安全自动开收伞结构 技术领域
本发明涉及伞的结构, 准确地说是一种安全开收的自动伞, 该伞能够在收伞 时候有效地控制伞面的收拢, 并防止中棒意外弹出。 背景技术 说
自动开收伞, 因为其能够自动打开及收拢伞面, 控制方便而受到消费者的欢 迎, 并由此延伸出多种产品, 例如两折自动开收伞、 三折自动开收伞、 四折自动 开收伞; 并且存在多种控制自动开收的方式。
但是常用的自动开收伞, 存在一大弊端, 收伞时, 需要用力压下上巢, 才能 使伞回复到完全收拢的状态。收伞需要先收拢伞面再回收中棒, 如果在回收中棒 的过程中, 无意松开对上巢的向下挤压, 或者松开下拉的中棒, 就会导致两个后 果, 一是伞面会突然张开, 二是中棒弹开。 前一个后果会划伤人体, 后一个后果 会击伤人体, 这都是影响自动开收伞使用的危险因素。
因此, 有的申请人对伞的结构做了改进, 如专利申请 200710009892.1号, 这 种结构在伞头内增加了一个辘轳, 辘轳上绕设有一绳索, 该绳索一端固定于该辘 轳上, 另一端向上与上巢连接; 以及一发条弹簧, 辘轳正向转动时使该发条弹簧 上紧, 发条弹簧松开时驱动辘轳反转; 和一离合器, 包括一离合盘以及一驱动该 离合盘向所述辘轳方向合上的离合弹簧,该离合盘与所述辘轳的相对面设有互相 配合可单向滑动的斜齿。在收伞过程中压缩中棒时, 在离合盘的作用下, 辘轳仅 能单向转动,受发条弹簧的作用,辘轳转动将绳索收起,若不小心中途放开中棒, 绳索被拉紧, 但辘轳无法向另一方向转动, 因而绳索可将中棒固定, 不会由于收 伞时的失控, 导致对人体的伤害。
然而这种方式虽然能够实现自动伞收伞的安全控制,却是以大幅度增加产品 的结构和安装难度为代价的, 而且在狭小的中棒内设置两条拉线, 使拉线在伞的 开收过程中容易纠缠在一起, 就是说, 上述的结构解决了一个技术问题, 却带来 新的缺陷。 发明内容
基于此, 本发明设计了一种新的安全自动开收伞结构, 该结构能够通过一条 拉线实现伞的开收控制, 简化了安全自动开收伞的结构, 降低了制作成本, 减少 了加工工艺。
本发明的另一个目的在于提供一种安全自动开收伞结构,该结构充分发挥卷 尺式绕线的特点, 使其能够控制伞的安全开收。
本发明的再一个目的是提供一种安全自动开收伞结构,该结构在开伞时并不 放出拉线, 而是在按下收伞按钮时放出拉线进行收伞的, 同时在下压下巢及中棒 时拉线回收, 从而实现自动开收伞的安全控制, 又避免了原有子弹头的使用, 大 大简化了制作成本及安装工艺。
因此, 本发明是这样实现的:
一种安全自动开收伞结构, 其包括有伞骨、伞支骨、丸骨、收伞弹簧、 中棒、 上巢、 下巢、 伞头、 开伞按钮及开伞弹簧, 中棒至少包括两节, 开伞弹簧设置与 中棒内, 伞骨、 伞支骨、 丸骨、 收伞弹簧构成支撑伞面的伞骨总成, 中棒的上端 固定有上巢, 下巢套系与中棒上, 中棒的底部与伞头连接, 伞骨总成设置于上巢 与下巢之间, 其特征在于伞头内设置有大滑轮, 大滑轮上绕有拉线,拉线的另一 端从中棒内伸出,另一端固定于上巢或下巢上,大滑轮又与扭力弹簧或弹片连接, 使其能自动绕线;同时,伞头内还设置一卡掣件,卡掣件一端与开伞按钮对应, 可 被开伞按钮推动,另一端则卡制于大滑轮,使大滑轮在控制下才能进行绕线动作, 且伞头内不设置子弹头。
