PG级 ( PARENTAL GUIDANCE SUGGESTED Some material may not be suitable for children ): 普通辅导级, 一些内容可能不适合儿童观看, 有些镜 头可能产生不适感, 建议在父母的陪伴下观看;
PG-13级 ( PARENTS STRONGLY CAUTIONED Some material may be inappropriate for children under 13 ): 特别辅导级, 不适于 13岁以下儿童, 13 岁以下儿童尤其要有父母陪同观看; R 级 ( RESTRICTED Under 17 requires accompanying parent or adult guardian ): 限制级, 17岁以下必须由父母或者监护陪伴才能观看;
NC-17级 ( NO ONE 17 AND UNDER ADMITTED ): 17岁或者以下不可 观看。 管理员设置了频道等级之后, 频道等级信息将会同步到 EPG服务器上, 用户在切换频道时向 EPG服务器发起请求, EPG服务器会首先根据用户设 定的等级, 即, 用户等级, 和该频道等级判断该用户是否有权限观看当前频 道。 具体的判断策略可以自行设置, 本发明实施例对此不作限定, 例如, 用 户设定的等级为 PG级, 则所有等级为 PG级以上(是否包含 PG级取决于具 体的判断策略) 的频道, EPG服务器均将其判断为该用户不能直接观看。 如果用户有权观看, 则允许用户直接观看; 如果用户无权观看, 则提示 用户输入童锁密码, -险证通过后才能观看。 实例 3 以下以童锁设置为童锁频道列表的情况为例详细说明本发明实施例提供 的方法。 用户可以自定义童锁列表, 即, 上述童锁频道列表, 该列表中包含所有 用户设定为不能直接观看的频道的信息。 管理员可以事先在管理服务器上设 置允许用户设置童锁的频道,用户在 EPG服务器的设置页面可以自主决定是 否 ί巴这些系统允许加锁的频道, 加入自定义的童锁列表。 用户在切换频道时 向 EPG服务器发起请求, EPG服务器会判断当前频道是否在用户自定义的 童锁列表中。 如果不在, 则允许用户直接观看; 如果在, 则提示用户输入童 锁密码, -险证通过后才能观看。 根据本发明的实施例, 提供了一种 EPG服务器, 该 EPG服务器可以用 于实现上述的 IPTV童锁控制方法, 图 4是根据本发明实施例的 EPG服务器 的结构框图。 如图 4所示, 该 EPG服务器包括: 设置模块 42 , 用于向用户 提供童锁设置界面并接收用户通过童锁设置界面设定的童锁设置; 接收模块 44 ,连接于设置模块 42 ,用于接收来自用户的点播或切换至预定频道的信息; 判断模块 46 , 连接于设置模块 42和接收模块 44 , 用于根据设置模块 42接 收的童锁设置判断是否向用户直接播放预定频道。 其中, 童锁设置包括以下至少之一: 用户等级、 童锁频道列表。 图 5是根据本发明实施例的 EPG服务器中判断模块的结构框图, 如图 5 所示, 判断模块 46 包括: 第一判断子模块 52 , 用于在童锁设置包括用户等 级的情况下, 居用户等级和获取的频道等级的对应关系判断是否向用户直 接播放预定频道; 第二判断子模块 54 , 用于在童锁设置包括童锁频道列表的 情况下, 根据预定频道是否在童锁频道列表中判断是否向用户直接播放预定 频道。 图 6是根据本发明实施例的 EPG服务器的详细结构框图, 如图 6所示, 在设置模块 42、 接收模块 44和判断模块 46的基础上, 该 EPG月艮务器还可 以包括: -险证模块 68 , 连接于判断模块 46 , 用于在判断模块 46判断不向用 户直接播放预定频道的情况下, 要求用户输入童锁密码, 在用户输入正确的 童锁密码的情况下, 允许用户观看预定频道, 否则, 不允许用户观看预定频 道。 综上所述, 本发明实施例提供的交互式网络电视童锁控制方案能够方便 地实现各种童锁功能, 而且该方案的实现不依赖于用户终端的机顶盒, 具有 普遍适用性。 需要说明的是, 在附图的流程图示出的步骤可以在诸如一组计算机可执 行指令的计算机系统中执行, 并且, 虽然在流程图中示出了逻辑顺序, 但是 在某些情况下, 可以以不同于此处的顺序执行所示出或描述的步骤。 显然, 本领域的技术人员应该明白, 上述的本发明的各模块或各步骤可 以用通用的计算装置来实现, 它们可以集中在单个的计算装置上, 或者分布 在多个计算装置所组成的网络上, 可选地, 它们可以用计算装置可执行的程 序代码来实现, 从而, 可以将它们存储在存储装置中由计算装置来执行, 或 者将它们分别制作成各个集成电路模块, 或者将它们中的多个模块或步骤制 作成单个集成电路模块来实现。 这样, 本发明不限制于任何特定的硬件和软 件结合。 以上所述仅为本发明的优选实施例而已, 并不用于限制本发明, 对于本 领域的技术人员来说, 本发明可以有各种更改和变化。 凡在本发明的 ^"神和 原则之内, 所作的任何修改、 等同替换、 改进等, 均应包含在本发明的保护 范围之内。

