Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé de préparation d'un échantillon en utilisant une force de cisaillement en présence d'un stabilisateur de taille pour rompre l'échantillon afin d'obtenir des molécules d'acide nucléique dans une plage de tailles utilisables. Une fois les molécules d'acide nucléique obtenues, des particules d'accrochage magnétique sont utilisées pour concentrer et nettoyer les molécules d'acide nucléique pour des tests ultérieurs.
