所述 PoC客户机向所述 PoC服务器请求存储所述媒体数据; 以及 所述 PoC服务器根据所述请求,将所述媒体数据存储到一存储服务器中。 优选地,在所述 PoC会话发起时或者所述 PoC会话建立后,所述 PoC客 户机向所述 PoC服务器请求存储所述媒体数据。
优选地, 该方法还包括:
当所述 PoC客户机申请读取或者删除已经存储的所述媒体数据 时, 从 所述存储服务器中获取已存储的所述媒体数据的索引表, 根据所述索引表向 所述 PoC服务器申请读取或者删除媒体数据。
优选地, 该方法还包括:
在多个 PoC客户机参与的 PoC会话中,其中一个 PoC客户机成功申请存 储所述媒体数据后, 将所述 PoC会话中所有媒体数据都存储到所述存储服务 器中。

以下将结合附图及实施例来详细说明本发明的实施方式, 借此对本发明 如何应用技术手段来解决技术问题, 并达成技术效果的实现过程能充分理解 并据以实施。 为了克服现有操作流程安全性较差的缺陷, 以及部分移动终端如手机等 存储空间有限而不能实现本地存储的不足, 本发明提出的 PoC服务的媒体数 据的存储系统及方法的核心思想是: 根据 PoC客户机的请求, 首先在主参与 PoC客户机或子参与 PoC客户机的申请下,将 PoC会话中的主参与 PoC客户 机与子参与 PoC客户机的媒体数据保存在 PoC服务器侧, PoC客户机可以请 求接听通话记录, 也可以通过现有网络(如蜂窝网、 互联网等)将其下载到 本地。
图 3为本发明实施例的存储系统的组成示意图。 如图 3所示, 该存储系 统主要包括 PoC客户机、 PoC服务器 360以及 PoC存储服务器 390, 其中: PoC客户机, 设置为向 PoC服务器 360请求存储会话中的媒体数据, 包 括主参与 PoC客户机 310,或者接入远端 PoC网络 380的子参与 PoC客户机;
PoC服务器 360, 设置为: 管理主参与 PoC客户机 310与接入远端 PoC 网络 380的子参与 PoC客户机之间的会话,通过用于控制会话的 PoC控制功 能和 PoC参与功能(这两个功能都是 PoC服务器 360本身的功能)来参与组 会话;根据 PoC客户机的请求将媒体数据存储到存储服务器 390中,根据 PoC 客户机的请求向存储服务器 390发送读取及删除媒体数据的指示消息, 以及 将从存储服务器 390中读取出的媒体数据发送给 PoC客户机;
存储服务器 390, 为系统中新增的单元, 设置为: 存储主参与会话和各 子参与会话的媒体数据, 在 PoC服务器 360指示下将保存的媒体数据发送给 请求读取媒体数据的 PoC客户机, 或者删除保存的媒体数据, 以及完成媒体 数据的排序和检索等功能。
上述 PoC服务器 360 , 根据用户请求将突发媒体数据保存到 PoC存储服 务器 390中, 然后以通过诸如 3GPP的 IMS ( IP Multimedia Subsystem, IP多 媒体子系统 )核心网络的 SIP/IP核心网络 330以及无线接入网络 320将数据 包流发送到 PoC客户机 310或者接入远端 PoC网络 380的子参与 PoC客户机。
上述存储服务器 390, 可以构建为嵌入到 PoC服务器 360中与 PoC服务 器 360形成一体。或者,存储服务器 390可单独作为一个物理实体连接到 PoC 服务器 360及 SIP/IP核心网络 330。 无线接入网络 320使用现有的蜂窝无线网络, SIP/IP核心网络 330与 PoC 客户机 310之间釆用标准的 SIP协议, 已完成向 PoC服务器 360进行 PoC业 务设置 (比如包括自动 /手动应答、 设置呼叫阻止状态 (ISB ) 、 保存会话中 的媒体数据等 ) 。
