技术领域
本发明涉及通信及计算机技术领域, 尤其涉及视频会议虚拟会场的呈现方 法、 设备及系统。 背景技术
普通会场, 即传统会议电视, ^^于 H. 323、 H. 320、 SIP 标准协议, 提供 视音频交流的系统。 普通会场的典型使用为 1路视频输入、 1路视频输出。
网真会场, 即远程呈现系统, 是高体验的视频会议系统, 网真会场通过多 路摄像机进行多屏输出来提供更具真实的视频交流效果。
虚拟会场是基于地域或按与会者职能划分出的不同类型的虚拟会场, 同种 类型的普通会场和网真会场的集合, 称为虚拟会场。 例如: 多点视频会议中, 如果按照地域划分, 上海的研发、 用服、 市场这三个子会场, 可以虚拟为上海 虚拟会场。
多画面技术是指会议电视系统支持把多路以不同或相同协议和速率入会的 终端的图像组合成同一个(或几个) 画面, 并能够以会议要求的速率和协议重 新编码后, 发送给任意一个或多个参加会议的终端。
发明人在实现本发明的过程中, 发现现有技术中存在如下不足:
包含普通会场和网真会场的混合会议, 对于某种类型的虚拟会场 (包含多 个子会场) 的画面的多路广播传送, 目前都是釆用一个一个虚拟会场切换的会 议控制方式, 这种会议控制方式不仅操作复杂, 而且随之出现的问题便是这种 多个虚拟会场依次进行广播无法得到很好地呈现, 无法给视频会议参与者一个 良好的体验。 发明内容
本发明实施例提供一种视频会议虚拟会场的呈现方法, 用以简化会议控制 方式, 并改善视频会议的呈现以及参与者的体验, 该方法包括:
接收预设的虚拟会场属性并从中确定一种虚拟会场属性, 所述虚拟会场包 括至少两台会议终端;
确定虚拟会场控制方式;
根据确定的虚拟会场属性和虚拟会场控制方式, 获取预设的虚拟会场呈现 方式中的一种虚拟会场呈现方式, 按获取的虚拟会场呈现方式呈现虚拟会场。
本发明实施例还提供一种视频会议虚拟会场的呈现方法, 用以简化会议控 制方式, 并改善视频会议的呈现以及参与者的体验, 该方法包括:
获取虚拟会场预设装置预设的虚拟会场属性, 所述虚拟会场包括至少两台 按所述预设的虚拟会场属性, 在预设的虚拟会场的各种控制方式下, 预设 虚拟会场呈现方式;

本发明实施例所涉及的视频会议虚拟会场需包括至少两台会议终端。如图 1 所示, 本发明实施例中, 视频会议虚拟会场的控制方法流程如下:

由图 1 所示流程可以得知, 本发明实施例中, 对于包括至少两台会议终端 的虚拟会场, 通过执行以上的控制方法, 利用虚拟会场属性提供一种虚拟会场 的画面整体切换的会议控制方式, 简化了虚拟会场的处理方式, 无论在网真会 场侧, 还是在普通终端会场侧都可以正确显示包含于虚拟会场属性中的虚拟会 场 ID, 对虚拟会场可以进行统一的操作和管理, 包括选看会场、 广播会场的操 作都可以得到简化, 减少了用户的操作、 维护, 且使得虚拟会场得到较好地呈 现, 给视频会议参与者一个良好的体验。
下面详细介绍图 1 所示流程中视频会议虚拟会场控制方法的具体实施例。 本实施例中涉及视频会议的网络结构, 下面以图 2、 图 3、 图 4所示的一种实施 场景为例进行说明, 实施中图 1 所示流程同样适用于其它类似的视频会议网络 结构。
如图 2 所示, 在一个多点网真会议及和传统会议电视融合的网络中, 包括 多点控制单元(MCU )、 业务管理台、 注册服务器、 传输网络、 网真会场、 普通 会场。 其中注册服务器可选。 其中的多点控制单元为媒体处理设备一个实施例, 本发明实施例中所涉及的媒体处理设备可以是多点控制单元, 也可以是其他媒 体处理设备, 如媒体资源服务器(MRS )等。 本发明实施例中以多点控制单元为 例来进行说明。
网真会场侧的主要会议控制部件包括: 中控系统、 中控系统触摸屏、 终端, 其中的中控系统也可称为中央控制器, 如图 3 所示, 在会场侧可以通过中控系 统的触摸屏对各会场终端进行统一管理, 多点的会议控制可以在中控系统的触 摸屏上操作, 也可以直接在某个终端上操作。 中控系统通过串口、 IP方式与终 端进行通信。 图 4 为会场侧会议控制操作界面示意图, 对于多点会议, 针对虚拟会场, 会场侧的会议控制主要包括: 会场列表显示、 会场列表刷新、 广播会场、 点名 会场、 选看会场、 自由讨论、 添加会场、 结束会议、 申请 /释放主席、 静音、 闭 音、 呼叫会场、 挂断会场、 屏幕图像切换等。
