Abstract
Disclosed is a vehicle intrusion sensing apparatus which senses an intrusion into a vehicle on the basis of a change in the indoor environment of a vehicle, such as the motion of a human body, the motion of an article, etc. inside a vehicle caused by the intrusion into the vehicle, and controls an alarm for a user. The apparatus according to the present invention senses a change in the indoor environment of a vehicle, such as a window state, a door state, the motion of a human body, the motion of an article, etc. using a motion recognition sensor that uses the Doppler effects of a radiofrequency identification system, determines whether or not a forced intrusion into the vehicle has occurred on the basis of the change in the indoor environment of the vehicle, and generates a warning sound or warning light in accordance with the result of the determination, to quickly detect the theft of and/or damage to the vehicle. In addition, the sensing area for changes in the vehicle indoor environment of the apparatus of the present invention is wider than those of conventional ultrasonic sensors, and thus enables changes in the indoor environment of the vehicle to be sensed by one motion recognition sensor. Thus, the cost of manufacturing devices for sensing changes in the indoor environment of a vehicle can be reduced. In addition, the apparatus of the present invention prevents interference with another local area network that uses the same frequency band, and thus accurately senses changes in the indoor environment of a vehicle and improves the reliability of products.
