Abstract

A packaging box comprises a bottom plate, a front side plate and a rear side plate which are connected to the bottom plate, base plates connected to the left and right ends of the rear side plate, first flaps connected the lower ends of the base plates, and second flaps connected to the left and right ends of the front side plate.  The first flaps are superposed on the bottom plate when the rear side plate is perpendicular to the bottom plate.  When the front side plate is perpendicular to the bottom plate, the second flaps make contact from above with the first flaps superposed on the bottom plate, and this causes the second flaps and the bottom plate together to sandwich the first flaps.

Description

Packaging box
The present invention relates to a packaging box configured using cardboard or the like.
Conventionally, when packing a packaging material such as a thin television that is thin and not suitable for horizontal installation, a vertical packaging box having a small thickness is used in accordance with the shape of the packaging material.
As the above-described vertical packaging box, for example, a packaging box (packing device) in which cardboard and a cushioning material are integrated with each other has been proposed (see Patent Document 1). This packaging box takes in and out the material to be packed through an opening formed in the upper direction of the packaging box. In addition, a packaging box (packaging box) that is divided into a bottom box and an upper box has been proposed (see Patent Document 2). In this packaging box, the packaging material is packaged by connecting the packaging material with the packaging material placed on the bottom box.

In recent years, due to the rapid increase in the screen size of the above-mentioned flat-screen TV, the material to be packed has become larger and heavier. In the packaging box of the above-mentioned patent document 1, since it is necessary to put in and out the packing material from the opening in the upward direction, it is necessary to lift the packing material high, and the operation is very difficult.
On the other hand, in the packaging box described in Patent Document 2, since the material to be packed is disposed in the bottom box, if the top box is removed, the non-packing material can be put in and out of the bottom box without raising it. . However, since it is composed of a plurality of parts such as an upper box and a bottom box, there is a problem that workability is poor because a plurality of parts need to be connected during packaging.
The present invention has been made in view of the above-described problems, and an object thereof is to provide a packaging box having good packaging workability.
The packaging box according to the first aspect of the present invention, which has been made to solve the above-described problem, has a substantially rectangular bottom plate, a front plate connected to the front side of the bottom plate via a fold, and a rear side of the bottom plate. A packaging box comprising a rear side plate connected via a fold and a pair of width plates connected via left and right ends of the rear side plate via a fold, and has the following characteristics.
The packaging box has the first flap connected to the lower end of at least one of the pair of width plates via a fold, and the first flap connected to the left and right ends of the front plate. A second flap connected to the end on the side corresponding to the width plate through a fold line, and the first flap is in a state in which the rear side plate is substantially perpendicular to the bottom plate, and In the state where the width plate is bent inward, the overlap position overlaps the bottom plate, the second flap is in a state where the front side plate is substantially perpendicular to the bottom plate, and the second flap is inward. In a bent state, the first flap is in contact with the first flap in the overlapping position from above, and the first flap is sandwiched between the bottom plate and the first flap.
The packaging box configured in this manner is in a state in which the packaging material is closed by closing the packaging box when the front side plate is substantially perpendicular to the bottom plate (hereinafter, also referred to as the front side plate standing). When the side plate is tilted forward, the packaging box is opened so that the material to be packed can be taken into and out of the packaging box. Therefore, packing and unpacking can be performed without raising the material to be packed.
In addition, when the front plate is raised in a state where the rear plate is substantially perpendicular to the bottom plate (hereinafter also referred to as the rear plate being raised), the second flap connected to the front plate overlaps the bottom plate (superimposition). The first flap at the position) is sandwiched between the bottom plate. Since the first flap is connected to the rear side plate via the width plate, when the first flap is sandwiched as described above, the rear side plate is prevented from tilting backward. Therefore, if the front side plate is stood, the rear side plate is held in a standing state, so that the rear side plate falls down and the operation is interrupted without holding it with hands or jigs so that the rear side plate does not fall down during assembly. It is possible to reduce the risk that the material to be packed falls.
Further, since the bottom plate, the front side plate, the rear side plate, and the width plate are connected, it is not necessary to connect a plurality of parts at the time of packing.
Therefore, if it is a packaging box mentioned above, workability | operativity of packing can be made favorable.
In order to sandwich the first flap with the second flap in the overlapping position with the bottom plate, the second flap is positioned so that the lower end of the second flap is in contact with or near the bottom plate with the front plate standing. A flap may be formed.
Note that the front side and the rear side of the bottom plate are two opposite sides on the periphery of the bottom plate. Further, the front-rear direction is defined with the front side as the front and the rear side as the rear with respect to the center of the bottom plate.
