Abstract

Diese Erfindung ist ein Kühlsystem, welches für eine effizientere Übertragung der thermischen Energie beim Betrieb von elektrischen Motoren sorgt. Das Kühlsystem umschließt mindestens einen Elektromotor mit einem doppelwandigen Innengehäuse. An diesem doppelwandigen Innengehäuse sind an den Außenflächen Wärmeleitrippen angebracht. Es ist druckfest verschlossen, und hat ein Füllventil zur Befüllung mit dem wärmeleitenden Fluid "Heatboron". Die Motorwelle des Elektromotors muss so weit aus dem Innengehäuse herausragen, dass ein Ventilator zur Verbesserung der Wärmeabfuhr montiert werden kann. Das ganze System wird von einem Außengehäuse umschlossen. Bauartbedingt kann eine passive Kühlung durch Verzicht auf den Ventilator erreicht werden.