开伞时,按动开伞按钮,解脱对中棒的卡制,在开伞弹簧及绕线系统的作用下, 下巢向上位移,带动伞骨总成撑开,打开伞面, 形成开伞状态, 此时, 拉线仍然按 照原有的状态绕于大滑轮上,并没有任何动作,在中棒外部的拉线随着中棒的弹 开被收于中棒内,在拉线的作用下,伞骨总成得以形成撑开的状态;收伞面时, 按 动控制按钮,推动卡掣件解脱对大滑轮的卡制,收伞弹簧的收力,使拉线从大滑轮 中放出,从而收拢伞面,进一步收拢中棒,拉线被卷绕会大滑轮,完成中棒的收拢, 而在收拢中棒的过程中,虽然扭力弹簧或弹片可以使拉线自动回绕到大滑轮上, 然而其作用力不足以克服收伞弹簧的作用力,伞面仍维持收拢状态,不至于打开, 实现安全收伞。 且,一旦向下推动上巢和中棒,使拉线放松,大滑轮就会在扭力弹簧或弹片的 作用下, 进行单向转动, 绕回放松的拉线, 使拉线始终处于比较张紧的状态, 即 使无意松开对上巢或中棒的压动,由于伞头内卡制件对大滑轮的反向卡制, 也不 会导致中棒的突然弹开;
又, 本发明不设置子弹头, 简化了伞头的结构, 降低了制作成本, 便于加工 制作。
总之, 本发明的采用一条拉线, 从伞头内引出, 连接到上巢或者下巢上, 不 必再在伞头内设置子弹头和绑系于子弹头的拉线, 即能完成伞的自动开收, 且通 过大滑轮和拉线的作用能够控制伞的安全开收。
为了更好的保持收伞时, 中棒不会被弹回, 上巢或下巢内设置一拉线卡紧机 构, 该机构能够是收伞时单向卡紧拉线, 使拉线只能被回收, 不能被放出。 卡紧 机构可以采用上述的大滑轮结合卡掣件的结构形式,也可以采用其它单向卡紧的 机构形式。
所述安全自动开收伞结构, 其下巢与中棒之间设置有卡紧机构, 以保持在向 下压动上巢和中棒的过程中,对中棒的上部和下巢位置的稳定, 从而更加保障伞 面及伞骨总成的收拢状态。
上述的卡紧机构,为卡扣结构、 弹弓、 弹珠、 u型铁卡圈,以及类似结构的任 意一种,只要能够实现下巢和中棒的卡掣定位,现有的卡制结构都是可以采用的。
上述的卡紧机构,也可为设置于下巢内壁的凸起和突出于中棒表面的突点, 凸起和突点从纵向看位于同一垂直线上,横向则交错分布,形成互相卡制的关系。
上述的凸起和突点具有一个以上,且为一一对应的关系。
上述的卡紧机构,其为设置与下巢下部的卡扣,该卡扣通过销固定在下巢上, 且起上端被一小弹簧顶持, 下端能够卡扣于中棒上, 使中棒和下巢形成稳定的关 系。
另外, 上巢端或上巢内部可设置一卡制构件, 该卡制构件用于锁定拉线或中 棒, 在收拢伞面的状态时, 上巢至下巢段的拉线或中棒被锁定, 不能做任何位移 的动作, 保证了伞的安全收拢。
所述的大滑轮,其所采用的转动机构为扭力弹簧或者弹片,或者其它能够实 现单向旋转的弹簧之一;大滑轮的表面具有均勾分布的一个以上的卡块,且卡块 的横截面为三角形,由此卡掣件只能从单向卡制大滑轮, 便于大滑轮在需要时绕 回放出的拉线。
所述的大滑轮,其侧面设置有卡掣件,卡掣件抵靠在大滑轮的侧表面,大滑轮 沿着一个方向旋转时,卡掣件在此旋转的方向边缘,在大滑轮旋转力下可被弹开, 并不起卡制作用,便于大滑轮回绕拉线,大滑轮沿着反向旋转时,由于摩擦力及反 向卡扣的作用,卡掣件则向大滑轮抵紧,抑制大滑轮的旋转,起到卡掣作用。
