一种传输区域信息的方法, 该方法包括: 网络侧设备接收到紧急业务时,若判断发起所述紧急业务的用户设备 (UE) 当前所处区域为非受限区域, 则通知所述UE当前所处区域为非受限区域;以及所述UE接收所述通知,将当前所处区域从本地保存的受限区域信息中删除。本发明还提供了一种传输区域信息的方法和一种传输区域信息的系统、网络侧设备以及用户设备。本发明能够及时更新UE所保存的受限区域信息,从而提高用户体验及网络的可用性。

一种传输区域信息的方法及系统
技术领域 本发明涉及通信领域, 尤其涉及一种传输区域信息的方法及系统。
背景技术
IP多媒体子系统( IP Multimedia Core Network Subsystem , 简称为 IMS ) 是新一代通讯网络的核心, 它釆用了会话发起协议 ( Session Initiation Protocol, 简称为 SIP )体系。 SIP与接入无关, 并具备媒体业务控制功能与 承载分离、 呼叫与会话分离、 应用与服务分离、 业务与网络分离、 以及移动 网与因特网业务融合等多种能力。 由于 IMS和接入无关, 所以 IMS下的紧急业务( Emergency Call, 简称 为 EMC ) 可以建设在系统框架演进 ( System Architecture Evolution, 简称为 SAE ) 网络和通用移动通信系统 ( Universal Mobile Telecommunications System, 简称为 UMTS )上。其中 SAE也可以称为演进的分组系统( Evolved Packet System, 简称为 EPS ) 。 图 1所示为用户设备 ( User Equipment, 简称为 UE )通过 SAE以及移动 台 ( Mobile Station, 简称为 MS )通过 UMTS接入 IMS的紧急呼叫所涉及的 主要网元。 其中, UE与 MS不予特别区分。 UE通过 SAE接入 IMS的紧急 呼叫所涉及的主要网元包括: SAE/UMTS网络部分的网元以及 IMS紧急业务 部分的网元。 其中, SAE网络部分的网元用于提供底层的承载管理和移动性管理。 SAE 网络部分的网元包括:增强的无线基站( eNodeB )、移动性管理实体(Mobility Management Entity, 简称为 MME )、 以及用户面数据路由处理网元( SAE 网 关(Gateway, 简称为 GW ) ) ; SAE GW包括分组数据网网关( Packet Data Network Gateway,简称为 P-GW )和服务网关( Serving GW,简称为 S-GW ); 策略和计费规则功能( Policy and Charging Rules Function, 简称为 PCRF ) , 是策略和计费控制( Policy and Charging Control , PCC )架构的重要功能实体, 用以控制因特网协议 -连接接入网( IP-Connectivity Access Network, IP-CAN ) 策略和计费规则的获取、 装配和下发等。 其中, IP-CAN可以是 EPS中的设 备和接口的集合。 MME负责管理和存储 UE的上下文(例如, UE标识 /用户 标识、 移动性管理状态、 用户安全参数等) , 为用户分配临时标识, 当 UE 驻扎在跟踪区域或者网络时, 负责对 UE进行鉴权。 归属用户服务器(Home Subscriber Server, 简称为 HSS )用于保存用户数据。
