Abstract
본 발명은 폐빙초산을 재활용한 친환경 액상 제설제 조성물 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 비염화물계 액상 제설제 조성물에 있어서; 중량%로, 빙초산: 18-23%, 수산화나트륨: 8-12%, 글리세린: 7-11%, 수산화 칼륨: 5-10%, 포타슘 카보네이트: 0.7-1.0%, 디소듐 숙시네이트: 0.3-0.5% 및 잔부 물(Water)로 조성된 제조원가가 저렴하고, 저부식성, 저독성 특징을 갖는 폐빙초산을 재활용한 친환경 액상 제설제 조성물을 제공한다. 본 발명은 폐빙초산의 재활용이 가능하고, 가격이 기존 대비 현저히 저렴하며, 비염화물계 액상 제설제이기 때문에 금속과 콘크리트 구조물을 부식시키지 않고, 하천이나 토양에 흘러들어가도 독성화나 오염이 일어나지 않아 친환경적이며, 극저온에서도 제설로 인한 재결빙 방지 등의 기능을 탁월하게 수행할 수 있는 효과가 있다.
