为了使本实用新型的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白, 以下结合附图及实施 例, 对本实用新型的警示灯组件及具有警示作用的照射角度可调的 LED路灯进行进 一步详细说明。应当理解, 此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本实用新型, 并不 用于限定本实用新型。
如图 1、 图 2、 图 3和图 4所示, 在本实用新型的一个实施例中, 具有警示作用 的照射角度可调的 LED路灯, 包括灯体支架 1、 灯头上盖 2、 电器支架 3、 LED光源 驱动器 4、 灯头下盖 5、 多个高散热 LED光源组件 6 (本实施例中为 7个)、 警示灯 组件 7、 警示灯驱动器 8、 灯头端盖 9、 恒压电源 (图中未示出) 以及相关的密封结 构与安装结构。
灯头上盖 2和灯头下盖 5对合形成腔体, 在该腔体内 LED光源驱动器 4固定在 电器支架 3上, 电器支架 3安装在灯头上盖 2下侧; 灯头上盖 2固定在灯体支架 1 的尾部; 七个 LED光源组件 6装配在灯体支架 1上; 警示灯组件 7与警示灯驱动器 8固定在灯头端盖 9上, 灯头端盖 9装配在灯体支架 1的头部。 作为一种可实施的方 式, LED光源组件 6采用 196W, 警示灯组件 7采用 2W, 分别用驱动器驱动进行照 明和警示, 使得 LED路灯在照明的同时产生间歇或连续的警示光效果。
优选的 ,警示灯组件 7与警示灯驱动器 8分别是独立的密封组件,防护等级达 IP65 以上。 如图 5和图 6所示, 该警示灯组件 7包括透明的灯罩 71, 警示灯 LED光源 72, 灯体 73和安装板 74; 警示灯 LED光源 72固定在灯体 73的正面, 灯罩 71罩在警示 灯 LED光源 72外部且固定在灯体 73的正面, 使得警示灯更容易发现, 起到警示作 用; 安装板 74与灯体 73的背面固定。 警示灯组件 7通过安装板 74与警示灯驱动器 8固定, 警示灯 LED光源 72与警示灯驱动器 8电路连接配合。
警示灯组件 7的防护等级达 IP65以上。
优选的, 灯体 73的背面设置有散热筋条。
优选的,灯罩 71可采用多面体导光结构,灯罩 71由多个直面或曲面组成的反光 面构成, 以达到高效反光的效果, 警示距离更远, 起到更好的警示作用; 或由光学级 的聚碳酸酯(PC )、 有机玻璃(PMMA )制作的光学透镜构成, 可以将警示灯 LED 光源 72发出的警示光导出, 通过警示灯组件发出的警示光, 引导交通的行驶, 从而 增加道路行驶的安全性, 避免因恶劣天气的影响, 产生交通事故的易发性。
如图 Ί和图 8所示, 高散热 LED光源组件 6包括散热型材 61、 LED线路板 62、 LED光源 63、 密封件 64、 整体透镜 65和固线套 66。 固线套 66安装在散热型材 61 上的过线孔内, LED光源 63焊接在 LED线路板 62上, LED线路板 62通过导热介 质紧密贴合于散热型材 61内壁, 整体透镜 65罩住 LED光源 63安装在散热型材 61 上,整体透镜 65与散热型材 61之间通过密封件 64压合密封。散热型材 61背部设有 对称的固定筋条 67, 两个固定筋条 67之间的距离与灯体支架 1的宽度相等, 采用两 颗 M6的内六角螺钉将高散热 LED光源组件 6固定在灯体支架 1的固定孔内, 从而 将高散热 LED光源组件 6从背部固定在灯体支架 1上。通过旋松固定高散热 LED光 源组件 6的两颗 M6的螺钉, 使整个 LED光源组件旋转一定的角度后再分别旋紧, 固定高散热 LED光源组件 6, 以更好地实现照明场合的配光需求, 以及可以便捷、 高效地更换损坏的高散热 LED光源组件 6。 从而节约了损坏的路灯的维修成本, 及 增加的产品的通用性和快速更换性。
本实施例中的 LED路灯的电气连接如下:
LED光源 63之间的电气连接通过 LED线路板 62上的铜箔线路实现,每个 LED 光源组件 6的 LED线路板 62接出的导线穿过过线孔的固线套 66进入到灯头上盖 2 和灯头下盖 5对合形成腔体内, 与每个 LED光源驱动器连接; 从 LED光源驱动器接 出的导线与恒压电源相连, 恒压电源接出的导线与外部电源相连。
警示灯 LED光源 72与警示灯驱动器 8相连,从警示灯驱动器 8接出的导线与恒 压电源相连, 恒压电源接出的导线与外部电源相连。 优选的, 散热型材 61背部设有散热筋条。
优选的, 灯体支架 1釆用高强度金属或合金材料。 根据本实用新型的具有警示作用的照射角度可调的 LED路灯一灯多用, 适用范 围广、 成本低、 装配便捷, 具有照明和同时产生警示作用, 满足起雾、 下雪或沙尘暴 等恶劣天气下的特殊照明要求, 配以科学合理设计, 具有高光效、 稳定、 节能、 环保 等优点。 同时, 具有警示作用的照射角度可调的 LED路灯提供一种光效损耗少、 装 配便捷、 更换方便、 通用性好、 能大幅降低维修成本的照射角度可调的 LED路灯。 而且具有警示作用的照射角度可调的 LED路灯散热效果好, 结构简单合理, 互换性 强, 而且照射角度可调节, 显色性和均匀度高, 能够满足不同高度、 不同道路的配光 需求。