一个实施例中, 图 1 所示的视频会议虚拟会场的呈现方法具体实施时, 需 要由虚拟会场预设装置预设虚拟会场属性; 将预设的虚拟会场属性经媒体处理 设备转发给视频会议终端。 其中的虚拟会场预设装置可以是业务管理台, 也可 以是中控系统。
例如, 在业务管理台上, 涵盖会议终端的级联情况, 预定虚拟会场属性, 包括虚拟会场标识( ID ), 捆绑的虚拟会场内终端的标识等; 其中, 虚拟会场内 终端的标识可以是终端的 MT ( MCU Termina l , MCU终端) 号或虚拟会场内终端 的别名等, 这里的别名可以是号码、 ema i l , ID等形式。 然后召集会议把虚拟会 场的属性一并下发给 MCU,当然实施中 MCU也可以主动获取虚拟会场属性。例如, MCU可以向业务管理台发送请求, 请求获取拟会场属性。 对于网真会场, MT号 下发时可以进行特殊处理, 即可下发该会场主终端的 MT号, 下发后, MCU把虚 拟会场属性下发时, 同时包含虚拟会场捆绑关系, 如虚拟会场 1 ( ID ) Ml T1, M2 T2, M1 T3 , 虚拟会场 2 ( ID ) Ml T4, M1 T5, M3 T5。 即虚拟会场 1对应包括 MCU1 下的会场 1 , MCU2下的会场 2 , 以及 MCU1下的会场 3;虚拟会场 1对应包括 MCU1 下的会场 4 , MCU1下的会场 5以及 MCU3下的会场 5。
又如, 在会场侧的中控系统操作界面上也可以预设虚拟会场属性, 然后通 过主叫呼集信令把这些信息发送到会议系统的网络侧, 如 GK ( Ga tekeeper , 网 守), 然后转发给 MCU, 最后由 MCU召集含多点虚拟会场的会议。 当然也可以由 一个虚拟会场预设装置进行虚拟会场属性的预设, 前述的业务管理台和中控系 统为该装置的具体实例。
会议召集起来后,对于虚拟会场, MCU会给各视频会议终端下发虚拟会场属 性, 其中, MCU可以根据当前会场是否是虚拟会场做一个判断, 根据情况来下发 虚拟会场属性, 虚拟会场属性下发的处理如图 5所示, 可以包括: 步骤 501、 召集多点会议。
步骤 502、 判断当前下发会场是否为虚拟会场, 若是, 则执行步骤 503, 否 则执行步骤 505。 判断当前下发会场是否为虚拟会场可以有多种方式, 具体的, 可以预设某些会场为虚拟会场, 将这些会场的 ID号预先进行记录, 后续通过查 找当前下发会场的 ID号是否被预先记录, 可以判断出当前下发会场是否为虚拟 会场。 即, 若当前下发会场的 ID号被预先记录, 则可以确定当前下发会场为虚 拟会场; 若当前下发会场的 ID号未被预先记录, 则可以确定当前下发会场不是 虚拟会场。
步骤 503、 下发该虚拟会场的虚拟会场属性。
步骤 504、各会场的视频会议终端接收到虚拟会场属性后, 若接收的虚拟会 场属性包含虚拟会场 ID号, 则正确显示接收到的虚拟会场 ID号; 若接收的虚 拟会场属性只包含虚拟会场内终端的标识, 如 MT号, 则正确显示接收到的终端 的 MT号。
步骤 505、 按真实会场 (即普通会场)正常处理。
视频会议终端和 MCU之间虚拟会场属性下发的通信通道可以在现有的会议 通信通道上扩展(如 H. 245会议控制通道), 也可以是增加新的非标通道, 这种 处理方式也可以扩展到基于 H. 323、 H. 320、 SIP标准协议的会议系统。
视频会议终端在接收到预设的虚拟会场属性后, 需要根据用户的输入从中 确定一种虚拟会场属性, 以便于后续进行虚拟会场的呈现。 对于用户而言, 由 于按虚拟会场属性进行会议控制操作, 虚拟会场的控制操作都是针对虚拟会场 整体进行的, 而不是针对虚拟会场的某个视频会议终端进行的。
实施中, 为进行虚拟会场的呈现, 视频会议终端还需确定虚拟会场控制方 式。 虚拟会场的控制方式是将虚拟会场作为一个整体来进行控制, 具体可以是 广播会场, 也可以是选看会场,还可以是取消广播会场, 或会场静音 /取消静音、 会场闭音 /取消闭音、 点名会场、 自由讨论、 添加 /删除会场、 呼叫 /挂断会场、 结束会议、 申请 /释放主席等。 实施中, 视频会议终端可以根据用户输入来确定 虚拟会场控制方式。 视频会议终端在确定了虚拟会场属性和虚拟会场控制方式后, 需要根据该 确定的虚拟会场属性和虚拟会场控制方式, 获取预设的虚拟会场呈现方式中的 一种虚拟会场呈现方式, 按获取的虚拟会场呈现方式呈现虚拟会场。
