Abstract

Insbesondere Industrieabwässer enthalten häufig organische Bestandteile als Schadstoffe. Solche organischen Schadstoffe können bekannterweise durch Anwendung elektrochemischer Verfahren beseitigt werden, wozu Sauerstoff benötigt wird. Für die Praxis ist ein so genannter CSB-Wert (chemischer Sauerstoffbedarf) definiert, der von der Industrie eingehalten werden muss. Gemäß der Erfindung werden die organischen Schadstoffe zunächst aufkonzentriert (1,2) und wird anschließend die Flüssigkeit mit den aufkonzentrierten Schadstoffen einer Elektrolyse (3) unterzogen.