Claims

权 利 要 求 书
1. 一种交互式网络电视童锁控制方法, 其特征在于, 包括:
电子节目菜单 EPG服务器向用户提供童锁设置界面,并接收所述用 户通过所述童锁设置界面设定的童锁设置;
在所述 EPG月艮务器接收来自所述用户的点播或切换至预定频道的 信息之后,所述 EPG服务器根据所述童锁设置判断是否向所述用户直接 播放所述预定频道。
2. 居权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述童锁设置包括以下至少 之一: 用户等级、 童锁频道列表。
3. 根据权利要求 2所述的方法, 其特征在于, 在所述 EPG服务器向用户提 供童锁设置界面, 并接收所述用户通过所述童锁设置界面设定童锁设置 之前, 所述方法还包括:
管理服务器设置有频道相关信息, 其中, 所述频道相关信息包括以 下至少之一: 频道等级、 频道是否允许所述用户设置童锁;
所述管理服务器将所述频道相关信息同步到所述 EPG服务器上。
4. 居权利要求 3所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述 EPG 艮务器才艮据所述童 锁设置判断是否向所述用户直接播放所述预定频道包括:
在所述童锁设置包括所述用户等级的情况下, 根据所述用户等级和 所述频道等级的对应关系判断是否向所述用户直接播放所述预定频道; 在所述童锁设置包括所述童锁频道列表的情况下, 居所述预定频 道是否在所述童锁频道列表中判断是否向所述用户直接播放所述预定频 道。
5. 根据权利要求 3所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述管理服务器根据预定策 略将所述频道相关信息同步到所述 EPG服务器上, 其中, 所述预定策略 包括: 定时同步、 周期性同步或所述 EPG发起同步请求后同步。
6. 居权利要求 1至 5中任一项所述的方法, 其特征在于, 在所述 EPG月艮 务器根据所述童锁设置判断是否向所述用户直接播放所述预定频道之 后, 所述方法还包括:
在所述 EPG月艮务器判断不向所述用户直接播放所述预定频道的情 况下, 所述 EPG服务器指示所述用户输入童锁密码; 在所述用户输入正 确的所述童锁密码的情况下,所述 EPG月艮务器允许所述用户观看所述预 定频道, 否则, 所述 EPG月艮务器不允许所述用户观看所述预定频道。
7. —种电子节目菜单 EPG服务器, 其特征在于, 包括:
设置模块, 用于向用户提供童锁设置界面并接收所述用户通过所述 童锁设置界面设定的童锁设置;
接收模块,用于接收来自所述用户的点播或切换至预定频道的信息; 判断模块, 用于根据所述设置模块接收的所述童锁设置判断是否向 所述用户直接播放所述预定频道。
8. 居权利要求 7所述的 EPG 艮务器, 其特征在于, 所述童锁设置包括以 下至少之一: 用户等级、 童锁频道列表。
9. 根据权利要求 8所述的 EPG服务器, 其特征在于, 所述判断模块包括: 第一判断子模块 ,用于在所述童锁设置包括所述用户等级的情况下 , 才艮据所述用户等级和获取的频道等级的对应关系判断是否向所述用户直 接播放所述预定频道;
第二判断子模块, 用于在所述童锁设置包括所述童锁频道列表的情 况下, 根据所述预定频道是否在所述童锁频道列表中判断是否向所述用 户直接播放所述预定频道。
10. 根据权利要求 8或 9所述的 EPG服务器, 其特征在于, 所述 EPG服务 器还包括:
验证模块, 用于在所述判断模块判断不向所述用户直接播放所述预 定频道的情况下, 要求所述用户输入童锁密码, 在所述用户输入正确的 所述童锁密码的情况下, 允许所述用户观看所述预定频道, 否则, 不允 许所述用户观看所述预定频道。