在虚拟会场的各种控制方式下, 业务管理台、 中控系统、 媒体处理设备均 可以按虚拟会场属性, 预设虚拟会场呈现方式; 实施时该三者预设的虚拟会场 呈现方式可以同时启用, 也可以启用其中一种。 其中业务管理台、 中控系统均 为前述虚拟会场预设装置的具体实例。 实施时, 虚拟会场预设装置和 /或媒体处 理设备中预设有各种虚拟会场控制方式。 针对各虚拟会场属性、 虚拟会场控制 方式, 虚拟会场预设装置和 /或媒体处理设备可以预设相应的虚拟会场呈现方 式。
本发明实施例以业务管理台预设虚拟会场呈现方式为例进行说明, 由中控 系统或媒体处理设备预设虚拟会场呈现方式与之类似。 实施中, 业务管理台和 中控系统除可以预设虚拟会场呈现方式以外, 还可以根据虚拟会场属性提供能 够安装虚拟会场呈现方式的设置和控制界面, 设置完后下发给媒体处理设备。
实施中, 业务管理台对于虚拟会场预设呈现方式, 可分为网真会场下虚拟 会场呈现方式和普通会场下虚拟会场呈现方式。 网真会场下虚拟会场呈现方式 主要考虑到更适合网真会场多屏的场景, 让虚拟会场得到更好的呈现, 普通会 场下虚拟会场呈现方式则以考虑普通会场呈现虚拟会场的场景为主, 不考虑网 真会场的多屏实际情况。
以业务管理台预设虚拟会场属性和虚拟会场呈现方式为例, 在业务管理台 预先预设虚拟会场属性和虚拟会场呈现方式, 具体预设如图 6所示, 可以包括: 步骤 601、 预设虚拟会场。
步骤 602、 业务管理台预设各虚拟会场属性。
步骤 603、预设网真会场下、普通会场下各种画面呈现方式的具体处理方式, 包括后续将提到的轮询、 多画面轮询、 多画面方式。
步骤 604、 所有终端预设选看会场时, 在网真会场下虚拟会场呈现方式和普 通会场下虚拟会场呈现方式中选择一种进行预设。 步骤 605、 所有终端预设选看会场时, 在预设的网真会场下虚拟会场呈现方 式或普通会场下虚拟会场呈现方式的轮询、 多画面轮询、 多画面方式中选择一 种进行预设。

下面详细描述图 6中虚拟会场的各种呈现方式:
1 ) 网真会场下虚拟会场呈现方式
以网真会场为 3个会议终端、 3个显示屏为例来进行说明, 可以扩展到 N个 屏, 虚拟会场以 5个虚拟会场来说明, 可以扩展到 M个虚拟会场。 以下三种呈 现方式都可以在业务管理台进行预设。 所述 M和 N互相独立, 无大小关系的限 制。
方式一: 轮询方式
这种方式的特点是考虑到网真会场多屏的特点, 分为三种轮询方式。
第一种: 网真会场中至少一个屏显示固定的虚拟会场, 其它屏釆用轮询方 式显示其它虚拟会场; 如图 7 中示例的网真会场前面 2个屏显示固定的虚拟会 场, 最后一个屏釆用轮询的方式显示其它虚拟会场。
第二种: 网真会场中以屏的总数为单位, 每次显示所述总数个的虚拟会场, 直至显示完所有虚拟会场; 如图 7 中示例的网真会场是以 3个屏为单位, 一次 显示 3个虚拟会场, 下一次又显示后面的 3个虚拟会场, 依次类推, 直到显示 完成为止。 第三种: 将全部虚拟会场拼接形成整幅图像, 并通过图像压缩或拉伸, 满 屏显示于网真会场的全部屏上; 如图 7 中示例的虚拟会场的 M个会场的画面通 过 MCU的图像拼接功能, 形成 M个会场的整幅图像, 通过图像的压缩或者拉伸, 满屏显示到网真会场的 N个屏上。
在前述三种方式下, 普通会场均以一个一个虚拟会场依次轮询的方式进行 显示。
方式二: 多画面轮询方式
这种方式的特点是考虑到网真会场多屏的特点, 网真会场中至少一个屏显 示固定的虚拟会场, 其它屏釆用多画面轮询方式集中显示其它虚拟会场; 如图 8 示例的前面 2 个屏显示固定的虚拟会场, 最后一个屏釆用多画面轮询方式集中 显示其它虚拟会场。
这种情况下, 考虑到 MCU的编解码处理能力, 尽量使得 MCU的编解码处理 量最低, 可以让普通会场以多画面轮询方式依次显示网真会场中每个屏的虚拟 会场; 如图 8 中示例的 MCU处理两种(F、 E )、 (G、 E )编解码时, 普通会场的 轮询方式为传统会议电视多画面轮询的方式依次显示 C、 D、 (F、 E )、 (G、 E )。
方式三: 多画面方式