上述的大滑轮,其侧表面具有卡块,卡块的横截面为三角形结构,且该三角形 结构的设置方向是与大滑轮旋转绕回拉线的方向一致的。 由此,只有在松开对大 滑轮的卡制情况下, 才可以放出拉线,同时又便于拉线收回到大滑轮中。
所述的卡掣件,其至少具有一卡掣部,该卡掣部与大滑轮抵靠,对大滑轮的旋 转起控制作用,卡掣件被活动连接于伞头内,使卡掣部可抵靠大滑轮,也可松开对 大滑轮的抵靠,保证大滑轮收回放出的拉线。
上述的卡掣件,其一种具体应用方式为:卡掣件的中部通过销轴固定于伞头 内,卡掣件可围绕该销轴在一定范围内旋转,其中卡掣件的一端为卡掣部,抵靠于 大滑轮的表面或侧面, 且有弹簧顶持于该端,以便于复位,另一端可被开伞按钮 顶持。
所述的弹簧, 可采用弹性卡圈替代, 弹性卡圈套系于该卡掣件的卡掣部, 并 固定于卡掣件的下方, 卡掣件被按压翘起卡掣部时, 弹性卡圈在卡掣件的向上运 动下变形, 当解除对卡掣件的按压时, 弹性卡圈由于其本身弹力的作用恢复原有 的状态, 从而使卡掣部继续抵靠于大滑轮的表面或侧面, 形成对大滑轮的卡掣。
所述卡掣件, 其为具有按压端和卡掣部的条状或者类似条状结构, 按压端位 置对应于开伞按钮, 通常情况下, 按压端所位于的水平面低于卡掣部的水平面, 卡掣部抵靠于大滑轮表面或侧面。
上述卡掣件, 其内侧, 即远离大滑轮的一端设置有一控制圈, 该控制圈与卡 掣件通过倾斜面进行配合, 即卡掣件与控制圈所接触之部位均有一倾斜面, 控制 圈又被一控制圈弹簧顶住, 且在收伞时, 被中棒所压制, 使控制圈弹簧形成压缩 形态, 卡掣件伸入到控制圈中, 开伞后, 中棒弹出, 对控制圈的压制解除, 控制 圈弹簧顶持控制圈位于按钮下方, 可被按钮按压, 卡掣件的端部与控制圈倾斜面 配合, 按钮按压时, 控制圈向下移动, 带动卡掣件的倾斜面向下移动, 从而使卡 掣件的另一端(即卡掣部)脱离大滑轮, 解除对大滑轮的卡掣, 大滑轮在拉线的 拉力下进行放线, 从而收拢伞面。 这种结构, 在放线收拢伞面后, 由于卡掣件与 控制圈是通过控制圈的倾斜面配合, 控制圈在收伞面被按压后, 其倾斜面与卡掣 件的倾斜面脱离, 无论怎样通过开伞按钮按压控制圈, 也不会按压到卡掣件, 就 是说在中棒收拢到任何长度时都不会造成放线空弹的情况, 在伞收拢到一定程 度,中棒对控制圈形成压制作用,控制圈就会向卡掣件方向位移,脱离按钮下方, 按钮无论如何按压均不会压到控制圈, 不会造成中棒的弹开。
所述的拉线, 其一端固定于大滑轮上, 并绕系于大滑轮, 然后穿系中棒, 从 上巢引出, 再穿系下巢, 另一端固定于上巢上。 由此, 可通过拉线控制自动伞的 打开及收拢。准确地说, 是通过拉线的长度配合开伞时的中棒及上下巢的间距达 到控制开伞的目的, 收伞时, 先放出绕系于大滑轮上的拉线, 使伞面收拢, 再通 过下拉中棒或下压上巢, 回收拉线。
伞骨总成,是包括所有的伞骨的,在具体应用中,可根据不同伞的规格 (例如 两折伞、 三折伞、 四折伞、 五折伞)确定伞骨的数量,以及具体伞支骨、 丸骨、 连 接骨等的结构,在此, 这些不同的结构及应用均为现有技术,不再赘述。
本发明采用独特的结构,实现自动开收伞的安全开收控制,即结构简单,容易 实现, 又便于安装; 更重要的是大滑轮结合拉线, 通过特殊的控制方式, 只利用 一条拉线同时完成伞的开收控制和安全控制,摆脱了需要设置两条拉线,来实现 安全控制和开收伞控制的方式。
与现有的安全开收自动伞相比,本发明完全没有复杂的伞头结构设计,大大 简化了伞头内部的结构,降低了安全自动开收伞的制作成本。 附图说明

下面结合附图所示,对本发明的实现做详细说明。
图 1 所示的实施方式,为本发明应用与三折伞时的结构示意图, 图中所示伞 骨 90总成包括有丸骨 91、 伞骨一 92、 伞骨二 93、 伞支骨 94、 连接骨一 95、 连 接骨二 96及收伞弹簧 97,伞骨二 93—端连接于上巢 80,—端与伞骨一 92连接, 伞骨一 92又连接于丸骨 91上,伞支骨 94一端连接于下巢 70,另一端则与连接骨 一 95和伞骨二 93进行连接,连接骨 96又连接到伞骨一 92的与丸骨 91连接部位; 收伞弹簧 97则设置于连接骨一 95和伞骨二 93之间;
中棒 50内设置有开伞弹簧 (图中未示), 中棒 50分为三节,上部是上管 51,中 部是中管 52,下部为下管 53,上管 51的顶部固定有上巢 80,下巢 70则滑套于上管 51之上,开伞弹簧依照自动伞的惯例,设置与上述三节中棒中;
下巢 70的下部向下伸出有卡紧机构 60,图中所示,卡紧机构为一扣头 60; 下管 53的下部插设于伞头 10中,伞头 10内设置有大滑轮 20及卡掣件 30,卡 掣件 30作为大滑轮 20的控制机构,控制大滑轮 20的放线、 收线;
伞头 10的表面具有按钮 11,以控制伞的自动开收。
具体结构参见图 2所示(由于伞骨总成 90采用现有的技术来实现,为了准确、 清晰地描述本发明主要发明特征, 在图 2中省略了伞骨总成 90的结构),上巢 80 具有上巢内塞 81和上巢滑轮 82,上巢内塞 81用以固定上管 51,上巢滑轮 82则用 以绕系拉线 40;
上管 51、中管 52、下管 53依次套系,其中上管 51的下部具有突出的卡台 55, 以配合扣头 60的卡扣定位; 中管 52的下部也具有突出的推台 54,以在开伞时推 动扣头 60,解除扣头 60和卡台 55的扣合作用,使伞骨能够顺利撑开;
下巢 70滑动套系于上管 51上,其上具有下巢滑轮 72,且下巢 70的下部开设 一纵向的凹槽 71,用以设置扣头 60;
扣头 60设置于该凹槽 71 内,其下部向下伸出,以与卡台 55配合, 卡紧上管 51,使下巢 70和上管 51的位置在收伞过程中得以固定,扣头 60的中部通过销 62 设置与下巢 70上, 一弹簧 61顶持扣头 60的上端, 使扣头 60保持扣合力; 下管 53插入到伞头 10内, 伞头 10的上部设置按钮 11和 U型铁卡圈 12, U型铁卡圈 12用于卡住收拢的中棒 50, 伞头 10的下部空间内则设置一大滑轮 20, 大滑轮 20是通过轴 24进行定位的, 且大滑轮 20上部盖有滑轮盖 23, 下部 有滑轮垫 22, 以保证大滑轮 20能够在轴 24中旋转;
大滑轮 20内还设置有扭力弹簧 25, 使大滑轮 20在没有外力作用的情况下 能够沿着顺时针或逆时针的其中一种做旋转运动。
大滑轮 20的上表面均勾分布有多个 (通常采用 3-15个)横截面为三角形的卡 块 21,卡块 21用于与卡掣件 30配合,使大滑轮 20只能沿着一个方向进行旋转; 在伞头 10内, 大滑轮 20的上方设置有卡掣件 30, 卡掣件 30整体为条状结 构, 其前部为卡掣部, 伸入到大滑轮 20的上方,与大滑轮 20上的卡块 21配合, 且卡掣件的前部还通过弹性卡圈 31对卡掣件 30进行约束,防止卡掣件 30脱离对 大滑轮 20的卡制;卡掣件 30的中部通过销轴 32固定在伞头 10内的两个突出壁 33上, 卡掣件 30的后端则向后延伸到按钮 11的位置,以能被按钮 11推动,解脱 对大滑轮 20的控制,使大滑轮 20在外力下放出拉线 40;卡掣件的后部为按压端, 该按压端位置对应于开伞按钮 11, 且按压端所位于的水平面低于卡掣部的水平 面, 以放置被误压。
拉线 40—端绕在大滑轮 20上,然后穿过伞头 10、 中棒 50,通过上巢滑轮 82 绕出,再绕过下巢滑轮 72,固定于上巢 80上 (通常是固定于上巢 80的外壁上)。
伞头 10上部中间设置按钮 11, 且伞头 10的外部包覆有伞头套 13, 以形成 美观的外形, 同时保护伞头 10内部的结构设置。
开伞时,按动按钮 11,解脱对中棒 50 的卡制,在开伞弹簧的作用下,中棒 50 弹开,扣头 60对上管 51的扣合在完全收中棒时已被解除扣合,而拉线 40并不从 大滑轮 20中放出,在拉线 40的拉系作用下,伞骨总成 90得以撑开, 形成开伞状 态。
收伞时,第一步动作如图 3所示, 按动按钮 11, 按钮 11下压卡掣件 30的后 端,卡掣件 30的前端翘起,解除对大滑轮 20的控制,在收伞弹簧 97的作用下,拉 线 40被向上拉动,在大滑轮 20外的拉线长度不能满足打开的中棒和上巢、 下巢 距离之总长度的要求,收伞弹簧 97的作用力大于扭力弹簧 25的作用力, 大滑轮 20上绕系的拉线 40就会被释放出, 从而伞骨总成收拢,达到图 3所示的状态,此 时,只有伞骨总成 90收拢,而上管 51、 中管 52、 下管 53仍处于打开状态;
此时, 下巢 70被带动下移, 下巢 70上的扣头 60扣合于上管 51的卡台 55 上,使下巢 70和上管 51形成一个稳定的位置关系, 可以防止下一步收伞动作中 意外放开中棒或上巢导致的中棒 50弹开;
具体的作用过程结合图 4、 图 5所示,在没有按动伞头 10上的按钮 11之前, 卡掣件 30的前部通过弹性卡圈 31约束,防止卡掣件 30脱离对大滑轮 20的卡制 (卡掣件 30的前端卡制到卡块 21上), 此时,大滑轮 20是不动的 (大滑轮 20通过 滑轮盖 23、 滑轮垫 22被固定), 卡掣件 30也被约束;
然而,由于中棒 50被释放出伞头 10, 伞头 10内的摇杆 14没有了中棒 50的 压制,恢复到与按钮 11垂直的状态, 摇杆 14恰好对准卡掣件 30的后端, 再次按 动按钮 11时, 摇杆 14推动卡掣件 30的后端,使卡掣件 30的前端翘起, 从而解 除对大滑轮 20的卡制, 大滑轮 20此时在收伞弹簧 97的作用力下, 进行逆时针 旋转, 放出其上绕系的拉线 40, 拉线的长度满足打开的中棒和上巢、 下巢距离 之总长度的要求,伞骨总成 90则进行收拢。
松开按钮 11后, 卡掣件 30被弹性卡圈 31约束复位, 又对大滑轮 20形成卡 制, 防止大滑轮 20逆时针旋转。
图 6、 图 7所示,为伞整体收拢的结构示意图, 收伞的第二步动作是向下压 上巢 80或下拉上管 51, 上巢 80或上管 51的向下位移, 使拉线的长度大于中棒 和上巢、 下巢距离之总长度,在大滑轮 20内的扭力弹簧 25的作用下, 多余的拉 线 40则被收绕到大滑轮 20上, 使拉线 40始终保持一种比较张紧的状态, 拉线 40的这种状态可以保证无意松开上巢 80或上管 51时, 伞骨总成 90和中棒 50 不会弹开。
持续下压上巢 80或下拉上管 51,使中棒 50收拢与伞头 10内, 就形成图 6、 图 7所示的状态, 此时, 扣头 60扣合于卡台 55上, 摇杆 14被中棒顶持倾斜, 不再与按钮呈垂直状态。
拉线 40也被充分收绕于大滑轮 20上。拉线 40—端固定于上巢 80外壁, 然 后经下巢滑轮 72、 上巢滑轮 82, 从中棒 50内穿入到伞头 10中, 并绕系于大滑 轮 20上。
以上所描述的是本发明应用于三折自动开收伞的情况, 应用于其它方式,如 二折伞、四折伞等,基本结构是没有变化的,只是伞骨总成的具体设计和拉线在上 巢、下巢的饶线方式不同,这在本领域都是公知技术,而且上述的变化并不影响本 发明的实现,因此在上述范围内应用本发明的上述结构,与前面所描述都是一样 的。
在上述的实施方式中,很多部件,例如上巢、 下巢、 伞骨总成、 都可以采用现 有的结构。
对于下巢 70上所设置的卡紧机构 60, 可采用多种方式来实现, 例如图 8所 示的方式。
图 8中, 在上管 51 ' 的下部设置多个 (可设置 2-5个)突起 60 ' ,同时, 下巢 70 ' 的内壁对应设置多个(图中所示为四个, 通常在 2-6个范围内设置)凸起 73 ' ,突起 60 ' 和凸起 73 ' 交错分布,且形成一一对应的关系, 这样突起 60 ' 和凸 起 73 ' 能够形成一种扣合关系, 达到对下巢和上管进行定位的作用。
在其他的实现方式中,卡紧机构也可以采用弹弓、 弹珠、 U型铁卡圈,以及类 似结构的任意一种,总之,任何的能够实现滑动配合的卡紧结构; 只要在收伞面 时, 能使上下巢的拉线不发生收放位移的卡紧机构, 都可以应用于这个方面。
图 9和图 10为另一种卡掣件与大滑轮配合关系的结构方式, 在该结构方式 中, 中棒 50〃 、 下巢 70〃 、 扣头 60〃 、 大滑轮 20〃 、 拉线 40〃 、 伞头 10〃 及 卡掣件 30〃 的结构不变, 依然为图 1-7所示的结构方式。
其中大滑轮 20〃 的上表面具有三角形的卡块 21〃 , 以与卡掣件 30〃 进行配 合, 形成稳定的卡掣关系;
卡掣件 30〃 的前端为卡掣部, 后端为按压部, 卡掣件 30〃 的整体呈条形结 构, 但是按压部所处的水平面低于卡掣部所处的水平面;
在这种方式中, 不是通过弹性卡圈来对卡掣件 30" 进行限位, 而是通过控 制圈 31〃 对卡掣件 30〃 进行约束,控制圈 31〃 的内径高于于卡掣件 30〃 按压部 的高度, 同时有一控制圈弹簧 32〃 从控制圈 31〃 的前部顶持控制圈 31〃 ; 且控 制圈 31〃 与卡掣件 30〃 按压部的配合面均为倾斜面, 伞头 10〃 内不设置摇杆, 而是将开伞按钮 11〃 设置成前部高、 后部低的阶梯状结构,。
伞收拢时, 卡掣件 30〃 的按压部伸入到控制圈 31〃 中, 控制圈 31〃 恰好位 于开伞按钮 10〃 的前部, 不能被按压, 开伞后, 中棒 50〃 弹出, 控制圈 31〃 在 控制圈弹簧 32" 的作用下向后发生位移, 卡掣件 30" 按压部的倾斜面与控制圈 31 " 的倾斜面对应, 此时按下开伞按钮 11〃 , 则控制圈 31〃 下压卡掣件 30〃 , 解除对大滑轮 20〃 的卡掣, 达到放线的目的, 当中棒有一部分收拢于伞头 10〃 时, 大滑轮 20〃 完成部分回收拉线 40〃 的工作, 中棒 50〃 则向伞头 10〃 内推压 控制圈 31 " , 脱离开伞按钮 11〃 的按压范围, 此时虽然没有完全收拢中棒, 随 意按压开伞按钮 11〃 也不会解脱卡掣件 30〃 对大滑轮 20〃 的卡掣,拉线 40〃 拉 系住中棒, 使中棒不会由于误按压开伞按钮而弹开。
同样, 伞头的结构除了大滑轮、 卡掣件及配套机构设置外, 其余结构均为现 有的技术, 图 11和图 12就是又一个大滑轮、 卡掣件及配套机构的结构示意图。
在该方式中, 中棒 150、 下巢 170、 扣头 160、 大滑轮 120、 拉线 140、 伞头 110及卡掣件 130的结构不变, 依然为图 1-7所示的结构方式, 如, 扣头 160在 伞收拢后扣合于扣台 155上、 伞头 110内对应开伞按钮 111 的位置设置有摇杆 114、 大滑轮 120的上表面具有三角形卡块 121, 不再赘述。
其区别之处在于,在卡掣件 130的后部设置有一内塞 131, 内塞 131为管状, 其后端插设有一伸出板 134, 该伸出板 134上设置有两个突出的凸台 132, 内塞 131的中部为中空结构 135, 这样内塞 131的前后两端仅通过连接条 136进行连 接, 且内塞 131前部还设置有一内塞弹簧 133顶持内塞。
通过这种内塞 131与卡掣件 130配合来实现安全开收伞, 其作用过程为: 伞收拢时,卡掣件 130的按压部伸入到伸出板 133下部,被伸出板 134挡住, 同时凸台 132通过中棒上的开口伸出, 中棒 150又挤压摇杆 114, 使摇杆 114偏 斜; 开伞时, 中棒 150弹出伞头 110内, 摇杆 114位于垂直位置(按照图示为垂 直位置), 恰好对准伸出的凸台 132 (凸台仍然被中棒的内管卡住); 收伞时, 按 动开伞按钮 111, 摇杆推动凸台 132缩进内塞 131中, 同时也推动卡掣件 130的 按压部向下运动, 使卡掣件 130前部的卡掣部向上翘起, 解除对大滑轮 120的卡 掣, 大滑轮 120得以松开拉线 140, 进行放线; 此时, 内塞由于内塞弹簧 133的 推动, 远离了卡掣件 130, 卡掣件又其它配件约束, 恢复到卡掣大滑轮的状态, 进一步按压开伞按钮, 则不会对卡掣件构成任何影响; 再收拢中棒, 则中棒推动 内塞 131向伞头 110内运动, 又恢复到上述完全收拢的状态 (为了更好地收拢, 卡掣件的按压部外端可做成倾斜面, 以便于伸出板 134的插入)。