P-GW是 SAE系统内的移动锚点,是 SAE与分组数据网络( Packet Data Network, 简称为 PDN ) 的边界网关, 负责 PDN的接入以及在 SAE与 PDN 间转发数据等功能。 全球陆上无线接入 ( Universal Terrestrial Radio Access , 简称为 UTRAN ) 和增强型数据速率演进的全球移动通讯系统无线接入网络(Enhanced Data Rate for Global System for Mobile Communications Evolution Radio Access Network, 简称为 GERAN )是 UMTS的无线接入网络。 服务通用分组无线服 务支持节点( Service GPRS Support Node , 简称为 SGSN )和网关通用分组无 线服务支持节点( Gateway GPRS Support Node , 简称为 GGSN )是 UMTS网 络的核心网网元。 其中 SGSN具有 MME控制面功能和用户面功能, GGSN 具有类似 P-GW的网关功能。
IMS 紧急业务部分的网元用于控制和处理紧急呼叫的会话。 其中, IMS 紧急业务部分的网元包括:呼叫会话控制功能( Call Session Control Function, 简称为 CSCF )模块, 其是控制会话过程的核心网元, CSCF包括代理呼叫会 话控制功能(Proxy-CSCF, 简称为 P-CSCF )模块、 查询呼叫会话控制功能 ( Interrogating-CSCF , 简称为 I-CSCF ) 模块、 服务呼叫会话控制功能 ( Serving-CSCF , 简称为 S-CSCF ) 模块、 紧急呼叫会话控制功能 ( Ergent-CSCF, 简称为 E-CSCF ) 。 其中, E-CSCF是紧急呼叫的会话控制 中心,决定紧急呼叫应该路由到哪个公共安全应答点( Public Safety Answering Point, PSAP ) 。 图 2是 UE根据自身保存的受限区域列表发现自身处于受限状态, 发起 紧急附着到 SAE/UMTS 网络的流程图, 所述区域可以为跟踪区 (Tracking Area )或者路由区 ( Routing Area ) , 具体步骤包括: 步骤 201 , UE向 MME/SGSN发起紧急附着请求, 该紧急附着请求通过 eNodeB/UTRAN/GERAN 发送, 其中包含用户身份国际移动用户识别码 ( International Mobile Subscriber Identity, 简称为 IMSI ) ; 步骤 202 , MME/SGSN与 UE之间建立安全连接; 步骤 203 , MME/SGSN为该用户建立紧急承载, 向 SAE-GW/GGSN发 起紧急承载建立请求;
步骤 204 , 完成从 UE到 SAE-GW/GGSN的紧急承载建立, 通知 UE紧 急附着完成。 从上述流程可以看出, 当网络更改了该区域为非受限区域时, 由于 UE 自身保存的受限区域列表并没有及时更新, 因此, UE仍然判断所处区域为 受限区域, 发起紧急附着。 由于 UE是紧急附着到网络的, 因此, UE将不能 在该区域进行正常业务, 从而影响用户体验和网络可用性。
发明内容 本发明所解决的技术问题是, 提供一种传输区域信息的方法及系统, 从 而更新 UE所保存的受限区域信息。 为了解决上述问题, 本发明提供了一种传输区域信息的方法, 该方法包 括: 网络侧设备接收到紧急业务时, 若判断发起所述紧急业务的用户设备 ( UE ) 当前所处区域为非受限区域, 则通知所述 UE当前所处区域为非受限 区域; 所述 UE接收所述通知, 将当前所处区域从本地保存的受限区域信息中 删除。 通知所述 UE当前所处区域为非受限区域的步骤包括: 所述网络侧设备在与所述 UE建立紧急附着的过程中, 向所述 UE发送 携带有当前所处区域为非受限区域指示信息的附着完成消息,以通知所述 UE 当前所处区域为非受限区域, 其中, 所述网络侧设备通过所述附着完成消息 的新增字段携带所述当前所处区域为非受限区域指示信息。 通知所述 UE当前所处区域为非受限区域的步骤包括: 所述网络侧设备在对所述 UE进行移动性管理过程中, 向所述 UE发送 携带有当前所处区域为非受限区域指示信息的移动性管理消息, 以通知所述 UE 当前所处区域为非受限区域, 其中, 所述移动性管理消息为演进的分组 系统移动性管理(EMM )消息或者为通用分组无线业务移动性管理( GMM ) 消息。
