Abstract
Solarzelle, mit einem flächigem Zellensubstrat (1), welches im Spektralbereich des sichtbaren Lichts und mindestens einem Teilbereich des infraroten Spektralbereichs transparent ist, und einem auf einer Oberfläche desselben angeordneten Zellenaufbau (5), wobei auf der den Zellenaufbau tragenden Oberfläche des Zellensubstrats eine bi-oder multifunktionale Schicht (3) aufgebracht ist, die im Bereich des sichtbaren Lichts transparent ist und eine infrarotreflektierende und eine Kontaktierungsfunktion hat.
