发明内容 上述常规的获取 ESG的方法主要存在以下问题:
1 )终端从获取 ESG启动文件到将 ESG信息呈现给用户需要较长的时间, 并且, 如果 ESG信息较多, 时间还会更长, 如果用户反复启动手机电视浏览 节目,每次都要等待较长时间才能浏览到 ESG信息, 尔后再选择频道播放节 目, 用户体验比较差。

为解决上述技术问题, 本发明还提供了一种手机电视终端, 包括连接模 块和动态内容分发( DCD ) 内容获取模块; 其中 所述连接模块设置为: 建立与所述 DCD服务器的连接; 以及 所述 DCD内容获取模块设置为: 从所述 DCD服务器获取封装 ESG信 息的 DCD内容; 其中, 所述 DCD 内容为由电子业务指南 (ESG ) 中心将手机电视频道的 ESG 信息封装得到的 DCD内容,所述 DCD内容由所述 ESG中心发送给 DCD服 务器。 所述 DCD内容中还封装有网络接入信息;
所述手机电视终端还包括启动模块和显示模块, 其中, 所述启动模块设置为: 在获取到 DCD 内容后, 按照用户的选择启动手 机电视功能; 以及 所述显示模块设置为: 根据获取到的 DCD 内容中封装的网络接入信息 接收并显示对应的手机电视频道上的节目。 所述 DCD内容中还封装有手机电视频道介绍信息或统一资源定位符; 所述显示模块还设置为: 在获取到 DCD内容后, 将所述 DCD内容中封 装的手机电视频道介绍信息呈现给用户; 或在获取到 DCD 内容后, 在获取 到 DCD内容后, 根据所述 DCD内容中封装的统一资源定位符连接到网络, 获取并显示手机电视频道介绍信息。
综上所述, 本发明釆用 DCD业务传送手机电视的 ESG信息, 用户能够 快速、 便捷地获取到其所感兴趣的手机电视频道的 ESG信息, DCD业务能 够通过图片和文字等形式展示 ESG信息,显示直观,本发明避免了常规 ESG 获取方法的繁瑣过程, 用户无需等待较长时间即可浏览手机电视节目, 同时 保障了 ESG信息的实时性, 提高了 CMMB手机电视的整体性能, 极大地改 善用户的体验, 而且 DCD业务更新相关 DCE内容的操作可以在后台进行, 不会对用户造成任何影响, 取得很好的用户体验。
附图概述 图 1为现有技术中获取电子业务指南的架构图; 图 2为本发明传输电子业务指南的方法的流程图; 图 3为本发明传输电子业务指南的系统的架构图。
本发明的较佳实施方式
动态内容分发(Dynamic Content Delivery, DCD ) , 即快讯业务来自开 放移动联盟(Open Mobile Alliance, OMA )的业务规范, 实现将内容向用户 终端的直接推送。 DCD系统包括: DCD服务器、 DCD客户端和内容提供商 ( Content Provider, CP ) , DCD内容从 CP处提交到 DCD服务器, DCD服 务器通过推(Push ) 消息, 通知 DCD客户端更新内容。 DCD业务因其简单 便捷的操作已逐渐被用户所接受。 本发明通过 ESG中心将 ESG信息封装为 DCD内容, DCD服务器实现 DCD内容的推送下发; 终端通过获取 DCD内容得到 ESG信息。 下面结合附图对本发明的具体实施方式进行说明。
图 2所示为本发明传输电子业务指南的方法, 包括:
201 : 用户向运营商定制感兴趣的频道的 ESG信息, 运营商将用户的定 制信息保存到 DCD服务器, 定制信息中包含用户感兴趣频道的信息; 用户可以通过电话、 短信、 到营业厅或者运营商网站上进行定制。
202: ESG中心将 ESG信息封装成 DCD内容, 一个或多个手机电视频 道的 ESG信息对应封装为一个 DCD频道的 DCD内容; 如可以将多个体育频道的 ESG信息封装为一个 DCD频道的 DCD内容。 如果用户定制了某个频道的 ESG信息,就默认定制了对应的 DCD频道。