The shape of the first flap described above is not particularly limited as long as it has a region sandwiched between the second flap and the bottom plate. The first flap may be connected to only the lower end portion of the width plate, but may be fixed to other portions. For example, if a part of the first flap is fixed to the rear side plate, the movable range of the first flap can be limited. Therefore, when the front side plate is erected, the first flap moves to a position where the second flap cannot contact from above. This can reduce the risk of reducing the workability of the packaging. In addition to the above, a part of the first flap may be fixed like the packaging box of the second aspect of the present invention.
The packaging box of the second aspect of the present invention is the packaging box of the first aspect, wherein the first flap is divided into a first region and a second region via a first flap fold. The first region is connected to the lower end of the width plate, and the second region is fixed to the bottom plate. The first flap fold is on a straight line passing through the intersection of the rear side of the bottom plate and the connecting portion of the rear side plate and the width plate, and (A) an angle formed between the first flap fold and the rear side. , And (B) the first flap fold line and the angle formed by the connecting portion between the first region and the width plate are provided at substantially equal positions.
If it is a packaging box comprised in this way, the operation | movement with respect to a bottom plate of a rear side board, a width board, and a 1st flap will interlock | cooperate. Therefore, the other two of the rear side plate, the width plate, and the first flap can be operated by moving any one of them.
Specifically, in a state where the rear side plate stands, the first region is positioned to overlap the bottom plate, and the width plate is positioned to rise substantially perpendicular to the bottom plate, so that the assembling work is facilitated. In addition, when the rear side plate is tilted rearward, the first region and the second region are folded and overlap with the bottom plate together with the width plate, so that the storage space can be reduced by storing in that state. Can do.
In addition, by setting the angles (A) and (B) described above to be approximately 45 degrees, the width plate can be positioned substantially perpendicular to the rear plate when the rear plate is erected. .
A packaging box according to a third aspect of the present invention includes a first tongue piece connected to at least one of left and right ends of the bottom plate in the packaging box according to the first aspect or the second aspect. An insertion hole is formed at a position where the first tongue piece can be inserted in a state where the rear side plate is substantially perpendicular to the bottom plate.
In the packaging box configured in this manner, when the first tongue piece is inserted into the insertion hole of the width plate, the first tongue piece comes into contact with the peripheral portion of the insertion hole when the rear side plate is tilted backward. The rearward movement of the rear side plate is suppressed. Therefore, just by inserting the first tongue piece into the insertion hole of the width plate, the position of the width plate with respect to the bottom plate can be maintained, and the rear side plate falls backward even when the front side plate is not standing. Can be suppressed.
The insertion hole described above may be formed as a hole that is always open, or provided with a lid connected to the peripheral edge of the insertion hole via a crease. The structure may be such that the insertion hole is closed and the lid is moved by pushing the lid in use and the insertion hole is opened.
The packaging box according to the fourth aspect of the present invention is the packaging box according to any one of the first to third aspects, and further has the following characteristics.
First, the width plate has a first through hole, and includes a second tongue piece connected to the upper end or the lower end of the first through hole. The second flap has a second through hole at a position where the second tongue piece can be inserted in a state where the front side plate and the rear side plate are substantially perpendicular to the bottom plate.
The front end portion of the second tongue piece is positioned in front of the second through hole when the second tongue piece is inserted into the second through hole, and the rear end portion of the second tongue piece is the second tongue piece. When the piece is inserted into the second through hole, it is configured to have a space between the periphery of the second through hole.
In the packaging box configured as described above, the front end portion of the second tongue piece is located in front of the peripheral edge portion in front of the second through hole when inserted into the second through hole. Therefore, when the second flap and the width plate are about to be separated in the state where the second tongue piece is inserted, the front end portion of the second tongue piece is brought into contact with the peripheral portion of the second through hole, and the distance is prevented from being separated. Therefore, the state where the second flap and the width plate are adjacent to each other can be maintained.
Even if the rear end of the second tongue piece is inserted into the second through hole, there is a gap between the rear end of the second tongue and the peripheral edge of the second through hole. It does not touch and does not hold the inserted state.
Here, when the front side plate is tilted forward, the second flap tends to move forward from the width plate (that is, the second through-hole attempts to move forward from the second tongue piece). The rear end portion of the tongue piece comes into contact with the peripheral edge portion behind the second through hole. However, since the inserted state is not maintained at the rear end portion of the second tongue piece, the second tongue piece is easily pulled out and the inserted state is released, and the front plate can be tilted forward.
Further, since the front end portion of the second tongue piece is separated from the peripheral portion and does not come into contact with the peripheral portion when the second flap moves forward from the width plate, the front end portion also does not suppress the forward movement of the front side plate.
Therefore, since the insertion state can be easily released by tilting the front plate forward, there is no need to perform the work of removing the second tongue piece when opening the front plate.
The packaging box of the fifth aspect of the present invention is characterized in that, in the packaging box of any one of the first to fourth aspects, the second flap is formed at the same height as the width plate.
