技术领域:
本实用新型涉及饮料包装罐产品技术领域,特指一种卫生易拉罐。
背景技术:
易拉罐(铝质或铁质)饮料食品以其方便、安全、环保、可以较好保存食品等优势正大量在饮料食品中使用,并得到了许多消费者认同和接受。然而,易拉罐饮料食品在合格出厂后、在运输、仓储、终端(零售点),以及消费者购买回家消费前,其外部(包括拉环开口处)不可避免受到外部环境污染,当消费者拉开拉环开罐饮用时,罐内饮料通过受污染的罐口进入人体,以及人口部直接接触受污染的罐口,污染物都会进入人体。这导致易拉罐食品存在很大的安全隐患。
实用新型内容:
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题就是为了克服目前产品的不足,提供一种卫生易拉罐。
为解决上述技术问题,本实用新型采用了如下的技术方案:本实用新型包括:罐体,并且至少在罐体的拉环开口面附着有一层热收缩膜。
所述的热收缩膜自上而下附着于整个罐体表面,且热收缩膜于罐体底部收口。
所述的热收缩膜自上而下附着于部分罐体的表面。
所述的热收缩膜自上而下附着于罐体2/3至1/2处的部分表面,并且热收缩膜与罐体中部收口。
所述的热收缩膜仅附着于罐体开口部分的表面,并且热收缩膜于罐体的有凹陷部收口固定。
采用上述技术方案后,在易拉罐饮料食品灌装封口灭菌后,在易拉罐罐体开口部分,
或者从拉环开口面自上而下,全覆盖或者部分覆盖一层热收缩膜(材料为食品级PE、PVC、POF等),
全覆盖或者部分覆盖皆可,视工艺及成本而定,只要确保拉环开口面完全密封即可,然后装箱出厂。消费者在需要时,去掉收缩膜便可安全地直接饮用。
本实用新型至少可以确保易拉罐的拉环处不被外界污染,确保消费者放心饮用。

具体实施方式:
下面结合附图对本实用新型作进一步的说明:
见图1,本实施例中热收缩膜2仅附着于罐体1开口部分的表面,并且热收缩膜2于罐体1的有凹陷部收口固定。
见图2,本实施例中热收缩膜2自上而下附着于罐体1的2/3至1/2处的部分表面,并且热收缩膜2与罐体1中部收口。
见图3,本实施例中热收缩膜2自上而下附着于部分罐体1的表面。
本实用新型的加工方式为:在易拉罐饮料食品灌装封口灭菌后,在易拉罐罐体1,从拉环开口面自上而下,全覆盖或者部分覆盖一层热收缩膜2(材料为食品级PE、PVC、POF等),
至少在拉环开口附着一层热收缩膜2。然后装箱出厂。消费者在需要时,撕掉热收缩膜2便可安全地直接饮用。
经过测试,本产品可以非常有效的防止易拉罐拉环开口面被外界污染,消费者可以放心饮用。
当然,以上所述仅仅为本实用新型实例而已,并非来限制本实用新型实施范围,凡依本实用新型申请专利范围所述的构造、特征及原理所做的等效变化或修饰,均应包括于本实用新型申请专利范围内。
Claims (5)
1、一种卫生易拉罐,包括:罐体(1),其特征在于:至少在罐体(1)的拉环开口面附着有一层热收缩膜(2)。
2、根据权利要求1所述的一种卫生易拉罐,其特征在于:所述的热收缩膜(2)自上而下附着于整个罐体(1)表面,且热收缩膜(2)于罐体(1)底部收口。
3、根据权利要求1所述的一种卫生易拉罐,其特征在于:所述的热收缩膜(2)自上而下附着于部分罐体(1)的表面。
4、根据权利要求3所述的一种卫生易拉罐,其特征在于:所述的热收缩膜(2)自上而下附着于罐体(1)2/3至1/2处的部分表面,并且热收缩膜(2)与罐体(1)中部收口。
5、根据权利要求3所述的一种卫生易拉罐,其特征在于:所述的热收缩膜(2)仅附着于罐体(1)开口部分的表面,并且热收缩膜(2)于罐体(1)的有凹陷部收口固定。
