Abstract

The invention relates to a ceramic thermal enclosure which is designed to cool or heat a surface without energy input and which can be disassembled in a simple, convenient manner. The enclosure comprises a ceramic container defining a ventilation chamber, together with an external material, with water being stored in a substrate chamber and prevented from passing to the interior by an internal material. The enclosure requires a water supply that can be taken from the water distribution system, the general water purifier, the water purifier in the building or a mobile unit, so long as it is filtered. The enclosure provides thermal and acoustic insulation and can be used in stationary and mobile facilities.