这种方式的特点是考虑到网真会场多屏的特点, 网真会场中至少一个屏显 示固定的虚拟会场, 其它屏釆用多画面方式显示其它虚拟会场; 如图 9 示例的 前面 2 个屏显示固定的虚拟会场, 最后一个屏釆用多画面的方式显示其它虚拟 会场。 这种情况下, 考虑到 MCU的编解码处理能力, 尽量使得 MCU的编解码处 理量最低, 可以让普通会场以多画面方式依次显示网真会场中每个屏的虚拟会 场; 如图 9示例的 MCU处理(E、 F、 G )编解码时, 普通会场的多画面方式为传 统会议电视多画面方式,依次显示 C、 D、 (E、 F、 G )。
另外一种多画面方式是: 网真会场中以屏的总数为单位, 平均显示多个虚 拟会场; 如图 9示例的以 3个屏为单位, 平均显示多个虚拟会场。 这种情况下, 考虑到 MCU的编解码处理能力, 尽量使得 MCU的编解码处理量最低, 可以让普 通会场以多画面方式依次显示网真会场中每个屏的虚拟会场;如图 9示例的 MCU 处理两种多画面 (C、 D )、 (E、 F )编解码时, 普通会场的多画面方式为传统会 议电视多画面方式,依次显示 (C、 D )、 (E、 F )、 G。
实施中, 虚拟会场的控制主要包括: 广播会场、 选看会场、 屏幕图像切换 等。 对于用户而言, 以上操作都是针对虚拟会场整体进行的, 而不是针对虚拟 会场的某个终端进行的。
如上所述, 在提供某个虚拟会场选看或者广播呈现时, 网真分会场可以根 据网真会场屏幕资源状况, 智能化地呈现虚拟会场的场景, 用户能够以较多的 屏幕看到更大或更多的虚拟会场的视频图像, 增强了用户的视频体验和沟通效 果, 提高了系统的使用价值。
2 )普通会场下虚拟会场呈现方式
这种呈现方式以考虑普通会场呈现虚拟会场的场景为主, 不考虑网真会场 的多屏实际情况。 具体也可分为三种呈现方式:
方式一: 轮询方式
与前述网真会场下虚拟会场呈现方式相同。
方式二: 多画面轮询方式
普通会场以多画面轮询方式显示全部虚拟会场; 网真会场中一个屏显示与 普通会场相同的虚拟会场, 其它屏任选虚拟会场进行显示。 如图 10所示, 普通 会场的多画面轮询方式为传统会议电视多画面轮询的方式, 多画面显示 C、 D、、 E、 (F、 G ), 其中子画面 F、 G会场为轮询。
网真会场的多画面轮询方式为可以指定某一屏(例如最后一屏 TV 3 )显示同 普通会场 TV相同的场景, 另外两个屏可以随意选择 C、 D、、 E、 F、 G会场来做 观看。
方式三: 多画面方式
普通会场以多画面方式显示全部虚拟会场; 网真会场中一个屏显示与普通 会场相同的虚拟会场, 其它屏任选虚拟会场进行显示。 如图 11所示, 普通会场 的多画面方式为传统会议电视多画面的方式, 多画面显示 C、 D、 E、 F、 G。
网真会场的多画面轮询方式为可以指定某一屏(例如最后一屏 TV 3 )显示同 普通会场 TV相同的场景, 另外两个屏可以随意选择 C、 D、 E、 F、 G会场来做观 看。
如上所述, 在普通会场下虚拟会场显示模式, 网真会场也可以提出自己感 兴趣的会场, 有自由度用一个屏幕去选看虚拟会场的某个会场。
若由虚拟会场预设装置预设虚拟会场呈现方式, 则视频会议终端根据其确 定的虚拟会场属性和虚拟会场控制方式, 经媒体处理设备从虚拟会场预设装置 获取预设虚拟会场呈现方式中的一种虚拟会场呈现方式, 按获取的虚拟会场呈 现方式呈现虚拟会场。
若由媒体处理设备预设虚拟会场呈现方式, 则媒体处理设备获得虚拟会场 预设装置下发的预设的虚拟会场属性后, 按所述预设的虚拟会场属性, 在预设 的虚拟会场的各种控制方式下, 预设虚拟会场呈现方式; 视频会议终端根据其 确定的虚拟会场属性和虚拟会场控制方式, 从媒体处理设备获取预设虚拟会场 呈现方式中的一种虚拟会场呈现方式, 按获取的虚拟会场呈现方式呈现虚拟会 场。
以视频会议终端确定的虚拟会场控制方式为广播会场为例, 具有主席权限 的视频会议终端可以根据其确定的虚拟会场属性和虚拟会场控制方式决定需要 的虚拟会场呈现方式, 然后经 MCU从业务管理台获取该虚拟会场呈现方式。 具 体的, 具有主席权限的视频会议终端向 MCU发起广播请求, MCU将该广播请求转 发到业务管理台, 业务管理台从预设的虚拟会场呈现方式中选择该视频会议终 端所请求的一种虚拟会场呈现方式下发给 MCU, MCU收到业务管理台下发的虚拟 会场呈现方式后转发给该视频会议终端, 该视频会议终端再通知各会场的视频 会议终端按接收的虚拟会场呈现方式呈现虚拟会场的场景。