ESG 信息中的广播网络的频点、 信道编号和会话描述协议 (Session Description Protocol, SDP )信息等网络接入信息与手机电视频道介绍信息一 并作为 DCD内容封装, 但不显示给用户。
203: ESG中心将封装好的 DCD内容发送给 DCD服务器; 204: DCD服务器接收到更新的 DCD内容后, 根据用户的定制信息, 向 用户的终端下发 Push消息, 通知已经订阅相应手机电视频道 ESG信息的用 户获取 DCD内容; 也可以指导用户直接定制手机电视频道对应的 DCD频道, DCD服务器 可以按照现有规范,通知终端获取 DCD内容,而无须按照定制信息下发 Push 消息, 可以更大限度的利用已有资源。
205: 终端连接 DCD服务器, 获取定制的手机电视频道对应的 DCD内 容;
206: 用户选择查看 DCD内容, 查看到 DCD内容中的手机电视频道的 ESG信息, 终端根据用户的选择, 通过 DCD内容中所包含的广播网络的频 点、 信道编号和 SDP信息等网络接入信息, 启动手机电视功能, 接收并显示 该频道的内容; 在 DCD 内容中可以釆用图片或者文字的形式将手机电视频道介绍信息 呈现给用户, 后继可以扩充为能够支持音频、 视频等内容。 当然用户也可以通过 DCD内容中包含的 URL (统一资源定位符) , 连 接网络查看手机电视频道更为详细的介绍信息, 甚至节目的花絮等内容。
本发明能够使用户快速地获得自己喜欢的手机电视频道的 ESG信息,从 而快速地收看到自己喜欢的节目。 因为运营商制定的 DCD业务规范, 一般 情况下要求在待机屏幕或者桌面上设置用于内容显示的特定区域, 所以整个 操作更为方便。 DCD内容在后台更新, 对用户的影响非常小, 用户每次查看 到的都是自己所感兴趣的频道的最新内容, 体验极佳。
图 3所示为本发明的传输电子业务指南的系统, 包括: ESG中心、 DCD 服务器和手机电视终端, 其中:
ESG中心设置为: 将手机电视频道的 ESG信息封装为 DCD内容, 可釆 用将一个或多个手机电视频道的 ESG信息对应封装为一个 DCD频道的 DCD 内容, 并将所封装的 DCD内容发送给 DCD服务器。 手机电视终端设置为: 建立与 DCD服务器的连接, 从 DCD服务器获取 封装 ESG信息的 DCD内容, 在获取到 DCD内容后, 将 DCD内容中包含的 手机电视频道介绍信息呈现给用户, 或根据 DCD 内容中包含的统一资源定 位符连接到网络, 为用户呈现手机电视频道介绍信息, 并按照用户的选择, 启动手机电视功能, 通过获取到的 DCD 内容中包含的网络接入信息, 接收 并显示对应的手机电视频道上的节目;
DCD服务器设置为: 接收用户的定制信息, 在接收到 DCD内容后, 根 据用户的定制信息, 通知定制相应手机电视频道的 ESG信息的用户获取该 DCD内容; 定制信息中包含用户定制的手机电视频道的信息。 系统中设备的其它功能请参见方法内容的描述。
相应地, 本发明还提供了一种电子业务指南 (ESG ) 中心, 包括封装模 块和发送模块, 其中:
封装模块设置为: 将手机电视频道的 ESG信息封装为动态内容分发
( DCD ) 内容并传输到发送模块; 以及 发送模块设置为: 将所封装的 DCD内容发送给 DCD服务器, 以使手机 电视终端能够从 DCD服务器获取封装 ESG信息的 DCD内容。
ESG中心是设置为按如下方式将 ESG信息封装为 DCD内容: 将一个或多个手机电视频道的 ESG信息封装为一个 DCD频道的 DCD 内容。
