[4] 日常生活中悬挂的电器, 如吊灯、 吊扇等一般安装在室内的天花吊顶上。 由 于电器与电线是固定连接的, 一旦安装上去以后就难以再取下来, 清洗的吋候 只能靠梯子登高擦拭, 不方便也不安全。 有人设想釆用一种连接装置将电器与 天花上的电线连接一起, 但操作繁琐, 而且连接装置的连接强度不够, 难以承 受重量较大的电器。

[6] 本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种电器快速连接装置, 使用方便并可以承 受较大的重量。
[7] 为了解决上述技术问题, 本发明的一种电器快速连接装置, 包括基座和插头
, 所述基座上设置有若干坑槽, 每个坑槽内安装有用于与电线连接的导电触点 , 基座上开有中心孔, 插头上设置有若干与所述坑槽对应配合的导电圏, 插头 外侧设置有与导电圏电连接的接线口, 插头上还设置有可插入中心孔的连接杆 , 连接杆上设置有用于与中心孔固定的锁定机构。
[8] 作为上述技术方案的改进, 所述基座的外侧设置有第一圆形齿面, 所述插头 的内侧设置有可与该第一圆形齿面相啮合的第二圆形齿面, 所述第一、 第二圆 形齿面的齿朝向与轴向一致。
[9] 作为上述技术方案的进一步改进, 所述锁定机构包括安装在连接杆内部的活 动杆, 连接杆上开设有通孔, 该通孔内设置有可活动的钢珠, 活动杆上开有与 所述钢珠对应配合的凹槽, 活动杆与连接杆之间设置有弹簧。
[10] 本发明的有益效果是: 这种电器快速连接装置由于釆用了上述结构, 将吊灯
、 吊扇等电器安装在插头上以后, 通过连接杆与插座连接固定, 拆卸的吋候将 锁定机构解开便可将插头与插座分离, 操作简单快速, 而且具有较大的载重能 力。

[18] 参照图 1至图 3, 本发明的一种电器快速连接装置, 包括基座 1和插头 2, 所述基 座 1上设置有若干坑槽 11, 每个坑槽 11内安装有用于与电线连接的导电触点 3, 基座 1上开有中心孔 12, 插头 2上设置有若干与所述坑槽 11对应配合的导电圏 4, 插头 2外侧设置有与导电圏 4电连接的接线口 5, 插头 2上还设置有可插入中心孔 1 2的连接杆 6, 连接杆 6上设置有用于与中心孔 12固定的锁定机构 7。 这种电器快 速连接装置由于釆用了上述结构, 将吊灯、 吊扇等电器安装在插头 2上以后, 连 接杆 6与插座 1连接并通过锁定机构 7固定, 拆卸的吋候将锁定机构 7解开便可将 插头 2与插座 1分离, 操作简单快速, 而且具有较大的载重能力。
[19] 参照图 4, 所述基座 1的外侧设置有第一圆形齿面 8, 所述插头 2的内侧设置有可 与该第一圆形齿面 8相啮合的第二圆形齿面 9, 所述第一、 第二圆形齿面 8、 9的 齿朝向与轴向一致。 釆用上述结构, 使得插头 2与基座 1组合后不会发生相对转 动, 而且由于第一、 第二圆形齿面 8、 9的齿朝向与轴向一致, 在载重情况下插 头相对基座发生小的位置脱离也不会影响两者固定的效果。
[20] 所述锁定机构 7包括安装在连接杆 6内部的活动杆 71, 连接杆 6上开设有通孔 61 , 该通孔 61内设置有可活动的钢珠 10, 活动杆 71上开有与所述钢珠 10对应配合 的凹槽 72, 活动杆 72与连接杆 6之间设置有弹簧 73。 所述中心孔 12内安装有金属 套件 13, 该金属套件 13内侧开有与所述钢珠 10配合的凹坑 14。 在插头与基座组 合的吋候, 将活动杆 71压下, 使凹槽 72移动至钢珠 10的位置, 钢珠 10落在凹槽 7 2中使钢珠相对通孔 61的位置侧移, 使连接杆 6能够顺利进入金属套件 13中, 当 连接杆 6移动到钢珠 10与凹坑 14对应的吋候再松开活动杆 71, 钢珠 10在活动杆 71 的推动下侧移并部分进入凹坑 14中, 使连接杆 6锁定在金属套件 13中。
[21] 为了提高连接强度, 所述基座 1的后侧固定安装有支承架 15, 所述金属套件 1
3的端部固定在支承架 15上, 使得电器的重量通过连接杆 6和金属套件 13直接传 递到支承架 15上, 不会对插头和基座产生影响, 保证使用安全。

权利要求书
[1] 一种电器快速连接装置, 包括基座 (1) 和插头 (2) , 其特征在于所述基 座 (1) 上设置有若干坑槽 (11) , 每个坑槽 (11) 内安装有用于与电线连 接的导电触点 (3) , 基座 (1) 上开有中心孔 (12) , 插头 (2) 上设置有 若干与所述坑槽 (11) 对应配合的导电圏 (4) , 插头 (2) 外侧设置有与 导电圏 (4) 电连接的接线口 (5) , 插头 (2) 上还设置有可插入中心孔 ( 12) 的连接杆 (6) , 连接杆 (6) 上设置有用于与中心孔 (12) 固定的锁 定机构 (7) 。
[2] 根据权利要求 1所述的电器快速连接装置, 其特征在于所述基座 (1) 的外 侧设置有第一圆形齿面 (8) , 所述插头 (2) 的内侧设置有可与该第一圆 形齿面 (8) 相啮合的第二圆形齿面 (9) , 所述第一、 第二圆形齿面 (8、 9) 的齿朝向与轴向一致。
[3] 根据权利要求 1或 2所述的电器快速连接装置, 其特征在于所述锁定机构 (7
) 包括安装在连接杆 (6) 内部的活动杆 (71) , 连接杆 (6) 上开设有通 孔 (61) , 该通孔 (61) 内设置有可活动的钢珠 (10) , 活动杆 (71) 上 开有与所述钢珠 (10) 对应配合的凹槽 (72) , 活动杆 (72) 与连接杆 (6 ) 之间设置有弹簧 (73) 。
[4] 根据权利要求 3所述的电器快速连接装置, 其特征在于所述中心孔 (12) 内 安装有金属套件 (13) , 该金属套件 (13) 内侧开有与所述钢珠 (10) 配 合的凹坑 (14) 。
[5] 根据权利要求 1或 2所述的电器快速连接装置, 其特征在于所述基座 (1) 的 后侧固定安装有支承架 (15) , 所述金属套件 (13) 的端部固定在支承架 (15) 上。