If it is a packaging box comprised in this way, since the 2nd flap is formed in the same height as a width board, the 2nd flap cooperates with a width board, and the load of the up-and-down direction applied to a packaging box is obtained. It will receive, and the intensity | strength with respect to the up-down direction of a packaging box can be raised.
A packaging box according to a sixth aspect of the present invention is the packaging box according to the fifth aspect, comprising: a third tongue piece connected to the upper end of the second flap; and a third flap formed at the upper end of the width plate. The third flap has an insertion hole formed at a position where the third tongue piece can be inserted in a state where the front side plate and the rear side plate are substantially perpendicular to the bottom plate.
In the packaging box configured as described above, when the front plate is tilted forward in a state where the third tongue piece is inserted into the insertion hole of the third flap, the second flap tries to move forward from the width plate. (That is, the third tongue piece tries to move forward from the insertion hole), but since the third tongue piece contacts the peripheral edge of the insertion hole, the forward movement of the second flap is suppressed.
Therefore, only by inserting the third tongue piece into the insertion hole of the third flap, the width plate and the second flap can be held in an overlapped state, and the front plate falls away from the rear plate and moves forward. This can be suppressed. Moreover, the holding | maintenance of the state which the width board and the 2nd flap accumulated can be cancelled | released only by removing a 3rd tongue piece from an insertion hole, and it becomes possible to fall a front side board ahead.
Therefore, with the packaging box having the above-described configuration, the front side plate can be easily held and released during the packing operation and the unpacking operation.
The insertion hole described above may be formed as a hole that is always open, or provided with a lid connected to the peripheral edge of the insertion hole via a crease. The structure may be such that the insertion hole is closed and the lid is moved by pushing the lid in use and the insertion hole is opened.

Embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings.
[Example]
(1) Outline of packaging box The assembly-type packaging box 1 in the present embodiment is made of a sheet material such as cardboard, and as shown in FIG. It has a rectangular parallelepiped shape with a small width. For example, it is used when packaging a material to be packed that is thin and not suitable for horizontal installation, such as a thin TV. A state in which the packaging box 1 is opened is shown in FIG. Thus, the packaging box 1 can take in and out the material to be packed from the front side by tilting the front side plate 20 connected to the bottom plate 10 forward. In FIG. 1, upper lids 50 </ b> A and 50 </ b> B, which will be described later, are fixed using a tape 2.
(2) Structure of packaging box before assembly The structure of the packaging box 1 before assembly is demonstrated using the expanded view of the packaging box 1 shown in FIG. Note that the front, rear, left, and right directions used in the description of FIG. 3 are directions corresponding to the developed view of FIG. 3, so the packaging box 1 is assembled (refers to the state of FIG. 1. May be different from the direction in (1).
At the center of the left and right sides of the packaging box 1, the substantially rectangular top lid 50A, the front side plate 20, the bottom plate 10, the rear side plate 30, and the top lid 50B are fold-folded (61, 62 ( (The folds on the front side of the bottom plate in the present invention), 63 (folds on the rear side of the bottom plate in the present invention), 64). The folds 61, 62, 63, 64 are formed so as to be parallel to each other. The upper lid 50A and the upper lid 50B, and the front side plate 20 and the rear side plate 30 are formed to have the same length in the front-rear direction and the left-right direction, respectively.
Further, fold lines 67L, 67R, 68L, 68R, 71L, 71R, 73L, 73R, 74L, 74R, 75L, and 75R, which will be described later, are formed in parallel with the fold lines, and fold lines 65L, 65R, 66L, and 66R are formed. , 70L, 70R are formed to be perpendicular to the folds 61, 62, 63, 64.
In addition, the structure demonstrated hereafter is formed symmetrically. Therefore, only the left side configuration will be described below, and the description of the right side configuration will be omitted.
A bottom tongue piece 11L (first tongue piece in the present invention) is connected to the left end portion of the bottom plate 10 via a fold 65L. The bottom tongue piece 11L is formed in a trapezoidal shape with the crease 65L as an upper base, and is formed so that the lower base is larger than the upper base (expands with increasing distance from the bottom plate 10). The width of the lower base is formed so as to be wider than the width of a bottom lid 44L described later.
A middle plate 21L (second flap in the present invention) is connected to the left end portion of the front plate 20 via a fold 66L. The intermediate plate 21L is rectangular in appearance, and the length in the front-rear direction is substantially the same as the length in the front-rear direction of the front side plate 20, and the length in the left-right direction is substantially the same as the length in the front-rear direction of the bottom plate 10. Has been.
The upper tongue piece 22L (the third tongue piece in the present invention) is connected to the front end portion (the upper end portion in the assembled state) of the intermediate plate 21L via a fold line 67L. The upper tongue piece 22L is formed such that a part of the width in the left-right direction is larger than the width of a through hole 46L of the upper flap 47L described later.