以视频会议终端确定的虚拟会场控制方式为选看会场为例, 选看请求由各 会场的视频会议终端向 MCU发起, MCU从预设的虚拟会场呈现方式中选择视频会 议终端所请求的一种虚拟会场呈现方式下发给视频会议终端, 视频会议终端按 接收的虚拟会场呈现方式呈现虚拟会场, 从而实现在发起请求的会场呈现虚拟 会场的场景。 当然, 除上述广播会场和选看会场之外, 视频会议终端还可以确 定其它虚拟会场控制方式, 可以通过发送请求的方式使网络侧得知其确定的虚 拟会场控制方式。
另一个实施例中, 可由媒体处理设备, 如多点控制单元, 主要负责完成视 频会议虚拟会场的呈现方法, 该实施例的特点是任何一个普通终端发起的针对 虚拟会场某个会场的会议控制操作, 都视为对整个虚拟会场的操作, 因此可以 兼容已有的会议终端设备, 即由媒体处理设备指示视频会议终端根据确定的虚 拟会场属性和虚拟会场控制方式, 按获取的虚拟会场呈现方式呈现所请求呈现 的虚拟会场所在组内全部虚拟会场, 其具体实施包括:
在业务管理台上预设虚拟会场的属性, 包括虚拟会场的 ID, 捆绑的虚拟会 场内终端的 MT号, 捆绑的虚拟会场内终端的号码等, 举例来说: 虚拟会场属性 这样定义, 同时包含会场捆绑关系, 如虚拟会场 1 ( ID ) Ml T1, M2 T2, M1 T3 , 虚拟会场 2 ( ID ) Ml T4, M1 T5, M3 T5。 然后召集会议, 业务管理台把虚拟会场 的属性一并下发给 MCU后, 召集含多点虚拟会场的会议。
在业务管理台上, 定义两种: 真实会场控制模式(即普通会场控制模式) 和虚拟会场控制模式, 这两种模式可以在会议中相互切换。 其中真实会场控制 模式同传统的会议电视控制方式, 而在虚拟会场控制模式下, 任何一个普通终 端发起的针对虚拟会场某个会场的会议控制操作, 都视为对整个虚拟会场的操 作。 如对于虚拟会场 1 , 包括会场 Ml T1, 会场 M2 T2, 会场 Ml T3。 当对其中 一个会场如 Ml T1 , 进行会议控制操作时, 该会议控制操作即对虚拟会场 1产生 作用。 其他的虚拟会场控制方式, 包括广播会场和选看会场, 虚拟会场呈现方 式, 包括普通会场下、 网真会场下虚拟会场呈现方式, 均同前述实施例。
本实施例可以兼容已有的视频会议终端设备。
又一个实施例中, 可由视频会议终端主要负责完成视频会议虚拟会场的呈 现方法, 该实施例的特点是通过视频会议终端对系统发出针对虚拟会场 M个会 场的 M个会议控制命令的方式, 实现对虚拟会场的控制, 因此可以兼容已有的 媒体处理设备, 如 MCU, 即, 视频会议终端接收输入的至少两个会议控制命令, 按所述至少两个会议控制命令, 根据确定的虚拟会场属性和虚拟会场控制方式, 获取预设的虚拟会场呈现方式中的一种虚拟会场呈现方式, 按获取的虚拟会场 呈现方式呈现虚拟会场; 所述至少两个会议控制命令的个数与请求呈现的虚拟 会场所在组内虚拟会场的总数一致, 其具体实施可以包括:
具有主席权限的会议终端在其中控系统操作界面上预设虚拟会场属性, 虚 拟会场捆绑的虚拟会场终端等信息, 然后通过主叫呼集信令把这些信息发送到 会议系统网络侧的业务管理台, 业务管理台召集含多点虚拟会场的会议。
在业务管理台上, 定义两种: 真实会场控制模式和虚拟会场控制模式, 这 两种模式可以在会议中相互切换。 其中真实会场控制模式同传统的会议电视控 制方式, 而在虚拟会场控制模式下, 任何一个普通终端发起的针对虚拟会场某 个子会场的会议控制操作, 都视为对整个虚拟会场的操作, 此时终端向系统发 出针对虚拟会场 M个子会场的 M个会议控制命令的方式, 其他的虚拟会场控制 方式, 包括广播会场和选看会场, 虚拟会场呈现方式, 包括普通会场下、 网真 会场下虚拟会场呈现方式, 均同前述实施例。
本实施例可以兼容已有的 MCU设备。
上述实施例具体实施时, 用户针对多点会议虚拟会场进行会议控制操作时, 可能需要在会场列表中寻找指定的虚拟会场才能进行操作。 但是, 当虚拟会场 个数较多时, 特别是在大容量会议中, 寻找会场的难度变大, 给用户的操作造 成了很大的不便。 因此, 发明人考虑由用户在本地定义一个分组模板, 通过该 分组模板, 将会场列表中的所有虚拟会场分若干组显示, 另外, 用户也可以指 定每个组内虚拟会场显示的顺序。 这样, 所有的虚拟会场都按照用户指定的方 式显示, 即便虚拟会场再多, 用户也可以很方便地找到虚拟会场并进行会议控 制操作。 如图 12所示为上述分组模板的示意图。