为了解决上述问题, 本发明还提供了一种传输区域信息的方法, 该方法 包括: 网络侧设备接收到紧急业务时, 若判断发起所述紧急业务的用户设备 ( UE )当前所处区域为非受限区域,则向所述 UE发送预设的附着完成消息, 所述预设的附着完成消息包含所述 UE当前所处区域为非受限区域的指示; 所述 UE接收所述附着完成消息, 将当前所处区域从本地保存的受限区 域信息中删除。 若所述网络侧设备判断所述 UE当前所处区域为受限区域,则向所述 UE 发送附着完成消息, 该附着完成消息中指示当前所处区域为受限区域; 以及 所述 UE接收指示当前所处区域为受限区域的附着完成消息, 进行紧急 业务。
所述附着完成消息通过新增的演进分组系统 ( EPS )移动性管理原因值 并设置为 "区域不允许" 指示当前所处区域为受限区域。
为了解决上述问题, 本发明还提供了一种传输区域信息的系统, 该系统 包括网络侧设备和用户设备(UE ) , 其中: 所述网络侧设备设置为: 接收到 UE发送的紧急业务, 若判断所述 UE 当前所处区域为非受限区域, 则通知所述 UE当前所处区域为非受限区域; 所述 UE设置为: 接收所述通知, 将当前所处区域从本地保存的受限区 域信息中删除。 所述网络侧设备是设置为按如下方式通知所述 UE当前所处区域为非受 限区域: 在与所述 UE建立紧急附着的过程中, 向所述 UE发送携带有当前 所处区域为非受限区域指示信息的附着完成消息, 以通知所述 UE当前所处 区域为非受限区域, 其中, 通过所述附着完成消息的新增字段携带所述当前 所处区域为非受限区域指示信息。 所述网络侧设备是设置为按如下方式通知所述 UE当前所处区域为非受 限区域: 在对所述 UE进行移动性管理过程中, 向所述 UE发送携带有当前 所处区域为非受限区域指示信息的移动性管理消息, 以通知所述 UE当前所 处区域为非受限区域, 其中, 所述移动性管理消息为演进的分组系统移动性 管理(EMM ) 消息或者为通用分组无线业务移动性管理(GMM ) 消息。
为了解决上述问题, 本发明还提供了一种传输区域信息的网络侧设备, 其包括: 接收模块, 其设置为: 接收用户设备的紧急业务并发送给判断模块; 判断模块,其设置为: 判断所述用户设备当前所处区域是否为受限区域, 若判断所述用户设备当前所处区域为非受限区域, 则触发通知发送模块; 以 及 通知发送模块, 其设置为: 通知所述 UE当前所处区域为非受限区域。 所述通知发送模块是设置为按如下方式通知所述 UE当前所处区域为非 受限区域: 在与所述 UE建立紧急附着的过程中, 向所述 UE发送携带有当 前所处区域为非受限区域指示信息的附着完成消息, 以通知所述 UE当前所 处区域为非受限区域, 其中, 通过所述附着完成消息的新增字段携带所述当 前所处区域为非受限区域指示信息。 所述通知发送模块是设置为按如下方式通知所述 UE当前所处区域为非 受限区域: 在对所述 UE进行移动性管理过程中, 向所述 UE发送携带有当 前所处区域为非受限区域指示信息的移动性管理消息, 以通知所述 UE当前 所处区域为非受限区域, 其中, 所述移动性管理消息为演进的分组系统移动 性管理(EMM ) 消息或者为通用分组无线业务移动性管理(GMM ) 消息。
为了解决上述问题, 本发明还提供了一种传输区域信息的用户设备
( UE ) , 其包括: 通知接收模块, 其设置为: 接收网络侧设备在接收到 UE发送的紧急业 务后且若判断所述 UE当前所处区域为非受限区域时, 向所述 UE发送的所 述 UE当前所处区域为非受限区域的通知, 并转发到删除模块; 以及 删除模块, 其设置为: 将当前所处区域从本地保存的受限区域信息中删 除。