Near the center of the middle plate 21L, a bent piece 23L formed by cutting out the middle plate 21L is connected via a fold 68L so as to extend rearward (downward in the assembled state). Note that when the bent piece 23L is bent through the fold 68L, a through-hole penetrating the intermediate plate 21L is formed.
Further, the rear end portion (the lower end portion in the assembled state) of the intermediate plate 21L is formed so that the end face is located on the extended line of the rear end portion (fold 62) of the front side plate 20. A slit 24L is formed in a partial region at the lower end.
The width plate 40L is connected to the left end portion of the rear side plate 30 through a fold line 70L. The width plate 40L is rectangular in appearance, has a length in the front-rear direction substantially the same as that of the rear side plate 30, and is formed in a length in the left-right direction substantially the same as the length in the front-rear direction of the bottom plate 10.
A bottom flap 41L (first flap in the present invention) is connected to the front end portion (lower end portion in the assembled state) of the width plate 40L via a fold line 71L. The bottom flap 41L is divided into a first region 42L and a second region 43L via a crease 72L (first flap crease in the present invention). The first region 42L is connected to the front end portion of the width plate 40L.
The fold line 72L passes through the intersection of the fold line 63 (the rear side of the bottom plate 10) and the fold line 70L that is a connecting portion of the rear side plate 30 and the width plate 40L, and is a straight line having an angle of about 45 degrees with the fold line 71L. Formed on top.
Also, a bottom cover 44L formed by cutting out the width plate 40L is connected to the vicinity of the front end portion of the width plate 40L so as to extend forward (downward in the assembled state) via a fold 73L. A gap is formed in front of the bottom lid 44L.
In the vicinity of the center of the width plate 40L, an insertion piece 45L (second tongue piece in the present invention) formed by cutting out the width plate 40L extends forward (downward in the assembled state) via the fold 74L. It is connected to. The insertion piece 45L has a left end portion (a front end portion in the assembled state) greatly extending in the left direction. Further, the right end portion (the rear end portion in the assembled state) is cut so that the angle formed with the fold line 74L is an acute angle.
In addition, when this insertion piece 45L is bent through the crease 74L, a through-hole penetrating the width plate 40L is formed.
Further, an upper flap 47L (a third flap in the present invention) having a through hole 46L is connected to a rear end portion (an upper end portion in the assembled state) of the width plate 40L via a fold 75L.
(3) Assembly method Next, the assembly method of this packaging box 1 and the effect | action of each component are demonstrated.
(3.1) Assembly of rear plate 30 and bottom flap 41 In the state where the packaging box 1 is unfolded as shown in the unfolded view shown in FIG. 3, the folds 63, 70L, 70R, 71L, 71R are folded at 90 °. As shown in FIG. 2, the rear side plate 30 is substantially perpendicular to the bottom plate 10 (hereinafter, the rear side plate 30 is also referred to as standing). Further, the width plates 40L and 40R are bent inward (in the direction of the arrow in the drawing) and become substantially perpendicular to the bottom plate 10 and the rear plate 30. The bottom flaps 41L and 41R are arranged on the upper side of the bottom plate 10, and the second regions 43L and 43R are bonded and fixed to the bottom plate 10. At that time, the folds 72L and 72R are arranged so that the angle formed with the fold 63 is about 45 degrees. Even in the state of being arranged as described above, the fold 72L is located on a straight line passing through the intersection of the fold 63 and the fold 70L. The same applies to the fold line 72R.
(3.2) Assembly of Front Side Plate 20 Subsequently, as shown in FIG. 4, the middle plates 21L and 21R are folded inward (in the direction of arrow A in the figure) by valley-folding 90 ° or more about the fold lines 66L and 66R. After bending, the front plate 20 is moved backward (in the direction of arrow B in the figure) with the fold line 62 as an axis.
Further, the front side plate 20 is moved rearward and moved to a position where the front side plate 20 is substantially perpendicular to the bottom plate 10 as shown in FIG. 5A (hereinafter also referred to as standing the front side plate 20). FIG. 5B shows an enlarged view showing a contact state between the intermediate plate 21R and the bottom flap 41R in this state. In FIG. 5B, only the middle plate 21R is indicated by a broken line, and the other components are indicated by a solid line. The lower end portion of the middle plate 21R comes into contact with the first region 42R of the bottom flap 41R from above, and sandwiches the first region 42R with the bottom plate 10. The same applies to the intermediate plate 21L, the bottom flap 41L, and the first region 42L.
(3.3) Insertion of bottom tongue piece 11 Subsequently, the bottom tongue pieces 11L and 11R are inserted into the width plates 40L and 40R. Details will be described with reference to enlarged views around the lower end of the width plate 40L shown in FIGS. 6A and 6B. Since the operation on the width plate 40R side is the same, the description on the width plate 40R side is omitted.