PoC客户机 310与 PoC服务器 360之间的接口使用实时传输控制协议
( Real-time Transport Control Protocol, RTCP ) 。
为了实现媒体数据的保存请求, PoC客户机和 PoC服务器之间的通信釆 用新的 RTCP数据包结构, 通过子类型 (Subtype )域、 有效载荷类型 (PT ) 域、 同步源标识符(SSRC )域和名称(name )域构成新的约定, 称为会话保 存控制协议(Talk Save Contral Protocol, TSCP ) 。
PoC服务器 360可以解析 TSCP数据包的内容, 完成 PoC客户机 310请 求保存、 PoC服务器 360允许保存、 PoC服务器 360拒绝、 PoC客户机 310 撤销保存、 PoC客户机 310获取媒体数据记录, PoC服务器 360提供媒体数 据记录、 PoC客户机 310获取媒体数据、 PoC客户机 310申请删除媒体数据 等。
PoC客户机申请读取或者删除已经存储的媒体数据时, 先从存储服务器 390中获取已存储的媒体数据索引表,然后根据该索引表,向 PoC服务器 360 申请读取相应的媒体数据, 或者根据该索引表向 PoC服务器 360申请删除相 应的媒体数据。 上述系统实施例中, 其余组成部分的功能与在图 1所示的现有系统架构 中所起的作用一样, 此处不再赘述。
图 4是本发明实施例的存储方法的流程示意图, 本实施例包含了 PoC客 户机请求保存媒体数据以及之后请求读出保存的媒体数据这两大过程。 如图 4所示, 本实施例的存储方法主要包括如下步骤:
步骤 410, PoC客户机向 PoC服务器请求主参与 PoC会话;
步骤 420, 在 PoC会话发起时或者 PoC会话建立后, PoC客户机向 PoC 服务器请求存储媒体数据; 步骤 430, PoC服务器将参与会话的媒体数据存储到一存储服务器中; 步骤 440, PoC客户机向 PoC服务器请求读出存储服务器中的数据; 步骤 450, PoC服务器指示存储服务器将数据发送到 PoC客户机。
上述方法中, 可以是一个 PoC客户机发起 PoC会话时, 携带参数要求会 话开始后保存媒体数据, 也可以是在会话建立以后由 PoC客户机根据当前会 话信息发送存储媒体数据的申请到 PoC服务器, PoC服务器在通过 SIP/IP核 心网建立会话后将根据相应的请求将 PoC媒体数据保存到存储服务器中。
PoC客户机申请读取或者删除已经存储的媒体数据时, 先从存储服务器 中获取已存储的媒体数据索引表, 然后根据该索引表, 向 PoC服务器申请读 取相应的媒体数据, 或者根据该索引表向 PoC服务器申请删除相应的媒体数 据。
图 5为本发明存储方法第一应用实例的流程示意图。 如图 5所示, 该存 储方法第一应用实例主要包括如下步骤:
步骤 S510, 主参与 PoC客户机 B发起呼叫并建立 PoC会话后, 接收到 用户按下保存键的信息, 则通过 PoC服务器 B参与功能向 PoC服务器 X控 制功能使用 TSCP发送突发保存媒体数据命令消息;
步骤 S520, PoC服务器 X控制功能根据当前状态决定可以保存时, 使用 TSCP向存储服务器发送存储请求消息, 申请存储空间;
PoC服务器 X控制功能收到存储请求消息后, 根据当前状态决定是否保 存,如果已有 PoC客户机申请了保存, 则 PoC服务器 X控制功能判决当前申 请失败;
步骤 S530,存储服务器使用 TSCP向 PoC服务器 X控制功能发送存储响 应消息, 向 PoC服务器 X控制功能通知成功申请到存储空间;
存储服务器根据是否保存的判断结果,向 PoC服务器 X控制功能发送存 储响应消息, 以通知 PoC服务器 X控制功能是否成功申请到存储空间;