一个实施例中, 以会场名称作为索引创建分组模板时, 一个模板内可以定 义若干的分组, 一个分组内可以定义若干个虚拟会场。 同一个模板内分组名称 两两不相同, 会场名称也不相同, 由此保证会场的唯一性。
定义模板时, 模板内的会场名称与远端会场的名称, 即会场列表中的会场 名称保持一致。 在会议控制列表中通过远端会场名称来匹配模板中定义的会场 名称, 从而达到对会场列表进行分组显示的目的。 同时, 在定义模板时, 还可 以为每一个虚拟会场指定一个排序序号, 通过该序号可以对同一分组内的虚拟 会场进行排序。
一个实施例中, 考虑到会场名称可能会有变化, 导致远端会场名称和本地 分组模板内定义的虚拟会场名称并不相符, 这里再提供一种以号码为索引创建 分组模板的方式。 该方式中在分组模板内定义的不是会场名称, 而是号码。
一个模板内可以定义若干个分组, 一个分组内可以定义若干个虚拟子会场, 同一个模板内分组名称两两不相同, 号码也不相同, 由此保证会场的唯一性。 然后通过会场列表中的号码对虚拟会场进行匹配, 达到分组显示的目的。 同时, 在定义模板时, 还可以为每一个虚拟会场指定一个排序序号, 通过该序号可以 对同一分组内的虚拟会场进行排序。
一个实施例中, 还提供一种按照会场所属媒体处理设备, 如 MCU, 进行分组 的方式。 在级联会议中, 所有 M号, 即 MCU号码相同的虚拟子会场在同一组; 对属于同一组的虚拟子会场, 即 M号相同的会场, 再按照会场名称或会场号码 方式排序显示。
上述实施例根据会场名称、 会场号码或会场所属媒体处理设备, 将全部虚 拟子会场分组显示, 可以由业务管理台、 中控系统或媒体处理设备实施, 能够 有效解决用户在进行会议控制操作时查找会场困难的问题, 从而提升产品的魅 力质量。

本发明实施例中还提供了一种虚拟会场预设装置、 媒体处理设备、 视频会 议终端及视频会议系统, 如下面的实施例所述。 由于这些设备、 系统解决问题 的原理与视频会议虚拟会场的呈现方法相似, 因此这些设备、 系统的实施可以 参见方法的实施, 重复之处不再赘述。 本发明实施例提供一种虚拟会场预设装置,其结构如图 1 3所示,可以包括: 第一预设模块 1 301 , 用于预设虚拟会场属性, 所述虚拟会场包括至少两台 第二预设模块 1 302 , 用于按所述预设的虚拟会场属性, 在预设的虚拟会场 的各种控制方式下, 预设虚拟会场呈现方式;

第二确定模块 1502 , 用于确定虚拟会场控制方式;
呈现模块 1503 , 用于根据所述确定的虚拟会场属性和虚拟会场控制方式, 获取预设的虚拟会场呈现方式中的一种虚拟会场呈现方式, 按获取的虚拟会场 呈现方式呈现虚拟会场。
一个实施例中, 呈现模块具体用于获取虚拟会场预设装置或媒体处理设备 预设的虚拟会场呈现方式中的一种虚拟会场呈现方式。
一个实施例中, 第一确定模块具体用于接收虚拟会场属性并显示虚拟会场 标识; 或接收各会场终端的 MT号并显示接收到的 MT号。
一个实施例中, 呈现模块具体用于接收输入的至少两个会议控制命令, 按 所述至少两个会议控制命令, 根据确定的虚拟会场属性和虚拟会场控制方式, 按预设的虚拟会场呈现方式, 呈现虚拟会场; 所述多组会议控制命令的个数与 请求呈现的虚拟会场所在组内虚拟会场的总数一致。
前述呈现模块进行虚拟会场的呈现, 包括各会场终端接受媒体处理设备配 置码流。
本发明实施例还提供一种视频会议系统, 其结构如图 16所示, 可以包括: 虚拟会场预设装置 1601 , 用于预设虚拟会场属性, 所述虚拟会场包括至少 两台会议终端; 按所述预设的虚拟会场属性, 在预设的虚拟会场的各种控制方 式下, 预设虚拟会场呈现方式; 发送预设的虚拟会场属性; 接收经媒体处理设 虚拟会场呈现方式; 该装置可以是业务管理台, 也可以是中控系统; 媒体处理设备 1602 , 用于接收并向视频会议终端转发虚拟会场预设装置发 送的预设的虚拟会场属性; 接收视频会议终端发送的获取所述预设的虚拟会场 呈现方式中的一种虚拟会场呈现方式的请求并转发给虚拟会场预设装置; 转发 虚拟会场预设装置发送的虚拟会场呈现方式;