When the front side plate 20 and the rear side plate 30 are raised with respect to the bottom plate 10, as shown in FIG. 6A, the bottom tongue piece 11L is positioned close to the bottom lid 44L. When pressed, the bottom lid 44L bends inward via the crease 73L, and an insertion hole is formed through which the bottom tongue piece 11L can be inserted. Therefore, when the bottom tongue piece 11L is pressed and moved toward the bottom lid 44L (in the direction of the arrow in the figure) with the fold 65L as an axis, the bottom tongue piece 11L is folded inside the width plate 40L while folding the bottom lid 44L inward. Will be inserted.
The inserted bottom tongue piece 11L has a trapezoidal lower bottom formed wider than the width of the bottom lid 44L (that is, the width of the insertion hole formed when the bottom lid 44L is pushed in). Even if it cancels | releases, it will be suppressed that the bottom tongue piece 11L comes off from an insertion hole.
Note that when the pressing is released, the bottom cover 44L returns to the original position as shown in FIG. 6B. At this time, since the bottom tongue piece 11L is pushed down to the bottom lid 44L to the gap 51 (see FIG. 6A) formed below the bottom lid 44L, the bottom lid 44L is still in the original state even if the bottom tongue piece 11L is inserted. Can return to position.
Further, since the slit 24L is formed in the middle plate 21L, even if the bottom tongue piece 11L and the bottom lid 44L are inserted inside, the middle plate 21L is not pushed inward because it does not contact the middle plate 21L. Absent.
(3.4) Insertion of Insert Piece 45 Subsequently, the insert pieces 45L and 45R of the width plates 40L and 40R are inserted into the intermediate plate 21L and the intermediate plate 21R. Details will be described with reference to an enlarged view around the central portion of the width plate 40L shown in FIGS. 7A and 7C and an enlarged view of the intermediate plate 21L shown in FIG. 7B. Since the operation on the width plate 40R side is the same, the description on the width plate 40R side is omitted.
When the front side plate 20 and the rear side plate 30 are raised with respect to the bottom plate 10, the insertion piece 45L is adjacent to the bent piece 23L as shown in FIG. 7A.
As shown in FIG. 7B, the bent piece 23L is bent inward via a fold line 68L when pressed in the direction of the arrow. Thereby, the through hole 52 (second through hole in the present invention) is formed. Although not shown, the through hole 52 is similarly formed when the bent piece 23R is bent through the fold line 68R.
Therefore, in the state of FIG. 7A, when the insertion piece 45L is pressed and moved in the direction of the arrow with the crease 74L as an axis, as shown in FIG. 7C, the insertion piece 45L bends the bending piece 23L inward to form a through hole. 52 will be inserted into the width plate 40L from the through hole 52.
When the insertion piece 45L is inserted inside the width plate 40L, a through hole (first through hole in the present invention) is also formed in the width plate 40L. Since this through-hole and the through-hole 52 overlap, a hole connected from the outside to the inside of the packaging box 1 is formed.
In the state in which the insertion piece 45L is inserted, the front end portion of the insertion piece 45L is positioned in front of the front peripheral edge portion of the through hole 52 formed by bending the bending piece 23L. In addition, since the rear end portion of the insertion piece 45L is spaced from the peripheral edge portion of the through hole 52 in a state where it is inserted from the through hole 52 to the inside of the width plate 40L, the rear end portion of the insertion piece 45L is There is no contact with the periphery.
(3.5) Inserting the upper tongue piece 22 Next, the upper tongue pieces 22L and 22R formed on the upper end portions of the intermediate plate 21L and the intermediate plate 21R are replaced with upper flaps formed on the upper end portions of the width plates 40L and 40R. Inserted into the through holes 46L and 46R of 47L and 47R. Details will be described with reference to enlarged views around the upper end of the width plate 40L shown in FIGS. 8A and 8B. Since the operation on the width plate 40R side is the same, the description on the width plate 40R side is omitted.
When the front side plate 20 and the rear side plate 30 are raised with respect to the bottom plate 10, as shown in FIG. 8A, the width plate 40L and the middle plate 21L overlap, and the upper tongue piece 22L is adjacent to the through hole 46L.
In this state, when the upper tongue piece 22L is pressed toward the through hole 46L (in the direction of the arrow in the figure) and is pushed into the through hole 46L, the upper tongue piece 22L is inserted into the through hole 46L as shown in FIG. 8B. Since the upper tongue piece 22L is formed so that a part in the vertical direction is wider than the width in the front-rear direction of the through-hole 46L, the widened portion is formed at the peripheral edge of the through-hole 46L when the upper tongue piece 22L is inserted. The hooked and inserted state is maintained.
