Abstract

L'invention concerne un système de remise en ordre à sections (10) permettant de remettre en ordre et d'aligner des contenants en plastique, ou des préformes, cet appareil comprenant un carrousel à berceaux (1), un carrousel de séparation (2) et un cône de distribution (5) qui peuvent être divisés en sous-parties ou sections (11, 12, 13, 21, 22, 23, 51, 52, 53) définies par des lignes de séparation (L1, L2, L3, L4, L5, L6) de façon à obtenir un encombrement inférieur aux dimensions maximales d'un conteneur de transport standard. Le carrousel à berceaux (1) possède deux sections d'extrémité (11) formées entre les lignes de séparation radiales (L1, L2), ces sections (11) étant reliées au disque central ou roue interne du carrousel, alors que les deux sections latérales (12) et (13) peuvent être séparées à la fois des sections d'extrémité (11) et du disque central ou roue et être à nouveau reliées par des moyens tels que des éléments de raccordement mécaniques sur les lignes de jonction. Le carrousel (2) est divisé de la même manière que le carrousel (1), le cône central (5) étant divisé le long de deux lignes de découpe linéaires (L5) et (L6).
