Abstract

La présente invention concerne un dispositif permettant de charger de l'air à haute pression dans un réservoir d'air d'un pistolet à air ou similaire, le dispositif présentant une structure permettant de mettre en œuvre les opérations de charge et d'élimination de la pression résiduelle simplement par l'actionnement et le relâchement d'un levier (3). Si le levier (3) est actionné, une tige de soupape (6) se déplace vers le bas, de telle sorte que l'air soit chargé, en passant à travers un intervalle entre la tige de soupape (6) et une rondelle en uréthane (5), dans la direction allant d'un raccord de tuyau (8) à une aiguille (2). Si le levier (3) est relâché, la tige de soupape (6) se déplace vers le haut sous l'action d'un ressort de compression (7) et de la pression de l'air, de telle sorte que le flux d'air est bloqué dans l'intervalle entre la tige de soupape (6) et la rondelle en uréthane (5), et la pression résiduelle dans l'aiguille (2) est évacuée par un intervalle entre la tige de soupape (6) et un boulon creux (4), en passant par un intervalle entre la tige de soupape (6) et un joint torique (11). Par conséquent, le temps nécessaire pour les opérations de charge et d'élimination de la pression résiduelle peut être réduit par rapport au procédé existant, et la fuite d'air vers l'espace entre une soupape de charge et une soupape d'élimination de la pression résiduelle peut être réduite.