(3.6) Upper Lid Assembly FIG. 9 shows a state where the upper tongue pieces 22L and 22R are inserted into the through holes 46L and 46R as described above. From this state, the upper flaps 47L and 47R are bent inward, and then the upper lids 50A and 50B are bent and reinforced with tape, whereby the assembly of the packaging box 1 is completed and the state shown in FIG. 1 is obtained.
(4) Operation and Effect The packaging box 1 having the above-described configuration can improve the packaging workability for the following reason.
First, the packaging box 1 is in a state of packaging the packaging material when the front plate 20 is erected as shown in FIG. 1, and the packaging material when the front plate 20 is tilted forward as shown in FIG. Can be put into and out of the packaging box 1, and packing and unpacking can be performed without lifting the packaged material high, and workability is improved.
Further, when the front plate 20 is erected in a state where the rear plate 30 is erected, the bottom flaps 41L and 41R at the positions where the middle plates 21L and 21R connected to the front plate 20 overlap with the bottom plate 10 (overlapping positions) are placed on the bottom plate 10. , The rear side plate 30 is prevented from tilting backward. Therefore, if the front plate 20 is stood up, the rear plate 30 is held in a standing state. Therefore, the rear plate 30 can be tilted without holding it with hands or jigs so that the rear plate 30 does not fall down during assembly. It is possible to reduce the risk of interruption or the fall of the packaged material.
Moreover, since it is not necessary to form a packaging box by combining a plurality of parts at the time of packing work, the packing work is simplified and it is necessary to prepare a part (for example, PP joint) for connecting the parts together. Absent.
Also, as described above, the second regions 43L and 43R are bonded and fixed to the bottom plate 10, so that the rear side plate 30, the width plates 40L and 40R, and the bottom flaps 41L and 41R are linked via the bottom plate 10. Will be. Therefore, if any one of the rear side plate 30, the width plates 40L and 40R, and the bottom flaps 41L and 41R is moved, the above components can be moved simultaneously.
For example, as shown in FIG. 10, when the rear side plate 30 is tilted rearward (in the direction of arrow C in the figure) with the fold 63 as an axis, the width plates 40L and 40R overlap with the rear side plate 30 with the folds 70L and 70R as axes. It rotates in the direction of arrow E in the figure. Further, the first regions 42L and 42R rotate upward (in the direction of arrow G in the figure) around the fold lines 72L and 72R. When the rear side plate 30 is tilted backward to a position substantially parallel to the bottom plate 10, the width plates 40L and 40R and the first regions 42L and 42R move to the positions along the bottom plate 10 and fold as shown in FIG. (Hereinafter, this state is referred to as a folded state).
In the state of FIG. 10, when the rear side plate 30 is moved forward (in the direction of arrow D in the figure) about the fold 63, the width plates 40L and 40R are separated from the rear side plate 30 about the folds 70L and 70R. It rotates in the direction of arrow F in the figure. Further, the first regions 42L and 42R rotate downward (in the direction of arrow H in the figure) around the folds 72L and 72R. When the rear side plate 30 moves to a position substantially perpendicular to the bottom plate 10 (the rear side plate 30 is erected), the positional relationship shown in FIG. 2 is obtained. At this time, the width plates 40 </ b> L and 40 </ b> R are substantially perpendicular to the rear side plate 30 and the bottom plate 10. In addition, the first regions 42L and 42R overlap with the bottom plate 10 (that is, the bottom flaps 41L and 41R become overlapping positions).
Therefore, the position where the width plates 40L and 40R are perpendicular to the bottom plate 10 and the rear plate 30 can be obtained simply by standing the rear plate 30 perpendicular to the bottom plate 10 from the above-described folded state or the state of FIG. To move the bottom flaps 41L and 41R to the overlapping position. Further, if any of the width plates 40L, 40R is moved so as to be perpendicular to the rear side plate 30 from the folded state or the state of FIG. 10, the rear side plate 30 is caused to rise perpendicularly to the bottom plate 10, The bottom flaps 41L and 41R can be set as overlapping positions.
Furthermore, the packaging box 1 can be prepared as a storage state convenient for storage and assembly by utilizing the interlocking of a plurality of components as described above. In the stored state, as shown in FIG. 12, the packaging box 1 is folded up to a position where the middle plates 21L, 21R are along the front plate 20, and the width plates 40L, 40R are folded up to a position along the rear plate 30. The side plate 20 is in a folded state.
Referring to the developed view of FIG. 3, from the state before assembling shown, the folds 66L, 66R, 70L, and 70R are folded and folded, and the fold 62 is folded and folded. Further, the bottom flaps 41L and 41R have first regions 42L and 42R and second regions 43L and 43R folded at valley folds around the folds 72L and 72R, and the second regions 43L and 43R are at predetermined positions ( The position is fixed at a position fixed in FIG.
