Abstract
The present invention relates to a media stacking apparatus for an automatic media dispenser. The apparatus of the present invention comprises: a roller plate (22) for stacking media by means of the power from a driving source; a power receiving unit (40) for receiving power, engaged with a clutch gear unit (30), said clutch gear unit rotating with the power received from the driving source, wherein the power receiving unit receives power from the clutch gear unit (30) and moves the roller plate (22); and a resilient member (37) for providing resilient force in the direction of the coupling of the clutch gear unit (30) and the power receiving unit (40). When a force from an external source is applied to the roller plate (22), the clutch gear unit (30) of the present invention rotates in the direction of disengagement from the power receiving unit (40) by means of the repulsive force generated in the direction opposite the resilient force, in order to cut off the transmission of power. As described above, the present invention prevents power from being transmitted to the roller plate (22) when a force from an external source is applied, thus preventing gears interposed between a driving motor and the roller plate (22) from being damaged by a force from an external source.

In the present invention, when the external force caused by the abnormality of the drive motor is applied to the compact plate, the clutch gear portion is rotated by the repulsive force acting in the opposite direction to the elastic force with the elastic member, thereby disconnecting the power transmission portion. In this figure, the part shown with the dotted line shows the gear value of a gear, and has not attached the additional code.
As shown in these figures, mounting frames 20 are provided on both sides of the media cassette. The mounting frame 20 is provided on both sides of the media cassette so as to face each other, there is a space in which the medium is charged one by one. The mounting frame 20 is not only provided at both sides of the media cassette, but may form the entire outer surface of the media cassette.
The mounting plate 20 is installed to be movable plate 22. In this figure, although the plate 22 is shown to be elevated up and down, it may be moved in the horizontal direction depending on the mounting state of the media cassette. The plate 22 is a portion in which the media are integrated one by one, and also serves to push the media to one side. The plate 22 is moved by receiving power from the power transmission unit 40 to be described below.
Meanwhile, a driving motor 24 is installed at one side of the mounting frame 20. The drive motor 24 is a drive source for providing the power necessary for the movement of the contact plate (22). In general, a step motor that is rotated by a predetermined angle by a pulse is used as the drive motor 24. A gear 26 is provided on the drive shaft 24 'of the drive motor 24. The gear portion 26 meshes with the motor gear 28. The motor gear 28 is rotatably installed on the mounting frame 20 to transmit power of the driving motor 24.
The motor gear 28 transmits power to the clutch gear unit 30. The clutch gear unit 30 is rotatably installed on one side of the mounting frame 20, and the clutch gear unit 30 is the power transmission unit when an abnormal external force is applied to the contact plate 22. 40) and rotates in the direction in which the coupling is released by the repulsive force serves to block the power of the drive motor (24). In other words, the power of the driving motor 24 is blocked from being transmitted to the clutch gear unit 30 and the power transmission unit 40 to prevent the gears constituting each of them from being damaged.
The clutch gear unit 30 is provided with a clutch plate 32 rotatably installed on the mounting frame 20. The clutch plate 32 is installed to be rotated about a rotating shaft 34 'to be described below.
A drive gear 34 is rotatably installed on the rotation shaft 34 'on the clutch plate 32. The rotary shaft 34 ′ is the center of rotation of the clutch plate 32 and the drive gear 34. The drive gear 34 is directly engaged with the motor gear 28 and serves to receive power.
In addition, the clutch plate 32 is rotatably provided with a driven gear 36 that meshes with the drive gear 34. The gear tooth of the driven gear 36 meshes with the gear tooth of the power transmission unit 40 to be described below, and serves to transmit power to the power transmission unit 40.
On the other hand, the clutch plate 32 is provided with an elastic member 37 for providing an elastic force in the direction in which the clutch gear unit 30 is coupled to the power transmission unit 40. As the elastic member 37, a coil spring or the like is used. More specifically, the direction of the elastic force of the elastic member 37 provides the following elastic force. The elastic member 37 should provide an elastic force (F s ) so that the gear teeth of the driven gear 36 and the pulley gear 42 to be described below face the same direction as the normal direction of the contact contact.
Referring to FIG. 4, a line perpendicular to the tangent line C of the contact point at which the pitch circle of the driven gear 36 and the pulley gear 44 is in contact with the gear teeth of the driven gear 36 and the pulley gear 44 is in contact with each other. The angle between (I) (generally called a working line) is called pressure angle (theta). For reference, the pressure angle θ in the gear generally has 20 degrees. The repulsive force F g generated in the pulley gear 44 is generated in the direction in which the pressure angle θ is directed. At this time, the repulsive force (F g ) and the direction (F s ) of the elastic force is located on the same line, the direction acts in the opposite direction. Therefore, in the present embodiment, when the repulsive force (F g ) generated in the pulley gear 44 is larger than the elastic force (F s ), the clutch plate 32 is rotated counterclockwise to the power transmission unit 40. Power transmission is cut off.