为了解决上述问题, 本发明还提供了一种传输区域信息的系统, 该系统 包括网络侧设备和用户设备(UE ) , 其中: 所述网络侧设备设置为: 接收到 UE发送的紧急业务, 若判断所述 UE 当前所处区域为非受限区域, 向所述 UE发送预设的附着完成消息, 所述附 着完成消息包含所述 UE当前所处区域为非受限区域的指示; 所述 UE设置为: 接收所述预设的附着完成消息, 将当前所处区域从本 地保存的受限区域信息中删除。 所述网络侧设备还设置为: 若判断发起所述紧急业务的 UE当前所处区 域为受限区域, 向所述 UE发送附着完成消息, 该附着完成消息中指示当前 所处区域为受限区域; 所述 UE还设置为: 接收所述附着完成消息, 进行紧急业务。 所述网络侧设备是设置为通过在所述附着完成消息中新增的演进分组系 统(EPS )移动性管理原因值并设置为 "区域不允许" 指示当前所处区域为 受限区域。 为了解决上述问题, 本发明还提供了一种传输区域信息的网络侧设备, 包括: 接收模块, 其设置为: 接收用户设备发送的紧急业务, 并发送给判断模 块; 判断模块,其设置为: 判断所述用户设备当前所处区域是否为受限区域, 若判断所述 UE当前所处区域为非受限区域, 指示消息发送模块所述 UE当 前所处区域为非受限区域; 以及 消息发送模块, 其设置为: 向所述 UE发送预设的附着完成消息, 所述 附着完成消息包含所述 UE当前所处区域为非受限区域的指示。 所述消息发送模块是设置为通过在所述附着完成消息中新增的演进分组 系统(EPS )移动性管理原因值并设置为 "区域不允许" 指示当前所处区域 为受限区域。
为了解决上述问题, 本发明还提供了一种传输区域信息的用户设备 ( UE ) , 其包括: 消息接收模块, 其设置为: 接收网络侧设备在接收到 UE发送的紧急业 务且若判断所述 UE当前所处区域为非受限区域时, 向所述 UE发送的指示 所述 UE当前所处区域为非受限区域的预设的附着完成消息, 并发送给删除 模块; 以及 删除模块, 其设置为: 将当前所处区域从本地保存的受限区域信息中删 除。
釆用本发明技术方案, 可以及时更新 UE所保存的受限区域信息, 从而 提高用户体验及网络的可用性。

本发明的较佳实施方式 本发明的主要构思是, 当 UE根据自身所保存的受限区域的信息确定当 前所处区域为受限区域,并发起紧急业务的过程中,网络侧设备(例如,ΜΜΕ 或者 SGSN )在向 UE发送附着完成消息时, 可以在附着完成消息中指示用 户当前所处区域为非受限区域, 或者网络侧设备可以在用户与网络侧已经建 立紧急附着后, 在移动性管理过程中指示用户当前所处区域为非受限区域, 即在移动性管理消息中增加相应的当前所处区域为非受限区域的指示信息; 而 UE在收到上述指示后,从本地保存的受限区域列表中删除当前所处区域, 并在紧急业务完成后, 在当前所处区域可以发起正常附着以获取正常业务。
下面结合附图及具体实施例对本发明技术方案作进一步详细说明。 一种传输区域信息的系统, 包括网络侧设备和 UE。 其中: 网络侧设备(例如, MME或者 SGSN )设置为: 接收 UE发起的紧急业 务, 并从 HSS中查询该 UE当前所处区域的信息, 即判断 UE当前所处区域 是否为受限区域, 若 UE 当前所处区域为受限区域, 则按照现有技术向 UE 发送附着完成消息, 若 UE当前所处区域为非受限区域, 则需要通知 UE当 前所处区域为非受限区域; 其中,网络侧设备可以通过附着完成消息或者移动性管理消息来通知 UE 当前所处区域为非受限区域, 具体地, 网络侧设备可以在附着完成消息或者 移动性管理消息中新增字段以携带当前所处区域为非受限区域的指示信息。