相应地, 本发明还提供了一种手机电视终端, 包括连接模块和动态内容 分发(DCD ) 内容获取模块; 其中 连接模块设置为: 建立与所述 DCD服务器的连接; 以及
DCD内容获取模块设置为: 从 DCD服务器获取封装 ESG信息的 DCD 内容; 其中,
DCD 内容为由电子业务指南 (ESG ) 中心将手机电视频道的 ESG信息 封装得到的 DCD内容, DCD内容由 ESG中心发送给 DCD服务器。
DCD内容中还封装有网络接入信息; 手机电视终端还包括启动模块和显示模块, 其中, 启动模块设置为: 在获取到 DCD 内容后, 按照用户的选择启动手机电 视功能; 以及 显示模块设置为: 根据获取到的 DCD 内容中封装的网络接入信息接收 并显示对应的手机电视频道上的节目。 DCD内容中还封装有手机电视频道介绍信息或统一资源定位符; 显示模块还设置为: 在获取到 DCD内容后, 将 DCD内容中封装的手机 电视频道介绍信息呈现给用户; 或在获取到 DCD内容后, 在获取到 DCD内 容后, 根据 DCD 内容中封装的统一资源定位符连接到网络, 获取并显示手 机电视频道介绍信息。
以上所述仅为本发明的优选实施例而已, 并不用于限制本发明, 对于本 领域的技术人员来说, 本发明可以有各种更改和变化。 凡在本发明的精神和 原则之内, 所作的任何修改、 等同替换、 改进等, 均应包含在本发明的保护 范围之内。
工业实用性 本发明避免了常规 ESG获取方法的繁瑣过程,用户无需等待较长时间即 可浏览手机电视节目, 同时保障了 ESG信息的实时性, 提高了 CMMB手机 电视的整体性能, 极大地改善用户的体验, 而且 DCD业务更新相关 DCE内 容的操作可以在后台进行,不会对用户造成任何影响,取得很好的用户体验。

Claims

权 利 要 求 书
1、 一种传输电子业务指南的方法, 包括: 电子业务指南(ESG )中心将手机电视频道的 ESG信息封装为动态内容 分发(DCD ) 内容, 将所封装的 DCD内容发送给 DCD服务器; 以及 手机电视终端建立与所述 DCD服务器的连接,从所述 DCD服务器获取 封装 ESG信息的 DCD内容。
2、 如权利要求 1所述的方法, 其中, 封装为 DCD内容的步骤中, 将一个或多个手机电视频道的 ESG信息封 装为一个 DCD频道的 DCD内容。
3、 如权利要求 2所述的方法, 其还包括, 所述 DCD服务器接收用户的定制信息, 在接收到 DCD内容后, 根据用 户的定制信息, 通知定制相应手机电视频道的 ESG信息的用户获取该 DCD 内容; 其中, 所述定制信息包含用户定制的手机电视频道的信息。
4、 如权利要求 1、 2或 3所述的方法, 其中, 所述 DCD内容中还封装有网络接入信息; 所述手机电视终端获取到 DCD内容的步骤之后还包括: 所述手机电视终端按照用户的选择启动手机电视功能, 根据获取到的 DCD内容中封装的网络接入信息接收并显示对应的手机电视频道上的节目。
5、 如权利要求 4所述的方法, 其中, 所述 DCD 内容中还封装有手机电视频道介绍信息; 所述手机电视终端 获取到 DCD内容的步骤之后还包括: 所述手机电视终端将所述 DCD内容中 封装的手机电视频道介绍信息呈现给用户; 或者 所述 DCD 内容中还封装有统一资源定位符; 所述手机电视终端获取到 DCD内容的步骤之后还包括: 所述手机电视终端根据所述 DCD内容中封装 的统一资源定位符连接到网络, 获取并显示手机电视频道介绍信息。
