Description

Cut flower dyeing device
The present invention relates to a cut flower dyeing apparatus.
In general, ornamental plants (ornamental plants, 觀賞 用 植物) is a plant that is cultivated for viewing and enjoying in the conventionally grown plants. Ornamental plants are grown on large-scale farms and planted in pots or cut sections of cut flowers of cultivated plants and used for decorative purposes such as flower arrangements.
Plants used for decoration may include materials such as flowers, trees, eggs, cactus and the like that can be used for decoration depending on the material selected. In particular, flowers have a variety of colors and beautiful appearance, and they play an important part for decoration such as flower arrangement.
Cut Flower cut flower stem part is used for decoration such as flower arrangement, and the decoration is improved by the appearance and color of the flower. The appearance may be determined according to the type of flower, but in the case of color, varieties have been developed so that various colors may be expressed to the outside even with the same kind of flower.
However, even if a flower can have various colors depending on the varieties, one flower can have only one color, and various kinds of cut flowers are used to increase the decoration efficiency with various colors, and the cut flowers can be decorated with different colors. It is difficult to arrange so that, according to the color has to be purchased separately cut different varieties, there was a problem that the decorative cost increases.
In addition, flowers that are cultivated for decoration are genetically determined by natural cultivation methods such as manipulation of traits, mating, and mating, and the colors are difficult to vivid as compared to artificial ones, and various colors are difficult to form. there was.
In addition, flowers used for cut flowers need to wait until the point of growth and flowering after sowing through many trials and errors in order to develop varieties with one new color, and if the result is not good, they have to go through the same process again. There was a problem of much use.
Therefore, other colors other than the indigenous colors of varieties have been colored using artificial dyes. In particular, this method is solved by immersing and watering the white cut flowers in the desired artificial dye solution.
Up to now, only one color of the coloration method has been developed by using one dye solution.
However, this method has a limitation that only one color can be made. Therefore, new methods and mechanisms are needed for vividly coloring more than one color.
In addition, when two dyes are put in one tank and colored, the mixed color of the two colors appears, which reduces the effect of coloring. That is, when water is inserted into the mixed dye by cutting stems, the mixed color of the two colors is watered, and as a result, the color is not divided into two colors.
Therefore, in order to improve such a problem, it is necessary to flush the dye so as not to mix, and at the same time, it is necessary to have an efficient dyeing device for dividing the stems of cut flowers so that the divided stems are immersed in each dye tank.
The problem to be solved by the present invention is to provide a cut flower dyeing apparatus that can be assembled in a desired amount of the dye tank is colored by the cut flowers are divided by two or more stains to be colored.

In addition, the cut flower dyeing apparatus according to another embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIG.
6 is an exploded perspective view showing a cut flower dyeing apparatus according to another embodiment of the present invention.
Referring to FIG. 6, the cut flower dyeing apparatus 100 according to another embodiment of the present invention includes a dyeing unit 110 and a housing unit 120. Here, some components of the housing part 120 and the dyeing part 110 are substantially the same as those of the cut flower dyeing apparatus 100 shown in FIGS. 1 to 3, and thus description thereof will be omitted.
The dyeing unit 110 includes a dyeing tank 111, a partition wall 113, and a partition wall protrusion 115. Inside the dyeing tank 111, a dyeing space 112 in which the dyeing liquid 2 is stored is formed. The partition wall 113 has a shape capable of partitioning the dyeing space 112 so that the dyeing solution 2 accommodated according to the number of colors of the cut flowers 1 is not mixed with each other. That is, in the case where the quantity of the dye solution 2 to which the cut flower 1 is dyed is two, the dyeing space 112 is divided into two, and when the dyeing solution 2 is four, the dyeing space 112 is formed. 4 minute shape. Here, the partition wall 113 partitions the dyeing space 112 so that two or more dyeing liquids 2 may be contained, and the quantity of the partitioning may be changed by the user.
The partition protrusions 115 protrude around the inner circumference of the dyeing space 112 and are disposed to be spaced apart from each other at a thickness interval of the partition wall 113. Two partition protrusions 115 are formed in pairs, and partition wall grooves 116 into which the partition walls 113 are inserted are formed at intervals apart from each other. The partition protrusions 115 may be formed at positions where the partition wall 113 is inserted according to the shape of the partition wall 113 capable of partitioning the dyeing space 112 according to the amount of the dyeing solution 2. The partition wall 113 which partitions the dyeing space 112 according to the quantity of the dyeing solution 2 is inserted between the partition protrusions 115 and is installed in the dyeing space 112. At this time, the partition wall 113 has a shape in which the dyeing space 112 is divided according to the amount of the dyeing solution (2). Therefore, the partition protrusions 115 into which the partition walls 113 are inserted may be installed at positions where the partition walls 113 may be installed according to the number of partitions. That is, the partition protrusions 115 may be installed at positions where the partition wall 113 formed to accommodate the two or more dyeing liquids 2 may be installed. Therefore, the partition wall 113 having a different shape according to the quantity of the dyeing solution 2 may be inserted into the partition wall groove 116 and installed in the dyeing space 112.
In other words, when the quantity of the dyeing solution 2 colored in the cut flower 1 is changed, another partition wall 113 having a shape according to this is installed, and the partition wall protrusion 115 is inserted according to the deformed form. The partition wall 113 is installed in each of the partition grooves 116 formed while being replaced so that the partition wall 113 can be replaced according to the amount of the dyeing solution 2, thereby improving the efficiency of use.
Here, in the present specification, but shown to be divided into three partitions 113 is installed, this is for convenience of description.