UE设置为: 根据本地保存的受限区域信息 (即受限区域列表) , 向网 络侧设备发起紧急业务, 并接收网络侧发送的当前所处区域为非受限区域的 通知, 将当前所处区域从本地保存的受限区域列表中删除, 并在紧急业务完 成后, 可以在当前所处区域发起正常业务。 在其他实施例中, 网络侧设备也可以和 UE预设一附着完成消息, 这样, 当网络侧设备判断 UE当前所处区域为非受限区域时, 向 UE发送该预设的 附着完成消息即可, 而当网络侧设备判断 UE当前所处区域为受限区域时, 则向 UE发送指示当前所处区域为受限区域的附着完成消息, 具体地, 可以 在附着接受消息中新增 EPS 移动性管理原因 (EPS Mobility Management Cause, EMM Cause ) 字段, 并将该字段的值设置为 "区域不允许" 以指示 当前所处区域为受限区域, 此时 UE继续在受限区域列表中保存当前区域为 受限区域; 其中, 预设的附着完成消息, 其结构可以和现有的附着完成消息 完全一样, 只是 UE在收到这一附着完成消息后, 需要将当前所述区域从本 地保存的受限区域列表中删除。
在本实施例中,提供了第一种传输区域信息的网络侧设备,如图 5所示, 其包括: 接收模块 501 , 其设置为: 接收用户设备的紧急业务并发送给判断模块
502; 判断模块 502, 其设置为: 判断所述用户设备当前所处区域是否为受限 区域, 若判断所述用户设备当前所处区域为非受限区域, 则触发通知发送模 块 503; 以及 通知发送模块 503 , 其设置为: 通知所述 UE 当前所处区域为非受限区 域, 以使用户设备接收所述通知后将当前所处区域从本地保存的受限区域信 息中删除。 通知发送模块 503是设置为按如下方式通知 UE当前所处区域为非受限 区域: 在与 UE建立紧急附着的过程中, 向 UE发送携带有当前所处区域为 非受限区域指示信息的附着完成消息, 所述附着完成消息包含所述 UE当前 所处区域为非受限区域的指示, 以通知 UE当前所处区域为非受限区域, 其 中,通过附着完成消息的新增字段携带当前所处区域为非受限区域指示信息。 通知发送模块 503是设置为按如下方式通知 UE当前所处区域为非受限 区域: 在对 UE进行移动性管理过程中, 向 UE发送携带有当前所处区域为 非受限区域指示信息的移动性管理消息, 以通知 UE当前所处区域为非受限 区域, 其中, 移动性管理消息为演进的分组系统移动性管理(EMM )消息或 者为通用分组无线业务移动性管理(GMM ) 消息。 本实施例中, 还提供了第一种传输区域信息的用户设备(UE ) , 如图 6 所示, 其包括:
通知接收模块 601 , 其设置为: 接收网络侧设备在接收到 UE发送的紧 急业务后且若判断所述 UE当前所处区域为非受限区域时, 向所述 UE发送 的所述 UE 当前所处区域为非受限区域的通知, 并转发到删除模块 602; 以 及 删除模块 602, 其设置为: 将当前所处区域从本地保存的受限区域信息 中删除。
在另一实施例中,提供了一种传输区域信息的网络侧设备,如图 7所示, 包括: 接收模块 701 , 其设置为: 接收用户设备发送的紧急业务, 并发送给判 断模块 702; 判断模块 702, 其设置为: 判断所述用户设备当前所处区域是否为受限 区域, 若判断所述 UE 当前所处区域为非受限区域, 指示消息发送模块 703 所述 UE当前所处区域为非受限区域; 以及 消息发送模块 703 , 其设置为: 向所述 UE发送预设的附着完成消息, 所述附着完成消息包含所述 UE当前所处区域为非受限区域的指示。 所述判断模块 703还设置为: 若判断发起所述紧急业务的 UE当前所处 区域为受限区域,指示所述消息发送模块所述 UE当前所处区域为受限区域; 所述消息发送模块 703还设置为: 向所述 UE发送附着完成消息, 该附 着完成消息中指示当前所处区域为受限区域, 以使所述 UE接收所述附着完成消息, 进行紧急业务。 所述消息发送模块 703是设置为在所述附着完成消息中新增的演进分组 系统(EPS )移动性管理原因值并设置为 "区域不允许" 以指示当前所处区 域为受限区域。
在该实施例中, 还提供了一种传输区域信息的用户设备(UE ) , 如图 8 所示, 其包括:
消息接收模块 801 , 其设置为: 接收网络侧设备在接收到 UE发送的紧 急业务且若判断所述 UE当前所处区域为非受限区域时, 向所述 UE发送的 指示所述 UE当前所处区域为非受限区域的预设的附着完成消息, 并发送给 删除模块; 以及
删除模块 802, 其设置为: 将当前所处区域从本地保存的受限区域信息 中删除。
下面介绍上述系统传输区域信息的过程。 实施例 1 本实施例中, UE 在某区域需要发起紧急业务时, 先查找本地保存的受 限区域列表, 若该受限区域列表中包含 UE当前所在区域(即 UE所处区域 为受限区域) , UE 则发起紧急附着。 此时, 网络侧已经将该区域更改为非 受限区域, 则釆用本发明技术方案,传输区域受限信息的过程, 如图 3所示, 包括以下步骤: 步骤 301 , UE向 MME或者 SGSN发起紧急附着请求, 该紧急附着请求 中包含用户身份 IMSI; 该步骤中, UE可以按照现有技术发起紧急附着请求。 步骤 302, MME或者 SGSN接收上述紧急附着请求, 并与 UE建立安全 连接; 步骤 303 , MME或者 SGSN为该 UE建立紧急承载, 向 SAE-GW/GGSN 发起紧急承载建立请求;
步骤 304,当 UE到 SAE-GW/GGSN的紧急承载建立后, MME或者 SGSN 从 HSS中获知该用户当前所处区域为非受限区域, 则向 UE发送附着完成消 息, 该附着完成消息中携带该用户当前所处区域为非受限区域的指示信息; 该步骤中, MME或者 SGSN可以在附着完成消息中通过新增字段来携 带当前所处区域为非受限区域的指示信息; 步骤 305 , UE接收上述附着完成消息, 从中读取当前所处区域为非受限 区域的指示信息, 继续进行当前的紧急业务, 并将当前所处区域从本地保存 的受限区域列表中删除;
步骤 306, 当紧急业务完成时, UE在当前所处区域可以发起正常附着。 还有一些实施例中, MME或者 SGSN也可以在获知该用户当前所处区 域为非受限区域后, 向 UE发送预设的附着完成消息, UE收到该预设的附着 完成消息, 将当前所处区域从本地保存的受限区域列表中删除, 而 MME或 者 SGSN在获知该用户当前所处区域为受限区域时, 则可以在附着完成消息 中新增 EMM Cause值指示 UE当前所处区域为受限区域, 具体地 , MME或 者 SGSN将附着完成消息中新增的 EMM Cause的值设置为 "区域不允许" , 此时, UE收到该附着后, 在受限区域列表中保持当前所处区域为受限区域, 并完成紧急业务。
实施例 2 本实施例中, UE 在某区域需要发起紧急业务时, 先查找本地保存的受 限区域列表, 若该受限区域列表中包含 UE当前所处区域(即 UE所处区域 为受限区域) , UE 则发起紧急附着, 此时, 网络侧已经将该区域更改为非 受限区域, 网络侧设备则通过移动性管理消息 ( EMM information )通知 UE 当前所处区域的受限情况, 具体过程, 如图 4所示, 包括以下步骤: 步骤 401 : UE在某区域需要发起紧急业务时, 先查找本地保存的受限区 域列表, 若该受限区域列表中包含 UE当前所处区域(即 UE所处区域为受 限区域) , UE则向 MME或者 SGSN发起紧急附着请求; 步骤 402: MME或者 SGSN收到紧急附着请求后,与 UE建立安全连接, 并为该 UE建立紧急承载, 向 SAE-GW/GGSN发起紧急承载建立请求; 步骤 403: 当 UE到 SAE-GW/GGSN的紧急承载建立后, 向 UE发送附 着完成消息; 步骤 404: 由于 MME或者 SGSN已从 HSS中获知该 UE当前所处区域 为非受限区域, 因此, MME或者 SGSN在移动性管理过程中, 指示该用户 当前所处区域为非受限区域; 其中,在 SAE/EPS移动性管理过程中 , MME可以通过 EMM information 消息指示 UE当前所处区域为非受限区域; 在 GPRS移动性管理过程中, SGSN可以通过通用分组无线业务移动性 管理 ( General Packet Radio Service Mobility Management, 简称为 GMM ) information消息通知移动台 MS当前所处区域为非受限区域。 