技术领域：
本实用新型涉及饮料包装罐产品技术领域，特指一种卫生易拉罐。
背景技术：
易拉罐(铝质或铁质)饮料食品以其方便、安全、环保、可以较好保存食品等优势正大量在饮料食品中使用，并得到了许多消费者认同和接受。然而，易拉罐饮料食品在合格出厂后、在运输、仓储、终端(零售点)，以及消费者购买回家消费前，其外部（包括拉环开口处）不可避免受到外部环境污染，当消费者拉开拉环开罐饮用时，罐内饮料通过受污染的罐口进入人体，以及人口部直接接触受污染的罐口，污染物都会进入人体。这导致易拉罐食品存在很大的安全隐患。
实用新型内容：
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题就是为了克服目前产品的不足，提供一种卫生易拉罐。
为解决上述技术问题，本实用新型采用了如下的技术方案：本实用新型包括：罐体，并且至少在罐体的拉环开口面附着有一层热收缩膜。
所述的热收缩膜自上而下附着于整个罐体表面，且热收缩膜于罐体底部收口。
所述的热收缩膜自上而下附着于部分罐体的表面。
所述的热收缩膜自上而下附着于罐体2/3至1/2处的部分表面，并且热收缩膜与罐体中部收口。
所述的热收缩膜仅附着于罐体开口部分的表面，并且热收缩膜于罐体的有凹陷部收口固定。
采用上述技术方案后，在易拉罐饮料食品灌装封口灭菌后,在易拉罐罐体开口部分， 或者从拉环开口面自上而下，全覆盖或者部分覆盖一层热收缩膜(材料为食品级PE、PVC、POF等), 全覆盖或者部分覆盖皆可,视工艺及成本而定,只要确保拉环开口面完全密封即可,然后装箱出厂。消费者在需要时，去掉收缩膜便可安全地直接饮用。
本实用新型至少可以确保易拉罐的拉环处不被外界污染，确保消费者放心饮用。

具体实施方式：
下面结合附图对本实用新型作进一步的说明：
见图1，本实施例中热收缩膜2仅附着于罐体1开口部分的表面，并且热收缩膜2于罐体1的有凹陷部收口固定。
见图2，本实施例中热收缩膜2自上而下附着于罐体1的2/3至1/2处的部分表面，并且热收缩膜2与罐体1中部收口。
见图3，本实施例中热收缩膜2自上而下附着于部分罐体1的表面。
本实用新型的加工方式为：在易拉罐饮料食品灌装封口灭菌后,在易拉罐罐体1，从拉环开口面自上而下，全覆盖或者部分覆盖一层热收缩膜2(材料为食品级PE、PVC、POF等), 至少在拉环开口附着一层热收缩膜2。然后装箱出厂。消费者在需要时，撕掉热收缩膜2便可安全地直接饮用。
经过测试，本产品可以非常有效的防止易拉罐拉环开口面被外界污染，消费者可以放心饮用。
当然，以上所述仅仅为本实用新型实例而已，并非来限制本实用新型实施范围，凡依本实用新型申请专利范围所述的构造、特征及原理所做的等效变化或修饰，均应包括于本实用新型申请专利范围内。

Claims (5)

1、一种卫生易拉罐，包括：罐体（1），其特征在于：至少在罐体（1）的拉环开口面附着有一层热收缩膜（2）。
2、根据权利要求1所述的一种卫生易拉罐，其特征在于：所述的热收缩膜（2）自上而下附着于整个罐体（1）表面，且热收缩膜（2）于罐体（1）底部收口。
3、根据权利要求1所述的一种卫生易拉罐，其特征在于：所述的热收缩膜（2）自上而下附着于部分罐体（1）的表面。
4、根据权利要求3所述的一种卫生易拉罐，其特征在于：所述的热收缩膜（2）自上而下附着于罐体（1）2/3至1/2处的部分表面，并且热收缩膜（2）与罐体（1）中部收口。
5、根据权利要求3所述的一种卫生易拉罐，其特征在于：所述的热收缩膜（2）仅附着于罐体（1）开口部分的表面，并且热收缩膜（2）于罐体（1）的有凹陷部收口固定。