视频会议终端 1603 , 用于接收预设的虚拟会场属性并从中确定一种虚拟会 场属性; 确定虚拟会场控制方式; 根据所述确定的虚拟会场属性和虚拟会场控 制方式, 发送获取所述预设的虚拟会场呈现方式中的一种虚拟会场呈现方式的 请求; 接收媒体处理设备转发的虚拟会场呈现方式, 按接收的虚拟会场呈现方 式呈现虚拟会场。
本发明实施例还提供一种视频会议系统, 其结构如图 17所示, 可以包括: 虚拟会场预设装置 1701 , 用于预设虚拟会场属性, 所述虚拟会场包括至少 两台会议终端; 发送预设的虚拟会场属性;
媒体处理设备 1702 , 用于接收所述预设的虚拟会场属性并转发给视频会议 终端; 按所述预设的虚拟会场属性, 在预设的虚拟会场的各种控制方式下, 预 的一种虚拟会场呈现方式的请求, 发送所述预设的虚拟会场呈现方式中视频会 议终端请求的一种虚拟会场呈现方式;
视频会议终端 1703 , 用于接收预设的虚拟会场属性并从中确定一种虚拟会 场属性; 确定虚拟会场控制方式; 根据所述确定的虚拟会场属性和虚拟会场控 制方式, 发送获取所述预设的虚拟会场呈现方式中的一种虚拟会场呈现方式的 请求; 接收媒体处理设备发送的虚拟会场呈现方式, 按接收的虚拟会场呈现方 式呈现虚拟会场。
本发明实施例中, 对于包括至少两台会议终端的虚拟会场, 接收预设的虚 拟会场属性并从中确定一种虚拟会场属性, 所述虚拟会场包括至少两台会议终 端; 确定虚拟会场控制方式; 根据确定的虚拟会场属性和虚拟会场控制方式, 获取预设的虚拟会场呈现方式中的一种虚拟会场呈现方式, 按获取的虚拟会场 呈现方式呈现虚拟会场; 从而利用虚拟会场属性提供一种虚拟会场的画面整体 切换的会议控制方式, 操作简单方便, 且使得虚拟会场得到较好地呈现, 给视 频会议参与者一个良好的体验。

Claims

权 利 要求
1、 一种视频会议虚拟会场的呈现方法, 其特征在于, 该方法包括: 接收预设的虚拟会场属性并从中确定一种虚拟会场属性, 所述虚拟会场 包括至少两台会议终端;
确定虚拟会场控制方式;
根据确定的虚拟会场属性和虚拟会场控制方式, 获取预设的虚拟会场呈 现方式中的一种虚拟会场呈现方式, 按获取的虚拟会场呈现方式呈现虚拟会 场。
2、 如权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述虚拟会场属性包括虚拟 会场标识和捆绑的虚拟会场内终端的标识。
3、 如权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 获取预设的虚拟会场呈现方 式中的一种虚拟会场呈现方式, 包括:
获取虚拟会场预设装置或媒体处理设备预设的虚拟会场呈现方式中的一 种虚拟会场呈现方式。
4、 一种视频会议虚拟会场的呈现方法, 其特征在于, 该方法包括: 获取虚拟会场预设装置预设的虚拟会场属性, 所述虚拟会场包括至少两 台会议终端;
按所述预设的虚拟会场属性, 在预设的虚拟会场的各种控制方式下, 预 设虚拟会场呈现方式;
将所述预设的虚拟会场属性和所述预设的虚拟会场呈现方式中视频会议 终端请求获取的一种虚拟会场呈现方式发送给视频会议终端。
5、 如权利要求 4所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述虚拟会场呈现方式, 包 括:
网真会场中至少一个屏显示固定的虚拟会场, 其它屏釆用轮询方式显示 其它虚拟会场; 普通会场以一个一个虚拟会场依次轮询的方式进行显示; 或, 网真会场中以屏的总数为单位, 每次显示所述总数个的虚拟会场, 直至显示完所有虚拟会场; 普通会场以一个一个虚拟会场依次轮询的方式进 行显示;
或, 将全部虚拟会场拼接形成整幅图像, 并通过图像压缩或拉伸, 满屏 显示于网真会场的全部屏上; 普通会场以一个一个虚拟会场依次轮询的方式 进行显示;
或, 网真会场中至少一个屏显示固定的虚拟会场, 其它屏釆用多画面轮 询方式集中显示其它虚拟会场; 普通会场以多画面轮询方式依次显示网真会 场中每个屏的虚拟会场;
或, 网真会场中至少一个屏显示固定的虚拟会场, 其它屏釆用多画面方 式显示其它虚拟会场; 普通会场以多画面方式依次显示网真会场中每个屏的 虚拟会场;
或, 网真会场中以屏的总数为单位, 平均显示多个虚拟会场; 普通会场 以多画面方式依次显示网真会场中每个屏的虚拟会场;