When assembling the packaging box 1 from such a storage state, an operation of standing the front side plate 20 and the rear side plate 30 with respect to the bottom plate 10 is performed. When the rear side plate 30 is erected, the width plates 40L and 40R move to an assembly position perpendicular to the bottom plate 10 and the rear side plate 30. On the other hand, even if the front side plate is erected, the middle plates 21L and 21R are not interlocked with the operation of erecting the front side plate 20, and thus are folded inward.
Therefore, when the front side plate 20 and the rear side plate 30 are erected, the width plates 40L and 40R are in the assembly position, and the intermediate plates 21L and 21R are accommodated between the width plates 40L and 40R without requiring the operation of folding the folds 66L and 66R. FIG. 5 shows the state.
Thus, the packaging box 1 can be easily assembled in the packing operation by preparing it as a storage state. In addition, since the packaging box 1 is substantially flat when stored, the storage space can be reduced.
In addition, in a state where the insertion pieces 45L and 45R are inserted into the through holes 52 formed by bending the bent pieces 23L and 23R, the front end portions of the insertion pieces 45L and 45R are from the peripheral edge portion in front of the through holes 52. Is also located forward. Therefore, when the width plates 40L, 40R and the intermediate plates 21L, 21R are about to separate with the insertion pieces 45L, 45R being inserted, the front ends of the insertion pieces 45L, 45R come into contact with the peripheral edge of the through hole 52. In order to suppress the separation of the distance, the state where the width plates 40L and 40R and the middle plates 21L and 21R are adjacent to each other is maintained.
Therefore, the packaging box 1 is easily overlapped with the width plates 40L, 40R and the middle plates 21L, 21R by inserting the insertion pieces 45L, 45R into the middle plates 21L, 21R together with the bent pieces 23L, 23R. Can be held.
Further, since the rear end portions of the insertion pieces 45L and 45R are spaced from the peripheral edge portion of the through hole 52 when inserted into the width plates 40L and 40R from the through hole 52, the insertion pieces 45L and 45R The rear end portion of 45R does not contact the peripheral edge portion and does not hold the inserted state.
Here, if the front plate 20 is tilted forward, the middle plates 21L and 21R tend to move forward from the width plate (that is, the through hole 52 tends to move forward from the insertion pieces 45L and 45R). The rear end portions of the insertion pieces 45L and 45R are in contact with the peripheral edge portion behind the through hole 52. However, the inserted state is not maintained at the rear end portions of the insertion pieces 45L and 45R, and the rear end portions of the insertion pieces 45L and 45R are cut so that the angle formed by the folds 74L and 74R becomes an acute angle. Therefore, the insertion pieces 45L and 45R can be easily removed to release the insertion state, and the front plate 20 can be tilted forward. Further, at this time, the front end portions of the insertion pieces 45L and 45R are separated from the peripheral portion and do not come into contact with the peripheral portion, so that the front end portion does not suppress the front plate 20 from moving forward.
Thus, since the state in which the above-described insertion pieces 45L and 45R are inserted can be easily released by tilting the front plate 20 forward, the insertion pieces 45L and 45R are removed when the front plate 20 is tilted forward and opened. There is no need to do work, which is convenient.
Further, when the insertion pieces 45L and 45R are inserted, holes are formed through the outside and inside of the packaging box 1, so that a handle for inserting a hand or the like when carrying the packaging box 1 through that portion. Can be used as a hole.
Further, in the state where the upper tongue pieces 22L and 22R are pressed and inserted toward the through holes 46L and 46R, when the front side plate 20 is tilted forward, the middle plates 21L and 21R are moved forward from the width plates 40L and 40R. (That is, the upper tongue pieces 22L and 22R try to move forward from the through- holes 46L and 46R), but the front end portions of the upper tongue pieces 22L and 22R are the peripheral portions in front of the through- holes 46L and 46R. Therefore, the state where the width plates 40L and 40R and the middle plates 21L and 21R overlap with each other in the front-rear direction is maintained, and the front plate 20 is prevented from opening.
Therefore, the packaging box 1 can hold the width plates 40L and 40R and the intermediate plates 21L and 21R in an overlapped state when the upper tongue pieces 22L and 22R are inserted into the through holes 46L and 46R, and when the insertion is released. The hold can be released. Therefore, the front plate 20 can be easily held or released during the packing operation or the unpacking operation. Moreover, since the upper tongue pieces 22L and 22R are partly formed larger than the through holes 46L and 46R, the upper tongue pieces 22L and 22R are prevented from coming off against the intention of the packing operator. it can.
In addition, before the upper tongue pieces 22L and 22R are inserted into the through holes 46L and 46R, if gaps are generated between the width plates 40L and 40R and the intermediate plates 21L and 21R, the upper tongue pieces 22L and 22R Is pressed to the through holes 46L and 46R, the gaps are filled, so that the width plates 40L and 40R and the intermediate plates 21L and 21R can be held with the gaps eliminated.