如果存储服务器允许当前 PoC客户机保存媒体数据, 则新建一个记录, 并且将这个记录进行排序(在存储服务器上可以存储多个数据,故需要排序 ), 然后将此记录的索引通知给 PoC服务器 X控制功能; 步骤 S540 , PoC服务器 X控制功能根据存储服务器发送的存储响应消息 判断出成功申请到存储空间,则通过 TSCP将突发保存媒体数据响应通过 PoC 服务器 B参与功能发送给 PoC客户机, 并且记录当前建立的会话的状态;
PoC服务器 X控制功能根据存储服务器通知的存储响应消息进行判决, 将 TSCP允许(PoC服务器 X控制功能成功申请到存储空间 )或 TSCP拒绝 ( PoC服务器 X控制功能没有申请到存储空间)的判决结果发送给 PoC客户 机, 并且记录当前建立的会话的状态;
步骤 S550, PoC服务器向 PoC客户机 A发送媒体数据保存通知消息, 以 向 PoC客户机 A通知 PoC服务器 B成功申请了保存媒体数据;
需要说明的是, 本步骤 S550与步骤 S540之间并没有严格的先后顺序; 当 PoC申请保存成功时, PoC服务器需要将 PoC客户机 B成功申请了保 存媒体数据这一事件提示给其他子参与客户机, 可以避免子参与客户机在不 知情的情况下保存媒体数据;
步骤 S560, PoC客户机 A的用户按下讲话键,则 PoC客户机 A通过 PoC 服务器 A参与功能向 PoC服务器 X控制功能发送媒体数据突发消息,请求发 言权;
步骤 S570, PoC服务器 X控制功能通过 PoC服务器 A参与功能向 PoC 客户机 A反馈突发媒体数据响应消息, 允许对话突发; 图中的突发权限指示 表示允许客户机 A突发媒体数据;
步骤 S580, PoC客户机 A通过 PoC服务器 A参与功能向 PoC服务器 X 控制功能发送媒体数据;
步骤 S590, PoC服务器 X控制功能根据判决结果将媒体数据保存至存储 服务器;
步骤 S595 , PoC服务器 X控制功能通过 PoC服务器 B参与功能将媒体 数据发送给 PoC客户机 B。
在通话过程中, PoC客户机 B仍然可以向 PoC服务器 X控制功能发送 TSCP撤销保存消息以请求撤销媒体数据保存, 在 PoC服务器 X控制功能接 收到该 TSCP撤销保存消息后进行判决,并将判决结果发送给 PoC客户机 B, 然后根据判决结果决定是否对后续的媒体数据进行保存。
图 5所示存储方法第一应用实例仅描述了一个媒体数据突发的情况, 在 实际的会话中, 可以是 PoC客户机 B申请媒体数据突发。 在多个客户机参与 的 PoC会话中, 其中一个 PoC客户机成功申请对媒体数据的保存后, 当前会 话的所有媒体数据都被 PoC服务器控制功能保存在存储服务器中。
在本发明存储方法第二应用实例中, 与图 5所示存储方法第一应用实例 相比, 按下保存键后申请保存的过程与按下讲话键后的讲话过程交换了先后 顺序, 借用图 5所示的过程示意图, 也即先进行步骤 S560至步骤 S595所示 的讲话过程, 然后再进行步骤 S510至步骤 S550所示的申请保存的过程。 因 此, 可以在发起会话之前申请保存, 也可以在会话过程中申请保存。
在本发明存储方法第三应用实例中, 与图 5所示存储方法第一应用实例 相比, 已有 PoC客户机申请了保存, 则 PoC服务器 X控制功能收到主参与 PoC客户机 B发送的 TSCP请求消息后, 并不判决当前申请失败, 而是接受 新的子参与 PoC客户机的保存申请。每个参与的 PoC客户机都可以申请保存 媒体数据, 对于同一个会话过程, 可以允许多份媒体数据保存在 PoC服务器 中。但是只有申请保存媒体数据的 PoC客户机有获取、删除媒体数据的权限, 其他子参与 PoC客户机不能访问。
