[2] 中国专利文献号 CN201082119Y中公开了一种煮茶器, 包括容置腔、 设置在容 置腔底部的底座和设于底座上的控制开关, 在底座外表面上设有可分流从容置 腔中溢出的液体的凸台, 底座上设有手动开关。 这种煮茶器在进行茶叶提取吋 , 提取不够干净彻底, 茶叶精华基本都残留于茶叶内, 茶水质量差; 煮茶器的 上盖难于拆除, 清洗也不方便。

[3] 本发明的目的旨在提供一种结构简单合理、 操作灵活、 茶水质量好、 易清洗的 煮茶器, 以克服现有技术中的不足之处。
技术解决方案
[4] 按此目的设计的一种煮茶器, 包括设置在内腔中的茶叶容器, 其特征是煮茶器 上设置有转盘, 转盘通过连杆机构和茶叶容器相接。
[5] 所述连杆机构包括第一杆、 第二杆、 第三杆和定位套; 定位套设置在转盘的下 方, 第一杆的一端与转盘铰接, 第一杆的另一端与第二杆的一端固接, 第二杆 的中部通过销轴铰接在定位套上, 第二杆的另一端与第三杆的一端铰接, 第三 杆的另一端与茶叶容器的底部相接。 定位套上设置有导杆, 茶叶容器通过其上 设置的定位孔滑套在导杆上。
[6] 所述茶叶容器的顶部与定位套套接。 茶叶容器由二个以上的小容器组成, 相邻 小容器之间相互套接。 茶叶容器的中部由软体或弹性体材料制成。 [7] 所述第二杆呈一字形、 C形、 V形、 U形或 L形。
[8] 所述连杆机构为二套, 对称设置。
[9] 所述转盘中空, 其上设置有外盖。 转盘设置在煮茶器的出水嘴的上方。
有益效果
[10] 本发明由转盘通过连杆机构带动可伸缩的茶叶容器向上运动, 并将茶叶进行压 榨, 以提升茶水质量; 转盘、 连杆机构和茶叶容器可以整体的由内腔中取出, 从而便于清洗, 提高卫生程度。
[11] 本发明具有结构简单合理、 操作灵活、 茶水质量好和易清洗的特点。

本发明的最佳实施方式

[22] 参见图 1-图 8, 本煮茶器, 包括设置在内腔中的可伸缩的茶叶容器 4, 茶叶容器 的中部由软体或弹性体材料制成, 以便于茶叶的压榨。 当然, 茶叶容器 4也可由 二个以上的小容器组成, 相邻小容器之间相互套接, 在其套接处设置有防止其 脱落的限位台阶。 一般情况下, 相邻小容器的外径递减或递增。 煮茶器上设置 有转盘 2, 转盘 2中空, 其上设置有外盖 1。 转盘 2设置在煮茶器的出水嘴 3的上方 [23] 转盘通过连杆机构 5和茶叶容器相接。 连杆机构 5为二套, 对称设置。 连杆机构 5包括第一杆 5.1、 第二杆 5.3、 第三杆 5.4和定位套 5.7 ; 定位套设置在转盘 2的下 方, 转盘 2上设置有凹槽 2.1。 该凹槽 2.1既可以在转盘 2上先设置凸台, 然后在凸 台中设置凹槽, 也可以直接在转盘 2上设置开口槽, 其效果相同。
[24] 第一杆 5.1的一端铰接在凹槽 2.1内, 第一杆 5.1的另一端与第二杆 5.3的一端固接 , 第二杆 5.3的中部通过销轴 5.2铰接在定位套 5.7上, 第二杆 5.3的另一端与第三 杆 5.4的一端铰接, 第三杆 5.4的另一端与茶叶容器 4的底部相接。 当茶叶容器 4釆 用二个以上的小容器组成吋, 第三杆 5.4的另一端可以与位于最下位置的小容器 相接。
[25] 定位套 5.7上设置有导杆 5.5, 茶叶容器 4通过其上设置的定位孔 4.1滑套在导杆上
。 茶叶容器 4的顶部与定位套 5.7套接。
[26] 第二杆 5.3呈一字形, 但是为了缩小煮茶器的体积, 可以将第二杆 5.3设置为 C形
、 V形、 U形或 L形。
[27] 使用吋, 先将外盖 1取出, 将茶叶装入茶叶容器 2内, 此吋, 茶叶容器 2呈最大 容积; 接着将水注入煮茶器的内腔后再装外盖 1, 按下电源开关开始煮茶。 煮好 后, 转动转盘 2, 通过连杆机构 5将可伸缩的茶叶容器 2的底部向上提起, 此吋, 茶叶容器 2的容积开始减少, 茶叶被压榨, 茶叶容器 2内的茶叶精华从茶叶容器 2 进入内腔。
[28] 清洗吋, 转动转盘 2, 至转盘 2和转盘座 7上的指示位上下对齐吋, 见图 3-图 5, 即可将转盘 2和连杆机构 5及茶叶容器分离, 从而可以对各零部件进行清洗。
