Description

Air conditioner
The present invention relates to an air conditioner. More specifically, the present invention relates to a ceiling-buried type or ceiling-suspended type air conditioner in which condensed water from a heat exchanger accumulated in a drain pan is discharged to the outside by a drain pump.
In a ceiling-buried type or ceiling-suspended type air conditioner (indoor unit), the condensed water from the heat exchanger collected in the drain pan arranged below the heat exchanger is usually discharged outside the machine with a drain pump. ing.
By the way, when the air conditioner is operated, dust floating in the room or cigarette smoke adheres to the fins of the heat exchanger, and this dust falls into the drain pan together with condensed water. When the amount of such dust increases, the condensed water containing it becomes muddy water, and when this muddy water condensed water is sucked by the drain pump, the lump of dust contained in the muddy water is sucked into the suction port of the drain pump. There is a risk of drainage clogging due to clogging.
In order to prevent this drainage failure, the air conditioner has been disassembled by hand until the drain pump and drain pan can be removed, and the drain pan and the like have been manually cleaned. It was uneconomical.
Therefore, an air conditioner that can discharge muddy condensate accumulated in the drain pan from the outside without disassembling the air conditioner has been proposed (for example, see Patent Document 1). The drain pan described in Patent Document 1 is provided with a cleaning pipe having a suction portion and a discharge portion, and the suction port of the suction portion is fixed near the bottom of the drain pan, while the discharge port of the discharge portion is an air conditioner. It is exposed outside and can be connected to a muddy water vacuum cleaner in the room.
Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 2007-120551
However, in the air conditioner described in Patent Document 1, although the condensed water collected near the bottom of the drain pan can be discharged outside without removing the drain pan from the air conditioner, the dirt inside the drain pan can be confirmed, In order to perform maintenance work such as filling the drain pan with antibacterial material, it is also necessary to remove the drain pan from the air conditioner.
According to the law concerning the sanitary environment in buildings (Building Sanitation Management Law), the dirt in the drain pan is visually inspected once a month, and if it is dirty, the drain pan is cleaned. (Specifically, the operation of removing slime adhering to the bottom of the drain pan, etc.) is defined, but in the air conditioner described in Patent Document 1, such a drain pan must be removed from the air conditioner. It is impossible to carry out visual inspection or removal of slime adhering to the bottom of the drain pan.
The present invention has been made in view of such circumstances, and an air conditioner capable of easily performing maintenance work of the drain pan including inspection of the drain pan and supply of antibacterial material into the drain pan from the outside. It is intended to provide.
The air conditioner of the present invention stores a substantially box-shaped casing, a blower disposed in the casing, a heat exchanger disposed in the casing, and condensed water from the heat exchanger. An air conditioner comprising a drain pan and a drain pump that discharges the condensed water accumulated in the drain pan to the outside of the machine,
A flexible elongated body for maintaining the air conditioner is further provided with a passage that can be inserted from the outside to the vicinity of the bottom of the drain pan,
This passage is composed of only one or two or more of a straight part, an obtuse bent part and a curved part, and
The passage has a high-order passage portion located at a position higher than the suction port of the drain pump.
The air conditioner of the present invention includes a passage through which a flexible long body can be inserted from the outside of the drain pan to the vicinity of the bottom of the drain pan. Since this passage is composed of only one or more of a straight part, an obtuse bent part and a curved part, for example, a fiberscope for inspecting the inside of the drain pan, and condensed water in the drain pan are discharged to the outside. Used to maintain drain pans, such as drainage tubes, long bodies for supplying antibacterial materials into drain pans, and water injection tubes for supplying cleaning water to the bottom of drain pans A flexible long body can be easily and smoothly inserted into the drain pan from the outside. Therefore, maintenance work such as inspection and cleaning of the drain pan can be easily performed from the outside without removing the drain pan from the air conditioner.
Since the passage has a high passage portion located at a position higher than the suction port of the drain pump, the condensed water in the drain pan does not leak outside through the passage.
The “passage” in the present invention includes not only a passage formed in the drain pan itself, but also a tube separate from the drain pan, and a combination of such a tube and a passage formed in the drain pan itself. Things are included.
A fiberscope for inspecting the inside of the drain pan with the flexible long body, a drain tube for discharging condensed water in the drain pan to the outside, and an antibacterial material supply long for supplying the antibacterial material into the drain pan The body and at least one of water injection tubes for supplying washing water to the vicinity of the bottom of the drain pan. By allowing such fiberscope, drainage tube, antibacterial material supply elongated body, and water injection tube to be inserted, the drain pan can be easily inspected and cleaned from the outside.
The passage may include a first passage through which a fiberscope for inspecting the inside of the drain pan is inserted and a second passage through which a drainage tube for discharging condensed water in the drain pan is inserted. it can. According to this configuration, the inside of the drain pan can be visually inspected using the fiberscope inserted into the first passage, and the condensed water in the drain pan is exposed to the outside using the drainage tube inserted into the second passage. Can be discharged. If necessary, the condensed water can be drained while inspecting the inside with a fiberscope.
A first passage for inserting a fiberscope for inspecting the inside of the drain pan through the passage, a second passage for inserting a drainage tube for discharging condensed water in the drain pan to the outside, and an antibacterial material in the drain pan It can be set as the thing which consists of a 3rd channel | path which inserts the elongate body for antibacterial material supply for supplying. According to this configuration, the inside of the drain pan can be visually inspected using the fiberscope inserted into the first passage, and the condensed water in the drain pan is exposed to the outside using the drainage tube inserted into the second passage. Further, the antibacterial material can be supplied into the drain pan using the third passage. If necessary, the condensed water can be drained while inspecting the inside with a fiberscope.
It is preferable that the in-machine opening of the first passage is disposed above the in-machine opening of the second passage. Since the in-machine opening of the first passage through which the fiberscope is inserted is arranged above the in-machine opening of the second passage through which condensed water is discharged, it is possible to observe the bottom of the drain pan from a high position. it can. Therefore, a more accurate inspection can be performed.
A drainage tube for discharging condensed water in the drain pan to the outside is disposed, and the drainage tube is at a position higher than the suction port of the drain pump at least during operation of the air conditioner. It may have a high-order passage part. According to this configuration, the inside of the drain pan can be inspected using the passage through which the fiberscope that is a flexible long body can be inserted, and the condensed water in the drain pan can be discharged to the outside using the drainage tube. The drainage tube is not inserted from the outside during use, but is fixed to the drain pan. Therefore, as long as drainage is possible, the route and the bending of the tube are not particularly limited.
The air conditioner includes a decorative panel having an air inlet,
The exit of the passage can be disposed above the suction port of the decorative panel. According to this configuration, it is possible to easily access the exit of the passage by simply removing the suction grill or the like attached to the suction port, so that a fiberscope or the like can be easily inserted into the drain pan.
The air conditioner has an air inlet and a decorative panel provided with a detachable corner cover at the corner,
The outlet of the passage can be disposed above the corner cover. According to this configuration, it is possible to easily access the exit of the passage simply by removing the corner cover, so that a fiberscope or the like can be easily inserted into the drain pan.
A lid that can be freely opened and closed can be disposed at the exit of the passage. According to this structure, it can prevent more reliably that the condensed water in a drain pan leaks outside from the exit of a channel | path. Further, when there is no condensed water in the drain pan such as during heating, it is possible to prevent the air on the heat exchanger secondary side from leaking to the suction side. In addition, insects and the like can be prevented from entering the drain pan.
A scale indicating the height from the inner bottom surface of the drain pan can be attached to the side surface of the drain pan. According to this configuration, for example, the amount of condensed water in the drain pan is reduced by inserting a tube into the passage, sucking the inside of the tube once, and passing the condensed water near the tip of the tube through the high-order passage portion. It can be easily confirmed outside the drain pan.
A holding part for accommodating the antibacterial material can be provided in the opening inside the third passage. According to this configuration, it is possible to prevent the antibacterial material supplemented (supplied) near the bottom of the drain pan through the antibacterial material supplementing passage from being dispersed. In addition, when the antibacterial material is put in the drain pan at the time of factory shipment, the antibacterial material does not vary when the air conditioner is transported or the like, which is particularly beneficial.
At least a part of the holding unit can be configured with a mesh, a net, or a lattice. According to this configuration, it is possible to effectively prevent the antibacterial material from being dispersed while ensuring sufficient contact between the condensed water and the antibacterial material.
A locking portion for locking the container that receives the condensed water discharged from the outlet can be disposed near the outlet of the passage. According to this configuration, it is not necessary for the worker to have a container for receiving condensed water during the drainage operation, and the workability can be greatly improved.
The passage can be formed by the drain pan and a lid that covers the drain pan. According to this structure, a channel | path can be easily comprised with a drain pan and a cover body. Specifically, for example, a channel can be configured by a groove formed in the drain pan and a lid that covers the groove, and conversely, a channel can be configured by the groove formed in the lid and the drain pan. You can also.
A connecting tool for connecting a tube, which is a flexible long body, can be disposed at the exit of the passage. According to this structure, the tube which is a flexible hollow body can be easily connected to the exit of a channel | path by using a connection tool. The heat exchanger 30 is a cross fin tube type heat exchanger panel formed by being bent so as to surround the outer periphery of the blower 20, and is connected to an outdoor unit (not shown) installed outdoors through a refrigerant pipe. ing. The heat exchanger 30 is configured to be able to function as an evaporator for the refrigerant flowing inside during the cooling operation and as a condenser for the refrigerant flowing inside during the heating operation. The heat exchanger 30 is sucked into the casing 1 through the suction port 11 and exchanges heat with the air blown out from the fan rotor 24 of the blower 20 to cool the air during the cooling operation and to cool the air during the heating operation. Can be heated.
The drain pan 40 is disposed below the heat exchanger 30 and receives and stores condensed water generated by condensation of moisture in the air in the heat exchanger 30. The drain pan 40 is a plate-like member made of synthetic resin or the like, and is attached to the lower part of the casing 1.
Above the drain pan 40, there is disposed a drain pump 50 that operates according to a signal from the float switch 56 (see FIG. 2) and discharges the condensed water accumulated in the drain pan 40 to the outside of the apparatus. The drain pump 50 is fixed to a bracket 53 attached to the casing 1 via a vibration-proof rubber 52 so that the suction port 51 is located approximately 10 mm above the bottom surface 44 of the drain pan 40. The condensed water sucked by the drain pump 50 is discharged out of the apparatus via the drain pipe 54. In FIG. 3, 55 is a drain outlet to which a hose (not shown) for discharging condensed water to the outside of the apparatus is connected.
In this embodiment, the drain pan 40 is provided with a passage 60 including a first passage 60a, a second passage 60b, and a third passage 60c. As shown in FIG. 5, these three passages 60 a, 60 b, 60 c are formed by three groove portions 41 a, 41 b, 41 c formed in the drain pan 40 and a lid body 42 that covers the groove portion 41. Yes. The first passage 60a (see FIG. 6) is a passage through which the fiberscope 91 (see FIG. 6) for inspecting the inside of the drain pan 40 is inserted, and the second passage 60b (see FIGS. 3 to 4) is the drain pan 40. The drainage tube 92 (see FIG. 4) for discharging the condensed water in the inside to the outside is inserted, and the third passage 60c (see FIG. 7) is an antibacterial for supplying the antibacterial material into the drain pan 40. This is a passage through which a supply bar 93 (see FIG. 7), which is an elongated material supply body, is inserted. As will be described later, a water injection tube for injecting cleaning water for cleaning the inside of the drain pan 40 can be inserted into the first passage 60a.
As shown in FIG. 5, the three groove portions 41a, 41b, 41c are formed in the upper step portion 40a of the drain pan 40, and the groove portions 41a1, 41b1, 41c1 having a substantially semicircular arc shape or a substantially U-shaped cross section, respectively. And groove portions 41a2, 41b2, and 41c2 formed in inclined bases 45a, 45b, and 45c disposed at corners formed by the upper step portion 40a and the side wall 40d of the drain pan 40. The groove portion 41b constituting the second passage 60b is formed to extend from the upper step portion 40a of the drain pan 40 to the middle step portion 40b, and finally opens at the lower step portion (bottom portion) 40c of the drain pan 40. . The lower part (bottom part) 40c of the drain pan 40 has a shape like a front rear circular fold when viewed from above, and a holding part 82 for accommodating an antibacterial material to be described later is disposed in the rectangular part, and the circular part A suction port 51 of the drain pump 50 is disposed above the portion.
Further, a groove portion 42b communicating with the groove portion 41a1 of the first passage 60a is formed in the portion 42a of the lid 42 corresponding to the middle step portion 40b of the drain pan 40, and also communicating with the groove portion 41c1 of the third passage 60c. A groove 42c is formed. The machine-side end portion of the groove portion 42c communicates with the inside of the antimicrobial material holding portion 82.
The upper surface 82a of the holding portion 82 and the side surface 82b excluding the surface where the groove portion 42c opens are made of a synthetic resin net. Thereby, it is possible to effectively prevent the antibacterial material from being dispersed while sufficiently ensuring the contact between the condensed water in the drain pan 40 and the antibacterial material in the holding portion 82. In addition, as long as condensed water can pass, a mesh, a grating | lattice, a punching metal etc. can be used instead of a net | network.
Next, an example of a method for performing maintenance work on the drain pan 40 in the first embodiment will be described. First, when the air conditioner A is in operation, the outlet 62 of the passage 60 is closed by a plug or plug 63 that is a lid. FIG. 3 shows a state in which the outlet 62b of the second passage 60b is closed by the plug 63b. Similarly, the outlets of the first passage 60a and the third passage 60c are also closed by the plug. The passages 60a, 60b, and 60c have high- order passage portions 61a, 61b, and 61c that are higher than the suction port 51 of the drain pump 50 when the air conditioner A is in operation. Therefore, coupled with the fact that the outlet 62 is closed by the plug 63, it is possible to reliably prevent the condensed water in the drain pan 40 from leaking out of the machine through the outlet 62. Further, by closing the outlet 62 with the plug 63, it is possible to prevent the air on the secondary side of the heat exchanger from leaking to the suction side when there is no condensed water in the drain pan such as during heating. In addition, insects and the like can be prevented from entering the drain pan.
When performing maintenance work, first, the operation of the air conditioner A is stopped. Next, the suction grill 15 and the filter 16 mounted on the decorative panel 10 are removed, and the plug 63 that closes the outlet 62 of each passage above the suction port 11 is removed. First, the drainage tube 92 that is a flexible long body is inserted into the drain pan 40 from the outlet 62b of the second passage 60b. At this time, the second passage 60b into which the drainage tube 92 is inserted is composed of only the straight portion L, the obtuse bent portion B, and the curved portion C, as shown in FIGS. The tube 92 can be easily and smoothly inserted into the drain pan 40 and can be pulled out. In FIG. 4, the tip of the drainage tube 92 is in the middle of the second passage 60 b, but is actually inserted to the bottom (lower step) 40 c of the drain pan 40.
Then, the condensed water in the drain pan 40 can be drained according to the principle of siphon by simply sucking the drainage tube 92 once by using an appropriate suction device or the like. In this case, since the tip of the drainage tube 92 is inserted to the bottom (lower part) 40c which is the lowest part of the drain pan 40, the drainage can be drained until the condensed water in the drain pan 40 is almost exhausted.
In this embodiment, as shown in FIGS. 3 to 4, for example, a bucket that receives the condensed water discharged from the drainage tube 92 is provided near the outlet 62b of the second passage 60b used for discharging the condensed water. A hook 64 that is a locking portion for locking a storage container (not shown) such as is disposed. This eliminates the need for the worker to have a storage container that receives the condensed water during the drainage operation, and can greatly improve workability.
After draining the condensed water, as shown in FIG. 6, the fiber scope 91 is inserted from the outlet 62a of the first passage 60a, and the inside of the drain pan 40 is inspected. Since the first passage 60a is composed of only the straight portion L, the obtuse bent portion B, and the curved portion C as in the second passage 60b, the fiberscope 91 can be inserted into the drain pan 40 easily and smoothly. Can and can be withdrawn. In the present embodiment, as shown in FIG. 5, the in-machine opening of the first passage 60a through which the fiberscope 91 is inserted is higher than the in-machine opening of the second passage 60b through which the drainage tube 92 is inserted. Since it is arranged, the bottom of the drain pan 40 and the like can be observed from a high position. Therefore, a more accurate inspection can be performed.
As a result of the inspection, when it is found that a lump or slime such as dust adheres to the bottom surface 44 of the drain pan 40, the fiberscope 91 is once pulled out of the first passage 60a and is flexible in the first passage 60a. A water injection tube (not shown) which is a long body is inserted. Then, cleaning water is poured into the drain pan 40 from the water injection tube to clean the lump of dust and slime. After washing, the washing water remaining at the bottom of the drain pan 40 is discharged out of the machine using the drainage tube 92. This cleaning process is repeated several times depending on the degree of contamination. Finally, the water injection tube is pulled out from the first passage 60a, the fiberscope 91 is inserted again into the first passage 60a, and the drain pan 40 is reinspected.
In addition, in the case where lump of dust or slime adheres so much that it cannot be cleaned by pouring cleaning water, for example, the drain pan 40 can be removed from the air conditioner A and cleaned.
When it is confirmed by the fiberscope 91 that the inside of the drain pan 40 is not dirty, the fiberscope 91 and the drainage tube 92 are pulled out from the first passage 60a and the second passage 60b, respectively, and then the outlet of each passage 60a, 60b. 62a and 62b are closed with a plug 63.