Further, the upper tongue pieces 22L and 22R and the upper flaps 47L and 47R in which the through holes 46L and 46R are formed are provided so as to be connected from the upper ends of the width plates 40L and 40R and the intermediate plates 21L and 21R. Therefore, no through holes or notches are formed in the width plates 40L, 40R and the intermediate plates 21L, 21R. Therefore, the above effects can be obtained without reducing the strength of the width plates 40L, 40R and the intermediate plates 21L, 21R.
Further, the packaging box 1 can be configured so that the position of the width plates 40L and 40R with respect to the bottom plate 10 can be determined by simply inserting the bottom tongue pieces 11L and 11R into the insertion holes of the width plates 40L and 40R by pressing the bottom lids 44L and 44R. Since it can hold | maintain, even if it is a case where the front side board 20 is not the state which stood, it will become possible to suppress that the rear side board 30 falls backward by simple operation. Further, when the pressing is released, the bottom lids 44L and 44R return to their original positions, so that the insertion hole is closed and entry of foreign matter from the outside can be suppressed.
Moreover, since the said board 21L and 21R receive the load of an up-down direction with the width boards 40L and 40R, the said packaging box 1 can raise the intensity | strength with respect to the up-down direction of the packaging box 1. FIG.
(5) Modifications While the embodiments of the present invention have been described above, the present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiments, and can take various forms as long as they belong to the technical scope of the present invention. Needless to say.
For example, in the above-described embodiment, the configuration in which a plurality of components including the intermediate plates 21L and 21R and the bottom flaps 41L and 41R are mounted symmetrically is illustrated. It may be a configuration. At that time, two elements such as the intermediate plate 21L and the bottom flap 41L, the bottom tongue piece 11L and the bottom lid 44L, the insertion piece 45L and the bent piece 23L, the upper tongue piece 22L and the upper flap 47L are aligned. It is preferable to provide the constituent elements having the effects on the same side.
In the above embodiment, the upper lid 50A and the upper lid 50B are illustrated as being connected to the upper ends (assembled state) of the front side plate 20 and the rear side plate 30, but the specific configuration is not particularly limited. For example, the structure which the upper cover which covers the whole upper part is connected only to any one of the front side board 20 or the rear side board 30 may be sufficient. In addition, the upper lid 50A and the upper lid 50B are illustrated as being fixed by the tape 2, but may be fixed by other methods.
Moreover, in the said Example, although the packaging box 1 illustrated the structure which is the shape of a rectangular parallelepiped with the width | variety of the front-back direction small compared with the left-right direction and an up-down direction, shapes other than that may be sufficient. In the embodiment, the configuration in which the through holes (insertion holes) are formed when the bent pieces 23L and 23R and the bottom lids 44L and 44R are pressed is illustrated, but the bent pieces 23L and 23R and the bottom lids 44L and 44R are exemplified. May be formed in advance as a through hole (insertion hole).
In addition, the bottom flaps 41L and 41R exemplify a configuration in which the second regions 43L and 43R are fixed to the bottom plate 10, but other than the bottom plate 10 as long as the bottom flaps 41L and 41R can be sandwiched by the middle plates 21L and 21R. The structure fixed to this part may be sufficient, and the structure which is not fixed to any part other than the width boards 40L and 40R may be sufficient.
In addition, although the fold line 72L has been exemplified so that the angle between the fold line 71L and the fold line 63 is approximately 45 degrees, the fold line 72L may be disposed to have an angle other than that. If the angle formed by the fold line 71L and the angle formed by the fold line 63 are substantially equal, if the rear side plate 30 is substantially perpendicular to the bottom plate 10, the width plate 40L is also substantially vertical and the rear side plate 30 falls backward. If the width plate 40L is parallel to the bottom plate 10, the width plate 40L is also positioned along the bottom plate 10. The same applies to the fold line 72R.
Moreover, in the said Example, although the structure which adhere | attaches and fixes 2nd area | region 43L, 43R to the baseplate 10, the fixing method is not limited to adhesion | attachment, You may fix by methods other than adhesion | attachment.
Moreover, in the said Example, although the packaging box 1 illustrated the structure which consists of one sheet material, you may comprise combining 2 or more sheet materials. For example, as shown in FIG. 13, it can be divided into two parts via a fold 62, and a configuration in which a margin 54 is attached and fixed to the rear end portion of the front plate 20 can be considered. Even when the packaging box 1 is configured by combining a plurality of sheet materials, the packaging workability is the same as that of the packaging box 1 made of one sheet material by connecting in advance as one member before the packaging operation. Can be improved.
Moreover, in the said Example, although the structure used with the baseplate 10 down (placed on support surfaces, such as a floor surface) was illustrated, even if it is the structure used with the front side board 20 or the rear side board 30 down. Good.
