩像的方式提示用户来电, 具体流程如下所示: 步骤 201 , 主叫终端 UE 1发出会话请求消息, 该请求消息到达核心网络 CN ( Core Network ), 其中所述会话请求消息比如是 SIP ( Session Initiation Protocol,会话初始协议 )的 INVITE消息,所述核心网络比如是 x-CSCF( Call Session Control Function,呼叫会话控制功能 ), HSS ( Home Subscriber Server, 归属用户服务器) 等 IMS服务器设备, 通常在 HSS上的用户数据中设置彩 像相关的参数, 由 S-CSCF ( Serving CSCF, 服务呼叫会话控制功能)根据 HSS中的用户数据,判断路由,把 INVITE消息先传递到彩像服务器 CRS AS; 步骤 202, CN转发会话请求消息到 CRS AS, CRS AS执行本地的业务 逻辑, 并将会话请求消息经过 CN传递到被叫终端 UE2, 彩像资源的媒体描 述数据也可在此步骤中携带在会话请求消息中传递给 UE2; 步骤 203 , UE2在空闲时, 向 CN返回被叫空闲消息, 该消息到达服务 器, 其中所述被叫空闲消息比如是 SIP协议的 180正在振铃消息, 消息中携 带有 UE2的媒体描述数据; 步骤 204, CRS AS与 UE2建立媒体数据传送连接, 彩像数据被发送到 UE2, 此步骤中发送彩像数据的设备可以是彩像服务器系统中的专门的媒体 设备,如专门存储彩像资源的媒体服务器,在彩像控制系统的指示下,与 UE2 建立连接、 传递彩像媒体数据, UE2显示彩像媒体; 步骤 205 , CRS AS经 CN向 UE1发送被叫空闲消息, 该被叫空闲消息 比如是 SIP协议的 180消息; 步骤 206, 被叫用户按键接听后, UE2发送被叫应答消息, 该被叫应答 消息比如是 SIP协议的 200 OK消息; 步骤 207 , CRS AS收到 UE2的被叫应答消息后, 停止 UE2传递彩像媒 体数据,经 CN向 UE1发送被叫应答消息,该被叫应答消息是 SIP协议的 200 OK消息; 步骤 208, UE1 接收到被叫应答消息, 发出会话建立确认消息, 经 CN 到达 CRS AS, 该会话建立确认消息比如是 SIP协议的 ACK消息; 步骤 209 , CRS AS收到 UE 1的会话建立确认消息,经由 CN转发给 UE2 , 该会话建立确认消息是 SIP协议的 ACK消息; 步骤 210, 彩像业务结束, 主叫被叫通话。 本实施例通过终端与网络侧的消息交互与数据传输实现了以播放彩像的 方式向用户提示来电。 在 IMS系统中, 播放彩像还有其它方法, 例如, 服务器将彩像资源的链 接 URL ( Uniform Resource Locator, 统一资源定位符 )在会话消息中传送给 终端, 由终端下载彩像资源并显示播放。 优选地, 在上述方法中, UE 居接收到的通知消息停止播放彩像具体 包括: UE在接收到通知消息之后, 断开与 CRS AS的业务连接; UE停止播 放彩像。 本实施例中 UE通过断开与 CRS AS的业务连接来停止接收彩像数 据, 进而停止播放彩像, 这样做, 使得 UE在确定进行接入切换后, 无需再 处理彩像数据, 节约了 UE的资源, 实现了彩像的适时停止。 优选地, 在上述方法中, UE 根据接收到的通知消息停止播放彩像还包 括: CRS AS在接收到通知消息之后, 停止发送彩像数据。 本实施例中除了 UE 停止接收彩像数据之外, CRS AS 也停止发送彩像数据, 进一步节约了 CRS AS的资源, 提高了网络资源的利用率。 优选地, 在上述方法中, UE 以本地提示事件提示用户来电具体包括:

切换通知模块, 用于接收接入切换请求, 并将切换事件通知所述彩 像服务器, 以使所述彩像服务器向所述本地提示模块发送用于指示接入 切换的通知消息;
本地提示模块, 用于根据接收到的所述通知消息停止播放彩像, 并 以本地发生的提示事件来提示用户来电。
10. 根据权利要求 9所述的装置, 其特征在于, 所述本地提示模块包括: 断开单元, 用于在接收到所述通知消息之后, 断开与所述彩像月艮务 器的业务连接;
彩像停止单元, 用于停止播放彩像;
