Abstract

The invention relates to a presentation platter (1), comprising a presentation plate (2) and a centrally arranged base (3) for supporting the presentation plate (2), in which the zone which is delimited by said base (3) extends inside the zone which is delimited by the presentation plate (2), in which the presentation platter (1) comprises one or more indirect electrical lighting elements (4) which, in the position of use of the presentation platter (1), are applied under the presentation plate (2) and which are arranged such that, in the activated state, they light at least a part of the area surrounding the presentation platter (1).

Presentation platter (1), comprising a presentation plate (2) and a centrally arranged base (3) for supporting the presentation plate (2), in which the zone which is delimited by said base (3) extends inside the zone which is delimited by the presentation plate (2), characterized in that the presentation platter (1) comprises one or more indirect electrical lighting elements (4) which, in the position of use of the presentation platter (1), are situated under the presentation plate (2) and which are arranged such that, in the activated state, they light at least a part of the area surrounding the presentation platter (1), said lighting elements (4) are provided on the base (3), wherein the base (3) consists of a tubular frame (30), in which said lighting elements (4) extend across at least a part of the outer periphery of said frame (30).
Presentation platter according to claim 1, characterized in that said lighting elements (4) consist of LED lighting elements.
Presentation platter according to claim 2, characterized in that said LED- lighting elements (4) extend across virtually the entire outer periphery of said frame (30).
Presentation platter according to claim 2 or 3, characterized in that the LED- lighting elements (4) consist of strip-shaped LED lighting.
Presentation platter according to one of claims 1 to 4, characterized in that said tubular frame (30) is ring-shaped.
Presentation platter according to one of claims 1 to 5, characterized in that the presentation plate (2) is rotatably arranged. 17
7. Presentation platter according to claims 5 and 6, characterized in that said ring-shaped frame (30) is composed of a fixed frame part (30a) and a frame part (30b) which is movable relative to said fixed frame part (30a) and to which the presentation plate (2) is applied.
8. Presentation platter according to claim 7, characterized in that the lighting elements (4) are arranged on the movable frame part (30b). 9. Presentation platter according to one of claims 1 to 8, characterized in that the presentation platter (1) is provided with a battery pack (5) for providing power to the lighting elements (4).
10. Presentation platter according to claim 9, characterized in that, when the presentation platter (1) is viewed in the position of use, the battery pack (5) is applied on the bottom side of the presentation plate (2).
11. Presentation platter according to claim 10, characterized in that the battery pack (5) is applied inside the zone which is delimited by the tubular frame (3).
12. Presentation platter according to one of claims 9 to 11, characterized in that the battery pack (5) is rechargeable.
13. Presentation platter according to claim 12, characterized in that the presentation platter (1) is provided with a connection (7) for connecting the battery pack (5) to the mains by means of an adapter (6) in order to be able to charge the battery pack (5).
14. Presentation platter according to claim 13, characterized in that said connection (7), when the presentation platter (1) is viewed in its position of use, is applied on the bottom side of the presentation plate (2). 18
15. Presentation platter according to one of claims 1 to 14, characterized in that the presentation platter (1), when it is viewed in its position of use, is provided with a switch (8) on the bottom side of the presentation plate (2) for activating and deactivating the lighting elements (4).

Presentation platter according to claims 14 and 15, characterized in that said switch (8) and connection (7) are arranged on the same plate-shaped element (9) which, when viewing the presentation platter (1) in its position of use, is applied to the bottom side of the presentation plate (2) in the vicinity of the edge (20) of said presentation plate (2).
17. Presentation platter according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the presentation plate (2) is at least partly made from partially translucent material.
18. Presentation platter according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the presentation plate (2) is at least partly made from a non-translucent material.
19. Presentation platter according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the presentation plate (2) has a round, oval, square or rectangular shape.
20. Presentation platter according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the presentation plate (2) has at least partly the shape of a holder having upper sides for containing food or other objects.
21. Presentation platter according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the presentation platter (1) comprises one or more connections for an mp3-player, a cellphone, a dvd-player, a computer of other audio and/or video medium. 19
22. Presentation platter according to claim 21, characterized in that the presentation platter (1) comprises one or more loudspeakers for producing sound or audio. 23. Presentation platter according to claim 21 , characterized in that the presentation platter (1) comprises one or more displays for producing images or video.
