技术领域
  本发明涉及一种过滤器,特别是一种用于过滤养殖水的过滤器。
背景技术
  如今有许多人在家里或办公场所利用鱼缸等工具养殖有水中动植物,藉以养殖有水中动植物达到装饰作用或释放工作压力。在养殖过程中需要对水中动植物的养殖水环境进行过滤处理,以保持养殖水环境的清洁,因而相应地出现对养殖水进行过滤处理的过滤器。过滤器在使用一段时间后需要对其清洁维护,以防止污垢堵塞过滤器。传统的过滤器需要拆开后才能清洁,因而给清洁维护带来不便,并且传统过滤器只能起到对养殖水中的污垢过滤的作用,而不能同时对养殖水进行杀菌消毒处理。
发明内容
  为了克服现有技术的不足,本发明提供一种清洁维护方便、并可对养殖水进行杀菌消毒处理的过滤器。
  本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
  一种过滤器结构,包括桶体,桶体上安装有桶盖,其特征在于所述桶体内安装有滤芯管,滤芯管的底端安装有管塞,滤芯管上套装有可压缩的过滤芯,过滤芯与桶体之间形成进液空间,与过滤芯位置相对的滤芯管上设置出水孔,过滤芯两端的滤芯管上套装有拉板,所述滤芯管的拉板上安装有拉杆,所述拉杆的一端与滤芯管底部的拉板固定连接,另一端穿过滤芯管上部的拉板并延伸至桶盖外;所述桶盖上设置有污水进口管、过滤水出口管、清污出口管及与滤芯管对接的进口管,所述污水进口管与进液空间连通,桶盖上安装有调节转换阀,所述过滤水出口管和清污出口管可通过调节转换阀与进口管连通,在过滤水出口管内安装有杀菌灯。
  本发明采用的过滤芯是由大小不同的大密度过滤棉和小密度过滤棉间隔叠置而成。
  上述调节转换阀包括一旋盖、阀芯、安装在阀芯上的阀芯密封垫及阀芯密封板,阀芯上设置有两个呈90度的窗口,两窗口可分别与滤芯管连通。
  作为本发明上述技术方案的改进,所述桶盖外的拉杆上安装有提手。
  本发明的有益效果是:须对本发明进行清洁时,只须通过拉杆拉动底部拉板沿滤芯管向上移动,从而压缩过滤芯,同时通过调节转换阀将清污出口管与进口管连通,使过滤器内的污垢通过滤芯管上的出水孔沿滤芯管排出,因而本发明具有免开盖清洁功能,使设备的清洁维护更加简便;在过滤水出口管内安装有杀菌灯,使过滤后的养殖水受杀菌灯短暂照射,以杀灭水中的病菌,抑制水藻生长;发明具有超强生物过滤功能,过滤容量大;本发明能够放置于低于水面的地方,在方便隐藏的同时能更好地与其它景观相配合。

具体实施方式
  参照图1至图7,本发明的过滤器结构,包括桶体1,桶体1上安装有桶盖2,桶盖2可通过如图所示的旋杆3安装在桶体1上,也可通过其它的安装结构安装在桶体1上,在桶盖2与桶体1之间安装有密封圈4。
  在桶体1内安装有滤芯管5,滤芯管5的顶部安装有密封板6,滤芯管5的底端安装有管塞7,滤芯管5上套装有可压缩的过滤芯8,该可压缩的过滤芯8可采用大小不同的大密度过滤棉81和小密度过滤棉82间隔叠置而成,在过滤芯8与桶体1之间形成进液空间9,与过滤芯8位置相对的滤芯管5上设置出水孔(图中未示出),在过滤芯8两端的滤芯管5上套装有拉板10,其可起到对过滤芯8定位的作用,在滤芯管5的拉板上安装有拉杆11,其中拉杆11的一端与滤芯管底部的拉板固定连接,另一端穿过滤芯管5上部的拉板并延伸至桶盖2外,桶盖2外的拉杆11上安装有提手12。
  在桶盖2上设置有污水进口管13、过滤水出口管14、清污出口管15及与滤芯管5对接的进口管19,该进口管19通过密封板6与滤芯管5对接,污水进口管13、过滤水出口管14及清污出口管15的管口安装有接头16,以便将其分别与相应的管道对接,其中污水进口管13与进液空间9连通,在桶盖2上安装有调节转换阀17,过滤水出口管14和清污出口管15可通过调节转换阀17的转换与滤芯管5连通,在过滤水出口管14内安装有杀菌灯18,该杀菌灯18可采用UV紫外线杀菌灯,也可采用其它杀菌效果好的杀菌灯具。
  如图7、图8所示,调节转换阀17包括一旋盖171、阀芯172、安装在阀芯172上的阀芯密封垫173及阀芯密封板174,在阀芯172上设置有两个呈90度的窗口1711、1712,旋转调节转换阀17时,两窗口1711、1712可分别与滤芯管5连通。
  本发明的工作原理是这样的:
  一、过滤
  1、污水进口管通过接头与水泵的出水嘴对接,须过滤处理的污水从污水进口管进入过滤桶;
  2、涡流沉淀区 进入过滤桶后的污水首先经过涡流沉淀,在离心力和重力作用下,悬浮物以及生物淤泥被分离在过滤器的底部;
  3、机械式过滤 经涡流沉淀的污水在涌入滤芯管之前,污垢颗粒被过滤芯的外表面截住;
  4、生物净化 过滤芯上的细孔形成一个较大的内表面,它是微生物的聚集之处,而采用大小不同的大密度过滤棉和小密度过滤棉的区别是在于其大小和密度,由此形成多个让水以不同的速度流入区域,流速高的区域(小密度过滤棉)有利于聚集好氧微生物,它们能保证将铵通过硝化作用转变成硝酸盐;流速低的区域(大密度过滤棉)则有利于厌氧微生物的聚集,它们会降低硝酸盐,将之转变成氮气(脱硝作用);
  5、过滤后的水在UV灯下受紫外线短暂照射,水中的病菌被杀灭,并可抑制水藻生长;
  6、净化后的水通过过滤水出口管流回至养殖水系统。
  二、清洁
  1、清洁时将清污出口管拉软管;
  2、在过滤器运行过程中,通过调节转换阀使清污出口管与滤芯管连通;
  3、通过提手拉动拉杆,使滤芯管底部的拉板沿滤芯管向上移动,并压缩过滤芯,使桶体内的悬浮物或淤泥从滤芯管的出水孔进入滤芯管,并从清污出口管排入下水道;
  4、在过滤器运行期间通过提手上下拉动拉杆,使滤芯管底部的拉板沿滤芯管上下移动,压缩或舒展过滤芯,以达到机械清洁过滤芯的目的。
  本发明具有免开盖清洁功能,使设备的清洁维护更加简便;在过滤水出口管内安装有杀菌灯,使过滤后的养殖水受杀菌灯短暂照射,以杀灭水中的病菌,抑制水藻生长;发明具有超强生物过滤功能,过滤容量大;本发明能够放置于低于水面的地方,在方便隐藏的同时能更好地与其它景观相配合。

Claims (5)

  1. 一种过滤器结构,包括桶体,桶体上安装有桶盖,其特征在于所述桶体内安装有滤芯管,滤芯管的底端安装有管塞,滤芯管上套装有可压缩的过滤芯,过滤芯与桶体之间形成进液空间,与过滤芯位置相对的滤芯管上设置出水孔,过滤芯两端的滤芯管上套装有拉板,所述滤芯管的拉板上安装有拉杆,所述拉杆的一端与滤芯管底部的拉板固定连接,另一端穿过滤芯管上部的拉板并延伸至桶盖外;所述桶盖上设置有污水进口管、过滤水出口管、清污出口管及与滤芯管对接的进口管,所述污水进口管与进液空间连通,桶盖上安装有调节转换阀,所述过滤水出口管和清污出口管可通过调节转换阀与进口管连通,在过滤水出口管内安装有杀菌灯。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种过滤器结构,其特征在于所述过滤芯是由大小不同的大密度过滤棉和小密度过滤棉间隔叠置而成。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种过滤器结构,其特征在于所述调节转换阀包括一旋盖、阀芯、安装在阀芯上的阀芯密封垫及阀芯密封板,阀芯上设置有两个呈90度的窗口,两窗口可分别与滤芯管连通。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种过滤器结构,其特征在于桶盖外的拉杆上安装有提手。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种过滤器结构,其特征在于所述杀菌灯为UV紫外线杀菌灯。