The above description is a phenomenon that occurs when the driving motor 24 continues to drive, but the plate 22 is no longer moved or when an external force is applied to the plate 22. For example, when the driving motor 24 continues to move the plate 22 downward while the plate 22 is moved to the bottom end, the driven gear 36 is driven by the repulsive force (F g ). The clutch plate 32 is rotated so that the engagement with the driving pulley 44 is released. Therefore, the gears of the clutch gear part 30 and the power transmission part 40 are prevented from being damaged.
Meanwhile, one side of the clutch plate 32 is provided with a blocking lever 38. The blocking lever 38 is a part which the operator manipulates the plate 22 directly. That is, when the clutch gear unit 30 is rotated by pulling the blocking lever 38, the connection between the clutch gear unit 30 and the power transmission unit 40 is cut off, so that power transmission is interrupted and the operator directly moves the plate 22. You can do it. The worker draws in or receives the medium in the state where the wheat plate 22 is moved.
Next, the clutch gear unit 30 is connected to the power transmission unit 40 to transmit power. In this embodiment, the power transmission unit 40 is configured by a pulley. Of course, the power transmission unit 40 may be composed of various power transmission means such as gears as well as pulleys.
The power transmission part 40 is engaged with the driven gear 36 and rotates integrally on the same axis as the pulley gear 44 and the pulley gear 44 which receive power from the clutch gear part 30. Drive pulley 42 is coupled to rotate, and driven pulley 46 for transmitting power to the mill plate 22 is configured.
The belt Ba is wound around the driving pulley 42 and the driven pulley 46 to transmit power. The pulley shaft 46 ′ of the driven pulley 46 is provided with a separate pulley (not shown) to wind the belt Bb. The belt Bb wound around the pulley is fixed to one side of the mill plate 22 so that the mill plate 22 can be moved by the rotation of the driven pulley 46.
Hereinafter, the operation of the media cassette of the media cassette according to the present invention having the configuration as described above will be described in detail.
First, a process in which the plate 22 is moved by receiving power by the driving motor 24 will be described. When the driving motor 24 is driven, the motor gear 28 is rotated in conjunction with it, and the power transmitted to the motor gear 28 is transmitted to the clutch gear unit 30. The power transmitted to the drive gear 34 and the driven gear 36 of the clutch gear part 30 is transmitted to the pullout gear 44 of the power transmission part 40.
When the pulley gear 44 of the power transmission unit 40 is rotated, the driving pulley 42 is also rotated together, and the driven pulley 46 is also transmitted by the belt Ba. As the driven pulley 46 is rotated, a pulley (not shown) provided on the pulley shaft 46 'of the driven pulley 46 is also rotated. The plate 22 is moved up and down with reference to FIG. 2 by the belt Bb wound around the pulley to accumulate media.
In this process, if the abnormality occurs in the driving motor 24 in the state in which the plate 22 is moved to the top or bottom end and continues to be driven, a clutch gear unit for transmitting power from the drive motor 24 to the plate 22 ( 30) and the power transmission unit 40 may be damaged.
At this time, the clutch gear unit 30 cuts off the power by disconnecting the power transmission unit 40. Referring to FIG. 4, when power is continuously transmitted to the driven gear 36, a repulsive force F g is generated between the gears in the opposite direction to the elastic force F s so that the clutch gear part 30 rotates in the rotary shaft 34 ′. It rotates in a counterclockwise direction (see FIG. 3). In this case, since the connection between the clutch gear unit 30 and the power transmission unit 40 is cut off, power may not be transmitted to the driving motor 24, thereby preventing the gears from being damaged.
In addition, even when an external force is applied in a state in which the plate 22 is fixed at a predetermined position, a repulsive force F g is generated in the driven gear 36 so that the clutch gear unit 30 rotates to cut off power. .
The scope of the present invention is not limited to the embodiments described above, but is defined by the claims, and various changes and modifications can be made by those skilled in the art within the scope of the claims. It is self evident.
In the present invention, when the external force caused by the abnormality of the drive motor is applied to the compact plate, the clutch gear portion is rotated by the repulsive force acting in the opposite direction to the elastic force with the elastic member, thereby disconnecting the power transmission portion. Therefore, the power transmitted to the mill plate is cut off, so that the gears located between the driving motor and the mill plate can be prevented from being damaged by external force. Therefore, the reliability of the product is improved, so that the density of the media is maintained.
