一种媒体统一控制方法和系统
技术领域
本发明涉及通信技术领域, 尤其涉及 IPT V ( Internet Protocol Television , 网络电视)等业务中多个媒体统一控制的方法和系统。
背景技术
IPTV业务能为用户提供多种多媒体业务, 包括直播、 点播等节目形式。 随着 "三屏合一" 甚至 "三网合一" 发展, 同一种业务同时在多种终端上显 示将成为基本的业务形式。 "三屏合一" 业务中, 媒体推荐是比较常用的应 用模式。 根据用户是否相同媒体推荐至少可以分为两种情况:
1 ) 同一个签约用户下不同设备之间的媒体推荐
例如同一个签约用户下的两台终端设备之间的媒体推荐, 用户通过终端 曱观看节目, 并将此节目推荐给他的另一终端设备乙, 两个终端设备同时播 放相同的节目;
2 ) 不同的签约用户的媒体推荐
用户曱将正在观看的媒体节目推荐给用户乙, 用户曱和用户乙共同观看 同一个节目。
媒体推荐已经有相关解决方案, 由节目推荐而产生的多个媒体连接称为 关联媒体连接(如两个相同节目的点播而产生的媒体连接) 。 但在如下场景 中, 曱乙两个用户或者设备播放同一个节目时, 其中一个用户想同时控制两 个用户的媒体播放, 如用户曱想和用户乙同时回放到某个精彩画面, 或者同 时快进到某个时间点, 或者同时暂停等, 现有技术中不存在相应解决方案。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种媒体统一控制方法和系统, 实现一 个用户同时控制多个终端设备的媒体的播放。 为了解决上述问题, 本发明提供了一种媒体统一控制方法, 包括: 权限获取步骤, 用户通过第一终端从网络电视 IPTV业务控制功能获取 统一控制权限;
已获取统一控制权限的用户通过第一终端发起媒体播放控制命令至第一 节点时, 所述第一节点将所述媒体播放控制命令发送给所述关联节点; 所述 第一节点和所述关联节点根据所述媒体播放控制命令对与该命令相对应的媒 体连接进行相同的控制, 其中,

由于多个用户的媒体一般为来自不同的媒体服务器即来自不同的媒体连 接, 那么只有统一控制这多个关联媒体连接才能实现对媒体的统一控制。
图 1所示为根据本发明实施例的基于 NGN的 IPTV系统的结构示意图。 基于 NGN的 IPTV系统主要包括:
用户设备 ( User Equipment , 简称为 UE ) 11 , 有时也称为用户功能 ( End-User Functions )或终端设备; 如机顶盒、 PAD等;
业务控制功能( Service Control Function, 简称 SCF ) 12 , 如果在 NGN中 IMS, 则为 IMS核心网 (core IMS ) , 为 NGN网络中 IMS控制功能, 负责 所有 IMS信令的统一控制;
IPTV业务控制功能( IPTV Service Control Functions, 简称为 IPTV SCF ) 13,有时也称为 IPTV应用功能( IPTV Application Functions, 简称 IPTVAF ) , 为 IPTV业务的逻辑控制功能, 是 IPTV业务控制的主体部分, 所有的 IPTV 业务都在它的控制下进行;
媒体分发网络( Content Delivery Network, 简称为 CDN, 或者称为内容 分发网络) 14, 用于为终端设备提供媒体服务, 包括媒体控制和媒体交付等。 在实际部署中, 媒体分发网络中有不同的节点为终端提供媒体控制和媒体交 付的服务。

步骤 202 , 关联媒体连接对应的多个用户中任一用户通过本地终端向 IPTV业务控制功能申请统一控制权限, 并获得统一控制权限;
步骤 203 , 已获取统一控制权限的用户通过控制本地终端的媒体播放从 而实现对关联媒体连接的统一控制。
具体指, 已获取统一控制权限的用户通过第一终端发起媒体播放控制命 令至第一节点, 第一节点发送所述媒体播放控制命令至关联节点, 第一节点 和关联节点根据所述媒体播放控制命令对相应的媒体连接进行相同的控制, 即第一节点根据所述媒体播放控制命令对所述第一媒体连接进行控制, 所述 关联节点根据所述媒体播放控制命令对所述关联媒体连接进行控制。
两个或者两个以上媒体连接通过媒体推荐建立关联关系后, 这些媒体连 接就形成了关联媒体连接, 此后, 可以进行关联媒体连接的统一控制。 如图
3所示, 为本发明的关联媒体连接的统一控制方法, 包括:
步骤 301 ,用户通过第一终端从 IPTV业务控制功能获取对已经建立的关 联媒体连接的统一控制权限;
用户通过第一终端发送请求消息给 IPTV业务控制功能, 请求获取统一 控制权限;
IPTV业务控制功能还可对该请求进行认证, 在认证通过时, 用户才能获 取统一控制权限。
步骤 302, IPTV业务控制功能通知第一节点第一终端申请了统一控制权 限; 还通知关联媒体连接对应的关联节点, 关联媒体连接将被第一媒体连接 统一控制;
IPTV 业务控制功能将统一控制的相关消息发送给关联媒体连接对应的 关联节点后, 关联节点做好统一控制的准备。
IPTV业务控制功能返回响应消息给第一终端。
步骤 303 , IPTV业务控制功能通知关联媒体连接对应的终端设备, 该终 端设备将被第一终端控制;
本实施例中, 关联媒体连接对应的终端设备为第二终端, IPTV业务控制 功能将统一控制的消息发送给第二终端, 通知第二终端, 该终端将被其他终 端控制; 步骤 303可选。
步骤 304, 已获取统一控制权限的用户通过操作第一终端进行媒体播放 控制;
用户通过第一终端对正在播放的媒体进行控制, 如暂停、 停止、 快进、 快退等等; 第一终端发送媒体播放控制命令给第一节点; 步骤 305 , 第一节点和关联节点同时对相应的媒体连接进行控制; 第一节点收到来自第一终端的媒体播放控制命令后, 除了对其与第一终 端的第一媒体连接进行控制外, 还通知关联节点对相应的媒体连接(即关联 媒体连接)进行相同的控制, 从而两个关联的媒体连接在第一终端的用户控 制下实现统一的控制功能。
上述实施例中, 以两个媒体连接的统一控制为例, 如果要对多个媒体连 接进行控制, 其方法类似。 IPTV业务控制功能通知对应的多个关联节点, 将 要进行统一控制, 第一节点将媒体播放控制命令转发给该多个关联节点, 从 而达到媒体统一控制。
如图 4所示, 为本发明媒体统一控制的方法一应用示例, 以两个媒体连 接的统一控制为例, 具体包括:
步骤 401 : 第一终端发送请求消息到 IPTV业务控制功能, 申请统一控制 权限;
步骤 402: IPTV业务控制功能发送消息到第一节点, 通知第一节点第一 终端申请了统一控制权限;
步骤 403: 第一节点向 IPTV业务控制功能回复 200 OK消息进行确认; 步骤 404: IPTV业务控制功能发送消息给第二节点, 通知第二节点与其 对应的媒体连接将被与之关联的媒体连接统一控制;
步骤 405: 第二节点向 IPTV业务控制功能回复 200 OK消息进行确认; 步骤 406: IPTV业务控制功能发送消息到第二终端, 通知目前正在观看 的节目将被与之关联的用户控制; 步骤 407: 第二终端收到通知后向 IPTV业务控制功能回复 200 OK消息 进行确认;
步骤 408: IPTV业务控制功能回复 200 OK消息给第一终端, 确认其获 得媒体统一控制权限;
步骤 409: 获得统一控制权限的用户通过第一终端发送 RTSP ( Real Time Streaming Protocol,实时传输协议)控制命令给第一节点对媒体播放进行控制; 步骤 410: 第一节点将来自第一终端的媒体播放控制命令通知给第二节 点;
步骤 411 : 第一节点实施媒体控制操作;
步骤 412: 第二节点实施媒体控制操作。
本发明还提供一种媒体统一控制系统, 包括第一节点、 关联节点和 IPTV 业务控制功能模块, 第一节点和第一终端之间存在第一媒体连接, 所述第一 媒体连接存在至少一个关联媒体连接, 所述关联节点为与所述关联媒体连接 对应的媒体功能, 其中:
所述 IPTV业务控制功能模块设置成收到用户通过第一终端发送的请求 时, 下发统一控制权限给所述用户;
所述第一节点设置成已获取统一控制权限的用户通过第一终端发起媒体 播放控制命令至第一节点时, 发送所述媒体播放控制命令至关联节点; 根据 所述媒体播放控制命令对所述第一媒体连接进行控制;
所述关联节点设置成在收到所述第一节点发送的媒体播放控制命令时 , 根据所述媒体播放控制命令对所述关联媒体连接进行控制。
其中, 所述 IPTV业务控制功能模块是设置成通过如下方式下发统一权 限给所述用户:
接收到用户通过第一终端发送的请求消息后, 通知所述第一节点第一终 端申请了统一控制权限; 还通知所述关联节点所述关联媒体连接将被所述第 一媒体连接统一控制; 返回响应消息给所述第一终端。
其中, 所述 IPTV业务控制功能模块还通知与所述关联媒体连接对应的 终端设备所述第一终端申请了统一控制权限, 该终端设备将被所述第一终端 控制。