在本发明存储方法第四应用实例中,已有 PoC客户机申请了保存,则 PoC 服务器 X控制功能收到主参与 PoC客户机 B发送的 TSCP请求消息后,也不 判决当前申请失败, 而且也接受新的子参与 PoC客户机的保存申请。
PoC服务器 X控制功能向存储服务器发送存储请求消息后, 如果存储服 务器允许保存, 则判断当前会话是否已有记录申请保存。 如果没有, 则创建 一个新记录, 并且将这个记录进行排序, 然后将此记录的索引通知给 PoC服 务器 X控制功能。 如果已有记录进行了保存, 则将这个已有记录的索引通知 给 PoC服务器 X控制功能。而存储服务器记录该 PoC子参与客户机对于该媒 体数据的偏移量, 比如时间偏移量或者数据帧偏移量(该数据帧偏移量通过 偏移的数据帧的帧序号体现) 。 也就是说, 存储服务器对于一个会话, 最多 只保存一份媒体数据, 且只在有 PoC客户机申请保存媒体数据后, 才会进行 保存。 多个 PoC客户机同时申请保存媒体数据时, PoC存储服务器可以额外 保存偏移量。 因此, 只有申请保存媒体数据的 PoC客户机有获取、 删除媒体数据的权 限,获取媒体数据即根据 PoC存储服务器上记录的该 PoC客户机的偏移量进 行获取; 删除媒体数据就是删除该 PoC客户机对应的偏移量。 当最后一个申 请存储的 PoC客户机申请删除媒体数据时, 将对应的偏移量和媒体数据同时 删除。
图 6为本发明存储方法中获取 PoC媒体数据应用实例的流程示意图。 如 图 6所示, 该应用实例主要包括如下步骤:
步骤 S610, PoC客户机 B在接收到用户发送的获取媒体数据命令后, 经 PoC服务器 B参与功能向 PoC服务器 X控制功能使用 TSCP发送获取媒体数 据命令消息, 以获取会话记录消息;
步骤 S620 , PoC服务器 X控制功能根据 PoC客户机 B的标识,使用 TSCP 到 PoC存储服务器中查询属于 PoC客户机 B的会话记录;
步骤 S630, PoC存储服务器使用 TSCP, 将查询结果发送给 PoC服务器 X控制功能;
步骤 S640, PoC服务器 X控制功能收到查询结果后, 使用 TSCP将查询 结果通过用来反馈获取会话记录消息的获取媒体数据命令响应消息, 经 PoC 服务器 B参与功能发送给 PoC客户机 B;
步骤 S650, PoC客户机 B收到获取媒体数据命令响应消息后, 解析出会 话记录, 且记录每个会话记录的呼叫标识(CALL-ID ) ;
步骤 S660, PoC客户机 B根据不同的 CALL-ID, 通过 TSCP获取媒体数 据消息向 PoC服务器 X控制功能发送接听媒体数据请求消息,要求获取媒体 数据;
步骤 S670, PoC服务器 X控制功能根据 CALL-ID, 使用 TSCP向存储服 务器发送获取媒体数据消息, 以从存储服务器读取相应的媒体数据;
步骤 S680, PoC存储服务器将媒体数据发送给 PoC服务器 X控制功能; 步骤 S690, PoC服务器 X控制功能, 经 PoC服务器 B参与功能将获取 的媒体数据发送给 PoC客户机 B。 参与会话的所有 PoC客户机, 均可以去获取存储的媒体数据, 而非仅限 于申请此功能的 PoC客户机。只有申请此功能的 PoC客户机有删除媒体数据 的权限, 其他子参与 PoC客户机不能删除。
PoC存储服务器也可以与互联网相连,媒体数据通过互联网来进行下载。 另外, 发起申请保存媒体数据的 PoC客户机可以通过申请消息指定某一 个子参与会话客户机为记录员, 即保存的媒体数据归属于这个记录员。