步骤 405: UE接收上述移动性管理消息后,从中读取当前所处区域为非 受限区域的指示信息, 继续进行当前的紧急业务, 并将当前所处区域从本地 保存的受限区域列表中删除; 步骤 406: 当紧急业务完成时, UE在当前所处区域可以发起正常附着。

Claims

权 利 要 求 书
1、 一种传输区域信息的方法, 该方法包括: 网络侧设备接收到紧急业务时, 若判断发起所述紧急业务的用户设备
( UE ) 当前所处区域为非受限区域, 则通知所述 UE当前所处区域为非受限 区域; 所述 UE接收所述通知, 将当前所处区域从本地保存的受限区域信息中 删除。
2、 如权利要求 1所述的方法, 其中, 通知所述 UE当前所处区域为非受 限区域的步骤包括: 所述网络侧设备在与所述 UE建立紧急附着的过程中, 向所述 UE发送 携带有当前所处区域为非受限区域指示信息的附着完成消息,以通知所述 UE 当前所处区域为非受限区域, 其中, 所述网络侧设备通过所述附着完成消息 的新增字段携带所述当前所处区域为非受限区域指示信息。
3、 如权利要求 1所述的方法, 其中, 通知所述 UE当前所处区域为非受 限区域的步骤包括: 所述网络侧设备在对所述 UE进行移动性管理过程中, 向所述 UE发送 携带有当前所处区域为非受限区域指示信息的移动性管理消息, 以通知所述 UE 当前所处区域为非受限区域, 其中, 所述移动性管理消息为演进的分组 系统移动性管理(EMM )消息或者为通用分组无线业务移动性管理( GMM ) 消息。
4、 一种传输区域信息的方法, 该方法包括: 网络侧设备接收到紧急业务时, 若判断发起所述紧急业务的用户设备 ( UE )当前所处区域为非受限区域, 则向所述 UE发送预设的附着完成消息, 所述预设的附着完成消息包含所述 UE当前所处区域为非受限区域的指示; 所述 UE接收所述附着完成消息, 将当前所处区域从本地保存的受限区 域信息中删除。
5、 如权利要求 4所述的方法, 其还包括: 若所述网络侧设备判断所述 UE当前所处区域为受限区域,则向所述 UE 发送附着完成消息, 该附着完成消息中指示当前所处区域为受限区域; 以及 所述 UE接收指示当前所处区域为受限区域的附着完成消息, 进行紧急 业务。
6、 如权利要求 5所述的方法, 其中: 所述附着完成消息通过新增的演进分组系统(EPS )移动性管理原因值 并设置为 "区域不允许" 指示当前所处区域为受限区域。
7、一种传输区域信息的系统,该系统包括网络侧设备和用户设备( UE ) , 其中:
所述网络侧设备设置为: 接收到 UE发送的紧急业务, 若判断所述 UE 当前所处区域为非受限区域, 则通知所述 UE当前所处区域为非受限区域; 所述 UE设置为: 接收所述通知, 将当前所处区域从本地保存的受限区 域信息中删除。
8、 如权利要求 7所述的系统, 其中: 所述网络侧设备是设置为按如下方式通知所述 UE当前所处区域为非受 限区域: 在与所述 UE建立紧急附着的过程中, 向所述 UE发送携带有当前 所处区域为非受限区域指示信息的附着完成消息, 以通知所述 UE当前所处 区域为非受限区域, 其中, 通过所述附着完成消息的新增字段携带所述当前 所处区域为非受限区域指示信息。
9、 如权利要求 7所述的系统, 其中: 所述网络侧设备是设置为按如下方式通知所述 UE当前所处区域为非受 限区域: 在对所述 UE进行移动性管理过程中, 向所述 UE发送携带有当前 所处区域为非受限区域指示信息的移动性管理消息, 以通知所述 UE当前所 处区域为非受限区域, 其中, 所述移动性管理消息为演进的分组系统移动性 管理(EMM ) 消息或者为通用分组无线业务移动性管理(GMM ) 消息。
