针尖可回缩一次性安全注射器 技术领域
本发明涉及一次性安全注射器, 特别涉及一种针尖可回缩的一次性安全注射器。 背景技术
为避免给人类或动物输入或取出介质时发生交叉感染, 皮下注射器必须一次性使 用, 在使用后即作为垃圾处理。 目前使用最多的一次性注射器是由空腔针筒、 针头以及 装配在针筒内的定程活塞组成。 这种注射器所存在的最大问题是注射完毕之后, 其针头 仍留在外而, 不仅为注射器垃圾的搬运、 销毁处理带来不便, 同吋可能因不慎而扎伤医 护人员, 造成病菌的二次交叉感染, 成为一个不能忽视的医疗隐患, 因此出现了针头可 回缩的一次性安全注射器。 如中国专利文献 CN1803212公丌的《一种安全自毁医用注射 器》, 其针尖的回缩是通过芯杆手动后拉针^实现的, 注射器的针座和针筒的定位是通 过针座外侧的环形凸台及针筒上的环形卡槽实现连接; 而为避免用力过 把芯杆从针筒 中拉出导致针头外露, 同时也为了避免芯杆回推使针头刺穿针筒而外露, 芯杆上的卡圈 与设' 在针筒底部的环形卡位圈的弹性凸卡爪对应相卡合, 使芯杆头部锁.死在针筒的底, 部。 ½结构设计存在很大的缺陷, 一方面过盈配合的连接方式使针座在针筒中不容易定 位, 装配困难, 很容易会因用力过猛而使环形凸台脱出环形卡槽导致装配失败; 而在注 射过程中, 针座的注射支撑力不强且不稳定, 容易发生转动, 给患者带来很大的不适; 此外, 注射完后手动后拉针座要克服环形凸台与环形卡槽的卡合连接, 阻力非常大, 后 拉费力且很不好操作。 再者, 由于弹性凸卡爪是易变形结构, 导致该锁定效果很不好, 一旦芯杆拉力或推力超过一定程度, 芯杆照样能被拉出或被重新推入针筒, 从而导致针 尖外^, 即注射器自毁失败, 不仅给废弃物处理带来安全隐患, 同吋也很容易被不法分 子重复使用。 因此, 需要设计一种针简与针座定位准确、 芯杆与针筒的卡锁紧密, 真 做到使用后彻底自毁的一次性安全注射器。
木发 IjiJ的目的是提供一种针座与针筒定位效果好、 针座注射支撑力强 Γίΐί稳 '!:'、 针鹿 后拉轻便、 针筒和芯杆的卡锁结构锁定效果好的针尖可回缩的一次性安全注射器, 能从 根本上杜绝针座与针筒装配困难、 芯杆被拉出或被重新推入针筒内孔的问题。 实现本发明目的的技术方案是一种针尖可回缩安全注射器, 包括针筒、 安装在针筒 的头部的安装孔内的针座和带卡合结构的芯杆, 所述针座的外侧上部与针筒的安装孔的 上侧壁设置有止位凸台结构, 针筒与针座通过止位凸台结构定位; 针座底部安装有一用 于针座的定位.和止动的自毁挡条; 芯杆的头部与自毁挡条的顶 '端卡合。
所述针座底部设置有安装自毁挡条的固定槽。
所述自毁挡条的本体内设置有上下贯通的内孔, 本体的头部深入针座的内孔下部的 等直径滑动段, 同时自毁挡条的本体的头部顶端设置有凸环, 凸环可与设置在针座的等 直径滑动段底部的突起卡合, 自毁挡条的凸环和针座的突起在自毁前相隔一定的距离; 所述自毁挡条的本体底部设置有至少两个支撑脚, 各支撑脚伸出针座并与设置在针筒的 安装孔的下侧壁上的的卡槽一一对应卡^连接。

针尖可回缩安全 射器还包括一漏斗式的装配圈; 装配圈山与针^迮接的本部及 底板组成, 其中本部的外径与针筒的卡合凸环下部的针筒的内孔配合, 本部的内孔上段 为等孔径段, 其孔径与针筒的卡合凸环的内径等大, 本部的内孔下段为孔径逐歩增大的 直面大倒角。
所述芯杆本体尾部紧配合设 '置一注射用按板, 其中本体尾部用与连接按板的连接 部外径小于装配圈的等孔径的内孔上段。