或, 普通会场以多画面轮询方式显示全部虚拟会场; 网真会场中一个屏 显示与普通会场相同的虚拟会场, 其它屏任选虚拟会场进行显示;
或, 普通会场以多画面方式显示全部虚拟会场; 网真会场中一个屏显示 与普通会场相同的虚拟会场, 其它屏任选虚拟会场进行显示。
6、 如权利要求 4所述的方法, 其特征在于, 还包括:
指示视频会议终端根据确定的虚拟会场属性和虚拟会场控制方式, 按获 取的虚拟会场呈现方式呈现所请求呈现的虚拟会场所在组内全部虚拟会场。
7、 如权利要求 4所述的方法, 其特征在于, 还包括:
根据会场名称、 会场号码或会场所属媒体处理设备, 将全部虚拟会场分 组。
8、 如权利要求 7所述的方法, 其特征在于, 还包括:
为每个虚拟会场指定排序序号, 通过所述排序序号对同一分组内的虚拟 会场进行排序。
9、 一种虚拟会场预设装置, 其特征在于, 包括:
第一预设模块, 用于预设虚拟会场属性, 所述虚拟会场包括至少两台会 议终端;
第二预设模块, 用于按所述预设的虚拟会场属性, 在预设的虚拟会场的 各种控制方式下, 预设虚拟会场呈现方式;
发送模块, 用于发送所述预设的虚拟会场属性和所述预设的虚拟会场呈 现方式中视频会议终端请求获取的一种虚拟会场呈现方式。
10、 如权利要求 9所述的装置, 其特征在于, 还包括:
分组模块, 用于根据会场名称、 会场号码或会场所属媒体处理设备, 将 全部虚拟会场分组。
11、 如权利要求 10所述的装置, 其特征在于, 还包括:
排序模块, 用于为每个虚拟会场指定排序序号, 通过所述排序序号对同 一分组内的虚拟会场进行排序。
12、 一种媒体处理设备, 其特征在于, 包括:
获取模块, 用于获取虚拟会场预设装置预设的虚拟会场属性, 所述虚拟 会场包括至少两台会议终端;
预设模块, 用于按所述预设的虚拟会场属性, 在预设的虚拟会场的各种 控制方式下, 预设虚拟会场呈现方式;
发送模块, 用于将所述预设的虚拟会场属性和所述预设虚拟会场呈现方 式中视频会议终端请求获取的一种虚拟会场呈现方式发送给视频会议终端。
1 3、 如权利要求 12所述的媒体处理设备, 其特征在于, 还包括: 控制模块, 用于指示视频会议终端根据确定的虚拟会场属性和虚拟会场 控制方式, 按获取的虚拟会场呈现方式呈现所请求呈现的虚拟会场所在组内 全部虚拟会场。
14、 如权利要求 12所述的媒体处理设备, 其特征在于, 还包括: 分组模块, 用于根据会场名称、 会场号码或会场所属媒体处理设备, 将 全部虚拟会场分组。
15、 如权利要求 14所述的媒体处理设备, 其特征在于, 还包括: 排序模块, 用于为每个虚拟会场指定排序序号, 通过所述排序序号对同 一分组内的虚拟会场进行排序。

第一确定模块, 用于接收预设的虚拟会场属性并从中确定一种虚拟会场 属性, 所述虚拟会场包括至少两台会议终端;

呈现模块, 用于根据所述确定的虚拟会场属性和虚拟会场控制方式, 获 取预设的虚拟会场呈现方式中的一种虚拟会场呈现方式, 按获取的虚拟会场 呈现方式呈现虚拟会场。
17、 如权利要求 16所述的视频会议终端, 其特征在于, 所述呈现模块进 一步用于获取虚拟会场预设装置或媒体处理设备预设的虚拟会场呈现方式中 的一种虚拟会场呈现方式。
18、 一种视频会议系统, 其特征在于, 包括:
虚拟会场预设装置, 用于预设虚拟会场属性, 所述虚拟会场包括至少两 台会议终端; 按所述预设的虚拟会场属性, 在预设的虚拟会场的各种控制方 式下, 预设虚拟会场呈现方式; 发送预设的虚拟会场属性; 接收经媒体处理 场呈现方式的请求, 发送所述预设的虚拟会场呈现方式中视频会议终端请求 的一种虚拟会场呈现方式;
媒体处理设备, 用于接收并向视频会议终端转发虚拟会场预设装置发送 呈现方式中的一种虚拟会场呈现方式的请求并转发给虚拟会场预设装置; 转 发虚拟会场预设装置发送的虚拟会场呈现方式;
视频会议终端, 用于接收预设的虚拟会场属性并从中确定一种虚拟会场 属性; 确定虚拟会场控制方式; 根据所述确定的虚拟会场属性和虚拟会场控 制方式, 发送获取所述预设的虚拟会场呈现方式中的一种虚拟会场呈现方式 的请求; 接收媒体处理设备转发的虚拟会场呈现方式, 按接收的虚拟会场呈 现方式呈现虚拟会场。
19、 一种视频会议系统, 其特征在于, 包括:
