Abstract

The present invention relates to a head-mounted expanding device for surgery, comprising: an image-processing unit which radiates infrared light, ultraviolet light and/or visible light onto the part of a body to be operated upon, digitizes the image of the part of the body to be operated upon using the radiated light, and expands and displays the image; and a frame unit which supports the image-processing unit at a site near the eyes of a user such that the user can see the part of the body to be operated upon via the eyes of the user. The head-mounted expanding device of the present invention is lightweight and enables easy installation as compared to conventional surgical microscopes, and can further increase a magnification rate of the part of the body to be operated upon as compared to surgical loupes.