6、 一种传输电子业务指南的系统, 包括: 电子业务指南 (ESG ) 中心、 动态内容分发(DCD )服务器和手机电视终端, 其中: 所述 ESG中心设置为: 将手机电视频道的 ESG信息封装为 DCD内容, 将所封装的 DCD内容发送给 DCD服务器; 所述 DCD服务器设置为: 接收所述 ESG中心发送的 DCD内容, 及将 所述 DCD内容发送给所述手机电视终端; 以及 所述手机电视终端设置为:建立与所述 DCD服务器的连接,从所述 DCD 服务器获取封装 ESG信息的 DCD内容。
7、 如权利要求 6所述的系统, 其中, 所述 ESG中心是设置为按如下方式将 ESG信息封装为 DCD内容: 将一个或多个手机电视频道的 ESG信息封装为一个 DCD频道的 DCD 内容。
8、 如权利要求 7所述的系统, 其中, 所述 DCD服务器还设置为: 接收用户的定制信息, 在接收到 DCD内容 后,根据用户的定制信息,通知定制相应手机电视频道的 ESG信息的用户获 取该 DCD内容; 其中, 所述定制信息包含用户定制的手机电视频道的信息。
9、 如权利要求 6、 7或 8所述的系统, 其中, 所述 DCD内容中还封装有网络接入信息; 所述手机电视终端还设置为: 在获取到 DCD 内容后, 按照用户的选择 启动手机电视功能, 以及根据获取到的 DCD 内容中封装的网络接入信息接 收并显示对应的手机电视频道上的节目。
10、 如权利要求 9所述的系统, 其中, 所述 DCD内容中还封装有手机电视频道介绍信息或统一资源定位符; 所述手机电视终端还设置为: 在获取到 DCD内容后, 将所述 DCD内容 中封装的手机电视频道介绍信息呈现给用户; 或在获取到 DCD 内容后, 根 据所述 DCD 内容中封装的统一资源定位符连接到网络, 获取并显示手机电 视频道介绍信息。
11、 一种电子业务指南(ESG )中心, 包括封装模块和发送模块, 其中: 所述封装模块设置为:将手机电视频道的 ESG信息封装为动态内容分发 ( DCD ) 内容并传输到所述发送模块; 以及 所述发送模块设置为: 将所封装的 DCD内容发送给 DCD服务器, 以使 手机电视终端能够从所述 DCD服务器获取封装 ESG信息的 DCD内容。
12、 如权利要求 11所述的 ESG中心, 其中: 所述 ESG中心是设置为按如下方式将 ESG信息封装为 DCD内容:将一 个或多个手机电视频道的 ESG信息对应封装为一个 DCD频道的 DCD内容。
13、 一种手机电视终端, 包括连接模块和动态内容分发(DCD ) 内容获 取模块; 其中
所述连接模块设置为: 建立与所述 DCD服务器的连接; 以及 所述 DCD内容获取模块设置为: 从所述 DCD服务器获取封装 ESG信 息的 DCD内容; 其中, 所述 DCD 内容为由电子业务指南 (ESG ) 中心将手机电视频道的 ESG 信息封装得到的 DCD内容,所述 DCD内容由所述 ESG中心发送给 DCD服 务器。
14、 如权利要求 13所述的手机电视终端, 其中, 所述 DCD内容中还封装有网络接入信息;
所述手机电视终端还包括启动模块和显示模块, 其中, 所述启动模块设置为: 在获取到 DCD 内容后, 按照用户的选择启动手 机电视功能; 以及 所述显示模块设置为: 根据获取到的 DCD 内容中封装的网络接入信息 接收并显示对应的手机电视频道上的节目。
15、 如权利要求 14所述的手机电视终端, 其中,
所述 DCD内容中还封装有手机电视频道介绍信息或统一资源定位符; 所述显示模块还设置为: 在获取到 DCD内容后, 将所述 DCD内容中封 装的手机电视频道介绍信息呈现给用户; 或在获取到 DCD 内容后, 根据所 述 DCD 内容中封装的统一资源定位符连接到网络, 获取并显示手机电视频 道介绍信息。
