Abstract

La présente invention concerne un récipient étanche à l'air, comportant un corps présentant une configuration ouverte comprenant une partie supérieure arrondie vers l'extérieur de la paroi latérale entourant une zone évidée de stockage et un couvercle doté d'une plaque supérieure servant à recouvrir la zone évidée de stockage, la plaque supérieure présentant une face extérieure arrondie vers l'extérieur, c'est-à-dire une périphérie, prévue pour établir un contact surfacique étanche avec une partie incurvée du corps, caractérisé en ce que l'extrémité supérieure de la paroi latérale est formée d'une partie incurvée ronde ; au moins une partie d'un élément d'articulation du couvercle est constituée d'un matériau mou prédéterminé par double injection ; une ailette de blocage disposée à l'extérieur de l'élément d'articulation est constituée d'un matériau mou prédéterminé dans une partie centrale de surface supérieure ; la périphérie d'une plaque supérieure disposée à l'intérieur de l'élément d'articulation est formée d'une surface incurvée ronde ouverte ; une garniture hermétique est intégrée, par double injection, à l'extrémité inférieure de la périphérie de la plaque supérieure disposée à l'intérieur de l'élément d'articulation, la garniture hermétique étant constituée d'un matériau mou prédéterminé et configurée pour s'ouvrir vers l'extérieur ; et une pluralité de protubérances en relief étant formée sur l'extrémité inférieure de la garniture hermétique.