最后应当说明的是, 很显然, 本领域的技术人员可以对本实用新型进行各种改动 和变型而不脱离本实用新型的精神和范围。 这样, 倘若本实用新型的这些修改和变型 属于本实用新型权利要求及其等同技术的范围之内,则本实用新型也意图包含这些改 动和变型。

1、一种警示灯组件(7), 其特征在于:
包括灯罩(71), 警示灯 LED 光源 (72), 灯体(73)和安装板 (74); 所述警 示灯 LED光源 (72) 固定在所述灯体(73)的正面, 所述灯罩(71)罩在所述警示 灯 LED光源 (72)外部且固定在所述灯体(73)的正面; 所述安装板 (74)与所述 灯体(73) 的背面固定。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的警示灯组件(7), 其特征在于:
所述灯体(73) 的背面设置有散热筋条。
3、 根据权利要求 1所述的警示灯组件(7), 其特征在于:
所述警示灯组件(7) 的防护等级达 IP65以上。
4、 根据权利要求 1至 3任一项所述的警示灯组件(7), 其特征在于, 所述灯罩 (71)采用多面体导光结构。
5、 根据权利要求 4所述的警示灯组件(7), 其特征在于, 所述灯罩(71) 由多 个直面或者曲面组成的反光面构成;或者由光学级的聚碳酸酯、有机玻璃制作的光学 透镜构成。
6、一种具有警示作用的照射角度可调的 LED路灯, 包括灯体支架(1), 多个 LED光源组件(6); 所述 LED光源组件(6) 固定所述灯体支架( 1 )上, 其特征在 于:
还包括警示灯组件(7), 所述警示灯组件(7) 包括灯罩(71), 警示灯 LED光 源 (72), 灯体(73)和安装板(74); 所述警示灯 LED光源 (72) 固定在所述灯体 (73)的正面, 所述灯罩(71)罩在所述警示灯 LED光源 (72)外部且固定在所述 灯体(73) 的正面; 所述安装板 (74)与所述灯体(73) 的背面固定。
7、根据权利要求 6所述的具有警示作用的照射角度可调的 LED路灯, 其特征在 于:
所述 LED光源组件(6) 包括散热型材(61), 所述散热型材(61 )背部设有固 定筋条(67), 通过螺钉和所述固定筋条(67)将所述 LED光源组件(6) 固定在所 述灯体支架(1)下方。
8、根据权利要求 Ί所述的具有警示作用的照射角度可调的 LED路灯, 其特征在 于:
所述 LED光源组件( 6 )的螺钉可旋转后固定, 使整个所述 LED光源组件( 6 ) 旋转一定的角度后再分别旋紧固定。
9、根据权利要求 6至 8任一项所述的具有警示作用的照射角度可调的 LED路灯, 其特征在于:
还包括灯头上盖(2 ), 电器支架(3 ), LED光源驱动器(4 ), 灯头下盖(5 ), 警 示灯驱动器( 8 )和灯头端盖( 9 ); 所述灯头上盖( 2 )和灯头下盖( 5 )对合形成腔 体, 在该腔体内所述 LED光源驱动器(4 ) 固定在所述电器支架( 3 )上, 所述电器支 架( 3 )安装在所述灯头上盖( 2 )下侧; 灯头上盖( 1 ) 固定在所述灯体支架( 1 )的 尾部; 所述警示灯组件( Ί )与所述警示灯驱动器( 8 ) 固定在所述灯头端盖( 9 )上, 所述灯头端盖(9 )装配在所述灯体支架(1 )的头部。
10、根据权利要求 9所述的具有警示作用的照射角度可调的 LED路灯,其特征在 于: 所述灯罩( 71 )采用多面体导光结构。
11、 根据权利要求 10所述的具有警示作用的照射角度可调的 LED路灯, 其特征 在于:
所述灯罩(71 )由多个直面或者曲面组成的反光面构成; 或者由光学级的聚碳酸 酯、 有机玻璃制作的光学透镜构成。
12、 根据权利要求 11所述的具有警示作用的照射角度可调的 LED路灯, 其特征 在于:
所述 LED光源组件( 6 )还包括 LED线路板 ( 62 ), 多个 LED光源 ( 63 )、 密封件
( 64 )、 整体透镜 ( 65 )和固线套( 66 ); 所述固线套( 66 )安装在所述散热型材( 61 ) 上的过线孔内, 所述 LED光源( 63 )焊接在所述 LED线路板( 62 )上, 所述 LED线路 板( 62 )通过导热介质紧密贴合于所述散热型材( 61 ) 内壁, 所述整体透镜( 65 )罩 住所述 LED光源( 63 )安装在所述散热型材( 61 )上, 所述整体透镜 ( 65 )与所述散 热型材( 61 )之间通过所述密封件( 64 )压合密封。
13、 根据权利要求 11所述的具有警示作用的照射角度可调的 LED路灯, 其特征 在于:
所述散热型材(61 ) 背部设有散热筋条。
14、 根据权利要求 9所述的具有警示作用的照射角度可调的 LED路灯, 其特征在 于:
所述警示灯组件( 7 )通过安装板 (74)与所述警示灯驱动器( 8 ) 固定, 警示灯 LED光源 (72) 与所述警示灯驱动器 (8) 电路连接。