其中, 所述 IPTV业务控制功能模块还设置成接收到用户通过第一终端 发送的请求消息后, 对所述用户进行认证, 在认证通过时, 才继续下发统一 控制权限给所述用户。
其中, 所述系统中存在多个关联节点; 所述第一节点还设置成将所述媒 体播放控制命令发送给所有关联节点。 以上所述仅为本发明的优选实施例而已, 并不用于限制本发明, 对于本 领域的技术人员来说, 本发明可以有各种更改和变化。 凡在本发明的精神和 原则之内, 所作的任何修改、 等同替换、 改进等, 均应包含在本发明的保护 范围之内。
工业实用性
与现有技术相比, 本发明提供的方法和系统, 可以同时控制多个终端设 备的媒体播放。

Claims

权 利 要 求 书
1、 一种媒体统一控制方法, 其包括:
用户通过第一终端从网络电视 IPTV业务控制功能获取统一控制权限; 已获取统一控制权限的用户通过第一终端发起媒体播放控制命令至第一 节点时, 所述第一节点将所述媒体播放控制命令发送给关联节点, 所述第一 节点和所述关联节点根据所述媒体播放控制命令对与该命令相对应的关联媒 体连接进行相同的控制, 其中,
所述第一终端与第一节点之间存在第一媒体连接, 所述第一媒体连接存 在至少一个关联媒体连接,关联节点为与关联媒体连接对应的媒体功能节点。
2、 如权利要求 1所述的方法, 其中, 用户通过第一终端从 IPTV业务控 制功能获取统一控制权限的步骤包括:
所述用户通过第一终端发送请求消息给所述 IPTV业务控制功能, 请求 获取对关联媒体连接的统一控制权限;
所述 IPTV业务控制功能接收所述请求消息, 并通知所述第一节点第一 终端申请了统一控制权限;
所述 IPTV业务控制功能通知所述关联节点所述关联媒体连接将被所述 第一媒体连接统一控制; 以及
所述 IPTV业务控制功能返回响应消息给所述第一终端。
3、 如权利要求 2所述的方法, 其在所述 IPTV业务控制功能接收所述请 求消息的步骤之后, 还包括:
所述 IPTV业务控制功能通知与所述关联媒体连接对应的终端设备所述 第一终端申请了统一控制权限, 其中,
所述终端设备将被所述第一终端控制。
4、 如权利要求 2所述的方法, 其在所述 IPTV业务控制功能接收所述请 求消息的步骤之后还包括:
所述 IPTV业务控制功能对所述用户进行认证, 在认证通过时, 所述用 户才能继续获取统一控制权限。
5、 如权利要求 1所述的方法, 其中, 在所述第一节点将所述媒体播放控 制命令发送给关联节点的步骤中,
所述关联节点为多个时, 所述第一节点将所述媒体播放控制命令发送给 所有关联节点。
6、 一种媒体统一控制系统, 其包括第一节点、 关联节点和 IPTV业务控 制功能模块, 所述第一节点和第一终端之间存在第一媒体连接, 所述第一媒 体连接存在至少一个关联媒体连接, 所述关联节点为与所述关联媒体连接对 应的媒体功能节点, 其中:
所述 IPTV业务控制功能模块设置成收到用户通过第一终端发送的请求 时, 下发统一控制权限给所述用户;
所述第一节点设置成在已获取统一控制权限的用户通过第一终端发起媒 体播放控制命令至第一节点时, 发送所述媒体播放控制命令至关联节点, 并 根据所述媒体播放控制命令对所述第一媒体连接进行控制;
所述关联节点设置成在收到所述第一节点发送的媒体播放控制命令时 , 根据所述媒体播放控制命令对所述关联媒体连接进行控制。
7、 如权利要求 6所述的系统, 其中,
所述 IPTV业务控制功能模块是设置成通过如下方式下发统一控制权限 给所述用户:
接收到用户通过第一终端发送的请求消息后, 通知所述第一节点第一终 端申请了统一控制权限; 还通知所述关联节点所述关联媒体连接将被所述第 一媒体连接统一控制; 以及返回响应消息给所述第一终端。
8、 如权利要求 7所述的系统, 其中, 所述 IPTV业务控制功能模块还设 置成在接收到用户通过第一终端发送的请求消息后, 通知与所述关联媒体连 接对应的终端设备所述第一终端申请了统一控制权限, 该终端设备将被所述 第一终端控制。
9、 如权利要求 7所述的系统, 其中, 所述 IPTV业务控制功能模块还设 置成在接收到用户通过第一终端发送的请求消息后, 对所述用户进行认证, 在认证通过时, 才继续下发统一控制权限给所述用户。
10、 如权利要求 6所述的系统, 其中, 所述第一节点还设置成在系统中 存在多个关联节点时, 将所述媒体播放控制命令发送给所有关联节点。
