[Prior Art] For example, in the conventional collapsible container shown in Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 6-109163, the first fold is made at the vertical center of the rectangular paper, and the first fold is made inward from the top and bottom edges and the side edges. The second and third folds have a width corresponding to the height of the box to be formed.
Form a triangular fourth fold connecting the intersection of the folds and each corner, and fold each corner inward at the fourth fold while raising the top, bottom, left and right side edges to form a box shape. The container is shown ready for assembly.

[Problems to be solved by the invention] However, in the case of the above container, the upper part of the long side edge has a double structure with the end edge folded inward, but the upper part of the short side edge has a double structure. The edges have a single layer structure.

For this reason, when a heavy object is stored in this container, the short side edges are easily deformed and the bottom plate tends to sag downward, making it impossible to safely store the object.

[Means for solving the problem] Therefore, in the present invention, a substantially rectangular corrugated paperboard whose front and back surfaces are laminated with waterproof resin,
A first fold facing in the horizontal direction at an intermediate position in the vertical direction, a second fold facing in the horizontal direction at a position separated by a distance according to the height of the box formed from the top and bottom ends, and both sides. A third fold extending in the longitudinal direction at a distance corresponding to the height of the box from the edge, and the second and third folds at each corner surrounded by the second and third folds. a fourth fold from the intersection with the third fold toward each corner of the corrugated paperboard, and a fourth fold from the second and third intersection to the middle part of both sides surrounded by the second and third fold A fifth fold that extends toward the first fold and intersects with the first fold at a substantially right angle, and an upper and lower side edge edge surrounded by the third fold are integrally provided via folded parts. a fixing piece formed in the folded part, a cutout part formed in the folded part, a through hole formed in each side edge end located inside the folded part and on the upper and lower sides of the third fold; A folding piece is integrally provided at each side edge edge surrounded by the fold, a pair of insertion parts are inserted into the cutout part at both ends, and the through hole is inserted into the one insertion part. and a band member having a pin that locks into the other insertion part, and folds each side edge into the second and third folds while folding the corrugated paper inward at the fourth fold of each corner. After folding it so that it stands up at the crease, fold each fixed piece so that each corner of the triangular fold is located inward, and also fold each folded piece inward perpendicular to the vertical direction. It is characterized in that it can be assembled into a box shape and can be folded by folding back at the fifth fold and the first fold.

Fig. 1 is a partially exploded perspective view schematically showing a corrugated container, and Fig. 2 is a developed view of the corrugated paperboard.A waterproof resin film (not shown) is coated on the front and back surfaces of the corrugated paperboard 1, which is approximately rectangular in shape. is laminated. A first fold 3 extending in the horizontal direction is formed in the corrugated paperboard 1 at the midpoint in the vertical direction. Further, second folds 5 extending in the lateral direction are formed in the corrugated paperboard 1 at positions spaced apart from each other according to the height of the corrugated container 7 formed from the upper and lower ends. Third folds 9 extending in the longitudinal direction are formed in the corrugated paperboard 1 at intervals corresponding to the height of the corrugated container 7 from both ends. Overlapping portions 11 located at each corner of the corrugated paperboard 1 and surrounded by the second fold 5 and the third fold 9
A fourth fold 13 is formed extending toward each corner of the corrugated paperboard 1 from the intersection with the second fold 5 and the third fold 9. Further, a fifth fold 17 is formed on the gate plate 15, which is located in the middle of both sides of the corrugated paperboard 1 and surrounded by the second fold 5 and the third fold 9. Eye 5 and third fold 9
The first fold line 3 is formed to intersect at a substantially right angle to the first fold line 3 from the intersection point. Note that folding pieces 1 are provided on both sides of the corrugated paperboard 1 corresponding to the tilt plate 15.
9 are formed respectively. Fixing pieces 23 are provided at the upper and lower ends of the side plate 21 located on the upper and lower sides of the corrugated paperboard 1 and surrounded by the third fold 9 and the second fold 5.
are respectively formed via folded portions 25 having a width corresponding to the width of two sheets of corrugated paperboard 1. Further, cutout portions 27 are formed on both sides of the folded portion 25, and side plates 21 corresponding to the cutout portions 27 are formed.
Two through holes 29 are formed in the upper part of each. A band 31 made of soft resin is attached to the side plate 21 corresponding to the cutout portion 27.
That is, each end of the band 31 is formed in the shape of two arms, one arm 33 has an engagement hole that substantially coincides with the through hole 29, and the other arm 35 has an engaging hole that corresponds to the through hole 29. Hook portions (none of which are shown) that are inserted through and engaged with the engagement holes are each integrally formed.

Next, after the band 31 is attached to the side plate 21 by engaging the hook portion inserted through the through hole 29 and the engagement hole of the arm portion 33 inserted through the cutout portion 27, the fixing piece 23 is attached to the folded portion 25. , and is folded back at the fourth fold 13 so as to cover the upper surface of the overlapping portion 11 that abuts the inner surface of the side plate 21 . Then, the overlaid side plates 21, overlapping portion 11, and fixing piece 23 are fixed by a fixing member 37 such as a staple. As a result, the corrugated paper 1 is transferred to the bottom plate 39.
It is formed into a box-shaped cardboard container 7 consisting of a pair of opposing side plates 21 and a gate plate 15.