采用了以上的技术方案后, 本发明具有一下的有益的效果: (1 ) 本发明在安装时, 首先把自毁挡条安装到针座底部, 接着把连为一体的自毁挡条和针座从针筒后部放入, 直到针座外侧的下凸台与针筒安装孔内的上凸台相抵止位, 而后转动针座, 使向毁挡条 的各个支撑脚与针筒上的卡槽一一对应, 并通过硬挤压的方式使各个支撑脚进入相应的 卡槽中, 实现针座的安装定位。在此, 止位凸台结构在安装过程中对针座起到止位和基 准的双 S作用, 可有效避免安装针座时因用力过猛导致错位安装现象的发生, 简化了装 配过 ¾, 提升了装配效率。 带卡合结构的芯杆头部从下而上贯穿自毁挡条的内孔 lit]与 β 毁挡条的本体头部顶端实现卡合, 锁定效果好。
( 2 ) 针座在安装完成后, 其定位 ώ止位凸台结构结合自毁挡条实现, 整个针筒和 针座的连接紧凑无间隙, 定位非常稳定。 在注射过程中, 来自于针座的作用力均衡地作 用在 Α毁挡条的各个支撐脚上, 自毁挡条的本体不直接受力, 自毁挡条在此过程中无位 移也无变形, 可为针座提供强而稳定的支撑力, 同时旋转针座, 自毁挡条的多个支撑脚 和针筒卡槽一一对应相卡合, 这样的结构其从根本上杜绝了针座在注射过程巾发生转 动, 减少了患者的额外伤痛。
( 3 )本发明在针座上设置专门的固定槽, 能更好地安装自毁挡条。 在实际生产中, 注射器分为 0. 5 ml , 1ml、 3ml、 5ml、 10ml i:种规格, ώ于 0. 5 ml 和 lml的针座比较 细小, 针头一般是固定在针座上的, 不用更换, 从而不需要自毁挡条的支撑脚与针筒卡 槽卡合来防止针座在使用过程中发生旋转, 因此可以直接将自毁挡条装入针座, 使针座 的加工更加简单, 针座和针筒的装配更加方便; 当然也可以均设置固定槽。 同吋, 也不 仅仅限定于 0. 5 ml 和 lml的针座釆用这种结构, 大规格的针简如果头部结构细小, 也 可以采甩这样的针座结构。
(4 ) 为保证芯杆头部顺利穿过自毁挡条内孔, 自毁挡条内孔 |ί|上而下分为小内径 斜面孔段、 等内径连接孔段和大内径斜面孔段。 当后拉芯杆, 因此吋自毁挡条本体直接 受力, 而各支撑脚不直接受力, 自毁挡条的本体就会随芯杆同歩下移, 而各支撑脚相对 木休收拢而 ¾各 的针简上的卡槽脱离, 以此来解除针座底部的定位约朿。 在此, i? 毁»条的凸环和针座的突起之间在自毁前相隔一定的距离, 这使得自毁挡条的本体在芯 杆带动下同步下移开始时, 仅自毁挡条的本体相对针座的内孔的等直径滑动段下滑, 且 各支撑脚相对本体收拢而与各自的针筒卡槽脱离, 而针座保持不动, 该过程一直到自毁 挡条的凸环与针座的等直径滑动段的底部的突起卡合, 此时自毁挡条的各支撑脚与针筒 的卡槽的卡合已经完全解除, 即针座后移的约束已不存在, 针座可很轻便地随自毁挡条 和芯杆一起后移, 带动针头完全进入针筒而实现自毁。
( 5 ) 为使自毁挡条在芯杆作用下后移时增强各个支撑脚的收拢效果, 保 各支撑 脚与针筒的约束顺利解除, 本发明自毁挡条的各支撑脚与本体的连接处设置有折弯槽, 该结构设计可有效提升各支撑脚相对本体的变形; :。
( 6 ) 本发明的针筒的卡合凸环的上侧面、 下侧面均与针筒的内孔壁垂直设賈, 芯 杆的上凸缘和下凸缘的外径大于针筒的卡合凸环的内径, 并结合芯杆的上凸缘外侧面为 一 ώ t.而下斜向外的斜面结构, 下凸缘外侧而为一山上而下斜向内的斜而结构, 使得芯 杆后拉时, 下凸缘外侧面形成的倒锥形面结构能使其变形越过针筒的卡合凸环并顺利复 位与卡合凸环的下侧面卡死, 而与此同吋, 上凸缘外侧面形成的正锥形而结构则无法变 形, 其与卡合凸环的上侧面卡死, 即卡合凸环被上、下凸缘完全卡死, 在不破坏上凸缘、 下凸缘及卡合凸环自身结构的情况下, 芯杆无法后拉也无法上推, 该结构设计有效解决 了现有安全注射器芯杆和针筒卡合自毁不牢固的缺陷, 从根本上杜绝了因处理不当导致 的针尖外露现象, 确保了自毁效果, 不仅给废弃物处理带来方便, 同时也无法被不法分 子 S X使用。
( 7 ) 为保证芯杆后拉吋下凸缘能够顺利越过针筒的卡合凸环, 本发明针筒的卡合 凸环在其上侧面与内侧面之间设置有一小倒圆角结构。 同时为增强下凸缘的变形性能, 木发明芯杆的下凸缘的上端面外侧设 S有高于端面的卡合沿口, 该结构设计可有效增强