总之, 以上所述, 为本发明的几种实现方式, 并不代表本发明所实现的所有 方式,凡是与本发明有同样的构思, 且能达到同样或近似效果的技术方案, 均应 在本发明的保护范围内。

Claims

权 利 要 求 书
1、 一种安全自动开收伞结构, 其包括有伞骨、 伞支骨、 丸骨、 收伞弹簧、 中棒、 上巢、 下巢、 伞头、 开伞按钮及开伞弹簧, 中棒至少包括两节, 开伞弹簧 设置与中棒内, 伞骨、 伞支骨、 丸骨、 收伞弹簧构成支撑伞面的伞骨总成, 中棒 的上端固定有上巢, 下巢套系与中棒上, 中棒的底部与伞头连接, 伞骨总成设置 于上巢与下巢之间, 其特征在于伞头内设置有大滑轮, 大滑轮上绕有拉线,拉线 的另一端从中棒伸出,固定与上巢或下巢上, 大滑轮又与扭力弹簧或弹片连接, 使其能自动绕线;同时,伞头内还设置一卡掣件,卡掣件一端与开伞按钮对应, 可 被开伞按钮推动,另一端则卡制于大滑轮,使大滑轮在控制下才能进行绕线动作。
2、 如权利要求 1所述的安全自动开收伞结构, 其特征在于该安全自动开收 伞结构, 其下巢与中棒之间设置有卡紧机构。
3、 如权利要求 2所述的安全自动开收伞结构, 其特征在于上述的卡紧机构, 为设置于下巢内壁的凸起和突出于中棒表面的突点,凸起和突点从纵向看位于同 一垂直线上,横向则交错分布,形成互相卡制的关系,且上述的凸起和突点具有一 个以上,且为一一对应的关系。
4、如权利要求 2所述的安全自动开收伞结构, 其特征在于上述的卡紧机构, 其为设置与下巢下部的卡扣,该卡扣通过销固定在下巢上,且起上端被一小弹簧 顶持, 下端能够卡扣于中棒上, 使中棒和下巢形成稳定的关系。
5、 如权利要求 1 所述的安全自动开收伞结构, 其特征在于所述的大滑轮, 其所采用的转动机构为扭力弹簧或者弹片,大滑轮的表面具有均勾分布的一个以 上的卡块,且卡块的横截面为三角形,由此卡掣件只能从单向卡制大滑轮。
6、 如权利要求 1 所述的安全自动开收伞结构, 其特征在于所述的大滑轮, 其侧面设置有卡掣件,卡掣件抵靠在大滑轮的侧表面。
7、 如权利要求 6 所述的安全自动开收伞结构, 其特征在于上述的大滑轮, 起侧表面具有卡块,卡块的横截面为三角形结构, 且该三角形结构的设置方向是 与大滑轮旋转绕回拉线的方向一致的。
8、 如权利要求 1 所述的安全自动开收伞结构, 其特征在于所述的卡掣件, 其至少具有一卡掣部,该卡掣部与大滑轮抵靠, 对大滑轮的旋转起控制作用, 卡 掣件被活动连接于伞头内。
9、 如权利要求 8 所述的安全自动开收伞结构, 其特征在于上述的卡掣件, 卡掣件的中部通过销轴固定于伞头内,卡掣件可围绕该销轴在一定范围内旋转, 其中卡掣件的一端为卡掣部,抵靠于大滑轮的表面或侧面, 且有弹簧顶持于该端, 另一端可被开伞按钮顶持。
10、 如权利要求 1所述的安全自动开收伞结构, 其特征在于所述的拉线, 其 一端固定于大滑轮上, 并绕系于大滑轮, 然后穿系中棒, 从上巢引出, 再穿系下 巢, 另一端固定于上巢上。