Then, a necessary amount of antibacterial material 83 is placed in the outlet 62c of the third passage 60c, and a supply bar 93, which is a flexible long body, is inserted into the third passage 60c so that the antibacterial material 83 is inserted into the bottom 40c of the drain pan 40. Filling is performed by pushing into the holding portion 82 provided. Similarly to the second passage 60b, the third passage 60c is composed of only a straight portion L, an obtuse bent portion B, and a curved portion C. Therefore, the supply bar 93 can be inserted into the drain pan 40 easily and smoothly. Can and can be withdrawn. Note that air may be blown from behind the antibacterial material instead of being pushed in by the supply bar 93.
After the required amount of antibacterial material 83 is filled, the outlet 62c of the third passage 60c is closed with the plug 63, and the suction grill 15 and the filter 16 are attached to the suction port 11 of the decorative panel 10 to complete the maintenance work.
As shown in FIG. 8, a scale 90 indicating the height from the inner bottom surface 44 of the drain pan 40 is attached to the side surface 43 of the drain pan 40 where the outlet 62 is formed. Therefore, for example, by inserting the drainage tube 92 into the second passage 60b, sucking the drainage tube 92 once, and allowing condensed water near the tube tip to pass through the high-order passage portion 61b, the drain pan 40 The amount of the condensed water inside can be easily confirmed outside the drain pan 40. Moreover, the operation | movement of a drain pump can be confirmed by seeing that a water surface falls in the test run after installation.

[Second Embodiment]
FIG. 9 is a main part explanatory view of a second embodiment of the air conditioner A of the present invention, and FIG. 10 is a perspective explanatory view of various passages of the second embodiment. In the second embodiment, the same reference numerals as those in the first embodiment are assigned to the same elements or configurations as those in the first embodiment. For the sake of brevity, descriptions of those common elements or configurations are omitted. The same applies to the following third to fifth embodiments.
The second embodiment is different from the first embodiment described above in that the second passage through which the drainage tube is inserted is not provided. In the second embodiment, a drainage tube 192 for draining the condensed water in the drain pan 140 is fixedly disposed in a groove 161 formed in the drain pan 140. In other words, the drainage tube 192 is always disposed in the drain pan 140 rather than being inserted into the drain pan from the outside when necessary. Therefore, the structure of the groove part formed in the drain pan 140 is different from that of the first embodiment (see FIG. 5). In the first embodiment, a part of the groove portion 41b constituting the second passage 60b is formed in the inclined base 45b, but in the second embodiment, the corresponding inclined base is omitted. For this reason, the drainage tube 192 is disposed in a posture bent at approximately 90 degrees, as shown in FIG.
In the second embodiment, the first passage 160a and the third passage 160c correspond to passages through which the flexible long body of the present invention can be inserted. The first passage 160 a is a passage through which a fiberscope for inspecting the inside of the drain pan 140 is inserted, and the third passage 160 c is an elongate body for supplying an antibacterial material for supplying the antibacterial material into the drain pan 140. A passage through which the supply bar is inserted.
The opening 192a at the outlet side end of the drainage tube 192 is normally closed by a cap or clip (not shown), and the cap or clip is removed during maintenance work. Then, maintenance work is performed according to the procedure of drainage, internal inspection, and antibacterial material supply described in the first embodiment. At that time, also in the second embodiment, a water injection tube is inserted into the drain pan 142 using the first passage 160a, and the bottom surface of the drain pan 142 is injected by pouring cleaning water into the drain pan from the water injection tube. Can be cleaned.
FIG. 11 shows a modification of the second embodiment. In this modification, a socket 170 as a connection tool is fixed to the side surface 140 a of the drain pan 140. An outlet side end 192 a of a drainage tube 192 fixedly disposed on the drain pan 140 is connected to the socket 170. The opening of the socket 170 is normally closed by a cap 171. When the condensed water in the drain pan 140 is drained, the cap 171 is removed and the tube 172 is connected to the socket 170. The condensed water in the drain pan 140 is discharged through the drainage tube 192 and the tube 172.
[Third Embodiment]
FIG. 12 is a main part explanatory view of the third embodiment of the air conditioner A of the present invention, and FIG. 13 is a main part explanatory view of the third embodiment at the time of drain discharge.