F凸缘的内缩能力。 另外, 突出的卡合沿口结构给加工时上凸缘和下凸缘之间的脱模带 来了困难, 针对这种情况, 本发明把芯杆本体设 S成两部分结构, 即山卡合连接的上本 体和下本体组成, 且上凸缘设置在上本体上, 下凸缘设 S在下本体上, 使得加工吋的脱 模问题得到了很好的解决。
8 ) 前述芯杆与针筒的卡锁机构能够很好的实现芯杆和针筒的 毁锁死, 同吋 也给芯杆和针筒的装配带来困难, 若两者直接进行安装, 当芯朴插入针筒吋, 芯杆的」二 凸缘可变形越过针筒的卡合凸环, 但芯杆的下凸缘不会变形而和针筒的卡合凸环的下侧 而卡死, 针对这种情况, 本发明设计了漏斗式的装配圈, 在安装时, 首先把装配圈的本 部插入针筒尾部, 而后把芯杆从装配圈的本部的内孔下段的直而火倒角屮挤入, 使芯杆 的上凸缘和下凸缘同时变形而进入装配圈的本部的等直径的内孔上段, 进而进入针简的 卡合凸环内孔, 并最终顺利进入针筒内部实现安装, 此时, 卸下设置在芯杆本体尾部的 按板, 就可把装配圈拿出实现重复利用, 而后把按板安回去就完成了整个装配过程。 附图说明

见图 1和图 2, 本实施例的针尖可回缩安全注射器, 包括针筒 1、 安装在针筒 1的 头部的安装孔 11内的针座 2和带卡合结构的芯杆 3。针座 2的外侧上部与针筒 1的安装 孔 1,1 的上侧壁设置有止位凸台结构, 针筒 1 与针座 2通过止位凸台结构定位; 针座 2 底部设 S有一固定槽 26, 并安装有一用于针座 2的定位和止动的自毁挡条 5; 芯杆 3的 头部与自毁挡条 5的顶端卡合。

9、 根据权利要求 8所述的针尖可回缩安全注射器, 其特征在于: 所述止位凸台结 构的下凸台 (21) 把针座 (2) 的外侧分为小 :径上段 (22) 和大直径下段 (23), 其中 小直径上段 (22) 与针筒 (1) 的小孔径上段 (112) 配合设置, 大直径下段 (23) 与针 筒 (1) 的大孔径下段 (113) 配合设置。
10、根据权利要求 9所述的针尖可回缩安全注射器, 其特征在于: 所述下凸台(21) 的大直径下段 (23) 上设置有环形槽 (231), 环形槽 (231) 中设置 "0" 型圈 (4)。
1K 根据权利要求 1或 2所述的针尖可回缩安全注射器, 其特征在于: 所述针筒 (1) 的内孔 (13) 在尾部设置有一卡合凸环 (12), 卡合凸环 (12) 的上侧面 (121)、 下侧面 (122) 均与针筒 (1) 的内孔壁 (131) 垂直设置;' 所述芯杆 (3) 的本体上问隔 设置有外径大于针筒 (1) 的卡合凸环 (12) 的内径而与针筒 (1) 的内孔 (13) 的孔径 相配合的环形的上凸缘 (31) 和下凸缘 (32), 其中下凸缘 (32) 在芯杆 (3) 后拉到达 针简 (1) 的内孔 (13) 的尾部时可变形越过所述卡合凸环 (12), 而上凸缘 (31) 则与 卡合凸环 (12) 的上侧面相互卡死。

17、 根据权利要求 12至 14之一所述的针尖 πί回缩安全注射器, 其特征在于: 还包 括—-漏斗式的装配圈 (6); 装配圈 (6) |:L- 1与针筒 (1) 连接的本部 〔61) 及底板 (62) 组成, 其中本部(61)的外径与针筒(1)的卡合凸环(12)下部的针筒(1)的内孔(13) 配合, 本部 (61) 的内孔上段 (63) 为等孔径段, 其孔径与针筒 (1) 的卡合凸环 (12) 的内径等大, 本部 (61) 的内孔下段 (64) 为孔径逐歩增大的直面大倒角。
18、 根据权利要求 Π所述的针尖可回缩安全注射器, 其特征在于: 所述芯杆 (3) 的本体尾部紧配合设置一注射用的按板 (33), 其中本体尾部用于连接按板 (33) 的连 接部 (331) 的外径小于装配圈 (6) 的等孔径的内孔上段 (63)。