10、 一种传输区域信息的网络侧设备, 其包括: 接收模块, 其设置为: 接收用户设备的紧急业务并发送给判断模块; 判断模块,其设置为: 判断所述用户设备当前所处区域是否为受限区域, 若判断所述用户设备当前所处区域为非受限区域, 则触发通知发送模块; 以 及 通知发送模块, 其设置为: 通知所述 UE当前所处区域为非受限区域。
11、 如权利要求 10所述的网络侧设备, 其中:
所述通知发送模块是设置为按如下方式通知所述 UE当前所处区域为非 受限区域: 在与所述 UE建立紧急附着的过程中, 向所述 UE发送携带有当 前所处区域为非受限区域指示信息的附着完成消息, 以通知所述 UE当前所 处区域为非受限区域, 其中, 通过所述附着完成消息的新增字段携带所述当 前所处区域为非受限区域指示信息。
12、 如权利要求 10所述的网络侧设备, 其中:
所述通知发送模块是设置为按如下方式通知所述 UE当前所处区域为非 受限区域: 在对所述 UE进行移动性管理过程中, 向所述 UE发送携带有当 前所处区域为非受限区域指示信息的移动性管理消息, 以通知所述 UE当前 所处区域为非受限区域, 其中, 所述移动性管理消息为演进的分组系统移动 性管理(EMM ) 消息或者为通用分组无线业务移动性管理(GMM ) 消息。
13、 一种传输区域信息的用户设备(UE ) , 其包括: 通知接收模块, 其设置为: 接收网络侧设备在接收到 UE发送的紧急业 务后且若判断所述 UE当前所处区域为非受限区域时, 向所述 UE发送的所 述 UE当前所处区域为非受限区域的通知, 并转发到删除模块; 以及 删除模块, 其设置为: 将当前所处区域从本地保存的受限区域信息中删 除。
14、一种传输区域信息的系统,该系统包括网络侧设备和用户设备( UE ) , 其中: 所述网络侧设备设置为: 接收到 UE发送的紧急业务, 若判断所述 UE 当前所处区域为非受限区域, 向所述 UE发送预设的附着完成消息, 所述附 着完成消息包含所述 UE当前所处区域为非受限区域的指示; 所述 UE设置为: 接收所述预设的附着完成消息, 将当前所处区域从本 地保存的受限区域信息中删除。
15、 如权利要求 14所述的系统, 其中: 所述网络侧设备还设置为: 若判断发起所述紧急业务的 UE当前所处区 域为受限区域, 向所述 UE发送附着完成消息, 该附着完成消息中指示当前 所处区域为受限区域; 所述 UE还设置时: 接收所述附着完成消息, 进行紧急业务。
16、 如权利要求 15所述的系统, 其中: 所述网络侧设备是设置为通过在所述附着完成消息中新增的演进分组系 统(EPS )移动性管理原因值并设置为 "区域不允许" 指示当前所处区域为 受限区域。
17、 一种传输区域信息的网络侧设备, 包括: 接收模块, 其设置为: 接收用户设备发送的紧急业务, 并发送给判断模 块; 判断模块,其设置为: 判断所述用户设备当前所处区域是否为受限区域, 若判断所述 UE当前所处区域为非受限区域, 指示消息发送模块所述 UE当 前所处区域为非受限区域; 以及 消息发送模块, 其设置为: 向所述 UE发送预设的附着完成消息, 所述 附着完成消息包含所述 UE当前所处区域为非受限区域的指示。
18、 如权利要求 17所述的网络侧设备, 其中: 所述消息发送模块是设置为通过在所述附着完成消息中新增的演进分组 系统(EPS )移动性管理原因值并设置为 "区域不允许" 指示当前所处区域 为受限区域。
19、 一种传输区域信息的用户设备(UE ) , 其包括: 消息接收模块, 其设置为: 接收网络侧设备在接收到 UE发送的紧急业 务且若判断所述 UE当前所处区域为非受限区域时, 向所述 UE发送的指示 所述 UE当前所处区域为非受限区域的预设的附着完成消息, 并发送给删除 模块; 以及 删除模块, 其设置为: 将当前所处区域从本地保存的受限区域信息中删 除。