The third embodiment is different from the first embodiment described above in that a second passage through which the drainage tube is inserted is not provided. In the third embodiment, a drainage passage 292 for draining the condensed water in the drain pan 240 is formed in the drain pan 240. One end of the drainage passage 292 opens at the bottom surface 244 of the drain pan 240, and the other end opens at the side surface 243 of the drain pan 240. And the socket 270 which is a connection tool is fixedly installed in the location opened on this side surface. The opening of the socket 270 is normally closed by a cap 271, and when the condensed water in the drain pan 240 is drained, the cap 271 is removed and the tube 272 is connected to the socket 270. Condensed water in the drain pan 240 is discharged via the drainage passage 292 and the tube 272.
Although not shown in the figure, also in the third embodiment, an antibacterial material is inserted into the first passage through which the fiberscope for inspecting the inside of the drain pan 240 and the drain pan 240 are inserted, as in the first embodiment. A third passage is provided through which a supply bar, which is an elongated antibacterial material supply body, is inserted.
[Fourth Embodiment]
FIG. 14 is a main part explanatory view of the fourth embodiment of the air conditioner A of the present invention when draining, and FIG. 15 is a perspective view showing the drainage passage and the drainage passage lid of the fourth embodiment.
The fourth embodiment is different from the first embodiment described above in that the second passage through which the drainage tube is inserted is not provided. In the fourth embodiment, the drainage passage 392 for draining the condensed water in the drain pan 340 is constituted by a groove portion 341 formed in the drain pan 340 and a lid body 342 covering the groove portion 341. Unlike the second passage 60b in the first embodiment, the drainage passage 392 has a bent portion 392a of approximately 90 degrees in a part thereof.
One end of the drainage passage 392 is opened at the bottom 340 c of the drain pan 340, and the other end is opened at the side surface 343 of the drain pan 340. And the socket 370 which is a connection tool is fixedly installed in the location opened on this side surface. The opening of the socket 370 is normally closed with a cap (not shown) (similar to the cap 271 in FIG. 12). When draining the condensed water in the drain pan 340, the cap is removed and the socket 370 is opened. A tube 372 is connected. Condensed water in the drain pan 340 is discharged via the drainage passage 392 and the tube 372.
In addition, although not shown in figure, also in this 4th Embodiment, the 1st channel | path which penetrates the fiberscope for test | inspecting the inside of the drain pan 340 similar to 1st Embodiment, and an antibacterial material in the drain pan 340 A third passage is provided through which a supply bar, which is an elongated antibacterial material supply body, is inserted.
[Fifth Embodiment]
FIG. 16 is an explanatory view of a main part at the time of drain discharge of the fifth embodiment of the air conditioner A of the present invention, and FIG. 17 is a perspective view showing a drain discharge hose of the fifth embodiment.
The fifth embodiment is different from the first embodiment described above in that a second passage through which the drainage tube is inserted is not provided. In the fifth embodiment, a drainage tube 492 for draining the condensed water in the drain pan 440 is fixed to the drain pan 440. More specifically, the vicinity of the inner end of the drainage tube 492 is disposed in a groove 461 formed in the drain pan 440, and the subsequent inner portion of the drain tube 492 is exposed and disposed in the drain pan 440. Has been. The drainage tube 492 extends to the outside through a hole 446 formed in the drain pan 440. In FIG. 17, reference numeral 480 denotes an engaging portion that is provided to project at the open edge 461 a of the groove portion 461, and prevents the drainage tube 492 from exiting from the groove portion 461 in the vicinity of the inner end portion of the drainage tube 492. .
In this embodiment, the drainage tube 492 is always provided in the drain pan 440 instead of being inserted into the drain pan from the outside when necessary. Therefore, the structure of the groove part formed in the drain pan 440 is different from that of the first embodiment (see FIG. 5).
The opening 492a at the outlet side end of the drainage tube 492 is normally closed with a cap or clip (not shown), and the cap or clip is removed during maintenance work.
In addition, although not shown in figure, also in this 5th Embodiment, the 1st channel | path which penetrates the fiberscope for test | inspecting the inside of the drain pan 440 similar to 1st Embodiment, and an antibacterial material in the drain pan 440 A third passage is provided through which a supply bar, which is an elongated antibacterial material supply body, is inserted.
[Other variations]
In the first embodiment, a first passage 60a for inserting a fiberscope 91 for inspecting the inside of the drain pan 40, and a second passage 60b for inserting a drainage tube 92 for discharging condensed water in the drain pan 40 to the outside. And the third passage 60c through which the supply bar 93, which is an elongated antibacterial material supply body for supplying the antibacterial material into the drain pan 40, is provided separately, but these can also be used together. is there.