本发明系统和方法可以完成商业用户以及个人用户的快速通信, 克服了 PoC客户机侧存储媒体数据时存储空间有限的问题, 提高了媒体数据的安全 性, 服务器中的媒体数据不会被随意篡改, 因此可以用于安全部门根据需要 进行获取, 也可以供 PoC会话参与者接听或下载。 请求保存媒体数据的 PoC 客户机可以删除媒体数据。
以上所述, 仅为本发明较佳的具体实施方式, 但本发明的保护范围并不 局限于此, 任何熟悉该技术的人员在本发明所揭露的技术范围内, 可轻易想 到的变化或替换, 都应涵盖在本发明的保护范围之内。 因此, 本发明的保护 范围应该以权利要求的保护范围为准。
工业实用性
本发明提供的 PoC服务的媒体数据存储系统和方法,克服了 PoC客户机 侧存储空间有限的缺陷, 提高了媒体数据的安全性, 而且保存的媒体数据不 会被随意篡改, 可以供 PoC会话参与者接听或下载。

Claims

权 利 要 求 书
1、 一种无线一键通 ( PoC )服务的媒体数据的存储系统, 包括 PoC客户 机、 PoC服务器以及 PoC存储服务器, 其中:
所述 PoC客户机, 设置为向所述 PoC服务器请求存储所述媒体数据; 所述 PoC服务器, 设置为根据所述 PoC客户机的请求, 将所述媒体数据 发送到所述 PoC存储服务器;
所述 PoC存储服务器, 设置为存储所述媒体数据。
2、 如权利要求 1所述的系统, 其中,
所述 PoC客户机, 包括主参与 PoC客户机,或者接入远端 PoC网络的子 参与 PoC客户机。
3、 如权利要求 1所述的系统, 其中,
所述 PoC客户机在 PoC会话发起时或者 PoC会话建立后, 向所述 PoC 服务器请求存储所述媒体数据。
4、 如权利要求 1所述的系统, 其中,
所述 PoC客户机, 还设置为向所述 PoC服务器请求读取和 /或删除所述 媒体数据; 所述 PoC服务器, 还设置为根据所述 PoC客户机的请求, 指示所述 PoC 存储服务器将所述媒体数据发送给所述 PoC客户机,或者删除所述媒体数据。
5、 如权利要求 1或 4所述的系统, 其中,
所述 PoC服务器, 还设置为通过会话初始协议 /互联网协议(SIP/IP )核 心网络以及无线接入网络将数据包流发送到所述 PoC客户机。

所述 PoC客户机与 PoC服务器之间,利用实时传输控制协议帧中的子类 型域、 有效载荷类型域、 同步源标识符域及名称域进行通信。
7、 一种无线一键通(PoC )服务的媒体数据的存储方法, 包括:
PoC客户机向 PoC服务器请求主参与 PoC会话; 所述 PoC客户机向所述 PoC服务器请求存储所述媒体数据; 以及 所述 PoC服务器根据所述请求,将所述媒体数据存储到一存储服务器中。
8、 如权利要求 7所述的方法, 其中,
在所述 PoC会话发起时或者所述 PoC会话建立后,所述 PoC客户机向所 述 PoC服务器请求存储所述媒体数据。
9、 如权利要求 7所述的方法, 还包括:
当所述 PoC客户机申请读取或者删除已经存储的所述媒体数据时, 从所 述存储服务器中获取已存储的所述媒体数据的索引表, 根据所述索引表向所 述 PoC服务器申请读取或者删除媒体数据。
10、 如权利要求 7所述的方法, 还包括:
在多个 PoC客户机参与的 PoC会话中,其中一个 PoC客户机成功申请存 储所述媒体数据后, 将所述 PoC会话中所有媒体数据都存储到所述存储服务 器中。
11、 如权利要求 10所述的方法, 还包括:
在多个 PoC客户机参与的 PoC会话中,其中一个 PoC客户机成功申请存 储所述媒体数据后, 其余 PoC客户机再次申请存储所述媒体数据时, 不再保 存所述媒体数据, 而记录后续申请的 PoC客户机和相对于所述媒体数据的偏 移量。
